Entrepreneurship training is a key strategy for empowering village economies, especially among youth from Karang Taruna and PKK members. In Kaladawa Village, local potential such as agriculture and handicrafts has not been fully utilized due to limited entrepreneurial knowledge and exposure. This program aims to enhance participants' entrepreneurial competencies through practical-based training methods, including interactive lectures, group discussions, and business simulations. A participatory approach was implemented to help participants identify local potentials, develop business ideas, and formulate digital-based marketing strategies. The results of the training indicate a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of entrepreneurship, as reflected in the emergence of innovative business plans focused on local and digital products. Pre- and post-training evaluations showed increased motivation, creativity, and readiness among participants to initiate independent ventures. The training also fostered a sustainable entrepreneurial spirit by covering essential topics such as financial management, digital transformation, and business networking. Participants acknowledged that direct experiences and intensive mentoring during the sessions played a crucial role in building their confidence and competitiveness. However, for long-term success, continuous mentoring and institutional support are required, along with strategic collaboration between stakeholders such as village governments, local MSMEs, and higher education institutions. Thus, this program not only contributes to improving technical and entrepreneurial skills but also plays a pivotal role in developing a self-reliant and sustainable rural entrepreneurial ecosystem. The integration of similar training into broader community empowerment programs is recommended to ensure lasting impact, inclusive access, resilience, innovation, adaptability, creativity, empowerment, collaboration, leadership, and meaningful local economic development.

Indonesia is rich in biodiversity, there are around 40,000 species of plants, and they have different uses, such as traditional medicine, can be made into handicrafts, used as decorations, used as natural dyes. Butterflypea flowers have the potential as a natural dye because the anthocyanins contained in their petals emit a bluecolor. The purpose of this study was to determine the anthocyanin content in butterfly pea flowers using themaceration extraction method which is commonly used to determine the best anthocyanin concentration. Thisstudy used a completely randomized factorial design (CRD), namely drying time, (fresh, 1, 2 days) andmaceration temperature (50, 60, 70oC), so that 9 combinations were obtained and each treatment was repeatedtwice. The results of this study indicate that the longer the drying time and the higher the macerationtemperature, the higher the levels of anthocyanin, total phenol, and the darker the color. The researchconducted showed that the best treatment combination was the drying time of 2 days with a macerationtemperature of 70°C to produce butterfly pea flower extract which had antioxidant activity of 54.66%, totalphenol 4.16 KTF (mgGAE/g), anthocyanin 123.48 mg/g, pH 6.03. Color sensory test analysis was 4.5 andwater content of butterfly pea flower was 10.79%. The optimal drying time and maceration temperature willproduce high total phenol and anthocyanin levels. Butterfly pea flowers have high levels of anthocyanins, sothey have the potential to be studied further.

Water hyacinth is an aquatic weed that is often found in tropical and subtropical areas. The existence of this plant often has a negative impact on the environment. Various efforts have been made to overcome the water hyacinth problem, including the use of pesticides. However, inappropriate use of pesticides actually causes plant resistance to pesticides, so that these efforts become less effective in controlling their growth. To overcome this problem, training was held for village communities to use water hyacinth as a basic material for handicrafts. This training aims to change people's views which previously considered water hyacinth as a nuisance plant into an economic opportunity. By processing water hyacinth into a marketable product, it is hoped that the community can increase their income while overcoming environmental problems
