This study aims to determine the influence of motivation and competence on employees at the Badan Pengelolaan  Keuangan Dan Pendapatan Daerah ( BPKPD ) of Tana Toraja Regency. The research method used in this study was quantitative descriptive research with a sample of 72 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is a multiple linear regression test with statistical calculation tools using SPSS version 25.0.The results of this study obtained the equation Y = 18.514 + 0.616 X1 + 0.305 X2 +e. Motivation affects the performance  of employees. Competency affects the performance of employees. Motivation and competence  a  effect on the performance  of employees at the Office of the Badan Pengelolaan  Keuangan Dan Pendapatan Daerah ( BPKPD ) of Tana Toraja Regency.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of motivation and competence on employee performance at the ge’tengan health center. The type of research. With a population of all employees of the ge’tengan and the sample used in this study totaling 50 people. The data analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, multiple liner regression test, partial test (t), simultaneous test(f), correlation test, and determination test. Date was processed using 25. Bassed on the result pf partial tests (1) the calculated F value was 15,182>3,19 so that it could be concluded that motivasion and competence simultaneously affect employee performance. While significantly 0,000<0,05, it means that H3 is accepted or in other words motivation  and competence simultaneously affect employee performance

The aim of this research is to understand how the principal's management is implemented in improving the quality of education at SMK Negeri 1 Siborongborong. The type of research used in this research is a qualitative descriptive research method using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The main subject of this research is the school principal and the sources of information supporting this research are teaching and educational staff, committees and students. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings of this research found that the implementation of school principal management to improve the quality of education at SMK Negeri 1 Siborongborong was through planning and preparing work plans as well as preparing the school's vision, mission and goals. Furthermore, the school principal's efforts to improve the quality of education are carried out, such as grouping the tasks of each teacher and employee according to their abilities and expertise. Apart from that, in carrying out the process of improving the quality of education, the principal mobilizes the resources available at the school by providing encouragement and motivation in implementing each activity. Finally, in terms of achieving educational quality, school principals routinely carry out evaluation activities and make improvements so that the quality of education becomes better. Therefore, school principal management in improving the quality of education can support the realization of eight national education standards, namely content standards, process standards, graduate competency standards, teacher and teaching staff standards, facility and infrastructure standards, and management standards. standards, financing criteria and evaluation criteria, educate.

The formulation of the problems posed in this study are as follows: 1. How does competence affect employee performance? 2. How does work motivation affect employee performance? 3. How does competence and work motivation simultaneously influence employee performance at the Banjar City Archives and Library Office? The method used in this study uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature, and documentation. With a research sample of 46 employee respondents and data analysis used through statistical tests of correlation and multiple regression using SPSS version 26.00 for windows. The research results show: 1). Competence tends to be good and employee performance is high, so competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the competency, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Archives and Libraries Office. 2). Work motivation tends to be high and employee performance is high, so work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Archives and Library Service. 3). Competence and work motivation tend to be good and employee performance is high, so that competence and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the competence and high work motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Archives and Library Service.

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of work motivation variables on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Langkisau. to examine the impact of competency variables on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Langkisau. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents using saturated sampling technique, in which all members of the population are sampled, using instrument testing (validity test and reliability test), descriptive analysis, classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) multiple linear regression and t test, with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Langkisau, competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Langkisau. Which means the first hypothesis is accepted and the second hypothesis is accepted.

This research is motivated by the performance achievements of the employees of the Tanjung Emas Middle Type Customs and Excise Office of Supervision and Service Office which have not been achieved. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Motivation (X1) and Competence (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) in the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office of the Middle Type of Customs Tanjung Emas. Descriptive analysis in this study uses the index number method. Determining the number of samples was calculated based on the slovin formula and obtained a sample of 71 employees from a total population of 248 employees. The sampling method uses simple random sampling technique. The results of the analysis show that motivation has no significant positive effect on employee performance. This is indicated by the calculated t value which is smaller than t table, namely 0.481 <1.667 (df = 68), with a significance value of 0.632 which is greater than α = 0.05. Motivation (β1) is positive at 0.042 which means that there is no effect of motivation on performance (not significant). The results of the analysis show that competence has a significant positive effect on employee performance. This is indicated by the calculated t value that is greater than t table, namely 8.028 > 1.667 (df = 68), with a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than α = 0.05. Competence (β2) has a positive sign of 0.705 which means that the higher the competency, the higher the employee's performance (significant).

This research was conducted to be able to find out the influence of competency and motivation variables on the performance of RSUD Sultan Fatah Demak employees. And it can also be known which variables have the highest influence on the performance of RSUD Sultan Fatah Demak employees. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, using statistical methods using questionnaires given to respondents. Respondents will answer by choosing numbers from existing statements about the influence of Competence and Motivation on the Performance of RSUD Sultan Fatah Demak employees. This research uses the study of library methods, questionnaire methods which are then processed with SPSS  for windows 25.0. The sample of respondents in the study was 78 people. From the results of research both variables can be known motivation is shown as a variable that has the highest influence on employee performance in RSUD. Sultan Fatah with more value of 0.511 to employee performance

Thedata analysis in this study used SPSS version 17.The result of analysisshows that discipline, motivation, competency have positive effect onperformance variable.
