The emergence of social media has changed people's communication patterns from formal to more informal and interactive. However, these changes also pose challenges to the stability and uniformity of Indonesian as a national language. Massive shifts in the meaning of words on social media are often not in line with the standard rules of the Big Indonesian Dictionary (KBBI). The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of social media on shifts in the meaning of words in Indonesian. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative analysis approach. Based on the results analysis, five types of changes in meaning found in the use of comments and caption features by Indonesian netizens on Instagram. The large amount of data on changes in meaning found in comments and captions on Instagram is expected to provide insight to the wider community so they can choose and sort out good and correct words for them. used in everyday life.

For humans, language functions as a vital communication tool in life because language is a communication tool for humans or society to interact, and words are useful in conversation. The thing that will be discussed in this research is connotative meaning, namely the meaning of impressions or associations that are usually emotional in nature that are evoked by a word regardless of the boundaries of the dictionary or its basic definition. In analyzing YouTube content, researchers used a qualitative approach and the type of research was descriptive qualitative. Abuse is a crime against the body (physical). The word abuse as stated in the Big Indonesian Dictionary (KBBI) is arbitrary treatment (torture, oppression, and so on). The purpose of this study is to find out how criminal responsibility is imposed on perpetrators of abuse that causes minor injuries as regulated in Indonesian criminal law regulations The type of research used in this study is empirical legal research, namely legal research conducted by directly examining or secondary data consisting of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. The data obtained from this study were analyzed using qualitative analysis, namely describing the existing realities based on the results of the study by systematically describing them to obtain clarity and facilitate discussion. Based on the results of the study, criminal responsibility for perpetrators of minor abuse that causes minor injuries in Indonesian criminal law is a combination of the application of basic principles of criminal law such as the principles of legality, proportionality, and intent, as well as flexibility in determining appropriate sanctions based on mitigating or aggravating factors. Ordinary assault is regulated in Article 351 of the Criminal Code, while minor assault is regulated in Article 352 of the Criminal Code. Premeditated and serious assault have stricter provisions, with heavier sanctions for the perpetrators. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that: Criminal liability for perpetrators of assault that causes minor injuries is regulated in the Criminal Code (KUHP), especially Article 352 of the Criminal Code. The use of effective sentences has a strong influence on the quality of the content of a work. In cerpen writing, it is necessary to use effective language so that both the written and the implied meanings of cerpen can be well conveyed. The study aims to describe the forms of error in the use of sentences effectively in the formation of content quality on cerpen, as well as to present a comprehensive analysis of the linguistic aspects in the cerpen anthology "Back the Window of Ibnu Abbas" as a source of reading for students of 8th grade high school. The study uses qualitative descriptive methods through a language analysis approach by evaluating the quality of the content and effectiveness of the sentences in the book. This research data is a sentence quotation in a cerpen in which there are written errors in the use of effective sentences. Data collection techniques are done with reading and recording techniques. The results of this study found: (1) repetition of verbs, (2) inappropriate dictionary selection, (3) passing sentences, and (4) ambiguous sentences in a cerpen. Such errors make sentences less effective and affect the quality of the cerpen content. The findings of this study provide an in-depth understanding of how the structure of sentences, the meaning of words, the context of language usage, and the form of words influence the understanding and experience of readers of a literary work.

This research aims to determine the development process, level of validity and level of practicality of small Arabic dictionary media which can be used to support the Arabic language learning process, especially in vocabulary learning. The development of this small Arabic dictionary media is adapted to the learning curriculum and teaching materials for class VIII Junior High Schools. This type of research is research and development (R&D) by adapting the 4D development model which consists of four stages, namely definition, design, development and dissemination. The subjects used in this research were 18 class VIII students at Datok Sulaiman Junior High School. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, validation sheets, practicality test sheets and student response questionnaires. The result of this development research is a small Arabic dictionary for class VIII students. The product validation test results show that: 1) the material expert validation assessment obtained a score of 96.36%; 2) media expert validation assessment obtained a score of 86.66%; 3) and the practicality test carried out by learning experts obtained a score of 80%. Based on the results of product trials by three experts, it shows that the small Arabic dictionary learning media is very valid and practical to be applied in Arabic language learning.

The lexical analysis looks at dictionary definitions of important words in the poem and their deeper meanings within the poem’s context. The contextual interpretation places the poem within the larger historical and cultural background of Angelou's life and the civil rights era. The findings show that Angelou’s use of language not only strengthens the poem’s themes of defiance and self-worth but also deeply connects with the socio-political climate of its time. The study aims to provide a deeper understanding of the lexical and contextual meanings of some of the lines in Angelou's literary work "Still I Rise" as well as in discussions of race, identity and empowerment.

The constitution in every country, including Indonesia, functions as a positive legal basis that regulates the rights and obligations of its citizens. The state grants rights to its citizens and citizens carry out and fulfill their obligations in the state. Rohingya in Indonesia has become trending conversation on social media. Sentiment analysis can get public responds. Big data makes the problem time efficiency labeling process, therefore the lexicon dictionary is needed for the labeling process. Data is growing and circulating very rapidly so it takes a fast and efficient time. Although it is fast and makes it easier to solve problems, it is still necessary to question the accuracy produced when using the lexicon labeling. A comparison of the labeling process between the InSet lexicon and the VADER lexicon was conducted to determine the accuracy of the labeling. It was done by combining lexicon with machine learning method of support vector machine and TF-IDF weighting and accuracy result calculated using confusion marix. Data from social media X as many as 9117 lines and labeled with InSet lexicon result 5241 negative sentiments, 1369 positive, and 521 neutral. Then the labeling results with VADER produced 2749 positive, 2523 negative, and 1881 neutral. After labeled, processed SVM and calculated accuracy with results of InSet lexicon accuracy having an average of 85.8% while the VADER SVM lexicon has an average of 82.65%.

The analysis stage in this research includes identifying spelling error patterns, selecting effective analysis methods, and developing a spelling error detection algorithm. Through this approach, this research aims to improve the quality of news texts by reducing the number of spelling errors that may occur. The research method involves analyzing news texts that have been identified as potential sources of spelling errors. It is hoped that the research results will provide valuable insights into the development of automatic systems to detect and correct spelling errors in news texts, thereby increasing the accuracy and credibility of information conveyed through this media

One of the service sectors engaged in fulfilling service needs is KBIH (Hajj Guidance Group). KBIH is a private institution authorized by the Ministry of Religion to participate in guiding the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages. Where the author chose a research place at KBIH Chairul Umam. In this study the authors have research objectives, as follows 1. To find out the work effectiveness of KBIH Chairul Umam employees in increasing congregation satisfaction. 2. To find out the obstacles and solutions that KBIH Chairul Umam does in increasing congregation satisfaction. This research method is descriptive qualitative, through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results showed that 1. KBIH employee work Chairul Umam in increasing Jemaah satisfaction, it is known that the effectiveness of employee work has been carried out properly, namely work quality, discipline, cooperation, reliability, responsibility and utilization of working time. Customer satisfaction on several indicators shows that customers are satisfied with the quality of the product, the quality of service provided by KBIH Chairul Umam. 2. With good employee work effectiveness, obstacles that arise when doing work such as delaying work that can hinder other work can be overcome easily, be it obstacles from within the company or from outside the company. With information from the congregation and smooth communication between employees to employees and employees and superiors carried out to improve effectiveness at work and anticipate and find a way out of the obstacles that arise. The global economic recession is a global economic downturn that affects the domestic economies of countries in the world. The stronger the economic dependence of one country on the global economy, the faster a recession will occur in that country. In 2020 the country of Indonesia and even the world are exposed to the COVID-19 virus which has an impact on the country's economic growth, even the world economy. This is the trigger for an economic recession. This has led to many different public perspectives on the occurrence of a global economic recession whose opinions or reactions are expressed on social media Youtube. The data was obtained by crawling techniques from social media Youtube with a total of 500 comments used. The data is then labeled (class) with a lexicon-based method with an Indonesian language dictionary. From the labeling results, it was obtained 185 positive labeled data (37%) and 315 negative opinions (63%). The data preprocessing stage is carried out in preparation for the data to be processed for sentiment analysis. Of the many opinions obtained, an analysis of public sentiment regarding the 2023 global economic recession will be carried out using the Naïve Bayes classification algorithm. This study also applied the TF-IDF word weighting method with the n-gram feature used, namely bigram (n=1). The system will be evaluated using a confusion matrix. The implementation results show a prediction model with a total of 500 opinion data with a comparison of training data and test data of 9:1, producing an accuracy value of 84.00%, a precision value of 75.00%, a recall of 30.00%, and an f1-score of 42.86%. The performance of the system model built in this study can be said to be good.

The pair-check method is a novel instructional approach to enhance students' reading comprehension. The study aimed to examine the impact of applying the pair check method for teaching reading comprehension students at SMPN. The experimental group consisted of 30 students, while in the control group, 30 students received instruction without any specific reading method, relying solely on opening a dictionary. The sample comprised 20 students from class A and B as the sample. The control group was instructed by using reading method and the experimental group was taught by applying pair checks method. The pre-test and post-test scores were compared between the experimental and control groups. The results indicated that the experimental class exhibited significant improvement in both pre- and posttest scores, with a notable increase in the average score from 33.6 in the pretest to 33.32 in the posttest. In addition, the control class, employing traditional teaching methods, exhibited a substantial increase in posttest score, indicating noteworthy progress in learning outcomes. These findings underscore the importance of instructional methods in influencing student outcomes, with the pair-Check method emerging as a practical and effective tool for improving reading comprehension in the educational setting. Further research and analysis are recommended to delve deeper into the statistical significance of these observations and to inform future instructional strategies for optimizing student learning outcomes in the classroom.
