Children who do not want to go to school and cannot complete their schooling and cannot finish their schooling or in other words do not get a diploma. There are various reasons why children can drop out of school, such as lack of attention from parents, economic problems, low interest in going to school, helping parents at work, being involved in juvenile delinquency cases, low intelligence levels, socialization and also the school zoning system. The purpose of the observation is to obtain information from the consequences of the child leaving school and to help the child to accept himself that he is a child who dropped out of school, so as not to be inferior and lose hope and convince the client (counselee) that the counselee can return to school and achieve his goals. This observation uses a qualitative method, in this case collecting data about events or phenomena that occur, and using a client-focused approach (psychotherapy that focuses on the client to solve his own problems), the counselor's presence is to listen empathetically and be fully present, and a rational-emotive behavioral therapy approach (an approach that aims to help someone overcome emotional disturbances and think rationally). From the results of the study, pastoral counseling assistance with a client-centered approach and rational emotive behavior therapy can help people who drop out of school not lose confidence, if they see their peers going to school, can open up, be more diligent in worship and more eager to prepare themselves to return to school.

The liquidation of a subsidiary in the banking sector is a strategic step with a significant impact on the financial performance, reputation, and sustainability of the parent company. This study aims to analyze the factors that drive liquidation, both internal such as financial performance, mismanagement, and legal compliance, as well as external such as market changes, natural disasters, and globalization pressures. Data were collected through academic literature review using qualitative approaches and data triangulation to improve the reliability of the results. The results of the study show that poor liquidity management, both due to internal and external factors, is the main cause of liquidation. The impact on the reputation of the parent company is dualistic: on the one hand it increases operational efficiency, but on the other hand it risks creating negative perceptions, such as management failures or employee losses. Therefore, companies must strengthen financial management, utilize technology to monitor cash flow in real-time, and develop flexible risk policies. Transparent communication with stakeholders is also important to minimize reputational impact. This study shows that effective liquidity management supports operational efficiency and increases public confidence, customers, and regulators, relevant for both Islamic and conventional banking in dealing with market dynamics.

This study identifies strategies to enhance legal awareness and compliance at individual, institutional, and corporate levels through a normative juridical approach, analyzing key elements of the legal system—legal substance, legal structure, and legal culture—based on Lawrence Friedman’s theory. The research highlights the importance of legal audits as a strategic tool for assessing regulatory compliance and ensuring the implementation of Good Corporate Governance in public institutions and business entities. Strengthening the regulatory framework for legal audits, including legitimizing the legal auditor profession, is essential to ensure independent, objective, and credible assessments, fostering public trust, business confidence, and legal system stability. By bridging gaps between legal formulation and implementation, legal audits contribute to a conducive business environment, enhanced national competitiveness, and effective legal development that supports Indonesia’s vision as a secure, just, and prosperous state.

Buying and selling is an essential economic activity in everyday life, especially in the context of Muslim societies that uphold sharia principles. This research aims to explore the rights and obligations of sellers and buyers in Islam, as well as the challenges faced in modern buying and selling practices, especially in the digital era. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach using literature study techniques and interviews with business people. The research results show that understanding of rights and obligations varies, with many sellers and buyers realizing the importance of transparency and honesty in transactions. However, the main challenge arises from online transactions, where uncertainty regarding product authenticity can reduce consumer confidence. Most consumers do not fully understand their rights, so further education is needed to increase awareness of transaction ethics. This research also found that the integration of technology, such as review systems and electronic contracts, can help strengthen trust in transactions. Overall, this research emphasizes the importance of collaboration between sharia principles, regulations and technology to create a buying and selling environment that is fair, sustainable and full of blessings.

Exchange rate stability is an important indicator in maintaining the balance of a country's economy, especially in facing global market dynamics. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of sharia monetary policy instruments in maintaining exchange rate stability, with a focus on the principles of justice, transparency and stability which are the basis of the Islamic economic system. Instruments such as sukuk, mudarabah contracts, and ijarah are analyzed from theoretical and empirical perspectives to measure their impact on exchange rate fluctuations. This study uses a qualitative approach with analysis of secondary data obtained from various economic reports, scientific journals and related statistical data. The research results show that sharia monetary policy has significant potential in mitigating exchange rate volatility through stable liquidity management and a system free from speculation. Consistent implementation of sharia principles can also increase market confidence in the domestic currency. Furthermore, this research finds that integration between sharia monetary policy and conventional approaches can create synergy in maintaining exchange rate stability. This collaboration allows the monetary authority to be more flexible in responding to global economic challenges without abandoning sharia principles. Apart from that, educating market players regarding the benefits of sharia monetary policy is considered important to expand the adoption of this instrument. This study concludes that the successful implementation of sharia monetary policy is highly dependent on the commitment of the government and regulators in providing a conducive ecosystem, including financial infrastructure, strengthening regulations, and integrated policy support. This research provides theoretical and practical contributions in the development of sharia-based monetary policy in countries with dual economic systems.

The large number of people with psychosocial disabilities, especially in Central Java Province, shows the importance of effective interventions to support the recovery process. One promising approach is positive affirmation training, which is designed to help individuals develop a more optimistic mindset and build self-confidence. Low self-confidence is often an obstacle for people with psychosocial disabilities to actively participate in society, so an approach that can overcome these obstacles is needed. The purpose of this community service is to teach positive affirmation techniques to members of the ODDP Sehati organization to be implemented in everyday life to support the self-confidence of psychosocial disabilities. The method used is a direct training method for members of the ODDP Sehati Sukoharjo organization. Students who understand entrepreneurship courses will develop an attitude to achieve achievements, which arises from confidence in themselves. Positive self-confidence is an important element in achieving success and creating satisfaction in line with the knowledge gained. Realizing the importance of students' personal factors, the researcher is interested in exploring the level of students' self-efficacy towards entrepreneurship courses. This study uses a quantitative research method with a causal associative approach, which aims to determine the causal relationship between independent variables (entrepreneurial knowledge and self-efficacy) and dependent variables (entrepreneurial interest). The population in this study is 80 students of the 2021 Stambuk Economic Education at the State University of Medan. The sampling technique used the stratified random sampling method, using the Slovin formula with a significance level of 5%, then the number of samples obtained was 67 people. The results of the study show that entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant influence on students' interest in entrepreneurship. The regression coefficient was 0.527 with a significance value of p = 0.000 (p < 0.05) shows that students who have a better understanding of entrepreneurship tend to have a higher interest in starting a business. Self efficacy, or students' confidence in their ability to achieve goals, does not have a significant influence on entrepreneurial interest. This can be seen from the regression coefficient value of 0.063 and the significance value of p = 0.491 (p > 0.05). This means that even though there is a The positive relationship between self-efficacy and interest, the level of student confidence is not strong enough to directly increase the interest in entrepreneurship. Simultaneously, entrepreneurial knowledge and self-efficacy contribute to students' interest in entrepreneurship. Based on the multiple linear regression test, the model shows that these two variables together can explain the variation in entrepreneurial interest. However, the dominant contribution comes from entrepreneurial knowledge, because this variable has a more significant influence than self-efficacy.
