The Online Document Information System (Si-DOI) represents a digital innovation aimed at improving the quality of population administration services. This research analyzes the implementation and performance of Si-DOI at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Palangka Raya City. The research methodology employs a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design, utilizing data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Research respondents include office employees, service users, and relevant stakeholders. The findings indicate that Si-DOI implementation has facilitated document access, accelerated administrative processes, and enhanced public service transparency. However, several technical constraints and infrastructure limitations still require improvement. The research recommends system capacity enhancement, human resource development, and continuous updates to optimize Si-DOI performance. The conclusion suggests that Si-DOI has the potential to become an effective population administration information system, but requires ongoing commitment to development and improvement.

The success and survival of MSMEs is highly dependent on their ability or capacity to manage finances effectively. However, many MSMEs experience obstacles as well as challenges so that they have difficulty in compiling correct and accurate financial statements due to limited access to resources and knowledge. This program aims to improve the ability of MSMEs in Kalitirto and Sukoharjo Villages to make simple financial statements. Through this program, it is hoped that MSMEs can understand the importance of financial statements and be able to calculate their business profits and losses. The method used is socialization to provide an understanding of the importance of financial statements for MSMEs, followed by training and assistance in the process of making them. This program can significantly contribute to improving the competence of MSMEs in the field of accounting, especially in terms of preparing financial statements.

This study aims to analyze the development strategies of business units at Pondok Pesantren Manbaul Ulum Muncar Banyuwangi in realizing the economic independence of the pesantren. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, using data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis techniques, and data validity was strengthened through source and method triangulation. The findings reveal that the management strategies implemented include careful planning, systematic organizing, effective leadership, and directed controlling. The implementation of these strategies has successfully positioned the business units as productive economic centers that not only contribute financially to the sustainability of the pesantren’s operations but also serve as educational platforms for students to gain economic and entrepreneurial skills. Positive impacts can be seen through the increased welfare of students and administrators, as well as strengthened economic capacity within the surrounding community. However, challenges remain in the form of limited human resources, financial capital, and internal bureaucratic structures that require continuous improvement. In conclusion, professional management of business units becomes a key factor in building independent and competitive pesantren in the modern era.

Digitalization has become a transformative force reshaping how organizations innovate and sustain competitive advantages in an interconnected global economy. This study explores the intricate relationship between business digitalization, innovation capabilities, and sustainability outcomes. Employing a comprehensive literature review, it examines how digital transformation fosters innovative practices and supports sustainable business models. Key findings reveal that integrating digital technologies, such as artificial intelligence, IoT, and blockchain, significantly enhances innovation capacity by accelerating product development cycles, improving decision-making precision, and fostering collaborative innovation ecosystems. Moreover, digitalization optimizes resource utilization, minimizes environmental impact, and strengthens stakeholder engagement, contributing to measurable economic, environmental, and social sustainability outcomes. The synergy between digital transformation and sustainability initiatives provides organizations with strategic advantages, including improved operational efficiency, customer loyalty, and competitive positioning. However, challenges such as implementation barriers, balancing digital-sustainable priorities, and managing unintended environmental impacts persist. Future research should focus on empirical validation, industry-specific applications, and longitudinal studies to further elucidate the pathways through which digitalization supports sustainable innovation and long-term business resilience. This study underscores the imperative for organizations to strategically align digital transformation with sustainability objectives, ensuring their future success in a rapidly evolving business environment.

System dynamic models have been recognized as an effective approach in projecting and designing sustainable urban waste management systems. This study aims to explore the potential of system dynamic modeling in urban waste management. This study uses a literature study method with a qualitative descriptive approach that refers to various relevant previous studies. The results of the literature study show that the system dynamic model is able to map the complex relationships between variables in the waste management system, such as population growth, waste production, waste processing capacity, environmental impacts, and others. In addition, the system dynamic model can project future waste management conditions and prepare the most effective policy scenarios. Through simulations of various policy scenarios, the system dynamic model can provide insight into the impact of each scenario, both in terms of technical efficiency, operational costs, and reduction of waste generation in landfills. In implementing policy scenarios, collaboration between the government, community, and stakeholders is also needed in optimizing waste management programs.

Cognitive and non-cognitive abilities are essential indicators in assessing an individual's human resource (HR) capacity. Cognitive abilities refer to intellectual potential, while non-cognitive abilities encompass social and emotional aspects. This study aims to analyze the relationship between cognitive and non-cognitive skills and preferences for formal or informal employment sectors. The research utilizes secondary data from the Indonesian Family Life Survey (IFLS) conducted in 2014 and employs a probit regression method with several control variables. The analysis reveals that cognitive skills have a significantly positive association with the likelihood of working in the formal sector. These findings provide valuable insights into the role of individual skills in determining employment sector choices.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the deficiencies in the learning of accounting software at STIE Ganesha. This study will concentrate on factors that potentially hinder the integration of accounting software into the college curriculum. This research started in October 2024. Accounting students at STIE Ganesha are the research subjects. Qualitative research was conducted and data was collected through in-depth interviews. The results showed that learning accounting software has several problems. One of them is the lack of supporting resources and lack of technological infrastructure. In addition, students face difficulties in understanding and accessing accounting software required to meet the needs of the working world. To produce more efficient accounting software learning, this research emphasizes increasing resource capacity and improving supporting infrastructure. This research is expected to help STIE Ganesha develop methods to improve software-based accounting learning.

This research  aims to analyze the application of the McKinsey 7S framework in achieving sustainable performance management at Fresh Bright Pool, Tanjungpinang, amid the increasingly competitive local entertainment industry. The study explores the seven core elements of McKinsey 7S—strategy, structure, systems, shared values, skills, leadership style, and staff—to understand the dynamics of performance management and innovation in the service sector. A qualitative approach was employed, collecting data through in-depth interviews with two staff members and several visitors, supported by document analysis to ensure data validity. The results show that the elements of strategy and shared values are the primary strengths of Fresh Bright Pool in creating superior customer experiences, such as through the improvement of billiard facilities, optimization of bar services, and implementation of a more structured reservation system. The shared value of "comfort and togetherness" has successfully built a friendly and inclusive work culture. Collaborative leadership styles enhance staff engagement in operational processes, while the skills and staff elements still face challenges, including limited technical training and capacity development in customer service. This study provides valuable insights for Fresh Bright Pool to continue strengthening these elements to improve efficiency, maintain competitive advantage, and achieve operational sustainability in the local entertainment industry.

Fatigue can be caused by personal stress factors. Based on observations and interviews, it is known that 5 drivers at the Gas Distributor Company in Gresik experienced work fatigue. The drivers complained that working hours that exceeded capacity limits and the pressure to continue making deliveries caused fatigue and increased turnover rates in the company. This study aims to analyze the description of work duration and work period with work fatigue in drivers of the Gas Distributor Company in Gresik. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The number of samples in this study was determined by a total sampling of 30 drivers. The method of obtaining research data was carried out by filling out a questionnaire. Based on the results of the analysis of the description of work period with work fatigue, 21 people with a work period of ≥5 years were obtained 5 people had high work fatigue and 4 people had very high work fatigue and 21 people <5 years were obtained 20 people had high work fatigue and 1 person had very high work fatigue. Analysis of the description of work duration with work fatigue showed that 6 people who worked <8 hours were obtained 3 people had high work fatigue and 3 people had very high work fatigue. Then from 24 people who worked ≥8 hours, 22 people had high work fatigue and 2 people had very high work fatigue. Based on the results of the work period analysis, most drivers worked <5 years as many as 20 drivers and in the results of the work duration analysis, most drivers worked ≥8 hours as many as 22 drivers.    

The Community Service Activity (PKM) by ITSKes Muhammadiyah Selong aims to improve the ability and readiness of TPS Supervisors in carrying out supervision and understanding the rights and obligations in supervising TPS in the 2024 Simultaneous Elections (Pilkada) in Montong Gading District, East Lombok Regency. The Capacity Building Activity in the Technical Supervision Work Meeting was carried out for 1 day with a pull day system. In the first session from morning to afternoon, the capacity and abilities of TPS Supervisors were strengthened regarding the tasks and strategies for supervision before voting at TPS. After that, in the afternoon session, a technical understanding was provided regarding the procedures for supervision at TPS during the voting process until the vote counting for the 2024 Simultaneous Election based on KPU Regulation Number 7 of 2024. The last session was a discussion about the material or things that might arise when carrying out supervision at TPS. Capacity building activities in the technical work meeting for Supervision for the 2024 simultaneous elections took place at Lesehan Kebon Dowe, Lendang Belo Village, Montong Gading District on Saturday, November 23, attended by 71 participants from TPS Supervisors throughout Montong Gading District. The agenda for the capacity building activities for TPS Supervisors took place smoothly and conducively and all participants were able to understand the material presented, starting from the regulations or technical instructions for voting and vote counting as well as the supervision patterns that must be carried out by TPS Supervisors based on the provisions of laws and regulations applicable to the 2024 Simultaneous Elections.

The use of technology such as online ordering applications, inventory systems and data analysis allows MSME coffee shops to operate more efficiently, saving time and costs, as well as reducing errors. This study discusses the legal vacuum that occurs in the pre-prosecution process, especially related to the absence of time limits and frequency of return of examination report files (BAP) between investigators and public prosecutors. This vacuum has the potential to hinder the principle of fast, simple, and low-cost justice that should be applied in the Indonesian criminal justice system. This study proposes solutions in the form of setting clear time limits, improving coordination between investigators and public prosecutors, and providing training to improve human resource capacity. In addition, the application of sanctions for parties who violate the provisions of pre-prosecution is an important step to ensure the smooth running of the judicial process. This study is expected to contribute to increasing the efficiency of the criminal justice system in Indonesia.    

Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid faces challenges in developing limited Information and Communication Technology (ICT) learning. The main problems faced are inadequate ICT infrastructure, lack of teacher ICT knowledge and skills, and lack of structured ICT curriculum. To overcome these problems, community service was carried out using the Community Partnership Program (PKM) method. This PKM includes ICT teacher training, improving ICT infrastructure, and preparing an integrated ICT curriculum. The implemented solutions successfully increased the use of ICT in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid, improved teacher competence in teaching ICT, and provided a strong foundation for further development in ICT learning. In conclusion, community service with the PKM approach is effective in increasing ICT capacity and infrastructure in madrasahs, supporting the improvement of the quality of education in the digital era.ICT infrastructure

This study examines the relationship between economic development in Medan City and the quality of human resources (HR). Medan, as the third largest city in Indonesia, needs to optimise the quality of human capital to reach its full economic potential. Four previous studies were analysed to understand the influence of human resource quality on urban economic dynamics. The results showed that increased organisational commitment, technology utilisation, and human resource capacity development are positively correlated with improved financial statement quality and economic growth. In addition, sustainable management of natural resources also plays a role in promoting economic growth. This study emphasises the importance of government intervention in improving education standards and HR competencies to create jobs and reduce unemployment. Thus, Medan City's economic development planning should be integrative and sustainable with a focus on improving the quality of human resources and optimising local potential as the main foundation of community welfare.

The purpose of this activity is to encourage increased household management skills in household waste processing in Kaliprau Village, Ulujami District, Pemalang Regency. The objectives are: 1) Increasing community/household knowledge about management, especially household/home waste processing; 2) Developing home business skills in household waste processing so that it grows into one of the drivers (centers) of family economic movement. The results of this activity: 1) Increasing knowledge, understanding and skills for household industry groups, especially in the utilization of household waste and making compost with household waste as raw materials; 2) Identified problems and potentials that can be developed to support the development of home businesses through entrepreneurship groups; 3) Identified plans (strategies) for increasing the capacity of entrepreneurship groups that will help develop, plan and utilize local potential management.

This article discusses the results of community service programs aimed at improving managerial capacity and leadership at the Prosperous Citizen Development Cooperative in Pamekasan. The approach used includes training, mentoring, and hands-on mentoring, with a focus on strengthening strategic planning, operational management, and innovative leadership skills. The target of the program is cooperative administrators and key members who have a strategic role in the organization. The results showed significant improvements in managerial skills, leadership mindsets, and member involvement in strategic decision-making. This program also has an impact on more professional cooperative management, increased competitiveness, and strengthening the cooperative's external network. However, the evaluation of the program identified several obstacles, such as participants' time constraints, low levels of digital literacy, and resistance to change. To overcome this obstacle, it is recommended that there be more focused continuous training, flexibility in implementation time, and collaboration with external parties such as the government and educational institutions. This article emphasizes the importance of strengthening the capacity of human resources to support the transformation of cooperatives into competitive economic entities. This approach not only provides internal benefits for cooperatives, but also contributes to the development of the local economy in a sustainable manner. Thus, this service model can be a reference for the development of cooperatives in other regions.

The rampant corruption that continues to be demonstrated by public officials makes it seem as if the law has run out of ways to overcome it. And corruption is a type of crime that is only committed by people who have high intellectual capacity and ability. They continue to try how to avoid corruption crimes, so one of the methods they use is the pattern of giving gifts which is actually intended as a form of bribery. This study analyzes the concept of bribery and gratification and the parameters that differentiate between the two as regulated in several Articles of the Corruption Eradication Law. This involves the application of normative legal research supported by court decisions to clarify the differences. The results of this study indicate that bribery requires a meeting of minds between the bribe giver and the bribe recipient which is not found in the decision . The reporting mechanism and reversal of the burden of proof do not apply to bribery while the sting operation does not apply to gratification because it cannot meet the provisions of Article 1 number 19 of the Criminal Procedure Code. Criminal sanctions are also imposed on both the giver and the recipient of the bribe, while the act of the giver of gratification is not a criminal act. This community service program aims to enhance the productivity of students (santri) at Padepokan Siti Dhumillah, Bogor, by leveraging agribusiness and business education approaches. Utilizing local agricultural produce such as chili peppers and tomatoes, the program fosters value-added product innovation through the production of sambal under the brand "Nyambel Neh." It is designed to integrate education on technology, online marketing, and business operations, enabling students to acquire not only technical skills but also a comprehensive understanding of agribusiness opportunities. The implementation method involves dividing tasks into specific divisions, including equipment, production, and marketing, supported by mentors providing direct education. Program stages include business and technology education, transforming raw materials into market-ready products, and marketing these products through both online and offline platforms. Outcomes from the program include the creation of three modernly packaged sambal variants, the development of visionary and creative student personalities, and the increased economic sustainability potential of the Padepokan through business diversification. This program aspires to become a model for student empowerment, focusing not only on economic benefits but also on building human resource capacity to compete in the future. By optimizing technology and adopting practice-based learning, students are expected to independently create new business opportunities centered around agribusiness.

This paper aims to provide knowledge about the role of the General Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu) in handling administrative election violations. Bawaslu, as an independent institution, has the main task of supervising all stages of the general election and ensuring that its implementation runs in accordance with applicable legal provisions. Administrative election violations, which include actions that are not in accordance with administrative election regulations, are one of the main focuses of Bawaslu's supervision. Handling these administrative violations is very important to maintain the integrity of the election and public trust in the democratic process. Handling administrative election violations by Bawaslu, from the prevention stage to enforcement. In addition, various challenges faced by Bawaslu in carrying out its role are also described, such as limited human resources and supporting facilities, as well as the complexity of administrative violation cases. As a result, the role of Bawaslu in handling administrative election violations is very important in maintaining election participants' compliance with the rules, although there are still several obstacles that affect the effectiveness of the implementation of this supervision. Therefore, increasing capacity and cross-institutional cooperation is crucial to strengthening Bawaslu's supervisory function in the future.
