This research aims to produce a learning media, namely S’BUDISA (dikker Sangkapura culture scrapbook), identify the feasibility of the media through validity test and student responses. The ADDIE model is used as a research model which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The instruments used are material and media validation and student response questionnaires. S’BUDISA media was tested on class IV UPT SD NEGERI 358 GRESIK students to find out the student’ responses to the media that the researcher had made. The results of the validation test from material expert 1 obtained a score of 86% which was categorized as valid and the validation of the media expert 2 was 86% which was categorized as valid. The score of material expert 1 is 82% which is categorized as valid and material expert 2 validation is 86% which is categorized as valid. The results of the student response questionnaire obtained a score of 95.5% which is categorized as very good. S’BUDISA media can be called feasible after media validation and can be used in the learning process.

This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach through case studies in conducting accident risk analysis in the pharamaceutical industry and to fully and deeply understand the procedures for implementing Occupational Health and Safety at PT X. the technique used in this research is through a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Nased on the results of questionnaires from employees, it was concluded that PT X had implemented Occupational Safety and Health (K3) procedures well. This is proven by the existence of socialization and training in Occupational Safety and Health procedures as an effort to protect all employees from the risk of accidents. The company also equips all employees with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to protect employees from the risk of work accidents. Apart from that regular monitoring and evaluation is also carried out, to ensure that the procedure is still suitable to be implemented. The work environment plays a role in the safety and health of workers. Worker attitudes and work procedures that have been implemented by all employees have a very important role in Occupational Safety and Health as an effort to minimize accidents.    

The research was centred on a demographic comprising individuals who were consumers of Implora lipstick within the local community. This research employed quantitative research methods to examine two primary objectives: (1) to evaluate the impact of product quality on the intention to repurchase implora lipsticks in Kolaka Regency, and (2) to analyse the influence of brand experience on the intention to repurchase implora lipsticks in Kolaka Regency. To evaluate the dependability and accuracy of the research instrument, a battery of tests was administered by the researchers utilising the statistical software SPSS 25.0. The evaluation of the measurement model, also known as the outer model, and the structural model, referred to as the inner model, is performed through the utilisation of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the application of Partial Least Squares (PLS) methodology. The findings of the research demonstrate a significant and favourable association between the attributes of product quality and the degree of inclination towards engaging in subsequent purchases. The assertion is substantiated by empirical evidence, as indicated by a t-statistic of 5.648 and a corresponding P-value of 0.000. Moreover, recent studies have unveiled that characteristics linked to the brand encounter demonstrate a positive and statistically significant impact on the level of propensity to engage in repeat purchasing behaviour. The assertion provided is supported by a t-statistic value of 3.543, which is accompanied by a P-Value of 0.000.

The purpose of this research is to explain a strategic approach to the training and development of the Human Resources of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) in facing organizational change challenges. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method and a literature study approach. The research is conducted at the Office of the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Bima District. In this research, the data analysis technique used is the interactive model according to Miles and Huberman, which consists of three main components: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The research results show that in the context of natural disasters that are prone in this region, disaster preparedness, disaster management, and emergency response coordination are the top priorities in the training strategy. Involvement of the local community, collaboration with other institutions, and learning from previous experiences are essential elements that can strengthen the readiness of the BPBD in Bima District. Continuous evaluation, career development, utilization of local human resources, and technological innovation are supportive elements in a comprehensive training strategy. Recommendations include the development of long-term training plans, enhanced inter-agency collaboration, and investment in technology that supports disaster management and training. Facing future challenges, such as climate change that can increase the risk of natural disasters, the BPBD in Bima District must continually update their training strategy and ensure that their response to organizational changes and disasters remains relevant and responsive. Therefore, the training and development strategy for HR in the BPBD in Bima District can help strengthen their preparedness and responsiveness in facing the challenges in this region.

Exclusive breastfeeding for babies in the first hour after birth and skin-to-skin contact between mother and baby are important factors in the beginning of the breastfeeding process where the baby will stay warm and the baby will get colostrum. However, the number of mothers who have breastfed their children in Indonesia is already high, namely 90%, but those who breastfeed exclusively for 6 months is still low at 20%. nutritional problems for toddlers and low achievement of exclusive breastfeeding as well as deaths under the age of 5, one of the causes of which is the lack of knowledge of mothers about the importance of giving exclusive breast milk, so it is necessary to carry out services aimed at increasing mothers' knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding in the Kassi-Kassi Health Center Working Area, Makassar City. The methods used in this activity are location survey, problem determination, formation of WhatsApp group classes, counseling and evaluation. The results of this activity. After carrying out online educational activities about exclusive breastfeeding, it was found that the activity increased pregnant women's knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding.

One of the significant issues faced by developing countries, including Indonesia, is the problem of rapid population growth. To overcome this problem, the Indonesian government has implemented the Family Planning (KB) Program. The family planning program provides an opportunity for residents to regulate the distance between child births or reduce the number of births by using various contraceptive methods, both hormonal and non-hormonal. The aim of this Community Service Activity is to improve maternal and child health services, with the hope of controlling the rate of population growth. This activity was carried out by providing information about family planning and free family planning services to 20 WUS who were family planning acceptors in Malakaji District, Gowa Regency. After free family planning services, there was a question and answer session about family planning and evaluation monitoring was carried out. The results of this activity showed that the family planning participants were able to answer questions well and some of them were willing to use IUD or implant family planning. From the results of this activity, it can be seen that knowledge about family planning increased after the outreach was carried out. Before the counseling was carried out, the majority of knowledge was lacking, 12 mothers or 80%. Meanwhile, the mother's knowledge before being given counseling was lowest at Good knowledge, namely 1 person or 6.67%. Mothers' knowledge after counseling was highest in good knowledge, namely 14 people or 93.33%, so it can be concluded that Community Service activities, in the form of counseling about family planning, had a positive impact on WUS in the area and succeeded in increasing family planning knowledge

This research aims to find out about the implementation of human resource management in improving student discipline at Annur Depok Vocational School. The method used in this research is observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model and data triangulation to check the validity of the data. The results of the research show that Human Resource Management Implementation Planning is Improving student discipline at Annur Vocational School. In implementing Human Resources Management, the steps taken by Annur Vocational School begin with planning everything that will be done to improve the quality of education, such as recruitment and selection of teaching and education staff, then the planning is organized according to the school's needs. The next steps are the implementation of the plan that has been determined and direction, then supervision and evaluation are the final steps in implementing Human Resources Management related to the development of teacher professionalism and discipline in order to improve the quality of education. This research will focus on the evaluation of socio-economic development policies in Sape District, Bima Regency, with the aim of understanding the extent to which development efforts have achieved their goals. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method and a Literature Review. The research location includes the Bima Regency Development Planning Agency, the Department of Tourism, the Department of Marine and Fisheries, the Department of Environment, and the Department of Social Affairs of Bima Regency. The research findings indicate that Sape District has significant economic potential in the fisheries and agriculture sectors, but it still faces a considerable level of poverty, especially among coastal households. The economic empowerment of coastal communities needs to be enhanced through skills training programs, financial assistance for business capital, and improved access to business loans. Furthermore, a specific focus on generating employment opportunities, particularly for young people, is essential. Poor infrastructure and limited accessibility pose significant obstacles to economic development. Investments in infrastructure improvement, such as roads and ports, are required to enhance mobility and market access. Sustainable natural resource management is vital for preserving the potential of fisheries and agriculture in the area. Strict law enforcement against illegal fishing practices and educational efforts to promote sustainable fishing practices are necessary. Climate change impacts, including rising sea levels and extreme weather conditions, affect the region. Therefore, strategies for climate change adaptation and mitigation need to be developed. The evaluation of socio-economic development policies indicates that assistance programs have been implemented, but there is a need for improvement in directing policies toward poverty alleviation, economic empowerment, and sustainable natural resource management.

The aim of this research is to determine the role of the school principal as a leader in enhancing the professional competence of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Siborongborong. The method employed in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were the school principal and teachers. Data analysis techniques included data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings of this research describe the role of the school principal as a leader in improving the professional competence of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Siborongborong. The roles of the school principal as a leader involve providing guidance and supervision to all educators by holding joint meetings, enhancing the willingness and capabilities of educational staff through specific evaluations conducted three times a year to enhance the professional competence of teachers, establishing two-way communication by engaging in regular communication with all educators almost every day, and delegating tasks to all educators and educational staff, such as carrying out learning evaluations for all teachers, students, and all personnel serving at SMK Negeri 1 Siborongborong with the aim of enhancing the professional competence of teachers.

This research is a study of the application of foot reflexology in the elderly with hypertension with nursing problems with sleep pattern disorders Result: The results of the study at the beginning of the study, on 3 Mey 2023 it was known that the respondent had problems with sleep patterns with a PSQI score of 18. Based on the evaluation results on 5 Mey 2023, it can be concluded that there was an increase in the quality of sleep of respondents with a PSQI score of 9 by giving intervention for 3 days starting from 3-5 Mey 2023 Discussion: Providing an effective foot massage reflexology intervention to overcome the problem of sleep pattern disorders in the elderly with hypertension, foot massage reflexology can relax the body so that sleep will feel more restful, foot massage reflexology intervention is recommended to be given every bedtime.

MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) examination becomes tool diagnostic important in evaluation the soft tissue anatomy of the human body. MRI examination of the ankle joint role crucial in detect soft tissue impingement in the ankle joint. Fast Spoiled Gradient Echo (FSPGR) is an MRI method with high sensitivity in diagnose soft tissue problems in the ankle joint. Ankle joint MRI protocol at RSUD Dr. Moewardi uses several types of sequences with addition 3D sequences but not routinely. This study aims to examine the use of the 3D FSPGR oblique sequence in MRI ankle joint, while comparing it with the Sagittal T1 FSE and Sagittal FSE STIR sequences. This quantitative study involved 5 people to compare imaging 3D oblique FSPGR, sagittal T1 FSE and sagittal FSE STIR sequences. Analysis was carried out using the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) test, Friedman test, and Kruskal Wallis test. The results study showed there is difference information MRI ankle joint anatomy with oblique 3D FSPGR, sagittal T1 FSE, and sagittal FSE STIR sequences (p-value = 0.000). The main aim of this study was to assess the efficacy of the Inquiry technique in improving reading comprehension skills.   This study utilized a quantitative and pre-experimental methodology for the purpose of conducting tests. The pre-experimental design included two evaluations: an initial pre-test and a subsequent post-test carried out following the intervention. The study's sample size comprised 30 students in the eighth grade. The results demonstrated a significant rise in the scores achieved post-test, surpassing the scores achieved pre-test.   Furthermore, when the significance level is established at 0.05%, the t-score is considered to be less than the corresponding number in the t-table. The study resulted in the adoption of the Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) and the rejection of the Null Hypothesis (Ho). Hence, it is advisable for educators and students to utilize this method to augment reading comprehension.

The existence of infrastructure and development that continues to develop in Kulon Progo, such as the YIA Airport in  Kulon Progo, hotels and shopping centers can lead to rapid development growth in Kulon Progo. With development increasing rapidly but not accompanied by the development of human resources in the surrounding area, this has resulted in the marginalization of the surrounding community. The author's aim is to analyze the activities carried out by the Kulon Progo government to increase the capacity of the Kulon Progo community. Can also analyze problems that arise in the development process and how the Department handles them. A qualitative approach was chosen for this research process, namely descriptive research. The data sources used are primary data obtained during the research process and secondary data from books and other literature. The data collection process was carried out by interviews, direct observation and documentation. The research results include plans for development and empowerment activities prepared by the department taking into account various agency linkages and the needs of business actors in Kulon Progo. The Department carries out various programs such as training to increase production capacity, improving central management, issuing permits to increase business capacity in Kulon Progo. Monitoring and evaluation of activities is also carried out to determine the obstacles and successes of activity programs.

Community service activities are carried out at Bintang Timur Kindergarten in Pematang Siantar in order to help children at an early age understand android educational games that are suitable for consumption by the child himself. Educational games as a support for children's cognitive development so that parents must understand various types of educational game applications, how to choose the right educational games, and how to install on cellphones. The implementation method used is presentation, demonstration, practice, brainstorming, and sharing about educational games to the Principal at Bintang Timur Kindergarten, Pematang Siantar.  This activity was carried out through three stages, namely 1) socialization, 2) mentoring, 3) monitoring and evaluation. The results of the implementation of this activity are:  1) understanding of android educational games as a support for children's cognitive development in the very good category.  This is indicated by the percentage of indicators of achievement of recognizing educational games (96%), choosing educational games (89%), installing educational games (93%), and implementing educational games (86%); 2) obtained a positive response as seen from the attendance indicator of participants reaching 93% of the target and enthusiastic participants during the activity from the beginning to the end of the activity. The ultimate goal of introducing educational games is that parents are IT literate so that they are able to monitor their children in using cellphones, especially when playing games.

The femur, tibia, fibula, and patella are united into one complex group by ligaments. According to Moeller, Genu Examination uses STIR Sequence, Sagital T2 Weighted Fat saturated, Sagittal 3D GRE, Proton Density weighted fat saturated T1 Coronal. The author's purpose in conducting this study is because Genu Examination at one of the Jakarta Hospital in the Case of Soft Tissue Tumor, Meniscus Tear and Oesteoarthritis added the Axial 3D SPGR sequence. The research method used is descriptive research with an observational approach. Data collection was carried out on June 5 to August 31 using Mri GE aircraft with a power of 1.5 Tesla. The patient samples used in this study were three patients with clinical Soft Tissue Tumor, Meniscus Tear, and Osteoarthritis. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and Genu Examination Documentation with the addition of Axial 3D SPGR. The examination is carried out using Quad Knee Coil, the patient's position is supine, feet first. The sequences used in the examination at one of the Jakarta hospitals are Axial Proton Density Fat saturated, Sagital Proton Density Fat saturated, Sagital T2, Coronal Proton Density Fat saturated, Coronal STIR. The role of the Axial 3D SPGR sequence is to evaluate articular cartilage due to its clear depiction of cartilage morphology and high signal to noise ratio (SNR) images.

Counseling is carried out aimed at providing health information and education to adolescents about dysmenorrhea or pain during menstruation which can cause a teenager to be absent from school or other activities where dysmenorrhea is not a disease, but a symptom that arises due to abnormalities in the pelvic cavity and is very severe. Interfere with women's activities, even often requiring sufferers to rest or leave their work for hours due to dysmenorrhea. The method used is to provide information in the form of health promotion to adolescents by using posters as a medium in counseling, giving pre-test and also post-test in the form of questions to adolescents to measuring the effectiveness of the counseling that is being carried out. The extension went well so that in the evaluation there was a level of knowledge from the participants after being given counseling. Extension activities could increase the knowledge of adolescents about desminorrhea and how to reduce pain during menstruation.

Therefore, school principal management in improving the quality of education can support the realization of eight national education standards, namely content standards, process standards, graduate competency standards, teacher and teaching staff standards, facility and infrastructure standards, and management standards. standards, financing criteria and evaluation criteria, educate.

Cervical brachytherapy is a type of treatment for cervical cancer by providing direct radiation to the cancer or tumor area. The brachytherapy itself is usually a booster combined with external radiotherapy. Evaluation of the success of radiation can be seen from the survival rate of patients or local control. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of brachytherapy radiation on the life survival of cervical cancer patients by paying attention to the relationship between cancer stage, cancer size, cancer pathology on patient survival. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a literature study approach regarding the impact of brachytherapy radiation on patient life survival. cervical cancer. It was concluded that prognostic factors such as tumor or cancer size, cancer stage and cancer pathology in cervical cancer have a relationship with patient survival.
