To determine the level of anxiety of pregnant women and the factors that influence it in dealing with childbirth anxiety in the remote waters of Dabong Village, Kubu District, Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan. The research methodology uses this research method using an analytical research method with a Cross Sectional approach. The sample in this study were 31 pregnant women respondents. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate data analysis. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The research instrument consisted of a DASS (Depression Anxiety Stress Scale) questionnaire for anxiety levels. Data were analyzed using Chi-square statistical test to determine the relationship between two independent variables and the dependent variable, namely the level of anxiety and the factors that influence it (age, education, occupation, parity, level of knowledge). The results of the univariate data analysis showed that the anxiety level of many pregnant women experienced anxiety with a mild level of 12 pregnant women, 7 pregnant women, 6 pregnant women heavy. Bivariate data analysis with statistical test results obtained p value = 0.018 for age, statistical test results obtained p value = 0.043 for education, statistical test results obtained value for work p = 0.035, statistical test results obtained p value = 0.024 for parity and test results statistically obtained p value = 0.029 for the level of knowledge, on the anxiety of pregnant women, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the level of anxiety of pregnant women on anxiety in facing childbirth and the factors that influence it, The conclusion of the study is that pregnant women experience anxiety with levels of anxiety from mild to severe and there is an influence on the level of anxiety of pregnant women on anxiety in facing childbirth. Protracted labor is correlated with an increase in maternal and fetal motility, an increase in abnormalities in the physiology of labor, and an escalation in the rate of caesarean section delivery. In women with prolonged labor, there is an increased risk of death due to atonic uterus, birth canal lacerations, infection, fatigue, and shock, however in infants, prolonged labor is not associated with an increase in infant mortality, decreased APGAR score, trauma, and infection. With adequate physical and psychological preparation, the impact of prolonged labor can be reduced. The (PRE) is a bodywork involving waist and hip rotations. This research employs Systeematic Literature Reviews (SLR), a synthesis of systematic, clear, and comprehensive literature studies, by identifying, analyzing, and evaluating existing data using explicit research methods and incorporating critical review procedures into the selection study. The data consists of 6 national journals and 1 international publication indexed by Shiinta Indonesia and Scopus with Q2standard Results in 7 journals utilizing observation sheets and parttographs for data collection instruments. In one of the seven journals reviewed, the Pellvic Rocking Exercise technique was applied at TM 3 gestational age, between 34 and 35 weeks. When the laboring mother enters the first stage of the active phase, another publication employs the Pelvic Rocking Exercise technique. Conclusion: Pelvic Roccking Exercise is effective in shortening the active phase till the full opening of the cervix in primiparous moms. Pelvic rocking using a birth ball helps the baby to rotate into the optimal position and shortens the first stage of labor, therefore reducing labor pain and providing comfort to the mother. It is anticipated that health care workers will become facilitators for expectant mothers and provide physical support for the profession.

Electricity is one of the vital needs that is indispensable for all humans and other places, one of which is PT. Cemindo Gemilang, engaged in the cement-producing industry, requires a huge electricity capacity. To reduce or reduce the cost of electrical energy, a power plant unit and a WHRS (waste heats recovery system) were made to supply electrical energy to the cement plant area. PT. Cemindo Gemilang and the Power Plant rely heavily on electric motors, almost all of which operate using electric motors. The electric motor is a single-phase or three-phase type with a voltage of 11 KV, 6.6 KV or 400 volts. When all generating units operate, all electric motors that play an essential role will continue to be active so that damage is often caused by operation and service life therefore in the power plant department, and there is an electrical and mechanical maintenance division to maintain the continuity of the power plant operational system. This study's aim 1). Explain about electric motors, 2). Explain the definition of the water jet pump, 3). Explain how the water jet pump works 4). Explain the components used in electric motors and their repair and maintenance.

The activity of cadres is very important in posyandu activities because if the cadres are not active, the provision of health services and posyandu activity programs cannot run properly. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to the activeness of cadres in posyandu activities in the working area of the Kenarilang Health Center, Alor Regency. This type of quantitative research uses a cross sectional study approach. The study population consisted of 210 cadres, with a total sample of 68 cadres using convenience sampling/accidental sampling. Data were analyzed using chi-square statistical test. The results showed that the variables of knowledge (ρ = 0.023), occupation (ρ = 0.022), incentives (ρ = 0.002), and support from community leaders (ρ = 0.043) had a relationship with the activeness of cadres in posyandu activities. Meanwhile, the attitude variable (ρ=0.492) had no relationship with the activeness of cadres in posyandu activities. Puskesmas Kenarilang should improve training on promotive efforts when providing cadres in increasing knowledge about the duties and functions of posyandu. Village and sub-district governments should always provide appropriate incentives as motivation in increasing the activity of cadres in posyandu activities, and it is hoped that community involvement will always support cadres in posyandu activities.
