Developing literacy for children in Pasar Siborongborong Village aims to improve children's communication and social skills. The ability to read and write allows children to express their ideas, feelings and thoughts more clearly and effectively. Methods or techniques that are often used in developing literacy for children in Pasar Siborongborong Village include the Book-Based Approach, Reading Aloud and the method of using reading application technology. The service carried out not only succeeded in improving technical literacy skills, but also fostered a positive attitude towards learning and developed characters that support children's academic and social success. These results underline the importance of continuing literacy development programs and the involvement of various parties in supporting children's education.

Financial planning is a crucial stage in business management that enables efficient fund allocation to achieve company goals. The significance of financial planning in preparing for the future of a business cannot be underestimated, as business success heavily relies on sound financial strategies. In this context, the analysis of differential costs becomes a crucial tool in business decision-making, especially when choosing between purchasing new items or reproducing old ones. This research utilizes a descriptive qualitative approach to describe and understand the cost comparison phenomenon between the purchase of new items and the reproduction of old items at Kost Putri Candra Dewi. Through cost analysis, it was found that purchasing new items has a higher price margin compared to reproducing old items, even though maintenance costs for old items tend to be higher. In conclusion, while purchasing new items may require a larger initial investment, in the long run, it can generate higher and more financially and operationally profitable margins.

Indonesian language instruction in elementary schools aims to improve students' oral and written communication. Indonesian serves as a primary tool for students to hone their language skills correctly and effectively. Reading skills in elementary school are divided into two phases: initial reading (lower grades) and further reading (upper grades). Initial reading skills influence students' readiness before entering the next learning stage. However, second-grade elementary school students often face difficulties in developing initial reading and writing skills. Factors such as socio-economic background, gender, and teaching methods used by teachers can affect the success of literacy programs. By considering these factors, we can improve students' literacy skills at the beginning level.

Using historical methods, literature studies, and case studies, this article explores the background of the shoe and sandal retail industry, analyzes NeedShoes' creative campaigns in depth, and identifies success factors, challenges, and valuable lessons that can be adopted by other businesses.    

This research discusses efforts to develop Metro City as a city of the future, focusing on the successful integration of the Trans Sumatra Toll Exit in Batanghari Ogan. In the context of development, emphasis is placed on the importance of green open space areas to make Metro City beautiful and act as a model for the autonomy of other cities. Through a literature review, relevant research includes analysis of regional economic regulations and the role of regional government policies in development, with examples of scientific journals that support business contributions to regional income. Although the results of previous research already exist, this research more specifically explores the economic policies of the Metro City regional government regarding the management of Nuwo Intan business locations in 2018. The nature of this research is descriptive and qualitative, using qualitative analysis to describe the phenomenon and influence of the Metro City Regional Government's economic policies on street vendors' income in Nuwo Intan.

In this article, the author provides an overview of the implementation of problem-based learning (PBL) methods within an independent curriculum. The introduction section introduces the topic and highlights the significance of PBL in education, while the overview of PBL methods section explains the key principles and components of this pedagogical approach. The importance of an independent curriculum is discussed in terms of empowering students to develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and self-directed learning skills. The article then outlines the benefits of implementing PBL, including enhanced critical thinking skills, improved problem-solving abilities, and increased engagement and motivation. Finally, the challenges and considerations of implementing PBL are addressed, such as the need for adequate teacher training and support, the development of new assessment strategies, and the integration of PBL with existing curricula. The article concludes by offering best practices for successful implementation, such as establishing clear learning objectives and outcomes and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Changes in the behavior of drug users have a negative impact if the substance enters the user's body. So that the addictive behavior must be. This research was conducted at the Sakinah Harakah Bhakti Foundation, South Tangerang, to help addicts gradually change their addictive behavior using an eclectic approach, namely combining various therapeutic methods such as MI, CBT, and 12 steps of recovery. This study used a qualitative method with a purposive sampling technique in selecting informants. The results in this study indicate that changes in the behavior of clients undergoing rehabilitation occur in the ready to change phase, namely from the preparation stage to action using CBT therapy through topic sessions and 12 steps through JFT meetings. As for the initial phase when the client is still not ready to change, namely precontemplation using MI therapy through giving affirmations; and when the client starts to become aware but doesn't want to change yet, namely contemplation through giving MI open questions; the maintenance phase uses 12 steps through follow-up instructions regarding NA; and the ending phase of termination using MI through providing motivation when the client has successfully undergone a series of therapies.

The constitution also plays an important role in maintaining political stability, ensuring justice, and protecting human rights. The urgency of the constitution is reflected in its function as a basis for the supremacy of law, promoting national unity, and balancing power between state institutions. This study identifies that a good understanding of the constitution is important for the success of a democratic system and the sustainable development of a country.

PT XYZ is a company with a wide network and services for the community. To achieve success in a company, good performance is required, which is based on work discipline and work motivation. The aim of the research is to determine the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT XYZ. This research uses a quantitative approach with nonprobability sampling data collection techniques, namely saturated sampling. The population in this study consisted of all PT XYZ employees, with a total sample of 47 respondents. Primary data was collected using questionnaires in Likert scale units. Data processing uses SPSS 25 software for the tests used are data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. The results of this research are proven by the results of the partial test (T) on the work discipline variable (X1) showing that there is a positive and significant influence on the employee performance variable (Y) and on the work motivation variable (X2) it also shows that there is a positive and significant influence on the variable employee performance (Y), while the results of the simultaneous test research (F) show that there is a positive and significant influence of the variables work discipline (X1) and work motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y).

Technological advances in the industrial era 4.0 mean that various things must prioritize convenience and efficiency in carrying out daily work such as carrying out automatic maintenance and control in the home. This has made many people able to produce various forms of technology that can be controlled automatically and help with work. people who can't take up much time. OT is a technology built to provide ease of work that can be connected to each other using the internet. One use of IoT technology is in the household sector to feed ornamental fish according to need and monitor remaining feed. This tool is designed for NodeMCU as control and an internet connection that is integrated with the Blink application. This tool consists of an HC-SR04 sensor input and a DS3231 RTC timer. The output of this tool uses a servo motor to open and close the contents of the fish feed. Arduino IDE software is used in NodeMCU coding and the Blynk application is used to connect the smartphone and NodeMCU. Based on the results of testing carried out, the system success rate has an average of 95% success. Meanwhile, the average delay is 0.052367 milliseconds.

This reality also provides opportunities for the growth and development of local products. One local brand that has developed quite well by utilizing social media, especially TikTok, is the Tenue de Attire brand. This research aims to analyze strategies for increasing brand awareness through creative content in TikTok Brand Tenue de Attire social media marketing. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, data was obtained using literature review techniques and official publications. Tenue De Attire's marketing strategy shows that they can use social media, especially TikTok, to increase brand awareness and introduce their products to the public. They managed to create a strong connection between the audience and the brand by focusing on creating engaging video content, especially by using adaptable ideas and following popular trends. Tenue De Attire uses an Inbound Marketing approach to direct TikTok users from the stage of attracting attention to the stage of becoming potential customers, by using interesting content to provide information about their products indirectly. Inbound marketing strategy has four stages, namely: Attract, Convert, Close and Delight. Using TikTok's Shop and Live features also helped them increase customer relations and sales. Therefore, Tenue De Attire has achieved success thanks to its innovative and smart marketing strategies.  

Technology is developing rapidly and continues to change various aspects of human life, including the economic and business sectors. Some humans continue to compete to utilize this technology to stay in the flow of world development for their survival. Through the utilization of digital platforms, MSMEs in Klagen village are one example of followers of technological developments that allow the village to be empowered and supported to increase its economic independence. This research aims to improve the ability of MSMEs to utilize digital platforms to expand markets and increase revenue because business development in Klagen Village is hampered by the lack of technological expertise and digital marketing among MSMEs. The method used in this research is participatory with a community organizing approach. The MSMEs selected for mentoring were then interviewed in detail and evaluated as part of the research strategy. With this mentorship, it is expected that MSME players can successfully penetrate larger markets, increase sales, and optimize digital marketing.

Creative thinking needs serious attention because it is one of the essential skills in the 21st Century that supports academic and professional success. This research aims to systematically review the literature regarding strategies for improving creative thinking in students. The study is a Systematic Literature Review (SRL) involving 15 journals published in 2018-2022 and examines the topic of creative thinking skills, improving creative thinking skills, or training creative thinking skills. The journal search was done using a search engine (Google Chrome). The data that has been collected will be analyzed descriptively according to the existing research questions—data analysis using meta-synthesis. The research results show that creative thinking is an idea-construction process emphasizing fluency, flexibility, originality and elaboration. Students' creative thinking abilities can be improved by implementing scientific learning strategies. Several learning models that can improve students' creative thinking abilities include Creative Problem problem-solving, Discovery Learning, Scientific Critical Creative Thinking Model, STEM-E Model, problem-solving learning and Contextual Learning, Problem-Based Learning, project-based Learning, Authentic Learning, and Research-Based Learning

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance with Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable in Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan, Malang Regency. The method used is quantitative in the form of explanatory research. The data was collected with a questionnaire that was distributed to all staff at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan, Malang Regency, totaling 80 people. Meanwhile, the data analysis used is SEM with PLS as the analysis technique. The results of the study showed that work discipline had an effect on employee performance at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan, Malang Regency. Work discipline affects work motivation at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan Malang Regency. Work motivation affects employee performance at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan, Malang Regency. Work discipline affects employee performance through work motivation at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan, Malang Regency. The conclusion in this study is that work discipline includes punctuality, precision, and consistency in carrying out tasks. Meanwhile, work motivation is a key factor that encourages employees to achieve their goals and give their best performance.

This research aims to present socio-cultural values through the Shadow Puppet Performance Tradition as a Village Cleaner. This activity was carried out in Taman Fajar Village, Purbolinggo District, East Lampung Regency, Lampung Province. The subjects of this research were village elders, village heads, and the community who took part in these activities. This research is field research using qualitative descriptive methods. The researcher has a role as the first instrument in the research, the researcher tries to provide a description in understanding a social phenomenon in community activities, based on interviews with key informants, village elders, community leaders and religious leaders in Taman Fajar village. Observations were carried out by looking at the danyangan site. Documentation uses written documents while visual documentation takes the form of photos in the Purbolinggo Regional Area. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that village clean activities are carried out with the aim of realizing the gratitude of the community members to God Almighty, for the success of the community members in planting rice so that they get abundant harvests, as well as getting even better results in the following year's harvest. Bersih Desa in Taman Fajar village usually presents shadow puppet entertainment all day and night with the story of the Bharata Yuda Jayabinangun War. This activity can be expressed in the relationship between society and the natural environment. Clean Village is an offering in the form of a contribution used by village communities to promote safety and security. In the Clean Village activity there is a function of social values. The people of Taman Fajar Village adhere to these values by mechanical solidarity. This social value is realized in activities developed through the Shadow Puppet Performance Tradition.

Human resource stewardship is a series of activities and strategies that aim to maintain and improve the well-being, motivation, engagement, and productivity of employees in an organization. Employee performance is an important indicator of their contribution to organizational success because good performance can create a positive work environment and strengthen individual motivation to perform even better. Work environment and work motivation are two factors that can affect employee performance. PT Transportasi Jakarta is a company that operates public transportation services in Jakarta. PT Transportasi Jakarta employees pursue their careers in a unique work environment, driven by a family-based organizational culture and discipline, so that they can achieve operational targets and provide the best service to the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment and work motivation on employee performance simultaneously or together. The method used in this study uses statistical quantitative methods and uses sample calculations with the Yamane formula which results in 98 respondents. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the work environment and work motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance as seen in the simultaneous f test, namely the fcount value of 91.492 > ftabel 3.09.

The research method used in this research uses the Systematic Literature Review method. There are several types of leadership in companies, including four, namely democratic, autocratic, affiliative and visionary leadership. This study concludes that leadership factors in operational management, finance and public relations have a significant impact on companies. Companies that implement democratic leadership tend to be more able to carry out management in all sectors of the company, while companies that implement leadership based on Islamic studies make the relationship between leaders and subordinates more peaceful compared to other types of leadership.
