Current business developments have moved from conventional systems to digital marketing systems and the use of digital marketing is the right opportunity for current developments in Indonesia. However, in its current condition, there are still business actors who do not understand digital marketing and lack awareness among the public or entrepreneurs to utilize digital media as a means to develop their activities. In the research, the researcher used a data processing method with a digital marketing funnel and the data was processed using SWOT analysis. Based on these problems, digital marketing training was carried out. This research aims to find out research results that can increase understanding of digital marketing funnel sales at Graha Office. It is hoped that the findings of this research can help companies formulate more effective digital marketing strategies that focus on achievement.

The property industry is an example of an industry that is expected to continue to grow. Problems related to obstacles that occur in property transactions are the decline in the level of property sales in an area. This can happen due to several causes such as infrastructure gaps in each region, lack of promotion, etc. This research will answer the question of how to increase property sales by 10% every year in the New York City area of ​​the United States. The dataset used in this research was taken via the Kaggle website and comes from information on the number of property sales in 5 boroughs in NYC from 2016-2017. It is hoped that the conclusions from the related journals will provide a recommendation model to increase property sales by 10% in the coming year in NYC.

In today's fiercely competitive digital business landscape, companies like Graha Office must leverage marketing funnels to enhance their sales strategies. This study delves into the implementation of funnel marketing strategies within Graha Office services, examining how funnel stages, market phases, clicks, impressions, and CTR correlate with product sales. The findings indicate a relationship between funnel stages and sales, although cautious interpretation of causality is warranted. This research establishes a foundation for the company's future actions using statistical methods, particularly via linear regression with an output of coefficient t count -2.179 < t table 2.119 (H2 accepted). However, it underscores our limitations in comprehending more intricate cause-and-effect relationships within the real world.

With the rapid development of information technology, Tiktokshop has become an increasingly popular e-commerce platform in Indonesia. However, selling on Tiktokshop does not always guarantee success, especially for small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) that focus on selling special products such as CustomKids. This research aims to determine the impact of Tiktokshop's inactivity on sales of MSMEs, especially the custom children's industry in Indonesia. This research analyzes various factors that might influence Tiktokshop's inactivity, such as lack of presence, lack of user interaction and algorithm changes. We also assessed the direct impact of the suspension on sales of CustomKids products, taking into account variables such as decreased sales, decreased market share, and the psychological impact on MSME owners. The results of this research will provide insight to MSME owners, the government and stakeholders to help them develop strategies to advance Tiktokshop activities and increase the competitiveness of MSMEs, with a special focus on CustomKids products. It is hoped that the implications of this research finding will help in decision making to improve the performance of MSMEs in the digital era.

Strategi bisnis merupakan suatu hal yang penting dalam menjalankan suatu usaha atau usaha baik skala kecil maupun besar, termasuk UMKM, karena dengan memiliki strategi bisnis maka pengusaha atau pemilik dapat meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam bersaing dengan usaha yang dipimpinnya. Salah satu cara dalam menerapkan strategi bisnis adalah dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT, yang mana pemangku kepentingan UMKM perlu mengetahui kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman dari bisnis yang dijalankannya. UMKM adalah usaha ekonomi produktif yang mandiri, biasanya dijalankan oleh perseorangan atau badan hukum yang bukan merupakan anak perusahaan atau afiliasi dari badan usaha yang secara langsung atau tidak langsung dimiliki, dikuasai, atau dimiliki sebagian. Pelaku ekonomi dalam kegiatan ini merupakan pelaku ekonomi dari desa Jayamukti yang tergabung dalam komunitas Milenial Bangkit Indonesia. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi strategi bisnis yang sesuai dan menerapkan strategi bisnis tersebut untuk meningkatkan penjualan UMKM. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh para pemangku kepentingan UMKM terkait dengan ketidakmampuan mereka dalam mengidentifikasi strategi bisnis yang baik dan tepat. This research employs a qualitative method to analyze and evaluate the business network of Jeep Aquascape & Aquarium stores, with a specific focus on marketing and promotional strategies. The primary objective is to identify aspects of the business network where Jeep Aquarium can redevelop its marketing and promotion strategies to address revenue instability, despite the store generally experiencing profitability. The qualitative approach involves in-depth interviews with various stakeholders, including store owners, employees, and customers. Data analysis aims to uncover patterns of revenue instability, assess the success and shortcomings of current marketing strategies, and identify internal and external factors influencing revenue fluctuations. Findings reveal that, while the store generally sees profits, attention is required to address revenue instability. Strategic recommendations from qualitative analysis include the development of more proactive promotional strategies, notably leveraging social media to reach a broader target audience. A profound understanding of business resources contributing to revenue fluctuations is also disclosed, providing additional insights for sustainable improvements. Therefore, more proactive promotions, particularly through social media, are identified as a key element to enhance visibility and customer appeal, ultimately contributing to achieving better revenue stability.

An effective marketing strategy plays an important and diverse role in a company's operations. Understanding marketing strategies and their impact on business objectives is very important for companies. The research problem focused on ineffective marketing communication strategies that impacted property sales at Elite Pro Green Lake City. The purpose of this study is to explore the marketing communication strategies used by companies and their impact on property sales. This research adopts a constructivist paradigm and uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. A case study method was used, with primary data collected from Creative Managers and Marketing Staff at Elite Pro Green Lake City. Secondary data from the literature and previous research provide additional support. The study was conducted at the company's location in Green Lake City, Tangerang. The study revealed that Green Lake City's Elite Pro has yet to fully optimize its marketing communication strategy. The company mainly focuses on the product, price, and promotional components of the marketing mix, neglecting other important elements. This resulted in a decrease in property sales. These findings point to the need for Elite Pro Green Lake City to improve its marketing communication strategy to increase property sales. The study underscores the importance of leveraging various online and offline promotional activities, developing strong relationships with develovers and banks, and maximizing social media platforms for marketing.

The rapid development of the industry has driven the emergence of various technologies that can support the industry, especially in production activities. Production activities are the actions performed by humans to generate a product, be it goods or services, which are then utilized by consumers. These activities operate around the clock to produce products that meet market demand. For smooth production activities, manufacturing industries need to provide raw materials that meet targets and create plans before operating, with inventory levels set to ensure that needs are met in terms of quality, quantity, time, and low cost as planned. PT XYZ is a fruit juice manufacturer with avocado juice being its most popular product. The production of avocado juice was analyzed over the period of 2015-2020 using Vensim software with four scenarios to assess the availability of raw materials. The research findings reveal that the total availability of flour raw materials in 2020 was 10,000 tons; 9,450 tons; 9,500 tons; 10,150 tons; 11,400 tons; 13,250 tons. To address the issue, PT XYZ can monitor fruit stocks and periodically estimate fruit seasons.

Andika Cell`s retail counter marketing strategy in attracting customers. Based on interviews conducted at the Andika Cell counter in December 2023, social media marketing and advertising programs were identified as the most important strategies. Social media marketing uses platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to reach a wide audience, while the discount program includes special offers such as free data exchange with the purchase of at least 3 data packages and additional gifts such as the purchase of free tamperglass accessories. Based on analysis, this strategy was successful in increasing sales and improving customer loyalty. To strengthen Andika Cell's position in the market, recommendations were made to optimize social media presence, maintain and improve advertising programs, and develop cross-selling and up-selling strategies.

This research was conducted on consumer who work at PT. Dinamika Synergy Elemenindo. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of product quality and distribution channels on sales targets. The population and sample in this study amounted to 40 people. The sampling technique used is saturated. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion in the study that simultaneously product quality and distribution channels have a positive and significant effect on the sales target of PT. Dinamika Synergy Elemenindo. Partially, product quality affects the sales target of PT. Dinamika Synergy Elemenindo. Partially, the distribution channel has a positive and significant effect on the sales target of PT. Dinamika Synergy Elemenindo. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination can be seen from the Adjusted R Square value of 0.499 which means that product quality and distribution channels can explain the sales target of 49.9% and the remaining 50.1% is influenced by variables not examined such as: sales location, price perception, market segmentation, etc

Triartha Cipta Mandiri has been established for 10 years with a Deed of Company Establishment from the Tangerang Regency Notary, Mr. Deni Nugraha, S.E., S.H., M.Kn. dated 25-09-2013 and has received approval from the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, as stated in his Decree dated 27-09-2013 Number: AHU-50281.AH.01.01 TAHUN 2013. So far, PT. Triartha Cipta Mandiri is expanding its wings in the field of selling subsidized houses. The name of the housing developed by PT. Triartha Cipta Mandiri is Granada Rajeg City which is located in Rajeg District, Tangerang Regency, Banten. Houses that sells by PT. Triartha Cipta Mandiri is a subsidized house by the government with a price of Rp. 168,000,000,- and the houses’ building area of ​​30 M2 and a land area of ​​60 M2. Inside the house there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Houses marketing is carried out by deploying several marketing agents. Other than that, to carry out sales and purchases that have been agreed with consumers, PT. Triartha Cipta Mandiri entered into a credit agreement at Bank BTN Syariah. During 2023, house sales have reached 74 houses.

The state's contribution from taxes amounts to 85%, indicating the dominant role of taxes in significantly contributing to the state's finances. This research aims to examine the influence of the self-assessment system and tax audits on the Value Added Tax (VAT) revenue. The self-assessment system emphasizes the active role of taxpayers in fulfilling their tax obligations; however, the potential for taxpayer non-compliance may negatively impact tax revenue. Therefore, tax audits are essential to balance the implementation of the self-assessment system and ensure that the filing of Tax Returns (SPT) aligns with the conditions of the taxable objects. This study employs a quantitative method with descriptive analysis. Data analysis involves multiple linear regression and testing classical assumptions such as multicollinearity, autocorrelation, normality, and heteroskedasticity. Hypothesis testing is conducted using t-tests and F-tests with the assistance of SPSS 22. A sample of 36 respondents was selected based on specific criteria, and secondary data were obtained from the Mulyorejo Primary Tax Office in the form of documents. The research findings indicate that simultaneously, the self-assessment system and tax audits do not significantly influence VAT revenue in the Mulyorejo Primary Tax Office during the period of 2020-2022. The implication is that while the active role of taxpayers and tax audits has potential impacts, their simultaneous implementation does not significantly contribute to the increased Value Added Tax revenue in the region.

 Business has an important role in society. One of significant factor influencing the sustainability of a business is through business networks. With the establishment of business networks, information can be spread quickly (Wiharjo, 2012). Business networking is very important for business, including printing business. Printing is an attempt to mass produce writing and images using a printing press. (Nggaibo, 2021). Printing business is one of the fastest growing businesses. CV. Aslan Grafika is a printing business located in Banjaran, Bandung, West Java. The reason the author conducted Business Network research on CV. Aslan Grafika because author is interested in marketing strategies undertaken by CV. Aslan Grafika thus became the pioneer of printing in Banjaran area which provides many printing services. This research aims to determine the business network used in CV. Aslan Grafika and how the influence of this business network on the performance of printing, especially manufacture and sale of books du'a Hajj and umrah which is the main highlight of the author in this study. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The data source used consists of primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques are interview techniques. Data analysis techniques used are qualitative data analysis techniques.

Packaging design innovation is a crucial strategy in boosting product sales. Innovation is the practical development and improvement of an initial discovery into a technique that can be used. This research aims to enhance the sales of banana chips produced by the Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) Healthy Tasty Food Surabaya through packaging design innovation implemented by interns from WMK.The research methods encompassed interviews, observations, brainstorming, active participation, and documentation. The results indicate that the implemented packaging design innovation successfully increased the sales of Healthy Tasty Food Surabaya's banana chips, as evidenced by a surge in orders and sales.The packaging design innovation involved alterations in shape, color, and packaging material. The new packaging was designed to be more appealing and informative, incorporating bright colors and attractive graphics. Additionally, the new packaging was equipped with comprehensive product information, including nutritional content and expiration date.The positive impact of this packaging design innovation is evident in the increased number of orders and sales for the UMKM, as well as improved customer satisfaction and product image. This research provides a significant contribution to similar UMKMs by uncovering the potential for sales enhancement through the improvement of their product packaging design quality.

In an increasingly diversified business landscape, marketing strategies stand as a primary key to a company's success. This study delves into the marketing strategies of PLN UP3 Sidoarjo, specifically in boosting the sales volume of its electricity services. The research method employed is qualitative descriptive, involving in-depth interviews and analysis. The findings reveal a spectrum of marketing strategies encompassing product, price, promotion, and distribution/placement. Implemented marketing strategies such as service diversification, setting affordable tariffs, educational campaigns, and community partnerships have contributed to a stable increase in the number of customers. However, evaluating these strategies should extend beyond customer acquisition, also considering the increase in electricity consumption per customer. In conclusion, PLN UP3 Sidoarjo adopts a holistic approach that successfully enhances public awareness of its electricity services, augments the customer base, and improves customer service.

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the internal control system for the sale of merchandise at Jazzy Souvenir Store. The approach used is a qualitative descriptive method with the application of data analysis techniques using triangulation. Data collection is carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis results indicate that the internal control system for the sale of merchandise at Jazzy Souvenir Store is not yet optimal, as evidenced by the lack of adequate organizational structure and the existence of dual functions in the execution of tasks and responsibilities. Additionally, negligence in inventory recording by store employees leads to discrepancies between the physical inventory of merchandise and the recorded inventory in the system.

This research was conducted to analyze the mechanism for distributing commissions for sales of consignment goods to snack business actors in Sidodadi Village, Sekampung, East Lampung. Research was conducted on two cassava cracker making home industries, namely the Pelangi Cassava Cracker Home Industry and the Satria Cassava Cracker Home Industry which implemented a consignment sales system. Data was obtained through interviews with business owners. The research results show that there are differences in basic prices and commissions between the two home industries which are influenced by several factors. The recording system for consignment sales has not been fully implemented. It was concluded that the commission distribution mechanism had been carried out based on an agreement, but consignment accounting records had not been implemented completely.
