The integration of local wisdom in the role of village heads as mediators of industrial relations disputes is an effective strategy in rural conflict resolution. Local wisdom, which is a community's traditional knowledge and practices, can be used to understand and resolve complex conflicts. The village head, as a respected figure with traditional knowledge, can serve as an effective mediator in resolving industrial relations disputes. The results show that village heads play an important role as mediators by integrating local wisdom principles such as deliberation, mutual cooperation, and harmony in the mediation process. The custom-based approach proved effective in reaching an agreement that was acceptable to both parties and maintaining social harmony in the village. However, challenges arise when dealing with large companies or disputes involving formal legal aspects. This research provides new insights into the potential integration of local wisdom in the resolution of industrial relations disputes at the village level, as well as the implications for the development of a more contextualized alternative dispute resolution system in Indonesia. The analysis will discuss how the integration of local wisdom in the role of the village head can improve the effectiveness of conflict resolution in rural areas.

Marriage is a sacred goal in establishing a happy home that is eternal and based on the Almighty Godhead. The sacred bond of marriage is part of God's command, in order to fulfill basic, private needs. In fact, marriage is lived with full happiness, mutual love and meaning of life between husband and wife who were previously not the same, both in educational, family and cultural backgrounds. An ideal marriage is where a husband and wife unite their differences in unity of strength to form a happy household. In reality, not all married couples are able to realize happiness together in arranging their family's future life. Disagreements between husband and wife are triggered by differences in understanding in creating domestic happiness. Differences that were originally normal often lead to domestic violence. Married couples who are unable to control their emotions sometimes commit violence, whether by the wife or the husband, but in general domestic violence is carried out by the husband against his wife. This research tries to provide an overview of the triggers for domestic violence and solutions to overcome it.

Peace agreements play an important role in civil dispute resolution in Indonesia. As a faster, cheaper, and more conciliatory alternative to litigation, amicable agreements are recognized by law through the Civil Code (KUHPerdata) and several other regulations. This research aims to examine the position of peace agreements in the Indonesian civil law system, as well as their legal implications in the context of litigation and alternative dispute resolution. The research method used is normative legal research with secondary data analysis. The results show that a peace agreement has the same legal force as a court decision and can be legally executed. However, peace agreements have limitations in some cases concerning the legal status of a person or the public interest. This research is expected to provide further understanding of the importance of amicable agreements as an effective solution in resolving civil disputes.

A stipulation born between two or more parties that is legally guaranteed and creates specific rights and obligations for each individual is the definition of a contract. In the law of obligations, a contract is considered a fundamental instrument that allows individuals or entities to manage their relationships with each other. However, in practice, breaches or non-compliances with what has been agreed upon, known as "default", are not uncommon. Default occurs when someone bound by an agreement does not fulfill their obligations in accordance with the content agreed upon in a contract, whether in the form of a direct violation or not taking the necessary actions. The impact of a default can be in the form of material losses, immaterial losses, or both. Resolving defaults typically involves negotiations between parties, mediation, arbitration, or even formal legal routes through the courts. It is important for contracting parties to understand their rights and obligations to prevent defaults and reduce the risk of disputes in the future.

In accordance with Indonesia's Trade Secret Law, the proprietor of any technological or business information that is both uncommon and of economic value is obliged to maintain its confidentiality. It is incumbent upon companies to enter into specific agreements with employees who are privy to this information, with the objective of preventing leaks. The case studies of PT AIA Financial and PT 3D Garmentech illustrate the significance of legal protection and dispute resolution in the context of corporate data leaks. This research employs a qualitative analysis of the issue, utilizing both secondary and primary data and normative legal methods. This research concludes that the owner of a trade secret is entitled to exclusive use and licensing of the trade secret, and may prohibit other parties from using or disclosing such information for commercial purposes, in accordance with Article 4 of the UURD. In the event of a leak, disputes can be resolved through non-litigation channels or, in the event that these prove ineffective, through closed-door courts. A variety of legal protections are available to owners of trade secrets, including the use of confidentiality agreements with employees and the initiation of civil suits for compensation. Additionally, criminal law offers protection, as delineated in Articles 16 and 17 of the UURD. The drafters of the UURD vested the state with the authority to enforce compliance with trade secret legislation.

Discipline of the State Civil Apparatus has been regulated in Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2023 concerning the State Civil Apparatus. In this regulation, the State Civil Apparatus consists of Civil Servants and Government Employees with Employment Agreements who are appointed by civil service development officials and entrusted with duties in a government position or entrusted with other state duties and are given income based on statutory regulations. The purpose of this regulation is intended to serve as a guideline in enforcing State Civil Service Discipline. However, the reality in the field is that violations of State Civil Apparatus Discipline, especially at SMAN 15 Batam, still occur frequently and repeatedly. This research aims to find out how the law regulates the enforcement of discipline towards State Civil Apparatus in the SMAN 15 Batam environment, how the implementation of law enforcement regarding the application of discipline towards the State Civil Apparatus in the SMAN 15 Batam environment and the obstacles faced by SMAN 15 Batam in enforcing discipline against State Civil Apparatus and alternative problem solving in the form of rewards and punishments. The research method used is a qualitative method with a normative and empirical juridical approach that analyzes statutory regulations relevant to the discipline of the State Civil Service. The data sources for this research were obtained from secondary data and primary data. Primary data was collected through interviews and observations, while secondary data was obtained from previous literature, books, journals and case studies. The results of the research show that so far the process of imposing punishment has only taken the form of a verbal warning delivered directly by the school principal. Verbal warnings are a form of light disciplinary punishment. Verbal warnings are given by considering the background of the Civil Servant disciplinary violation and the impact of the violation. Based on these results, the suggestion put forward is that it is hoped that all State Civil Servants will increase awareness of ASN discipline as well as understand and carry out obligations and avoid prohibitions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. State civil servants must be more responsible for themselves and in carrying out ASN duties so that the objectives of ASN discipline can be realized well. For example, arriving at school early to avoid unexpected obstacles. In the future, enforcement of discipline in the State Civil Service must really be carried out properly and the process of imposing punishments must be stricter against perpetrators of violations of discipline by the State Civil Service so that it can provide a deterrent effect for undisciplined ASN.

Property business is the activity of buying and selling a plot of land or house involving 2 (two) parties between the seller (business actor) and the buyer (consumer), in its implementation gives birth to legal relationships carried out through agreements. Quality in running a property business, business actors selling their plot of land to consumers are inseparable from the fact that the business actor gets the land previously from the landowner to then sell it to consumers. The method used in this study is Normative Juridical. The legal protection of agreements made by business actors and consumers in the property business is guided by articles 1320 and 1338 of the Civil Code. Breach of promise not to carry out the agreed is a form of default committed by one of the parties to the agreement as regulated by article 1234 of the Civil Code which can be resolved with a "win and win solution" through negotiations so that business actors and consumers are protected. Consumer protection in property business agreements starts from the beginning of the purchase, making the agreement, payment to the sale and purchase deed agreement. Consumers who have signed the agreement means that they have agreed to all the terms and conditions that have been set. All of these agreements, both oral, written, and deed are not authentic. Authentic deeds that are carried out legally, as long as consumers have fulfilled their achievements by making payments in full, not negligently, in accordance with their rights and obligations in Law no. 8 of 1999, consumers are obliged to get legal protection.

Electronic credit facilities represent a significant banking innovation, employing technology in a manner that diverges from the established procedures associated with conventional credit. A credit deed that is not in accordance with the formal legal requirements is nevertheless considered to have legal force if the signature is recognized by the relevant parties. This thesis addresses the legal force and position of underhand credit agreements in commercial banks, as well as their suitability with the legal requirements of agreements according to the Civil Code and ITE Law, particularly in instances where the debtor subsequently rejects the signature. This thesis employs normative legal research methods to procure secondary data pertinent to the subject matter. The secondary data comprises primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials, which are then subjected to qualitative analysis. The research demonstrates that the legal certainty of electronic credit agreements in commercial banks is regulated by the Civil Code Law Number 19 of 2016 on Electronic Information and Transactions, Government Regulation Number 71 of 2019 on the Implementation of Electronic Systems and Transactions, and OJK Regulation Number 38/POJK.03/2016 on the Application of Risk Management in the Use of Information Technology by Commercial Banks. In the event of a dispute over the rejection of an electronic signature in an agreement, the matter may be resolved through litigation after all other avenues of non-litigation have been exhausted. In electronic credit agreements, electronic signatures are recognized as valid evidence, thereby affording legal protection to creditors.

Legislation function owned by DPD is still limited, it shows the weak position and role (position and function) of DPD when compared with DPR. DPD does not have the authority to form laws together with DPR and the President and has no authority in setting the state budget. The formulation of the problem in this study are: (1) How is the legislative function of the House of Regional Representatives in the formation of the Act? (2) What is the ratio of the legislative function of the House of Regional Representatives that is different from the House of Representatives? This research is a normative juridical research which can be interpreted as a library legal research conducted based on literature or secondary data. In other words, this research is library research (library reseach), meaning that this research is conducted by reading works related to the issues to be studied and then containing a study of the research. The results of research and discussion show that: (1) The legislative function of DPD has a major role in the formation of the Act at the stage of discussion and ratification. At the discussion stage, although its participation is limited to level 1, DPD provides input and consideration of the bill relating to regional autonomy, central-regional relations, and management of economic and natural resources. Furthermore, at the stage of ratification, a joint agreement between DPR and the President strengthens the status of the bill into law. Although DPD can provide input and consideration of some bills, the final decision remains in the hands of DPR. This confirms that the main role of DPD is more as an advisory body in the legislative process. DPR has greater power than DPD in the formation of the Act, with the authority to take the final decision. Thus, although DPD has an important role in certain aspects of the formation of the Act, the main power and final decision remains with DPR. (2) Comparison of legis ratio between DPD and DPR has different representation. DPD represents the interests of the region directly, while DPR represents the interests of the people through political parties. DPD is present to accommodate regional aspirations that are not always represented by DPR. This reflects that the legislative role of DPD has significant limitations. DPD should function as a mechanism of checks and balances in Indonesia's bicameral system. However, due to its limited authority, the implementation of this function has not been optimally realized. Thus, although DPD has an important role in representing regional aspirations, the differences in authority and rights between DPD and DPR cause their position to be unbalanced in the legislative process.

Through Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation and its derivative PP Number 35 Thuan 2021 concerning PKWT, Outsourcing, Working Time and Rest Time and Termination of Employment Relations is the crystallization of various laws regarding Employment. which, philosophically, does not provide guarantees and protection for workers' rights. Methodologically, this research is an empirical juridical research using a combined approach method which is carried out by analyzing the research explanation in an inductive way leading to a deductive method so as to help the author explain the relationship between research variables and research objects. The results of this research found that there are many deficiencies in Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Employment, such as the absence of legal protection or workers who are in non-standard work relationships, gender discrimination, wages, lack of social security, leave rights and other rights, partial revision What the Job Creation Law does to the Employment Law Number 13 of 2003 actually creates new problems that have a negative impact on worker protection, the rules governing employment now, so that if you look closely at the revised and deleted articles, it appears that The spirit of the law does not at all touch on efforts to increase worker competency, even though in reality, in Pancasila industrial relations, worker protection is a form of government responsibility. So it is hoped that a legal political policy between the DPR and the government will make changes to Article 66 paragraph (2) of Law Number 3 of 2023 concerning the Determination of Perpu Number 2 of 2022 into the Job Creation Law and PP Number 35 of 2021 concerning Specific Time Work Agreements , Outsourcing, Working Time and Rest Time, and Termination of Employment Relations, so that it can be seen more clearly how the protection of workers/laborers, wages, welfare, and protection of the special rights of outsourced workers, especially outsourced workers, must ensure greater legal protection so that the working atmosphere can become better and more conducive and neither party feels disadvantaged
