This study discusses the effectiveness of implementing administrative sanctions to overcome fraud practices by health facilities against National Health Insurance (JKN) participants in Indonesia. Fraud practices involving claim manipulation, bill inflation, and falsification of diagnoses result in losses for JKN participants and reduce the quality of health services. This study identifies challenges in supervision, regulatory weaknesses, and obstacles in law enforcement that affect the effectiveness of the administrative sanctions imposed. Based on the analysis, this study recommends regulatory reforms that include the implementation of stricter sanctions, strengthening supervision with information technology, and increasing outreach programs to raise awareness of the impacts of fraud. It is expected that with this reform, the JKN system can run more effectively and reduce fraud practices that are detrimental to all parties.

The growing complexity of maritime operations demands deck officers with advanced competencies and a strong understanding of sustainability principles. This study addresses critical gaps in maritime vocational education by exploring the effectiveness of current training programs, the integration of sustainability, and the role of technology-driven approaches. While previous research has focused on technical skills aligned with STCW standards, limited attention has been paid to leadership, communication, and environmental education. The research sought to answer how maritime training can be enhanced to address these gaps. Using a systematic literature review and qualitative analysis of insights from maritime professionals, educators, and graduates, the study synthesized theoretical frameworks with real-world experiences. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and questionnaires, analyzed using thematic coding, and triangulated with findings from the literature review. The results demonstrate strong technical training aligned with STCW standards but reveal fragmented sustainability integration and inadequate leadership preparation. Simulation-based training was identified as highly effective, though it requires support from mentorship and real-world experiences. The findings provide actionable recommendations for enhancing curricula, fostering industry-academic partnerships, and refining policies to better prepare deck officers for modern maritime challenges. This research offers a practical roadmap for transforming maritime education, ensuring safety, operational efficiency, and sustainability in global maritime operations.

This research aims to explore the role of soil microorganisms in improving soil fertility and agricultural productivity to support sustainable agriculture. Using the literature review method, various scientific literatures were analyzed to identify the potential, challenges, and optimization strategies of microorganism technology. Microorganisms such as Nitrobacter, Streptomyces sp. and Trichoderma sp. play significant roles in nitrogen cycling, organic matter decomposition and plant pathogen control. In addition to naturally improving soil nutrition, these microorganisms also support agricultural efficiency by reducing dependence on synthetic chemical fertilizers and pesticides.  However, the adoption of this technology faces obstacles, such as farmers' lack of knowledge and limited access to quality products. Therefore, strategic steps are needed in the form of training programs, extension, and policy development to support the implementation of microorganism-based technologies. In the context of climate change, microorganisms also contribute to greenhouse gas mitigation and increase crop tolerance to abiotic stress. The results of this study emphasize the importance of microorganisms as a sustainable solution to the challenges of modern agriculture, as well as the need for collaboration between various parties to increase the capacity of farmers in implementing this technology.

This study aims to analyze the influence of the implementation of UM Green Campus program on students’ ecological citizenship awareness at Universitas Negeri Malang, with energy citizenship as a mediating variable. The research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive-explanatory design. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to 415 respondents selected through proportional random sampling. Data analysis employed a path analysis model using SEM-PLS method. The results show that the direct effect of Green Campus implementation on ecological citizenship awareness is not statistically significant, with a T-statistic value of 1.308 and a P-value of 0.191 (> 0.05). However, the effect of energy citizenship on ecological citizenship is significant, as indicated by a T-statistic of 17.224 and a P-value of 0.000. Furthermore, the indirect influence of Green Campus implementation on ecological citizenship through energy citizenship is also significant (T-statistic of 15.347; P-value of 0.000). These findings suggest that the success of Green Campus implementation in increasing ecological citizenship depends on how well energy citizenship values are internalized. Customer satisfaction is a crucial indicator in assessing the quality of a company's products, services and overall experience. This research aims to identify the level of customer satisfaction and optimize the available data for effective use in sentiment analysis. In this study, we analyzed 4,353 customer reviews collected over the past year, with 3,481 reviews used as training data and 871 reviews as testing data. The analysis process was conducted using the Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM) approach and leveraged the Logistic Regression algorithm to build a predictive model. Model evaluation using the confusion matrix yielded an accuracy of 94.60%, a precision of 94.26%, and a recall of 94.60%. The analysis was conducted using Jupyter Notebook and the Python programming language. The results indicate that sentiment analysis is effective in identifying and predicting customer satisfaction levels, which in turn can help a company’s products improve its service strategies. The optimization of previously underutilized data now provides deeper insights into customer perceptions and expectations, enabling the company to make more targeted decisions and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the use of KIP-Kuliah costs and financial literacy levels on student needs. The study was conducted on 45 KIP-Kuliah recipient students at Universitas PGRI Wiranegara. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire designed to test the variables of KIP-Kuliah living costs, financial literacy, and student needs. The data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. Based on the results of the study, the level of financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on student needs, with a coefficient of determination of approximately 0.596 (p <0.05). In contrast, the use of KIP-Kuliah living costs does not have a significant effect on student needs (p>0.05). Overall, these variables have an average contribution of 39.9% to the student needs variable. This shows that financial literacy is an important component in maximizing the use of knowledge by students to meet their master's needs. Based on the research findings, steps that can be taken include increasing literacy through education or training programs and evaluating the KIP-Kuliah program to ensure that the funds are used effectively.
