The punishment imposed on TNI soldiers is actually heavier than the punishment that applies in the general court. The punishment imposed on TNI soldiers is not only limited to prison sentences or fines imposed, but sometimes for serious criminal offenders are often sentenced to additional penalties in the form of dishonorable dismissal (PDTH) from military service. The purpose of this study is to show that for legal subjects with military status, the role of superiors who have the right to punish or called the term Ankum is very dominant. For military members involved in criminal acts, two punishments are imposed, namely first, in the form of disciplinary punishments imposed in the form of punishments for postponement of promotion, demotion to dismissal. This research is qualitative that uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description when the research is carried out. The results of this study show that the determination of absolute competence based on the emphasis on the consequences of the losses incurred can be said to be in line with what is stated in Article 3 paragraph (4) letter a of TAP MRP Number VII of 2000 concerning the Role of the Indonesia National Army and the Role of the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia which reads that "Soldiers of the Indonesia National Army are subject to the power of the general judiciary in the case of general criminal offenses." It is strengthened by Article 65 paragraph (2) of the TNI Law which reads "Soldiers are subject to the power of the military judiciary in the event of a violation of the military criminal law and are subject to the power of the general judiciary in the event of a violation of the general criminal law regulated by the Law."

Provisions regarding dishonorable discharge are regulated in Article 53 paragraph (1) of Government Regulation Number 39 of 2010 concerning Administration of TNI Soldiers, which regulates dishonorable discharge from military service, as an implementation of the provisions of Article 62 paragraph (3) of Law Number 34 of 2004 concerning Indonesian national army. The aim of this research is to show that the norm for imposing an additional penalty of dismissal by a judge in a court trial is Article 26 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code which confirms that the defendant, based on the crime he committed, is deemed no longer fit to remain in the military. Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description at the time of the research. The results of this research show that from the perspective of Military Criminal Procedure law, it can be said that dismissal is the sole authority of the Military Judge taking into account the unfitness of the soldier to be retained to continue serving in the military environment, so that this authority cannot be delegated to a civilian Judge, because the decision will be made basis by the TNI leadership to be followed up. For these military members, dismissal from military service is the end of their career and service within the Indonesian National Army (TNI), the consequences of which will be followed by the termination of the rights they have received so far.

Chronic renal failure is a progressive and continuous destruction of kidney structures. Chronic renal failure occurs in susceptible individuals, analgesic nephropathy, destruction of renal papillae associated with daily use of analgesic drugs for years. Whatever the cause, there is a progressive deterioration of kidney function which is characterized by a progressive decrease in the Glomelurus Filter Rate (GFR) (Corwin, 2009). Chronic kidney failure is a failure of kidney function to maintain metabolism and fluid and electrolyte balance due to progressive destruction of kidney structures with manifestations of accumulation of residual metabolites (uremic toxicants) in the blood (Muttaqin & Sari, 2011). as well as electrolytes and acid-base composition of body fluids, removing metabolic wastes that are no longer needed by the body, regulating blood pressure and hormonal function. Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is the final stage of chronic kidney failure where GFR <15 ml/min/1.73m2 so that the body fails to maintain metabolism and fluid and electrolyte balance, causing uremia, namely retention of urea and other nitrogenous wastes in the blood (Smeltzer et al. al, 2008; National Kidney Foundation in Kallenbach, et al, 2005). With the increasingly real decline in kidney function or worsening of symptoms of uremia, renal replacement therapy is required for survival, namely dialysis and organ transplantation. There are two methods of dialysis, one of which is Hemodialysis (Potter, 2005; Smelzer, 2008).

The nutritional problems faced in Indonesia today remain the same, namely that many children suffer from malnutrition. The national movement to increase breastfeeding is one of the government's efforts to improve the health status of mothers and children. However, the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding has not been achieved, one of the reasons is the breastfeeding factor. Meanwhile, the point in the success of providing exclusive breastfeeding and continuing it for up to 2 years is related to a mother's understanding of lactation management. So this service activity is carried out to teach mothers who are young pregnant, late pregnant and have just given birth to a 1 month old baby to participate so that their knowledge increases. The method in this activity is a pre-test before providing information related to breastfeeding and lactation management, then continuing with the post-test to see the success of the activity. The mothers' enthusiasm was seen to be very high and resulted in a strong determination to be able to provide exclusive breast milk to their babies. This research report is motivated by the large number of sharia financial institutions that have emerged and the increasing number of sharia banks that provide financial services while meeting the increasingly diverse needs of society. With the current abundance of sharia banking, there are accusations that sharia banking is a conventional bank that only has a sharia label attached to it. However, nowadays sharia banks always try to implement Islamic values based on Sharia principles. Sharia banking has a big influence on people's economic activities. Various sharia banking products are expected to be able to encourage and accelerate people's economic progress in accordance with Islamic principles. In Islamic principles, economic activity cannot be separated from the postulate of faith in Allah SWT and even becomes a built in control for economic actors. From here, sharia banking was built and designed to improve the standard of human life. Sharia banking is expected to become an alternative and even a decisive solution for the development of the national economy, especially for Muslims.

Educational activity is a process that is designed in such a way and applied formally and measurably with the hope of achieving maximum and effective goals, especially the goals of national education as stated in article 3 of Law no. 20 of 2003. In achieving this National education goal, this goal was designed by experts in the national capital while the humans who serve as this national goal are in areas with different cultures and intelligences, as well as teachers who carry out the heavy task must be able to describe and interpret Law no. 20 of 2003 must be able to achieve this at the same time, besides the teacher's responsibility to educate the nation's children, teachers also have responsibilities that are no less serious towards their families, both economic and other responsibilities. It is very wise for the government to pay more attention to teachers with a policy of providing additional financial income from the professionalism of teachers, namely a professional allowance of 100% of the basic salary, teacher professionalism is a condition for obtaining this allowance and to be recognized as a professional teacher, teachers must meet various requirements. as evidenced by the portfolio collected. Unfortunately in the collection of fortopolio there are many loopholes for dishonesty by some unscrupulous teachers where the skills and professionalism of the teacher are not as what the fortopolio explains, because fortopolio can be obtained without strict selection, so teachers who are considered professional by the state and have been given the trust to educating the nation's children and have been rewarded with a professional allowance (which is called a certification allowance) even though not all certified teachers are necessarily professional, because fortopolio is easy to manipulate.
