This study aims to explain the importance of developing teacher professional competence as a key factor in improving student learning outcomes. In the context of education, the teacher's role is not only limited to conveying subject matter, but also involves the ability to plan, implement and evaluate the learning process. In an era of education that continues to develop, teachers must be able to face new challenges that arise, such as technological developments, curriculum changes, and the diverse needs of students. Therefore, teachers need to continue to develop their professional competence in order to meet the increasingly high demands and expectations from society, students, and the education system. The development of teacher professional competence includes various aspects, such as in-depth academic knowledge, effective teaching skills, ability to adapt to change, and a positive professional attitude. Teachers who have good professional competence are able to present a conducive learning environment, facilitate productive interactions between students, and provide constructive feedback. In this study, an analysis was conducted of various methods and strategies for developing teacher professional competence, such as training, supervision, mentoring, and collaboration between teachers. In addition, the factors that influence the success of teacher professional competence development are also discussed, including school leadership support, a conducive work environment, and teacher motivation in self-development. The results of the study show that the development of teacher professional competence has a significant effect on student learning outcomes. Teachers who have good professional competence are able to design interesting lessons, choose strategies that suit the needs of students, and provide effective feedback. This has a positive impact on the involvement of students in learning and increasing their academic achievement.

The purpose of this study was to improve student achievement in class XI AK.2 SMK St. Willibrodus Betun in Accounting subject through the application of peer tutoring learning methods. The problems faced are the lack of student interest in accounting subjects, and the difficulty of maintaining focus during class. This has a negative impact on their academic performance. The proposed solution involves utilizing the peer tutoring method, whereby students receive assistance from their classmates in understanding accounting concepts. The research was conducted using the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method and involved 20 students as research subjects. The results showed that there was a significant increase in student achievement after the application of the peer tutoring method. In cycle I, 13 students successfully completed their studies with an average formative test score of 74.50 and a percentage of learning completeness of 65.00. In cycle II there was an increase in the number of students who completed their studies, with a total of 18 students. The average score of formative tests also increased to 88.00, and the percentage of complete learning reached 90.00. The conclusion drawn is that peer tutoring is an effective learning method in improving the academic achievement of Accounting students.

The aims of this study were 1) to determine the human resource management compensation system in education at MTs Nurul Huda Kempas Jaya Village, 2) to determine the inhibiting and supporting factors for the human resource management compensation system in education at MTs Nurul Huda Kempas Jaya Village, 3) to determine the implementation of the human resource management compensation system in improving teacher performance at MTs Nurul Huda Kempas Jaya Village. This type of research is field research, namely research conducted directly with the object of research and data collection is carried out in the field. Researchers are trying to uncover Public Relations Strategies in Increasing New Students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Huda Kempas Jaya Village for the 2020/2021 Academic Year. The results of this study are (1) the human resource management compensation system in education at MTs Nurul Huda Kempas Jaya Village is all income in the form of money, direct and indirect goods received by teachers as compensation for services provided to MTs Nurul Huda Kempas Jaya Village . This compensation takes the form of salary, benefits, incentives, and benefits. (2) Inhibiting factors: delays in giving salaries because many SPP payments are in arrears and there are bailouts, there is often overtime work outside working hours so that more funds are needed for payment, employees are often absent without prior coordination so working hours are not filled by officers this results in reduced compensation. Supporting factors: not a large number of educational and educational staff so it is easier to coordinate internally. (3) Implementation of a human resource management compensation system in improving teacher performance, namely at MTs Nurul Huda Kempas Jaya Village, the provision of compensation can be said to be effective in increasing the performance of teachers and employees. Teachers feel more responsible for carrying out their duties and performance appraisals that can improve employment status can have an impact on the welfare obtained and continue to motivate teachers in carrying out their duties. The better the performance appraisal of a teacher, the increase in status and compensation received can be considered.

This study aims to: (1) identifying the lesson planning, (2) analyzing the implementation of learning, and (3) describes learning difficulties in identifying the meaning of poetry in special sport class at Batik 2 Surakarta Senior High School. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative by case study, and the data resources come from activity, interviewee, and document. Researcher collected the data by using passive observation, document analysis, and indepth interview with interviewee. While deciding purposive sampling for the data collection technique, data analysis was done with flow data analysis. Here are the results of this study. First, teacher’s lesson planning regarding to this material is developed by MGMP’S syllabus in Surakarta followed by the lesson planning development by teacher. Therefore, this study found that teacher’s assesment by designing all instrument for assesment are unnecessary. Furthermore,there is a discrepancy beetwen MGMP’S syllabus and lesson planner made by the teacher in the time allocation. Second, students are found passive and not condusive class academically displayed during learning process, teacher’s lacking in accomodation for teaching method by using lecture method. Third, learning difficulties in identifying the meaning of poetry for student in special sport class are divided by internal factor and external factor. While internal factors are focusing in student lacking literacy and their low enthusiasm for learning, external factors are come from their family and peer friends at class. Their family at home do not require a higher score in Bahasa Indonesia subject because already know their children interests is on sport as an athelete. The non-optimal ability to write poetry of high school students in class XI Negeri 1 Tanggetada in the 2022/2023 academic year can be seen from the initial observations which illustrate that the learning has not run optimally. To improve the ability to write poetry, teachers need to choose the right strategy, namely the mind mapping strategy. The data in this study were obtained from a poetry writing ability test and then analyzed descriptively. The description of the research results based on the initial observation of learning students are less active, easily bored, and students pay less attention to the teacher's explanation, so that the average student score is only 63 with 22% learning completeness. After the first cycle of action, the average value of students increased to 67 with 69% learning completeness. In cycle II, the results of the action showed that the mastery of the material after being given a test of students' poetry writing skills increased to an average of 78 with 94% learning completeness. Learning completeness with percentage calculations in cycle II has met the success indicators set in this study and the cycle is declared discontinued. The conclusion is that through the application of mind mapping strategy, it can improve students' poetry writing ability.

This study aims to analyze the impact of changes in needs analysis on the development of English language learning curriculum. Needs analysis is an important process in designing a curriculum that is responsive to learners' needs. However, the needs of English language learners continue to evolve with changes in time, technology, and global demands. Therefore, changes in needs analysis are necessary to ensure that the English language learning curriculum remains relevant and effective. In studying the impact of changes in needs analysis on curriculum development in English language learning, the researcher will conduct a comprehensive search of academic databases, educational journals, conference proceedings, and other reputable sources. The search will be focused on finding relevant studies, theories, and models related to needs analysis, curriculum development, and English language learning. The results of the study indicate that changes in needs analysis have a significant impact on the development of English language learning curriculum. Some of these impacts include emphasizing more authentic communication skills, increasing the use of technology in learning, the need for cross-cultural skills, and emphasizing professional skills relevant to the workplace. This study concludes that changes in needs analysis are an important step in developing a responsive and effective English language learning curriculum. By considering changes in learners' needs, the curriculum can be adjusted to provide a more relevant and beneficial learning experience. Therefore, curriculum developers and education policymakers need to continuously monitor changes in learners' needs and make necessary adjustments in the development of the English language learning curriculum.

The purpose of this study aims to find out the improvement with the application of coloring activities based on Papuan local wisdom for the 2022/2023 academic year. This research is a classroom action research and was carried out for 2 cycles. Each cycle consisted of 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were group B children of TK Melati Sanggar Merauke Learning Activities for the 2022-2023 school year, a total of 12 children consisting of of 6 boys and 6 girls. Data collection techniques used observation and documentation. The instruments used were observation sheets of children's creativity abilities and observation sheets of student and teacher activities. Data analysis used descriptive statistical data analysis. The results showed that through coloring activities based on Papuan local wisdom it could improve children's creative abilities. This could be shown from the success of learning in the minimal category of developing according to expectations or three stars increasing from 16.67% in pre-cycle to 83.33% in cycle I and 83 .33% in cycle II. In addition, there was also an increase in student activity with an active category of 50% in cycle I, an increase of 83.33% in cycle II, and teacher activity in the learning process increased with a good category of 85.71% in cycle I to 100% in cycle II. So it can be concluded that coloring activities based on Papuan local wisdom can improve creativity abilities in children aged 5-6 years at Melati Kindergarten, Merauke Learning Activity Center.

The purpose of this study was to identify the management of Goa Boki Maruru, find out the facilities provided for Goa Boki Maruru and develop a model for the development of Goa Boki Maruru. The method in this study was the survey method, namely a research technique through direct observation of a symptom or gathering information through interview guides, questionnaires. The involvement of these various parties can be seen as sufficient in encouraging tourism. However, currently there is no synergy between stakeholders in tourism management activities. Then it has not yet facilitated the management of Boki Maruru tourism as well as regulation and funding as well as assistance and direction. The research results in the FGD also have not found implementation in management activities from the local government as a dimension of Geopark development. In the management development dimension, it was found that there was no monitoring, evaluation, conservation, education and creative economic improvement program from the Government, and there was still a lack of efforts to increase community capacity related to Boki Maruru tourism management. The dimension of developing community-based strengthening shows that there is no transparency and accountability in tourism management due to the lack of basic management and the basics of tourism management by community organizations. It is recommended that the Geopark development model be through: increasing social responsibility, utilizing digital media, increasing community HR cabality, implementing Boki Maruru management training programs for community tourism organizations, and increasing collaboration with academic and private stakeholders.

Methods Demonstration Improving Student Learning Outcomes in grade VIII MTs Ma’arif Kaliwiro. This study aims to determine differences student achievement between the experimental class using a demonstration method and the control class using a conventional method. (2) To find out how much student achievement increased between the experimental class using demonstration method and the control class using a conventional method. This research is a quantitative research with a type of field research namely an experiment with a quasy-experimental design. The sample in this study was taken by simple random sampling technique. The population in this study were all grade VIII strudents of MTs Ma’arif Kaliwiro 2022/2023 academic year. Two classes were taken as samples, one experimental class and the other one control class. The data collection technique in research was in the form of test, namely pretest and posttest aside from that the documentation. Hypothesis testing in this study used the t-test and N-gain test with the help of SPSS.

Measurable character education can have an effect on students to grow into better individuals, resulting from constructive feedback through the teacher's exemplary. As a motivator the teacher can move students with their own awareness and responsibility so that they are willing to learn. Islamic education must be able to move the character of students according to the example of Rasulullah SAW. Islam, especially Islamic education, is seen as a binder and guide to the true path, so that the culture that arises will be able to provide benefits, not only to himself, but also to others. To find out the implementation of Islamic education on students' character building, this research uses a qualitative approach. The research method used is a case study using in-depth interviews with school principals, Islamic education teachers and several students of SMK Genius Bandung.  Direct observation and document analysis as data collection techniques, triangulation of sources and methods are used to test the authenticity of the data obtained. The result of this study shows that Islamic education is not only limited to academic assessment, spiritual development, understanding of moral values, and adherence to Islamic principles, in addition it is also important to consider aspects of students' attitudes, morals, and behavior towards each other and their environment which is in accordance with the goals of student character education. Based on the research it is concluded that Islamic education as an independent research variable has a very strong positive relationship with the students' character  building that means it has a very large influence on the students' character building. Therefore, a holistic and integrated evaluation will provide a clear picture that is more comprehensive about Islamic education in the students' character building at SMK Genius Bandung.

The background of this research is on the subject of Islamic Religious Education that teachers still rarely use the discovery learning learning model in learning so that students are not effective in participating in the learning process and when students are given assignments by the teacher, almost all students in class VII cannot do the assignments given, so symptoms or phenomena are found, especially in subjects Islamic Religious Education, namely the learning outcomes of class VII students are still relatively low and have not yet reached the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) set at SMP N 1 JUJUHAN, namely 75. The purpose of this research is to find out whether student learning outcomes have increased by applying the discovery learning model to the eyes Islamic religious education lessons. This research is a Class Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The subjects of this study were class VII students of SMP N 1 JUJUHAN, Jujuhan Ilir District, Bungo Regency, Jambi, even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year, which consisted of 15 male students and 5 female students. In collecting data the author uses the method of observation, learning achievement tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive data analysis, where the data is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively in the form of percentages. The results of this study are that the application of discovery learning learning models can improve student learning outcomes in the material Al-Khulafaur Ar Rasyidun The Successor of the Struggle of the Prophet Muhammad. Before the action, it was known that 8 students had completed with 40% classical completeness, in cycle I, 12 students had completed with 60% classical completeness, in cycle II, 18 students had completed with 90% classical completeness. Thus it can be concluded that by applying the discovery learning model it can improve student PAI results at SMP N 1 JUJUHAN.

This study aims to analyze the P5 Program as an implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in the context of potential inhibiting factors. The literature review method was employed to gather information related to identified inhibiting factors in the implementation of the P5 Program. Searches were conducted in educational literature, academic journals, and publications related to the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum and the P5 Program. Based on the literature analysis, the identified inhibiting factors include resource readiness, teacher understanding, and preparedness, as well as time and space limitations. To address these factors, proposed efforts encompass increasing educational investment, teacher training, and development, as well as collaboration between schools and the community. The findings of this study provide valuable insights for educational practitioners and decision-makers in identifying and overcoming inhibiting factors in the implementation of the P5 Program, thus enhancing the effectiveness and success of the program in achieving the desired educational goals.

The Ministry of Education and Culture in 2022 presents challenges in the education sector. The problem was solved by the government by making the Freedom to Learn Program policy. The purpose of this study: to analyze the time allocation and the theme of the choice of implementation of the P5 independent curriculum and to analyze the principles, benefits, design implementation and management strategy of the P5 independent curriculum at SD Marsudirini Gedangan, Semarang. The method is qualitative with a case study approach, research data uses primary data, data collection techniques by observation, observation, recording observations, and structured interviews, data validity techniques by triangulation of data sources. The findings are that the independent learning curriculum is quite fun and does not make it difficult for teachers and students at SD Marsudirini Gedangan. Uncertainty was felt when the teachers did not know the process for implementing the main harvest in December 2022 and there was no BOS allocation fund to support project implementation. The implication of this research is to provide an overview of the implementation of a fun independent learning curriculum, so that in the 2023/2024 academic year schools are increasingly ready to implement the full learning independent curriculum

This study deals with the effect of explicit instruction method in ability to make procedure text at class XI in SMA Negeri 2 Lawe Bulan Academic Year 2021/2022. Its objective is to find out whether the use explicit instruction has a significance effect in make procedure text. Population and samples used in this study were all students of class X total 36 students. The method used in this study is an experimental method with a one group as pre-test and post-test design. This study was carried on using quantitative method. The data was analysed by using t-test. The researcher found the pretest mean = 43,05 , deviation standard = 4,48 and experienced an increase in the posttest mean = 80,83, deviation standard = 4,55. From this analysis, writer found that guided explicit instruction method has significance in teaching writing procedure text. It can be proved by the result of the analysis showed that “ ” observed about 35,64 was higher than “ttable” about 2,030 with the level significance is 0,05% it implies that the teacher of English should use explicit instruction method in teaching make procedure text so that the teaching and learning process can be successful.

This study deals with the effect of using clustering technique on students’ ability in writing recount text on the X class of SMA Swasta Darul Iman Academic Year 2021/2022. Its objective is to find out whether the use clustering technique has a significance effect in writing recount text. Population used in this study of class X were 64 and samples used in this study were32 students. The method used in this study is an experimental method with a one group as pre-test and post-test design .This study was carried on using quantitative method. The data was analysed by using t-test. The researcher found the pre-test mean = 54,69 , deviation standard = 5,07 and experienced an increase in the post-test mean = 82,81 deviation standard = 3,09.From this analysis, writer found that guided clustering technique has significance in teaching writing recount text. It can be proved by the result of the analysis showed that “ ” observed about 26,78 was higher than “ttable” about 2,040 with the level significance is 0,05% it implies that the teacher of English should use clustering technique in teaching writing recount text so that the teaching and learning process can be successful.

The purpose of this study is two of them, the first is to determine the influence of the scramble game learning model and conventional learning on the understanding of writing vocabulary and the difference in knowing the influence of the scramble game learning model and conventional learning on the understanding of writing vocabulary at MAN 1 Aceh Tenggara in The 2021-2022 Academic Year. The method used is quantitative. The research design used is one group pretes-posttest design. The population study totaled 272 students while the research sample amounted to two classes, each class consisting of 32 students. The findings of his research can be explained that the results significance Paired Sample T-test that 0,000 (Asymp . Sig) < 0,05 then H0 rejected means there is the difference or the influence of the scramble game model on understanding write vocabulary in experiment class. Results significance Paired Sample T-test that 0,000 (Asymp . Sig) < 0,05 then H0 rejected means there is the difference or the influence of conventional models to understanding write vocabulary in the control class. Results Paired Sample T-test, that if 13,707 (t value) > 2,03011 (t table) it means hypothesis was received at experiment class. Results Paired Sample T-test, that if 13,707 (t value) > 2,03011 (t table) it means hypothesis was received at control class. Results Independent Sample T-test was obtained score significance (2-tailed) is 0.000 < 0.05, then could concluded that " there " difference in average results study student between the scramble game learning model and the conventional model ". Next, for the value of t can be concluded that 11.660 (t value) > 2.03011 (t table), which means the hypothesis was received.

This study deals with the students’ ability in reading comprehension during tha pandemic of covid 19 at X class in SMA Negeri 1 Badar Academic Year 2021/2022.  Its objective is to know student ability in reading comprehension during pandemic Covid 19. The research is done by collecting the data and scoring the result of the answer and quantitative method to find out the result. This research is enough to know the aim of this research is an analyzing of students’ in reading ability during the Pandemic of Covid 19 at X Class in SMA Negeri 1 Badar by focusing on Recount Text ability.The data was analyzed and researcher found The students who were taught The Pandemic Of Covid 19 got better achievement that those who were taught by using conventional technique that was Teacher. the highest score of the pre-test was 65 and the lowest was 45. While the highest score of post-test was 90 and the lowest was 70. The result of means of Pre-Test was 54.67  while the result of deviation standard was 6.18 And the result of means of Post-Test was 80.33. While the result of deviation standard was 5.91. From this research, it was found that the  can cause a positive, which is proven from the result of the test, t_test>t_tableor  ( 16.55> 2.04 ) there is significance Students Ability in Reading Chomprehension During Skill The Pandemic Of Covid 19

This study deals with the use video to improve students’ procedure text writing class XI SMA Swasta Darul Iman Academic Year 2021/2022. Its objective is to find out whether the use video has a significance effect in writing procedure text. Population used in this study of class XI and samples used in this study were 64 students. The method used in this study is an experimental method with a one group as pre-test and post-test design. This study was carried on using quantitative method. The data was analysed by using t-test. The researcher found the pre-test mean = 55,39 , deviation standard = 3,26 and experienced an increase in the post-test mean = 80,31 deviation standart = 3,66.From this analysis, writer found that guided video has significane in teaching writing procedure text. It can be proved by the result of the analysis showed that “” observed about 40,85 was higher than “t-table” about 1,998 with the level significance is 0,05% it implies that the teacher of English should use video in teaching writing procedure text so that the teaching and learning process can be successful.
