This community service program aims to enhance digital literacy and online marketing skills for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bojongkulur Village. The activity focuses on utilizing digital platforms such as GoFood and GrabFood as tools to expand the marketing reach of MSME products. The methods employed include counseling, training, and direct mentoring. The program results indicated an increased understanding of digital platforms among MSMEs and a rise in the number of MSMEs registered as partners. Challenges encountered include the initial lack of digital literacy among some MSMEs and limitations in supporting devices.

Teachers have a key role in ensuring the safety of students during disasters, however, to carry out this role effectively, they need a deep understanding of disaster inclusive risk reduction education. Early age students are the group most at risk in disasters. Inclusive disaster preparedness education training for teachers aims to increase teacher competence in designing inclusive learning programs related to disaster preparedness in schools. Through participatory methods with an andragogy approach, teachers are trained to develop individual learning programs and develop learning tools that are responsive to students' needs. The training also includes the preparation of inclusive earthquake simulation scenarios, where participants learn to design safe and accessible evacuation routes and respond to various types of student needs. The results of this activity show a significant increase in teachers' understanding and skills regarding inclusive disaster preparedness, as evidenced by the learning tool products produced during the training. The advancement of network technology plays a crucial role in supporting modern education. This study aims to enhance students' understanding of network technology at SMA 1 Tajurhalang through a program of computer network implementation and simulation. The activities involve participatory training that includes the introduction of basic networking concepts, hands-on router configuration practices, and simulations of LAN, MAN, and WAN networks. Evaluation results indicate an improvement in students' ability to configure networks and solve related technical problems. These findings highlight the importance of technology training in preparing students for the digital era.

The study is titled Analysis of Digital Literacy Ability Levels at Grand Dian Slawi Hotel Staff. The purpose of the study is to evaluate and understand the level of digital literacy capabilities owned by Hotel Grand Dian Slawi staff in various aspects, such as the use of information technology, digital communication, online collaboration and data security. The study used a quantitative approach with survey methods using questionnaires deployed to 26 hotel staff. The results of the study showed that most staff have excellent digital literacy rates with an average percentage of 92.31%. There are still some aspects that need to be improved, such as understanding digital ethics and valid information selection. The findings provide useful insights for the development of training programs that are more effective in improving digital skills in hospitality work environments. Personnel Leave Application Information System Application: The Personnel Leave Information System at the Batu Bara Regency Regional General Hospital is an application built for the web-based leave application process. This research was conducted on the Staff Leave Information System at the Regional General Hospital of Batu Bara Regency using research methods, namely the Observation method, Library Research, Field Research, needs analysis, system design, and system implementation. Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Data Flow Diagram ( DFD), Sequence Diagram, Class Diagram. This application was built using software, namely the PHP programming language, HTML, CodeIgniter, Composer database used by MySQL. The application built operates on the Windows Operating System. The WEB-based Application for the Information System for Applying for Employee Leave at the Batu Bara Regency Regional General Hospital has helped the Batu Bara Regency Regional General Hospital in registering and informing employee leave applications quickly and accurately, and can also provide information to employees to find out whether the leave process has been approved or not. approved.  

This research analyzes the satisfaction level of PERISAI agents regarding BPJS Ketenagakerjaan regulations at the Darmo Surabaya Branch Office. The PERISAI program, launched in 2018, represents a strategic innovation in the agency system to expand membership, particularly in the Non-Wage Recipient (BPU) sector. The study employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving participatory observation over four months (September-December 2024), in-depth interviews, and documentation analysis. Results indicate that the PERISAI policy transformation since May 2022, particularly the increase in contribution incentives from 7.5% to 15%, has positively impacted agent motivation. The reward system combining financial and non-financial incentives through gathering programs and point systems proves effective in building loyalty. Success in achieving BPU participant acquisition targets is influenced by agents' ability to develop personal approaches and build local community networks. The integration of digital platforms in acquisition processes and performance monitoring enhances operational efficiency. Capacity development programs through cross-generational communication training and social security fund management provide a strong foundation for PERISAI agents' task execution.

The socio-cultural approach is a crucial aspect of creating inclusive and relevant guidance and counseling services, particularly at SMAN 7 Tasikmalaya, which has a diverse student background. This study aims to understand how socio-cultural values are integrated into the counseling process to help students address various issues, such as adaptation difficulties, social gaps, and interpersonal conflicts. Using a qualitative research method with a case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations of counseling activities, and document analysis. The results indicate that implementing strategies such as classical guidance, home visits, and community-based approaches effectively strengthens the relationship between counselors and students and enhances students' skills in dealing with differences. Additionally, the integration of local culture into counseling programs positively impacts fostering mutual understanding among students. The implications of this study highlight the need for counselor training to better comprehend students' socio-cultural contexts, enabling counseling services to be designed according to their needs and conditions. This research contributes significantly to developing guidance models that respect socio-cultural diversity in educational settings.

The evolving threat of terrorism in Indonesia has led to the development of counterterrorism laws aimed at combating both domestic and international terrorist activities. Since the Bali bombings in 2002, Indonesia has enacted a series of legal frameworks, such as Law No. 15 of 2003 and its amendments through Law No. 5 of 2018. However, these laws have raised significant concerns about human rights violations, especially regarding the treatment of detainees, preventive detention, and arbitrary arrests. This study adopts a qualitative research methodology, combining doctrinal legal analysis and empirical data gathered from interviews with legal experts, policymakers, and practitioners. It critically examines the compatibility of Indonesia’s counterterrorism laws with international human rights standards, focusing on their implementation, particularly in relation to the fundamental values of Pancasila—the state ideology of Indonesia, which emphasizes social justice, unity, and human dignity. The results highlight several key challenges, such as the need for stronger oversight mechanisms, more effective deradicalization programs, and a comprehensive approach to online radicalization. The study concludes with recommendations for integrating Pancasila principles more thoroughly into counterterrorism strategies, strengthening international cooperation, and ensuring that security measures do not infringe upon individual rights. By addressing these issues, Indonesia can enhance the effectiveness of its counterterrorism efforts while adhering to its commitment to human rights and social justice.  

Numeracy is not only the responsibility of mathematics teachers, but also the responsibility of all non-mathematics teachers, namely teachers who teach subjects other than mathematics. The approach needed is cross-subject numeracy. Based on the results of interviews with partner schools, it was obtained that teachers in these schools still have minimal knowledge about numeracy literacy and numeracy reinforcement in non-mathematics lessons. The solution offered is to provide reinforcement of numeracy literacy materials and provide reinforcement of non-mathematics or cross-subject numeracy literacy materials so that non-mathematics teachers can also improve students' numeracy in subjects other than mathematics. The implementation mechanism consists of 3 main stages, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. Evaluation of program implementation is measured from the increase in participants' knowledge from pretest to posttest and the participant's response questionnaire to this activity. Based on the results of the community service, it can be concluded that this activity makes a good contribution to increasing the knowledge and understanding of SMP Terpadu Darul Dakwah teachers regarding cross-subject numeracy literacy and examples of learning activities to strengthen numeracy literacy in subjects other than mathematics. The number of participants who experienced an increase in score from pretest to posttest was 100%, meaning that all participants in the activity experienced an increase in knowledge. In addition, it can also be seen from the average pretest of 48 and the average posttest of 75.5. The overall process of implementing this activity went well and smoothly. This activity also received a positive response from the participants with a score percentage of 90.25%.

Clean water is a fundamental necessity for public health, as water contamination can lead to various health problems, such as gastrointestinal infections, skin diseases, and other health issues. Screening for water contamination by Escherichia coli bacteria and Corynebacterium spp. is essential to ensure water quality remains safe. This community service activity was conducted in the Duri Kosambi area, focusing on education and water quality testing. The program included planning educational sessions on the risks of water contamination, implementing screenings using colony-forming unit (CFU) parameters to detect Escherichia coli and Corynebacterium spp., and evaluating results to provide preventive recommendations. The findings revealed variations in contamination levels across locations, with some meeting cleanliness standards, while others, such as B04, showed extreme contamination. This activity highlights the importance of community education, regular water quality monitoring, and water treatment to prevent health risks. Collaboration among communities, governments, and health organizations is crucial to maintaining sustainable access to high-quality clean water.

The manufacturing industry plays a pivotal role in promoting workplace equality for employees with disabilities. This paper explores the historical context, current trends, and challenges faced by disabled workers in the manufacturing sector. Through a comprehensive literature review and empirical research, including surveys, interviews, and case studies, the study identifies significant barriers to inclusion, such as physical inaccessibility, attitudinal prejudices, and inadequate policies. It also highlights best practices and policies that manufacturing companies can adopt to foster an inclusive environment. These include inclusive hiring practices, workplace accommodations, and training programs to raise awareness and sensitivity among employees. The research showcases successful implementations of inclusive practices in various manufacturing companies, emphasizing the economic and social benefits of such initiatives. Increased productivity, innovation, and improved workplace morale are among the noted advantages. The paper concludes with recommendations for enhancing inclusion in the manufacturing industry and suggests future research directions to continue advancing equality for disabled workers. By addressing these challenges and adopting best practices, the manufacturing industry can set a benchmark for other sectors, demonstrating that inclusivity is not only a moral imperative but also a driver of business success.

The Professional Strengthening Program for Teachers (P2K) implemented at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Maros aims to improve students' teaching skills through a practical approach. This classroom action research (CAR) focuses on the application of the STAD (Student Teams Achievement Divisions) cooperative learning model to improve the early reading skills of grade I students. The learning process is carried out in two cycles that include planning, implementing actions, observation, and reflection. The results of the study indicate that the use of letter card media is effective in increasing active student participation, learning interest, and student learning outcomes, as indicated by an increase in the average score from the first cycle to the second cycle. This study emphasizes the importance of innovation in learning strategies, especially through the use of simple interactive media, to overcome the challenges of student heterogeneity at the elementary school level.

The Adolescent Information and Counseling Center (PIK-R) is an integral part of the GenRe program, designed specifically to provide adolescents with guidance and information on topics such as marriage readiness, family roles, the KRR TRIAD, life skills, gender, advocacy, and KIE competencies. Based on the 2019 SKAP data, a substantial number of respondents—predominantly those with lower education levels (60.1%) and those living in rural areas (59.22%)—demonstrated limited knowledge about family planning (75.2%), reproductive health (34.4%), GenRe (81.6%), and Adolescent Family Building (87.9%). Furthermore, 9.8% of adolescents were not receiving any related information. Against this backdrop, a study was conducted in 2024 to examine the effect of the PIK-R program on adolescent reproductive health knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors at SMAN 1 Selesai. This analytical cross-sectional study involved 98 students who met the inclusion criteria, with data analyzed using chi-square tests and binary logistic regression. The results showed that the PIK-R program significantly improved knowledge and behaviors related to adolescent reproductive health but did not affect attitudes. It is recommended that supervisors encourage student participation in PIK-R activities, enhance scheduling to maximize exposure to reproductive health education, and perform comprehensive evaluations of the program's effectiveness.

This study aims to evaluate the QRIS management program for new users of Bale by BTN Mobile at Bank BTN KCP Ketintang, especially in the distribution of Surabaya University student identification cards and customer service. The method applied is descriptive qualitative with data collection through interviews, in-depth observations, and documentation. There are four informant subjects related to this research, namely new customers, business people, customer service, and funding parties of Bank BTN KCP Ketintang, selected to obtain an in-depth understanding of the effectiveness of the program. The results showed an increase in the use of QRIS among new users of Bale by BTN. Through the cashback program, customers can use QRIS regularly. However, the use of technology and online systems in this program still faces challenges, especially related to technical problems that often arise in Bale by BTN mobile banking, which can hinder the smooth activation process.

Sport is an activity that exists throughout the world and is an important aspect in a person's life. One of them, in Indonesia, sport plays an important role in increasing national success and resilience.  The Youth and Sports Department has an important role in cultivating the younger generation's interest in sports. They can help young athletes develop their skills, provide guidance, and inspire them. This Field Work Practice Report aims to increase interest in sports among the younger generation. The objectives include organizing activities and programs to increase interest in sports, increasing national achievements by involving the younger generation in sports, increasing public awareness of the importance of sports, and increasing access to sports facilities through various activities and programs.

The storytelling training held during the Language Month at SMK Negeri 3 Palembang aimed to enhance students’ storytelling skills as competition participants. This program employed discussion and hands-on practice to train techniques such as intonation, facial expressions, and gestures relevant to story flow. The results showed significant improvements in participants’ confidence and communication skills. However, challenges such as tight school schedules and limited mentors were identified. Evaluation suggests better planning, extended training duration, and involving more mentors to improve future program effectiveness.

Cholesterol is a type of fat naturally found in the body and plays a vital role in biological functions such as cell membrane formation and hormone production. However, elevated cholesterol levels can lead to plaque buildup in arterial walls, which is a major risk factor for peripheral artery disease. This condition is characterized by the narrowing of arteries that impedes blood flow, particularly to the extremities. A cholesterol screening program is conducted to detect elevated cholesterol levels early and to provide education about healthy lifestyle habits to adults. This program employs the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) approach, which includes planning, implementing education and screenings, evaluating effectiveness, and taking follow-up actions based on the results. The total cholesterol screenings revealed an average level of 181.81 with a standard deviation (SD) of 34.18. While this average is within the normal range, it approaches the upper limit, warranting caution to prevent further increases that could affect cardiovascular health in the future. Regular cholesterol screening can help minimize the risk of peripheral artery disease, thereby maintaining the quality of life for adults.

Iraq needs to correct public finances to achieve stability and rebuild financial reserves, by adopting a program to measure and analyze the current situation and forecast macroeconomic policies to eliminate the imbalance between domestic demand and aggregate supply, which is usually manifested in the problems of the balance of payments, high inflation, and low output growth, and financial programming is an essential tool for managing policies to achieve stability and rebuild financial reserves.Analyze the current situation and forecast macroeconomic policies to address economic imbalances. However, there is a difficulty in applying the financial programming tool because of  the lack  of accurate information systems to estimate the rate of inflation, unemployment, economic growth, exchange rate, balance of payments and the general budget, in addition to irrational fiscal policy that depends on excessive expansion of government spending, with the sovereignty and control of the public sector over the macroeconomy, compared to the weak and weak role of the private sector. As a result of the policies pursued by successive governments and thus constitute weaknesses for the application of financial programming.

This research aims to determine the analysis of service quality on customer satisfaction at the Tingkir Type A Terminal, Salatiga City. In this research, the objects taken were service users at the Tingkir Terminal. Data sources include primary and secondary data. The sample in this study was 100 service user respondents at Tingkir Terminal. Data collection was carried out using observation methods, literature studies, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique is a multiple linear regression technique which is first tested through a questionnaire test (validity and reliability) and classical assumption tests (autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, normality). The results of the analysis using the statistical tools of the SPSS V.26 program obtained a multiple linear regression equation: Y = 2,637 + 0,170.X1 + 0,203.X2 + 0,180.X3 + 0,179.X4 + 0,171.X5 + μ. The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that the Tangible Variable (X1) has a tcount of 0.170 and a ttable of 1.66105, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The Reability variable (X2) has a tcount of 0.203 and a ttable of 1.66105, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The Responsive Variable (X3) has a tcount of 0.180 and a ttable of 1.66105, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The variable Emphaty (X4) has a tcount of 0.179 and a ttable of 1.66105, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The Assurance variable (X5) has a tcount of 0.171 and a ttable of 1.66105, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the results of the study, conclusions can be drawn from multiple linear regression analysis and the distribution of respondents' answers regarding independent variables (Tangible, Reability, Responsive, Emphaty, Assurance) has an influence on the dependent variable (Customer Satisfaction).  

This research was motivated by field observations at MAN 2 Payakumbuh City in October 2021, which found that most students did not perform dhuha prayer. The reasons found include lack of facilities such as clean mukena, laziness, and lack of understanding of the virtues of dhuha prayer. This habit shows the low awareness of students of the importance of familiarizing dhuha prayer as part of daily life. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research informants consisted of MAN 2 Payakumbuh students as key informants, and PAI teachers as supporting informants. The results showed that PAI teachers' efforts in developing students' disciplinary character through habituation of dhuha prayers included the application of punishments such as ruku for several minutes and additional assignments, such as memorizing verses of the Qur'an. In addition, teachers provide motivation, advice, and good examples. Support from the school, teachers, and student guardians is a supporting factor for the success of this program. However, there are obstacles such as differences in student characters, lack of collaboration between teachers, and lack of parental support. One of the main obstacles is the lack of understanding provided by other teachers about the importance of dhuha prayer, which results in low participation.
