Stroke is the sudden death of brain tissue caused by the lack of oxygen due to the impaired blood supply. Patients with stroke need to be given strengthen joints therapy, one of them is 300 lateral incline positions. The purpose of this case study is to analyze the position in stroke patients after the intervention of mobilization exercise every 2 hours for 6 days in Cempaka ward of RS Pantiwilasa Ciratum Semarang. The type of this research is descriptive case study approach method. The subjects of this study are two stroke patients with good functional outcomes, where the score for Modified Rankin Scale is between 0-2, willing to be respondents, never received a lateral 30? lateral incline therapy. The immobilization analysis is done descriptively and measured by Braden scale. Hence, the result of the study is the decrease of the risk shows by the changing of risk scale from 10 to 13. The recommendation of the research is the need of nurse consistency in mobilization to prevent decubitus in stroke patients.

The journey of the Regional Representative Council (DPD) in the constitution is considered to still not compensate for the dynamics of proliferation of legislation. The reason is that the function of the DPD with the DPR in the field of legislation has been tugging and there has been intense competition in the formation of legislation, on the one hand the existence of the DPR as an institution holding a legislative function born earlier is considered to dominate the formation of legislation. On the other hand, the existence of the DPD as a new institution that is also given a legislative function, its authority is considered to be too small when compared to the authority of the DPR in the process of establishing legislation. Even the DPD is considered to add to the problem of over regulation in Indonesian legislation. Borrowing the term Richard Susskind mentions that hyper regulations or obesity are legal and over regulation. This situation led to the implementation of the DPD's legislative function not being optimal because it tends to be half-hearted. In other words, the existence of the DPD as the holder of legislative power is still under the shadow of the DPR, so it has not been taken into account in the process of establishing legislation in Indonesia, even though it has been corrected by the Constitutional Court through Decision of the Constitutional Court Number 92/PUU-X/2012 and Decision Constitutional Court Number 15/ PUU-XIII/2015, but the decision was ignored.

The purpose of this research is to produce tangible results in providing comfort or convenience in turning on or off the night life at home everyday, especially for people who forget to turn off the lights. The method used in making microcontroller-based home lighting control using an android smartphone is. This research method consists of several stages, analysis methods, design methods, implementation testing methods, and maintenance. The results achieved are improving the aspects of comfort and convenience for agencies, where this series of tools works after bluetooth devices are available on android smartphones. connected to a bluetooth module which is connected to the Arduino microcontroller. Basically, the principle of using this tool is that users must be able to operate a smartphone based on the Android operating system. The conclusion of this research is that the Arduino-based light control device using bluetooth can fulfill its function to control the lights properly and the device is designed to be minimalist and safety so it is safe to use.

The issue of legal protection for consumers is one that is championed in order to provide protection for the community as consumers. BPOM Semarang City has the duty to provide services for the community to supervise the circulating products to ensure their safety, however, there are still products that contain hazardous substances in circulation. Therefore this thesis is entitled "The Function and Role of BPOM in Consumer Protection Against Foods Containing Hazardous Ingredients in Semarang City".                The problem under study is to find out how the function and role of BPOM in dealing with food containing hazardous ingredients, what efforts have been made by BPOM on foods containing hazardous ingredients and the rights obtained by consumers in order to be safer against substances that contain hazardous ingredients.                The research method used is the type of normative juridical legal research. Specific research is descriptive analysis of primary and secondary data sources. Data collection methods used are interviews and literature study with research locations at BPOM Semarang City.             Based on the research obtained shows that the position of consumers is weak compared to producers, so consumers need the existence of UUPK and POM agencies as supervisors on the feasibility and safety of drugs and food to avoid losses suffered by consumers considering that there are still dangerous substances in the circulating products. The role of the government needs to be maximized in controlling, supervising and coaching and counseling to consumers and businesses.

A musical instrument is a device created to produce sound. The price of musical instruments themselves varies depending on the type of instrument and the quality of the material used to make the instrument. At NU 07 Brangsong Middle School, there were no instruments except tambourines. That is because there is no funds to buy a musical instrument. The school allocates more funds to buildings or school buildings and scholarship assistance for underprivileged children and intelligent children. Thus students at the school cannot practice or hone their skills in music. From these problems can actually be solved by an arduino-based Piano, Harp, Marching Bell Digital instrument using laser light and LDR. Because this tool can be made at a low cost and can function more than one musical instrument. The working system of this tool is that there are several lasers that will emit light directly on the LDR sensor (in pairs). And when a pair of laser beams and LDR number one are blocked by an object or hand it will emit a piano sound with a "DO" motif. Furthermore, when a pair of laser beams and LDR number two are blocked, it will emit piano sound with the "RE" orientation and so on. This tool is also equipped with buttons that function as a selector of the type of sound that will be generated and the desired octave.

The arrangement and management of Street Sellers (thereafter called PKL) in Surakarta City referring to Surakarta City Local Government’s Regulation Number 3 of 2008 about the Arrangement and Management of Street Sellers in Surakarta City is conducted, among others, by arranging and managing Street Sellers in Sunday Market Manahan Surakarta conducting activity every Sunday morning. Surakarta City government has devised to close street sellers of Sunday Market Manahan Surakarta in 2016. Solo Mayor, F.X. Hadi Rudyatmo devised to sterilize Manahan Stadion area from Sunday Market sellers’ activity. Pasar Tumpah (spilled market) generated in Sunday Market Manahan location will be relocated to other location. The policy is still processed currently by Surakarta City Government. City government wants to recover the original function of Manahan Stadium for sport activity purpose. So far, the existence of sellers utilizing road or sidewalk in Manahan Stadium area disrupts the people’s to do exercise. In addition, the pile of rubbish resulting from Sunday Market activity is so high. The cleaning service officers of Cleanliness and Gardening Service (DKP) working are often overloaded when cleaning the rubbish pile resulting from Sunday Market. This one-day trading activity takes three days to clean its rubbish. Through Youth and Sport Service (Dispora), in this case Surakarta City’s Local Technical Service Unit of Sport Infrastructure, Solo City Government released Joint Decree approved by Dispora, Trade Service of Surakarta City and Street Seller Association of Sunday Market Area. In the presence of Community Service activity, several benefits can be achieved: Successfully giving understanding to the street sellers of Sunday Market about Environment Orderliness in trading location, in Manahan Stadium area of Surakarta; successfully encouraging the street sellers to encourage the City Government’s program to recover the original function of Manahan Stadium for sport activity purpose for Solo City people, so that they no longer use road and sidewalk in Manahan Stadium area; successfully giving an understanding on the importance of maintaining the cleanliness of Sunday Market area, by obliging the sellers to clean rubbish after their activity has been completed; and successfully giving understanding on the importance of maintaining plant as the park (garden) in Sunday Market area. Abstract:KUHAP and integrated criminal justice system need some pre requisite to conduct. Based on the elements, the integrity of criminal justice system needs to be synchronized both the structure, substance and the culture. In Criminal Law (The Formal Law)  as it is stated in UU No 8 1981 about criminal law , it is already put the framework to conduct the integrated criminal justice through the arrangement of functional relation mechanism between investigating officer and general prosecutor, investigating officer and court, general prosecutor and court and court/attorney and correctional institution. Abstract:In order to establish the local autonomy government, the integration of decentralization, deconcentration and supporting task are needed. Focusing on the establishment of the function and the role of Governor as the government representation, it organizes and coordinates between central and local government and also guides and supervises the process of good corporate government within the provincial and district area. AbstratsIn order to achieve the integrated criminal justice, there are several rules about the functional integration between the sub-system of investigation and the sub-system of prosecution which has already been stated on RUU KUHAP. If the investigator come to the condition when the case that he carried out did not have adequate evidence or the investigated case was proved that it was not a criminal act or the investigation was stopped by the law, the investigator by the prosecutor approval should terminate the investigation and reported that termination to the prosecutor, suspect,  complainant, victim or his/her relatives within two days. Abstract : The problems of criminal law enforcement lies in the function of  supervision in the management of the criminal justice system and civil law Cultur. The effort needs to be done with the oversight function of the Supreme Court beguile wider, not only include the supervision of the court process but also the supervision of the overall process of criminal law enforcement. In addition, in order to realize justice in society in the culture of civil law need to use a broad interpretation and is always carried out reform of criminal law (legalreform).
