This research aims to describe motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Setiajaya Mobilindo Depok. Motivation and work discipline play an important role in improving employee performance. Because with motivation, employees will be motivated to increase their energy and thoughts in realizing the achievement of company goals. Providing motivation will influence the level of work discipline aimed at achieving optimal performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative type of research. The population was 58 employees and the sample used was a saturated sample. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Data processing uses the SPSS version 25 program with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the research results, it is known that 1) the motivation variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Setiajaya Mobilindo Depok. 2) The work discipline variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Setiajaya Mobilindo Depok. Meanwhile 3) simultaneously motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Setiajaya Mobilindo Depok.

Bona Village is one of the villages in Gianyar Regency where the majority of women work in the informal sector, namely as palm palm craftsmen. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of working hours, recent education, and number of family dependents on the income of women palm palm craftsmen in Bona Gianyar Village. The number of samples used was 90 people using probability sampling techniques , namely simple random sampling. The research instrument uses a questionnaire in the form of several questions which will be distributed directly to the research location. The collected data was then tested and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 26 program. The research results showed that. 1) Working hours, education level, and number of family dependents have a simultaneous influence on the income of women palm leaf craftsmen in Bona Village, Gianyar. 2) Working hours, education level, and the number of family dependents has a partial positive effect on the income of women palm leaf craftsmen in Bona Village, Gianyar. The implications of this research consist of theoretical and practical implications. Theoretically, this research supports the concept of human capital theory in the form of investment in education, time allocation theory in working hours and income theory in the production results produced.

This research aims to examine working capital and sales both partially and simultaneously on net profit in Food and Beverages companies listed on the IDX in 2020-2022. Working capital and sales are used as independent variables, while net profit is used as the dependent variable. This research uses a quantitative type of research. The data used is secondary data. Statistical data analysis techniques using SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Sciences) 22 for Windows program tools, namely multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that partially working capital has a significant effect and partially sales does not have a significant effect on net profit. And working capital and sales simultaneously influence net profit.

This research aims to determine the influence of land area, capital and labor on the income of pineapple farmers in Central Panai District, Labuhan Batu Regency. Sample used was 95 respondents. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is a multiple linear regression model and hypothesis testing using the t test, F test and coefficient of determination. Previously the data had been tested using validity tests, reliability tests and classical assumption tests. Data processing uses the SPSS 16.0 for Windows program. The results show that land area has a significant effect on the income of pineapple farmers in Panai Tengah District, Labuhanbatu Regency, Capital has a significant effect on the income of pineapple farmers in Panai Tengah District, Labuhanbatu Regency, Labor has a significant effect on the income of pineapple farmers in Panai Tengah District, Labuhanbatu Regency, Luas Land, Capital and Labor have a significant influence on the income of pineapple farmers in Panai Tengah District, Labuhanbatu Regency.

The aim of the research is to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial training and career development on employee performance at Plastic Shops in Sleman Regency. Efforts to realize optimal performance from an employee, of course, require training and career development programs so that there are no significant gaps in goals, measures and assessments. This research uses multiple linear data analysis methods using primary data obtained from questionnaires. The sample and research amounted to 21 people. The research results show that, with a t-value of 2.975 and a significant t-test value of 0.008 <0.05, training has an effect on employee performance. In the simultaneous test the F-count value was 20.740 with a significance of 0.000. Because the significance is less than 0.05, it can be concluded that training and development has a positive and simultaneous effect on employee performance at Plastic Shops in Sleman Regency.

This research aims to find out whether discipline and motivation influence student learning at the Essa Edutama School in Palembang. This type of research is included in quantitative research. This research was conducted at the ESSA EDUTAMA PALEMBANG school. The population in this study were teachers at the ESSA EDUTAMA PELMBANG school, totaling 20 teachers. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling. In data collection carried out using primary data, primary data is by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data collection technique in this research is a questionnaire. This research was analyzed using multiple linear regression using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 program. Variable measurements used a Likert Scale: Strongly Agree (weight 4), Agree (weight 3), Disagree (weight 2), and Strongly Disagree (weight 1). The analytical tool used in this research is: T test. It is hoped that the results of this research will serve as a basic reference later in making a thesis proposal, so that this research method will study procedures regarding teacher discipline on student learning motivation. Research and includes activity steps, as well as research methods that will later be used. The conclusion in this research is that it can be concluded that the analysis of teacher discipline on student learning motivation influences each other. This can also be seen if teacher discipline increases, student learning motivation will also increase so that there can be a positive and significant influence between teacher discipline on student learning motivation. at the Essa Edutama Palembang school.  

Dynamic programming is a mathematical technique for optimizing decisions in stages by breaking a problem inton stages mthat solve recursively. It display the quantity and arrangement of invemtory to maintain production and ,businness revenue efficiently when used in inventory control management. This production planning uses a dynamic programming method based on the results of advanced calculations start from stage  1 and move forward to stage 12. the dynamic programming approach in this writing is deterministic because the pattern of the number of requests for bread is known absolutely. Decisions involving a problem are simplified little by little rather than directly. This research uses linear regression with a mathematical formula that is:  followed by the defect percetage formula  to forecast demand for the next 12 months and apply a dynamic program to achieve the minimum total quantity.

Transportation makes it easier for people to carry out their daily activities. Transportation is really needed by the community, considering the density of people's activities which require moving from one place to another and also makes it easier for people to order the goods or food they want from a place that consumers want. Therefore, drivers with personality, emotional intelligence and good motivation are needed, where there is a decline in the performance of gofood drivers, one of which is the gofood driver in Bandar Lampung. This research aims to examine the influence of Personality, Emotional Intelligence, and Motivation on the Performance of Gofood Drivers in Bandar Lampung City from an Islamic Business Perspective. This research used a quantitative approach with a sample of 98 gofood drivers in Bandar Lampung. Sampling was carried out using an associative approach which connects one variable to another variable. The data analysis method uses SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) version 20 and then the data obtained is processed using SPSS 20 software. Data analysis in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis with Personality, Emotional Intelligence and Motivation as independent variables and performance as the dependent variable .Based on the research results, it shows that personality does not have a significant effect on the performance of Gofood drivers. Emotional Intelligence also has no significant effect on Gofood driver performance. Motivation has a positive and significant influence on Gofood driver performance. However, personality, emotional intelligence and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of gofood drivers in Bandar Lampung City.

This is an analysis using development theory related to Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka's campaign in the 2024 presidential election which uses Keritis Discourse Analysis, based on a linear view of economic growth which is based on modernization theory by taking four superior work programs. Government digitalization in Indonesia is considered a solution to increase the efficiency of public services, but challenges such as uneven development and limited human resources need to be overcome. Meanwhile, the plan to move the capital city by the Jokowi government and Prabowo's support shows a commitment to infrastructure development, but requires careful planning and serious handling of social, economic and environmental impacts. The maneuvers used by Prabowo emphasize strategic infrastructure development and improving the quality of human resources, while Gibran focuses on local economic empowerment and economic independence.    

This research aims to determine the effect of economic growth and unemployment on poverty in South Sumatra Province in 2014-2023. This research uses a quantitative method which is a scientific approach to managerial and economic decision making. The analytical method used in this research is the multiple linear regression analysis method using an analysis tool, namely the Eviews 2010 program to facilitate data processing. The data used in this research is secondary data, secondary data was obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of South Sumatra Province for the period 2014 to 2023. The type of data used in this research is time series data, namely time series data. . The research results show 1) Economic Growth has an insignificant positive effect on Poverty. 2) Unemployment has an insignificant negative effect on poverty. 3) Economic Growth and Unemployment together have a positive and significant effect on Poverty.

Mitra Sakti Boshe VVIP Club Yogyakarta. This type of research is included in quantitative research. This research was conducted at the company PT MITRA SAKTI BOSHE VVIP CLUB YOGYAKARTA. The population in this study were 20 employees at BOSHE VVIP CLUB YOGYAKARTA. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling. In data collection carried out using primary data, primary data is by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data collection technique in this research is a questionnaire. This research was analyzed using multiple linear regression using the IBM SPSS Statistics 26 program. Variable measurements used a Likert Scale: Strongly Agree (weight 5), Agree (weight 4), Neutral (weight 3), Disagree (weight 2) and Strongly Disagree (weight 1). The analytical tools used in this research are: validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test: T test and F test. It is hoped that the results of this research will serve as a basic reference later in making a thesis proposal, So this research method will also study procedures regarding motivation and work environment on employee performance. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of working capital and financial management on the case study at PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk. The methodology used is action research, data sourced from secondary data, the data collection technique for this research uses online sources (available websites), printed sources (research reports) regarding financial reports for 2018 - 2024. The analysis used in this research is regression multiple linear and requires the SPSS version 26 program to process the data. Based on research data testing, the results obtained: working capital has a positive and significant effect on the financial income of PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk in 2018 - 2024. Likewise, financial management has a positive and significant effect on the financial income of PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk in 2018 - 2024. Working capital and financial management simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the financial income of PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk in 2018 - 2024. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide input for companies, namely as reference material for making policies and decisions regarding working capital and financial management.

One of the company's goals is to maximize the value of its shares to achieve company value. When investing in the capital market, investors also take into account the value of the company. Over the last five years, the value of companies in the food and beverage subsector experienced a significant decline from 2020 to 2023. This decline began in 2019. Many factors, including company size, profitability and leverage, influence the value of a company. The gap phenomenon supports the existence The research gap indicates the need for additional research into the variables that influence firm value. The aim of this research is to present empirical data regarding the influence of company size, profitability and leverage on manufacturing companies in the metal industry and similar industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2019 and 2023. All companies in the food sector and beverage subsector are listed on the Exchange. Indonesian Securities (BEI) is the research population. A purposive sampling strategy was used to select the research sample from seven observations. Multiple linear regression analysis is used in research to analyze secondary data. SPSS is a program used in research. The findings of this research show how leverage and company size affect company value. However, empirical data also shows that profitability has little effect on company value. Simultaneously, the factors Company Size, Profitability, and Leverage influence Company Value.

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of using the Universitas Islam Negeri Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq Jember (UINKHAS) website on the ease of access to information for students. Using a quantitative approach with a causal comparative research type, data were collected through online questionnaires from 30 students of the Islamic Education Management (MPI) study program at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training. The analysis results showed that all items in the questionnaire were valid and reliable. Classical assumption tests indicated no issues of normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity. Hypothesis testing through multiple linear regression indicated that the use of the UINKHAS website has a significant and positive effect on the ease of access to information, with a determination coefficient of 92.3%. These findings reinforce the importance of utilizing information technology to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of information access in higher education.

A patient bed is a bed that is used to move patients from one room to another and is also specifically designed for patients who require some form of health care. Currently, hospitals throughout Indonesia generally pay attention to patient comfort, especially when in bed. This research aims to make it easier for patients to Kontrol their beds according to the patient's wishes and comfort. Therefore, in this final project, a 3-Crank patient bed Kontrol device with a safety lock Sistem was designed. 3 Cranks are patient beds that can be adjusted to the height and low position of the bed, up and down at the head and back, and up and down at the feet. In particular, a priority from previous research was the addition of a safety lock Sistem, namely if the button on the patient's remote bed is pressed repeatedly then all the actuators will lock and cannot move unless they are pressed first. This bed Kontrol device is designed using an ATMega328 as amikrokontrollerwhich can drive 3 linear actuator motors. Equipped with a patient bed remote Kontrol with 7 buttons which become Kontrol input from themikrokontrollerwhich can trigger relays so that the linear actuator can work. The test results of the load that can be lifted by a patient bed driven by a linear actuator motor are loads weighing 56 kg, 61 kg, 85 kg, and 117 kg. The results of the design of tools, programs and testing were implemented late with results that followed the wishes and objectives    

This research aims to find out: (1) Perceptions of Benefits of Interest in Using BRI Mobile Banking Among Students of the Economic Education Study Program for the 2022/2023 Academic Year (2) Trust Interest in the Use of BRI Mobile Banking Among Students of the Economics Education Study Program for the 2022/2023 Academic Year.The type of research used in this research is quantitative with a quantitative descriptive approach. The data collection technique used in this study is; (1) questionnaire, (2) observation and (3) documentation. The data analysis technique used is to use statistical data analysis with multiple linear regression formulas.The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a significant influence between the Variables of Perceived Benefits (X1) on interest in using Mobile Banking BRI among students wa Economics Education Study Program for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. With the results of the analysis showing that the value of tcount > ttable is 4.482 > 2.17881 and a significant value of 0.001 < α (0.05). (2) there is a significant effect between v Trust Variable (X2) on Interest in Using Mobile Banking for Students of Economic Education Study Program Year Academic2022/2023 . The results of the analysis show that the tcount > ttable is 2.253 > 2.17881 and a significant value is 0.044 <α (0.05).Therefore, it is recommended to the parties as follows: (1) For BRI Bank to optimize and improve the server in mobile banking services against out-of-pocket users. (2) When the researcher is continued, the researchers will not be used for the use of the mobiles and the mobile will be the user of mobile bare, in the future, the to participate in conducting research.Students of the Flores University economics education study program who use Mobile Banking services must remain careful when making transactions, because not everyone is the bank's responsibility. (4) For economic education study programs, it is hoped that the results of this research will provide references and experience for educators in using Mobile Banking.

This study was conducted at SD Muhammadiyah Sei Cabang, a private school in Langkat Regency, which still uses manual examination methods with identical questions for all students. This method is considered ineffective because it allows students to cheat, leading to exam results that do not accurately reflect their abilities. To address this issue, the study developed a web-based examination system using the Linear Congruent Method (LCM) to generate randomized question numbers. With LCM, each student receives a different set of question numbers, making the exam process more effective and fair. The system was built using PHP programming language and MySQL database, enabling efficient data storage and processing. The implementation of this system resulted in improved accuracy in assessment and reduced cheating potential during exams at the school.

The development of the creative digital economy in Indonesia is increasingly rapid. This change is clearly visible in people's purchasing behavior from traditional shopping to digital shopping, especially among young people, who have the potential to become the largest and dominant market share for marketers who use social media platforms. In this research the author focuses on social media as one of the Tik Tok marketing tools that is popular in the eyes of the public. The purpose of this research is to find out and test the proposed hypothesis regarding the influence of social media marketing via the Tik Tok application on consumer buying interest in the Indonesian Shopee market: a study of members of the Tik Tok @Shopee_id account. This quantitative research uses a descriptive survey method. Data collection using non-probability methods and purposive sampling methods was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 followers of the Tik Tok account @shopee_id. The data collected was analyzed using the SPSS 24 program and the data analysis process used the Classic Assumption Test, Simple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination (R2) and Partial Test (T Test) with Social Media Marketing as variable X and purchase interest as variable Y. The results of hypothesis testing in this research show that the Social Media Marketing variable (X) influences the Purchase Interest variable (Y). This is proven by the tcount value of 8.914 > ttable 1.987 and the significance value = 0.000 < 0.05. So it was concluded that the level of significant influence of social media marketing variables on purchasing interest was 44.8%, while the remaining 55.2% was influenced by other variables not examined in this research.  

This research aims to determine whether the development of teaching materials using the Kvisoft flipbook maker application on linear program material, the sub-material of linear inequalities in two variables, affects learning outcomes. This research method uses research and development, with 25 students as subjects. The research results show that in the effectiveness test, it was found that 21 out of 25 students were declared complete in learning mathematics using teaching modules using Kvisoft flipbook maker on linear program material developed by the author. Meanwhile, Class So's teaching module developed in this research was effective.

This research aims to determine the influence of Customer Satisfaction Level and Service Quality on Repurchase Decisions at Aulia Cell. Data collection was carried out using primary data sources obtained through distributing online questionnaires via Google Form to students. The type of research used is quantitative research. The number of samples determined in this research was 50 respondents. The research data collection method was carried out through distributing questionnaires using a four-point Likert scale as a measuring tool. The data analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear analysis with a model feasibility test (F test) and partial regression test (t test). The data processing was carried out using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 26 program. The results of this research show that there is a significant influence on the level of customer satisfaction and service quality on repeat purchase decisions at Aulia cell.
