Bioinformatics is an interdisciplinary field that combines biology, computer science and statistics to analyze biological data and translate it into effective therapies. With technological advances, such as next-generation genetic sequencing, bioinformatics enables the development of personalized therapies based on an individual's genetic profile. This approach provides more effective treatment and reduces the risk of side effects. In addition, the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) accelerates big data analysis, predicts therapy response and identifies disease biomarkers. Despite challenges such as the need for big data infrastructure and ethical privacy issues, the outlook for bioinformatics is bright. Through global collaboration and a multi-omics approach, bioinformatics is expected to become a key foundation in future medical therapy innovation.

The fast-paced growth of digital technology and online communication has transformed how people connect, share information, and build communities. Among the many social media platforms, TikTok stands out for its ability to create dynamic and interactive engagement through short-form videos and live streaming features. This study explores how the retail brand OH! SOME uses communication strategies on TikTok to foster meaningful interaction with its audience. Drawing on Chriss Fill’s (1995) three-stage communication framework—Pull, Push, and Profile Strategies—the research examines how these approaches are implemented across OH! SOME’s beauty, makeup, and skincare accounts. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, combining in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation with three key participant roles: the operator, live streaming assistants, and hosts. The findings reveal that OH! SOME’s communication success on TikTok relies on its ability to integrate creative content with real-time interaction. The Pull Strategy attracts audiences through engaging visuals and relatable messages; the Push Strategy emphasizes teamwork and consistent interaction during live sessions; and the Profile Strategy strengthens brand image and trust among followers. Overall, the study highlights how classical communication theories can be adapted to the dynamics of digital marketing. It provides both conceptual and practical insights for brands seeking to build audience relationships in the era of social commerce. The results also underline TikTok’s potential not merely as a sales tool but as a space for creating community, authenticity, and emotional connection with consumers.

This research focuses on differentiated learning in biology subjects at SMAS Al Hikmah, which emphasizes the unique characteristics of each student. However, there are various obstacles in its implementation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategies used by biology teachers, the challenges faced, and the solutions applied in overcoming these problems. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, with data collection through interviews and documentation. The research sample consisted of Biology Teachers at SMAS Al Hikmah Sirampog. In practice, differentiated learning faces a number of challenges, including time constraints that force teachers to be more careful in planning the time for each material to be taught. In addition, teachers have difficulty in implementing content differentiation because the majority of students (90%) are students who are not allowed to use mobile phones. To overcome these obstacles, teachers are advised to develop a lesson plan that includes teaching strategies, learning media, and learning procedures. This aims to maximize time during the teaching and learning process in the classroom. In addition, teachers can replace content differentiation with activities related to P5 (Pancasila student profile strengthening project), such as making videos or podcasts, to minimize time limitations.

This study focuses on black-box testing of JivaJoy software, an online product stock management and ordering system. The primary goal of this research is to evaluate the functionality and performance of the system's key features, including profile management, CRUD operations for admin and customer accounts, product stock management, shopping cart, order management, and AI counseling. Black-box testing was applied to assess whether these features meet expected operational standards and user requirements without considering the internal code structure. The test results indicate that most features function as expected. However, some issues were identified related to input validation, particularly with email format, phone number length, file uploads, and product stock management. Additionally, the order management and AI counseling features showed deficiencies in error handling and input validation. Based on these findings, the study recommends improvements in input validation, product stock management, shopping cart functionality, and AI counseling systems to enhance the reliability and performance of the JivaJoy platform. These enhancements are essential to deliver more efficient, secure, and optimal services, ensuring better user experiences and customer satisfaction.

Previous studies have shown that red ginger has the potential to treat PCOS because it has been proven to be able to reduce serum FSH, LH and estradiol and testosterone, inhibit the cyclooxygenase pathway, change the pituitary axis, inhibit lipoxygenase expression in various animal studies. The purpose of this study is to prove the potential of red ginger extract as a regulator of anti-androgenic, ovulation, estrogenic activity and reduce insulin resistance. The research design used was for experimental research using a post-test-only control group design. And for the analysis of the potential bioactivity of red ginger extract as an immunomodulatory agent computationally (Insilico). Animal care was carried out in the Pharmacology and Biomedicine Laboratory and has received approval from the Ethics Committee. The sample used was a female Wistar rat on the 56th day of the experiment (after modeling). All treatments were given orally for 28 times. Independent variable = Red ginger extract. Dependent variable = Dependent variables are 1. Hormones: Testosterone, LH, FSH 2. ovarian inflammation activation (PPARγ activation and anti-inflammatory cytokines IL-4 and ROS, NFKB, TNF a. 3. This research aims to identify strategies for implementing Pancasila Student Profile activities to support the development of student creativity at SMAN 2 Pandeglang. The method in this research is a qualitative method using a descriptive approach. This data was collected through literature study, which includes searching various written sources such as journals, books and articles as scientific references to build a strong theoretical basis. Apart from that, direct observations were also carried out in the school environment to understand the situation and interactions related to the implementation of the project to strengthen the Pancasila Student Profile (P5). The research results show that effective P5 implementation strategies in encouraging student creativity include three main stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. The planning stage involves forming a facilitator team, determining themes, and preparing teaching tools. At the implementation stage, activities begin with the introduction of P5 and optimizing the implementation process. Meanwhile, the evaluation stage was carried out to assess the effectiveness of P5 activities involving teachers and students.
