Vocational high school is an educational model that aims to prepare its graduates to work, be able to choose a career, compete and develop themselves, fill the needs of the business world and the industrial world (dudi), and be productive, adaptive and creative. Therefore, vocational high school graduates are not focused on working, but rather emphasize the desire to become entrepreneurs. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase entrepreneurial knowledge so that students are motivated to become entrepreneurs and provide skills training in compiling Business Model Canvas for students of SMK Kartini Surabaya. It is hoped that in the future students will become reliable and professional entrepreneurs. This activity was carried out by the FEB UWKS community service team and in collaboration with SMK Kartini Surabaya, from May 2024 to August 2024. The number of students trained in entrepreneurship was 40 students. The training began with entrepreneurship and Business Model Canvas materials, then the practice of compiling Business Model Canvas was carried out, and ended with a discussion. This research aims to examine how the Papuan conflict from the perspective of emergency constitutional law. The perspective of emergency constitutional law in this study discusses more about the development of the Papuan case from time to time. We all know that the conflict in Papua has yet to be resolved. The role of the TNI and Police in maintaining defense and security in Papua makes its own attention not only in the national arena but also in the international arena. The method of data collection is carried out by means of literacy studies and laws and regulations and conducting qualitative descriptive data analysis to find out how the Papuan conflict from the perspective of emergency constitutional law. Both internal and external threats due to the desire of the Papuan people to separate themselves from Indonesia.

The utilization of information technology in the business process of a business field will be very helpful in terms of transaction processing, data processing, data analysis, and data storage. Business processes that still do not use computer technology allow many obstacles to occur, such as errors in the process of recording transactions, errors in the calculation process, difficulties in the process of storing and processing data, difficulties in making reports, and so on. CV. Athaya is a medium-scale retail business. Where currently in carrying out its transaction activities it still uses manual methods. Calculations carried out manually are of course not very effective and efficient. In addition, processes carried out manually are prone to errors in the calculation process, take a long time to complete transactions, especially if there are consumers who purchase a lot of goods, have difficulty in compiling reports, have difficulty in the process of recapitulating transaction data, are prone to losing transaction data, and various other obstacles or difficulties. Based on these problems, the research conducted has the aim of creating a cashier system design at CV. Athaya using UML diagrams. The purpose of designing this cashier system is to provide an overview of the cashier system to be built to users, namely cashiers at CV. Athaya which can simplify the ongoing transaction process, increase effectiveness and efficiency in cashier work, facilitate data processing into reports desired by business owners, minimize calculation errors, and assist in the data storage process.

Family Planning (KB) is an effort to help individuals or married couples plan the number and spacing of births as desired, and avoid unwanted pregnancies. This program also aims to regulate the time of birth based on the age of the couple and family conditions. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the level of knowledge of Women of Childbearing Age (WUS) and the use of IUD contraception at the Pagar Merbau Health Center, Pagar Merbau District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2023. The type of research is Descriptive Correlation with a cross-sectional design, the research sample was 45 people, the sampling technique used the Total Sampling method. the results of the study showed that Based on statistical analysis using the chi-square test, a significant relationship was found between the level of knowledge of WUS and the use of IUD contraception at the Pagar Merbau Health Center, Pagar Merbau District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2023, with a p-value of 0.006 (p-value <0.05). The more knowledge a person has about something, the higher the level of knowledge of that person. One of the factors that influences health behavior is the predisposition factor which is manifested in knowledge, where a person's knowledge greatly influences the actions that will be carried out.

Business development among young people is a growing phenomenon, especially in the creative industry and technology sectors. This research aims to explore the factors that affect the development of young people's businesses, the challenges they face, and the strategies used to overcome these obstacles. The research method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and participatory observation of 10 young entrepreneurs in Sumbawa. The results of the study show that personal motivation, such as love for the field and the desire to contribute to social change, is the main driver of young entrepreneurs to start a business. However, the biggest challenges faced are limited capital, lack of managerial skills, and difficulties in managing market risks. Digital technology is a major factor in overcoming these challenges, especially in terms of marketing and market reach. In addition, the role of mentors and entrepreneurial communities proves to be crucial for providing practical support and expanding networks. This research suggests the need to increase access to financing, more applicable entrepreneurship training, and more supportive government policies to create a conducive entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Regional expansion in Indonesia, especially in the Riau Islands, is a strategic effort to improve public services and the quality of life. User satisfaction in information systems is a term used to describe how satisfied or dissatisfied users are when using a particular information system. User satisfaction includes how the information system meets the needs, expectations, and preferences of users in carrying out activities or achieving desired goals. User satisfaction is very important because it has a direct impact on the performance and success of information systems in organizations. The results of this study when viewed from Acceptability, Grade Scale and Adjective Rating are matched with the calculation of 50.5, namely the level of user acceptance is included in the marginal low category, the level of grade scale is included in the F category and the adjective rating is included in the ok-good category. According to the provisions of the conclusions that have been obtained, it can be concluded that users still experience difficulties when using SLiMS.

This journal analyzes Russia's security strategy in facing the challenges posed by NATO and Ukraine through the perspective of offensive realism. The main focus of the study is Russia's latest military modernization program in response to the perceived threat of NATO expansion and the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. One of Russia's main concerns is NATO's eastward expansion, which has sparked fears even though Ukraine has not yet joined NATO. Using the theoretical framework of offensive realism, the journal explores how Russia seeks to maximize its relative power in the region and maintain its influence in the former Soviet states. This analysis shows that Russia's security strategy is based on the perception of an existential threat from the West and the desire to restore its status as a great power on the global stage.

TB is one of the 10 causes of death and the primary cause of infectious agents in the world. The prevalence of tuberculosis patients in 2020 amounted to 929 patients. Some of the influencing factors are behavioral factors, namely knowledge, attitude and behavior in the implementation of routine medication compliance. The method used was observational descriptive with 30 participants who were residents of Sampali Village, Percut Sei Tuan District. The PkM team provided the material in question: 1) Definition of tuberculosis disease, 2) Causes of tuberculosis disease, 3) Signs and symptoms of tuberculosis disease, 4) Complications of tuberculosis disease, and 5) Prevention of tuberculosis disease. After the implementation of the activity: 1) The majority of the understanding of tuberculosis (TB) is good as many as 25 people, 2) The causes of tuberculosis (TB) are mostly good as many as 27 people, 3) The signs and symptoms of tuberculosis (TB) are mostly good as many as 26 people, 4) The majority of tuberculosis (TB) complications are good as many as 27 people, and 5) Prevention of correct transmission of tuberculosis (TB) all participants have been able to as many as 27 people. The increase in knowledge and skills of participants is because the community has a great desire to treat and prevent dengue fever in family members at home.

This study aims to create a fun learning environment to increase student activity in the third grade at SDN Gempol Kolot 2. The study used a classroom action research method with two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The results showed a significant increase in student activity after the implementation of more fun and interactive learning. In the first cycle, student participation in class discussions was only 60%, while in the second cycle it increased to 85%. Involvement in group activities also increased from 65% to 90%, and responses to learning materials increased from 55% to 80%. Additionally, students showed an increase in the desire to ask questions, rising from 50% to 75%. This study concludes that a fun learning environment can enhance student activity, positively influencing the quality of learning.

Bandarejo Tofu Factory, Dusun 3 is an example of a micro-enterprise that has developed by utilizing local resources. From an Islamic economic perspective, the development of this business reflects the application of sharia principles, such as justice, social welfare, and sustainable resource management. Islamic economics emphasizes the balance between profit and fair distribution, and avoids detrimental practices, such as usury and monopoly. This factory plays a role in creating jobs and supporting the local economy by using soybean raw materials from local farmers. The production process that is in accordance with Islamic law makes this business meet the halal criteria, while its orientation towards social desires and responsibilities reflects the values ​​of Islamic economics. However, the main challenge faced is maintaining Islamic ethical principles, such as honesty in transactions and concern for worker welfare, amidst competitive economic competition. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of the development of the Bandarejo Tofu Factory, Dusun 3 from an Islamic economic perspective, in order to contribute to the development of micro-enterprises based on sharia values. This study uses a qualitative approach with primary data obtained through interviews and documentation. The main informant is the factory owner, Mrs. Atin. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the development of the Bandarejo Dusun 3 Tofu Factory has made a significant contribution to the community's economy through marketing and capital strategies. In addition to increasing economic income, this business also absorbs local workers and helps reduce poverty levels in the Bandarejo Dusun 3 area.

Purchasing decisions are one of the actions based on several alternative choices to make a purchase of a product based on awareness of needs and desires. Analysis of purchasing decisions is very important because there is a phenomenon of consumer visits to Warung Baleganjur remaining busy but there is a decrease in sales. This study aims to test the role of brand image in mediating the influence of social media marketing on purchasing decisions moderated by celebrity endorsements. The population in this study were buyers at Warung Baleganjur in Denpasar City. The sample used in this study was 108 respondents. The sampling method used in this study was the non-probability method with the purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online via Google Forms. The collected data were analyzed using classical assumption test, path analysis technique, Sobel test and VAF test and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the help of SPSS 25 application. The results of this study indicate that social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on brand image, brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image is able to partially mediate the effect of social media marketing on purchasing decisions, and celebrity endorsement is unable to moderate the effect of social media marketing on purchasing decisions at Warung Baleganjur. The implications of this study can be used as consideration and input for Warung Baleganjur in improving consumer purchasing decisions by considering the variables of social media marketing, brand image, and celebrity endorsement.

Poverty among foreign nationals is an increasingly pressing global issue that is often overlooked in public policy. This study examines government policies designed to address poverty among migrants and refugees and their impact on their economic well-being. The main focus of the study is to highlight the effectiveness of different policy approaches that have been implemented in different countries and identify best practices that can be adapted to different national contexts. Through an analysis of existing policies in several countries, including Germany and Canada, and relevant case studies, the study finds that approaches based on social and economic integration, employment, and direct assistance can play a significant role in reducing poverty among foreign nationals. The results show that policies that involve collaboration between governments, non-governmental organizations, and local communities are often more effective in achieving the desired outcomes. This study aims to provide evidence-based recommendations for future development policies that are more inclusive and effective. In doing so, it is hoped that this study will contribute to improving the economic well-being of foreign nationals and assist governments in designing policies that are more responsive to the needs of this group.

Civil law is a branch of law that regulates relations between individuals or legal entities in terms of their personal interests. In civil law, a contract is considered a legal agreement between two or more parties who give each other promises to do or not do something. This research uses normative methods with qualitative research methods which use primary legal material sources, such as laws and the Criminal Code as well as secondary materials, such as books and journals. Contract law is an agreement between two or more people which creates an/an obligation to do or not do a specific thing. There are elements that are considered valid and binding. This includes the existence of an agreement from two or more parties, the desire or aim of the parties for legal consequences to arise, the legal consequences of the agreement only bind the parties and do not bind third parties, and certain agreements must be made in accordance with the law. There are legal principles in contract law, including freedom of contract, consensualism, and pacta sunt servanda. The conclusion is that contract law contains elements that are considered valid and principles in making agreements as well as the influence of written evidence in making a contract which provides legal certainty and as proof of the agreement. There are two main doctrine in contract law, classical and contemporary doctrine. The classical doctrin emphasize the legal certainty to be the core of legal issue in contract law. The doctrine noted that every single purpose of parties should be stated in contract in order to put binding eJect to the parties. It also distinguish the concept of breach of contract and tort. The petition for breach of contract should be based on the concept of breach of contract instead tort. In reverse, the contemporary doctrine emphasize the justice and appropriateness aspect in a contract. It recognized the contract as the whole process held by pre-contractual phase, contractual phase, and post- contractual phase. Hence, it realize the existence of impact toward promises stated by one party to others which is distinctly diJerent to the classical doctrine that neglect the impact of pre- contractual. The contemporary doctrine eliminates the distinguishing of breach of contract and tort as the basic of the sue because breach of contract was the specific genus of tort.

Community empowerment in making environmentally friendly dish soap from lime extract and pandan leaves is not just a service activity. It is a movement that aims to change people's consumption patterns, protect the environment, and improve economic welfare. Toxins are toxic and harmful substances produced in products. In addition, pandanus is also useful as a natural coloring material, but using it has a drawback, which is that the color is not very striking. The method used for community service activities in making environmentally friendly dish soap from lime extract and pandan leaves to increase public awareness of the dangers of chemicals is the demonstration method. Educational activities to be able to improve skills in calculating the cost of goods manufactured is a Community Service program carried out in Gunung Putri Village. This activity aims to provide education to develop an understanding of the concept of financial management in business. Broadly speaking, by learning about HPP (Cost of Goods Manufactured) residents can control costs that are not needed and increase production efficiency. With this education, it is hoped that MSMEs in Gunung Putri Village will have knowledge that can help determine competitive selling prices and the desired amount of profit. The results of the activity are very good because each factor is influential in realizing the success of education about the implementation of the calculation of the cost of goods manufactured using the full costing method in Gunung Putri Village in a directed and clear manner.

This article aims to provide an in-depth insight into appropriate training objectives, so as to improve the effectiveness of education and training programs and achieve the desired results. In the context of organizational strategy and training program design, training objectives play an important role. Clear and purposeful training objectives can help improve the effectiveness of training programs, motivate trainees, and provide indicators of success that can be evaluated. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection methods used were observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed that clear and well-defined training objectives are essential in designing an effective training program. The research also emphasizes the importance of training objectives in the context of organizational strategy, where appropriate training objectives can help the organization achieve its goals and respond to existing needs. This article contributes to the understanding of the importance of training objectives in improving the effectiveness of education and training programs. The results of this study can serve as a basis for organizations, especially the Central Kalimantan Province Human Resources Development Agency, in designing more effective training programs and ensuring the achievement of organizational goals through human resource development.

Tourism activities in Indonesia are activities that can make a big contribution to the country. One form of contribution to increasing tourism is the activity of Online Travel Agents. Bali Panca Hanasta Tours is one of the Online Travel Agents in Bali that prioritizes the quality of service to encourage consumer repurchase intentions. The quality of service presented is expected to be able to provide a sense of satisfaction to customers by paying attention to customer needs and desires in order to be able to increase consumer repurchase intentions for the services provided. This study aims to understand the effect of service quality on repurchase intentions and the role of customer satisfaction as a mediating variable on online travel agent customers of Bali Panca Hanasta Tours in Bali. This study involved 100 respondents of Bali Panca Hanasta Tours customers. The data collection method was carried out through an online questionnaire, and data analysis using path analysis. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions, and customer satisfaction successfully partially mediates the effect of service quality on repurchase intentions. The implications of the results of this study theoretically can be a reference for other researchers who want to study service quality, customer satisfaction, and repurchase intentions. In practice, it is expected to be a consideration and input for marketers and business actors in maximizing service quality and customer satisfaction as an effective and sustainable marketing strategy to increase repurchase intentions.

As time progresses, language has become one of the diplomatic tools used in the international arena. In South Korea, interest in the Indonesian language has been growing, as evidenced by the increasing number of students showing interest in learning it each year. The author identifies an urgency to monitor the perceptions formed when foreign nationals learn Indonesian—in this context, South Korean society. This research seeks to elaborate on the cultural perceptions that emerge with the presence of the Indonesian language in South Korea. The aim of this study is to understand how the construction of cultural perceptions takes shape in the minds of South Koreans when they learn Indonesian. A descriptive qualitative research method was used, with data collection techniques in the form of interviews. The findings of this study indicate a shift in cultural perceptions of Indonesia, with Indonesian language learning fostering curiosity about Indonesian culture. Ultimately, this indirectly plays a role in promoting Indonesian culture. This shift is evident both in the mindset and in social interactions within the student community learning Indonesian.

Regional development is usually a manifestation of the desire of the people in a region to grow and develop in the economic, political, social, cultural and security fields, in geographical dimensions. The level of regional development can be seen from the ratio of the built-up area to the total area. The greater the ratio, the higher the level of regional development. Regional expansion, or rather dividing an autonomous region into several regions, aims to bring closer and optimize government services to the community, accelerate development growth in order to improve the welfare of the people in the area. Regional expansion is a phenomenon that accompanies the implementation of regional government in Indonesia. This can be seen from the increase in the number of New Autonomous Regions (hereinafter referred to as DOBs) in the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (hereinafter referred to as the Republic of Indonesia) during 2003 to 2022, there are 511 new autonomous regions, and currently Indonesia has 542 autonomous regions consisting of 38 provinces, 415 districts and 97 cities. The presence of Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government (hereinafter referred to as Law No. 23 of 2014), regional autonomy which is expected to be able to improve services and welfare for the community. The provision of public services is aimed at creating community welfare. Public service is defined by Sinambela as "providing services (serving) the needs of people or society who have an interest in the organization in accordance with the basic rules and procedures that have been determined".
