Marketing Public Relations is a communication tool that is useful for promoting the advantages of each company's products to increase public trust. Another impact of marketing public relations is creating a positive impression on the public, including towards the Erigo Company. The purpose of this study is to measure the influence of Marketing Public Relations activities on the image of the Erigo company. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed online to 75 respondents. The theories used in this study are the Public Relations theory by Edward R. Bernays and the corporate image theory by Kotler and Keller. The results of the analysis show that Marketing Public Relations has a significant influence on the image of the Erigo company, with a contribution of 65.1% and a correlation coefficient value of 0.812, which is included in the very strong category. It can be concluded that Marketing Public Relations carried out by Erigo effectively supports the formation of the company's image among young consumers.

The skincare industry in Indonesia is experiencing rapid growth, primarily driven by the significant development of e-commerce and increased consumer awareness of self-care. This surge has resulted in intense competition among brands. This comparative study aims to analyze the role of trust as a mediating variable that connects price fairness, celebrity endorsements, and e-WOM to repurchase intentions for two brands: Somethinc (a science-based brand) and Wardah (a halal-based brand). A quantitative research method was used, involving a survey with a 5-point Likert scale distributed to 150 millennials and Gen Z respondents in Semarang City. The data were analyzed using PLS-SEM (SmartPLS). The findings reveal that both celebrity endorsements and trust have a significant impact on repurchase intentions for both brands. In contrast, price fairness and e-WOM do not have a significant direct effect on either brand. However, the study shows that trust effectively mediates the influence of price fairness, celebrity endorsements, and e-WOM on repurchase intentions. This underscores the vital role of trust in enhancing customer loyalty to Somethinc and Wardah. These findings suggest that strengthening brand trust in skincare products can significantly boost customer loyalty.

ABSTRACT Background: Pregnancy complications are one of the causes of morbidity and mortality in women. Data from the 2017 Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey (SDKI) showed that 28% of pregnant women in Indonesia are at risk of experiencing complications during pregnancy. Preeclampsia is a condition characterized by the onset of hypertension followed by organ dysfunction either with or without proteinuria at a gestational age above 20 weeks. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics and outcomes of neonates born to mothers with preeclampsia. Method: This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study using secondary data and using a total sampling of 261 medical records. Results: The results of the study were as follows: preeclampsia occurs mostly in young adults 73.95%, Primigravida 60.15%, Islam 50.50%, working mothers 62.45%, secondary education 80.07%, and first marital status 76.62%. The description of neonatal outcomes in mothers giving birth with preeclampsia was obtained with neonatal outcomes in good condition, namely 47.14% born at term gestational age with 43.67% non-LBW conditions, experiencing asphyxia 37.94% and being treated without respiratory support 65.52%. Conclusion: the outcomes of neonates born to mothers with preeclampsia quite often experience asphyxia. Early detection, prevention and treatment of complications, especially in cases of preeclampsia, are necessary so that neonatal outcomes can be maintained without complications and produce a good level of health for both mothers giving birth and newborns.

Rapid adoption of cashless payments has reshaped everyday spending, especially among young consumers. While e-wallets deliver speed and convenience, constant exposure to discounts, cashbacks, and one-click checkouts may also foster more frequent discretionary purchases. This study examines the relationship between e-wallet usage intensity and consumptive lifestyle, focusing on how convenience and promotional stimuli relate to spending tendencies. Using a cross-sectional online survey of students and early-career workers, we collected self-reports on payment habits and consumption patterns with validated Likert-type instruments. Data were screened and analyzed with correlation and linear regression after basic assumption checks. The results indicate a positive and statistically meaningful association between e-wallet usage and consumptive lifestyle; respondents who transact more often via e-wallets tend to report stronger preferences for instant gratification, hedonic purchases, and impulse buying. Convenience features (e.g., stored cards, fast checkout) and promotional exposure (e.g., limited-time deals) emerged as salient correlates of the relationship. The findings add contextual evidence from Indonesia’s digital economy and suggest practical implications for users, platforms, and educators. Financial-wellbeing interventions such as digital budgeting tips, in-app nudges, spend limits, or post-purchase reflections may help align seamless payments with healthier consumption decisions. Future work can test causal mechanisms and evaluate design features that encourage prudent, goal-consistent spending without diminishing user experience.

This research examines the influence of road infrastructure development on local economic growth in Medan City, emphasizing its role in improving accessibility and supporting economic activities. Road infrastructure is a vital component of regional development, as it facilitates the movement of goods and services, reduces transportation costs, and enhances connectivity between economic centers. Well-developed road networks can stimulate business expansion and encourage investment by creating a more efficient economic environment. The study employed a descriptive quantitative approach using field surveys involving 20 respondents, including business actors, local residents, and government representatives. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed descriptively to capture perceptions regarding the economic impact of road infrastructure development. The results indicate that improvements in road quality, capacity, and connectivity have a positive influence on local economic growth. Respondents reported increased trade activities, improved access to markets, higher investment opportunities, and rising community income levels as direct benefits of improved road infrastructure. However, the study also identified several challenges that may hinder long-term economic outcomes. Traffic congestion, uneven infrastructure development across areas, and inadequate routine maintenance were highlighted as significant issues. These problems can reduce efficiency and limit the sustainability of economic gains. Therefore, continuous government commitment, effective maintenance strategies, and equitable distribution of infrastructure development are essential. Strengthening coordination among stakeholders is also necessary to ensure that road infrastructure development supports inclusive and sustainable local economic growth in Medan City.

With the rapid growth of Jambi City's tourism sector, the demand for souvenir products as a representation of local culture has increased. However, this potential has resulted in fierce competition among businesses. To generate new customers, businesses require effective digital and physical marketing strategies. The purpose of this study was to examine how social media marketing, product quality, and location at Gerai Adila simultaneously and partially influence consumer purchasing decisions. A survey method was used to implement a quantitative approach; data from 387 respondents, collected through Google Forms, were selected using the Slovin formula from a population of 11,723 customers in 2024. In data analysis, instruments, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing were conducted using SPSS 25. The results showed that social media marketing, product quality, and Gerai Adila's location partially had a positive and significant impact on consumer decisions to purchase products at Gerai Adila; social media marketing played a role in increasing consumer brand awareness and purchasing interest, while product quality influenced consumer satisfaction and trust. In addition, it was proven that all three variables had a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. The results show that to increase the competitiveness of souvenir shops in Jambi City, digital marketing strategies, consistent product quality, and the right location are important factors.

This study aims to investigate the impact of social media advertising on clothing choices at Universitas Dinamika Bangsa Jambi students. In today's world, where many people, especially young people who frequently shop online, often struggle to accurately determine the quality of items. A quantitative approach was employed, with a survey as the primary method of data collection. A questionnaire was distributed online via Google Forms and successfully elicited responses from 102 active students who are also social media users. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with participants selected based on criteria that matched the focus of the study. The data were then processed using SmartPLS 4 software with the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method to test the relationship between variables. The main findings indicate that social media promotions have a strong positive influence on students' clothing purchasing decisions. This underscores the crucial role of targeted advertising strategies in the digital world in shaping consumer preferences. This research is expected to serve as a guide for clothing entrepreneurs in developing online marketing plans that better suit the tastes and needs of students as their target market.

This research aims to examine how prices and reviews influence consumers 'purchasing decisions on the Shopee platform in Jambi City. The rapid development of e-commerce has encouraged consumers to be more careful and discerning when selecting products, making price and product reviews important considerations in buying decisions. This study employed a quantitative approach via a survey method for data collection. The questionnaires were distributed online and successfully gathered responses from active Shopee users in Jambi City. Purposive sampling was employed to make sure that respondents met research criteria. The information gathered underwent analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 27, which involved conducting assessments of validity, reliability, and classical assumptions, and multiple regression tests to see the impact of each variable on buying decisions. The study revealed that product price and reviews hold an important and relevant impact on consumer buying decisions. This research indicates that the more competitive the price and the better the quality, the bigger the possibility of customers buying products on Shopee.

This study aims to compare the effectiveness of QRIS with other cashless payment methods in driving the development of the digital economy in Indonesia. The background to this study stems from the increasing use of digital transactions and the strategic role of QRIS as a national standard for QR-based payments. Google Forms was used to disseminate the survey online and successfully collected 100 respondents who were users of cashless digital payment services. A purposive sampling technique was used to ensure that respondents had experience using QRIS and other digital payment methods. Data were examined using the SmartPLS 4 program using a Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach to test the relationships between variables. The results indicate that perceived ease of use, transaction security, and influence on digital behavior have a positive or significant influence on QRIS effectiveness. However, availability and accessibility variables did not have a significant effect. This finding indicates that QRIS effectiveness is more influenced by user experience and perceptions, rather than availability or ease of access. This research is expected to contribute to the development of strategies to increase digital payment adoption in Indonesia.

In the contemporary digital marketplace, consumers increasingly face diverse product choices and brand communications. Understanding the mechanisms through which product quality and brand perception influence customer loyalty remains critical for competitive advantage. The mediating role of customer trust in this relationship has received limited empirical attention within Indonesian market contexts. This research analyzes the direct and indirect effects of product quality and brand perception on customer loyalty, with customer trust as a mediating variable, using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) methodology on 103 respondents. A quantitative cross-sectional survey design was employed, collecting data via Likert-scale questionnaires (1-5) with 15 measurement items across four latent constructs: Product Quality (5 items), Brand Perception (4 items), Customer Trust (3 items), and Customer Loyalty (3 items). Data analysis utilized PLS-SEM via SmartPLS 3.0, including assessment of measurement model validity (outer model), structural relationships (inner model), and mediation effects through bootstrapping (5000 iterations). The outer model demonstrated adequate validity with 12 of 15 indicators loading above 0.7, and all constructs meeting composite reliability (CR > 0.7) and average variance extracted (AVE > 0.5) criteria. The inner model revealed that product quality significantly influenced customer trust (β = 0.624, p < 0.001), while brand perception showed no significant direct effect (β = 0.045, p = 0.767). Customer trust strongly predicted loyalty (β = 0.650, p < 0.001). Product quality demonstrated a significant indirect effect on loyalty through trust (β = 0.405, p < 0.001), indicating full mediation. The model explained 43.5% of trust variance and 42.2% of loyalty variance. Product quality emerged as the dominant antecedent of customer trust and loyalty, while brand perception did not significantly contribute. Trust served as the critical mechanism translating quality into loyalty. These findings suggest that companies should prioritize quality assurance and consistent delivery over brand marketing campaigns for sustainable loyalty development. The research contributes to mediation theory in consumer behavior and provides actionable strategic guidance for practitioners in emerging markets.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the backbone of regional economies, including in the city of Banjarmasin, as they play a crucial role in job creation and income generation for local communities. However, many MSMEs continue to face challenges in the marketing aspect, particularly due to their reliance on conventional marketing methods that have limited reach and require relatively high costs. In response to these issues, this community service program aims to promote the digitalization of MSME marketing methods in Banjarmasin through intensive training and mentoring in the utilization of social media marketing. The implementation methods include an initial needs assessment survey to identify partners’ levels of understanding, workshops on digital marketing strategies, and hands-on mentoring for direct implementation on social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. The results of the program indicate a significant improvement in MSME actors’ knowledge and skills, particularly in managing business accounts, developing content strategies, and creating visually appealing content that aligns with target market characteristics. Furthermore, MSME partners were able to expand their market reach more effectively and efficiently, which is expected to enhance business competitiveness and sustainability in the digital era.

The implementation of the One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) Website at the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Jambi City is part of the digital transformation of public services. This study aims to measure user satisfaction with the PTSP Website using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method and the DeLone & McLean model. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 100 respondents who are users of the PTSP Website. The EUCS variables consist of content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness, while the DeLone & McLean model includes system quality, information quality, and service quality. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results indicate that system quality, information quality, and service quality have a positive effect on user satisfaction with the PTSP Website. This study is expected to serve as an evaluation reference for improving the quality of digital public services.

Counseling in order to increase insight and knowledge for the Principal, Vice Principal, Administrative Staff, and Teachers' Council. The method of implementing this community service is carried out in several activities, namely the survey stage, namely socialization is carried out by compiling various things that will be conveyed during the community service activities that will be carried out which include: preparing the material to be provided, preparing the schedule for providing materials and surveying the community service location. The socialization stage, namely before the community service activities are carried out, a socialization stage is carried out, namely conducting a friendly meeting with the school to convey the intent and purpose of this community service. At this stage, cooperation is also established and the community service activity schedule is determined.

The revitalization of the Rukun Masyarakat (Parukmas) Market through innovative Instagrammable photo spots is a strategic effort to develop the potential for creative tourism in Yosodadi Village, Metro Timur District. The market, which previously served only as a center of local economic activity, is being revitalized into a public space-based tourist destination that is aesthetic, educational, and attractive. This transformation aims to create a new experience for visitors by presenting an engaging, thematic visual design that aligns with social media trends, particularly Instagram. This research aims to design and implement Instagrammable photo spots that can enhance the appeal of Parukmas Market and evaluate their impact on increasing visitor numbers and empowering the surrounding community economically. The research method used is participatory, involving the community, vendors, and local stakeholders in the planning, design, and construction of the facility. Evaluation is conducted through direct observation of market activities and visitor satisfaction surveys to assess responses and perceived benefits. The expected outcome of this activity is the creation of a creative space that can enhance social interaction, strengthen local identity, attract tourists, and open new business opportunities for the community, thereby strengthening the local economy and increasing vendor income.

As the center for employee competency development, BSI Corporate University (BSU) plays a crucial role in strengthening BSI’s competitiveness within Indonesia’s rapidly growing Islamic banking industry. BSU’s performance from 2021 to 2023 experienced fluctuations, indicating the need for an evaluation of factors influencing employee performance. Previous studies have also shown inconsistent findings regarding the influence of Islamic Work Ethics and AKHLAK core values on performance, thereby creating a research gap. This study aims to examine the influence of Islamic Work Ethics and AKHLAK core values on employee performance at BSU. Data were collected through a quantitative survey of BSU employees, resulting in 60 valid responses, and analyzed using SmartPLS 4.1.1.2. The research employed a descriptive quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) as the analytical technique. The findings indicate that Islamic Work Ethics and AKHLAK core values have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

  ABSTRACT Background: Premature babies born before 37 weeks gestation are very susceptible to having difficulty adapting to life outside the womb, due to immature and well- functioning organ systems. Objective: This study aims to find out the description of the sucking reflex in premature babies in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) room of Prof. dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah Denpasar Hospital. Method: The research method is descriptive with a survey design. Data collection was carried out through suction reflex observation sheets of 45 premature infants treated in the NICU from April to May 2025. The sample was all premature infants who met the inclusion criteria. Sampling in this study was carried out using a total sampling technique. Result: The results showed that the respondents were at 24 gestational ages of 32-34 weeks (53.3%) and the respondents were at ? gestational age of 35 - < 37 weeks as many as 21 (46.7%). Infants aged 32-34 weeks who had a weak sucking reflex were 5 (20.8%), 11 (45.9%) and those who had a strong sucking reflex were 8 (33.3%), while all babies with the age of ? 35 - < 37 weeks had a strong sucking reflex of 21 (100.0%). Conclusion: The results of this study show that babies with gestational age of 32-34 weeks mostly have a moderate sucking reflex and The results of this study show that babies with gestational age of ?35 - < 37 weeks overall have a strong sucking reflex.

Parental involvement is widely acknowledged as a key factor in student academic success, particularly in second language acquisition. However, its impact at the university level, especially among pre-service English teachers, remains underexplored. This study investigates the relationship between parental involvement and English language achievement among first-year English Education students at Universitas Islam Kalimantan Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjari Banjarmasin (UNISKA). Employing a quantitative survey design, data were collected from 36 purposively selected participants using a structured Likert-scale questionnaire. The instrument measured both the forms and frequency of parental involvement and students’ self-reported performance in English-related subjects. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson Product-Moment Correlation via SPSS 26. Findings indicate that students generally perceive moderate to high levels of parental involvement, especially in providing academic resources, financial support, and attending university-related events. However, involvement in educational decision-making and career discussions was notably low. A significant positive correlation was found between parental involvement and students' academic performance, particularly in aspects such as discipline, assignment completion, and encouragement. Emotional impacts such as increased motivation or reduced anxiety showed more mixed responses. These findings highlight the enduring influence of parental support in higher education and suggest further exploration of its emotional dimensions.

This study aims to examine the impact of green economy initiatives on Indonesia’s GDP growth, with a particular focus on public perceptions of sustainable economic practices. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach, collecting primary data through an online survey administered to twenty respondents. The survey measured perceptions related to sustainable innovation, environmentally friendly resource management, and energy efficiency as key components of green economy implementation. The findings indicate that respondents hold a generally positive view of green economy practices, as reflected in a high average score of 4.24, suggesting strong agreement regarding their implementation and potential benefits. In addition, perceptions of economic development linked to green initiatives were also rated highly. These results imply that the public perceives a meaningful relationship between the adoption of green economy principles and long-term economic prosperity in Indonesia. Further analysis suggests that green practices can contribute to increased income levels, improved social welfare, and enhanced productivity, while simultaneously supporting environmental sustainability. From a practical perspective, the study highlights the importance of greater community participation, stronger policy commitment from the government, and increased green innovation by corporate entities. Theoretically, the results support existing economic and sustainability theories that emphasize the role of green economy strategies in fostering resilient, inclusive, and equitable economic growth. Overall, this study reinforces the relevance of green economy initiatives as a viable pathway toward sustainable national development.

Political participation is an important aspect in a democratic state structure, as well as a characteristic feature of political modernization. Political participation influences the legitimacy of society regarding the running of a government. One way of implementing political participation is through General Elections (Pemilu). The aim of this research is to determine the influence of presidential candidate debate broadcasts on multi-platform broadcast media on the political participation of FISIP UMJ student class of 2020. This research has an independent variable, namely presidential candidate debate broadcasts with the dimensions of frequency, attention and duration, and has a dependent variable, namely providing voting rights in elections, lobbying with officials, becoming a member of a political party. This research method uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires online to respondents via Google Form which aims to collect data from a sample of 2020 FISIP UMJ students who actively watch presidential candidate debates and know about political participation, with a total of 66 respondents selected. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire using a Likert Scale. The results of this research show that the presidential debate broadcast has an influence on political participation, which has a value of 0.736 or 73.6%, which means that the presidential debate broadcast influences political participation by 73.6% and the rest is influenced by other factors.

This research is purposely conducted to evaluate and compare the effectiveness, efficiency, applicability  and appropriateness of modern firefighting systems installed on board ships. As a result, the review attempt to  ascertain the significance of firefighting systems on ships in terms of their safety, types, structure, principles as  well as installations.
