The Region V Airport Authority Office as UPT (Technical Implementation Unit) within the Ministry of Transportation is under the auspices and is responsible to the Minister of Transportation through the Director of Air Transportation. The function of the Region V Airport Authority is to supervise, control, and regulate aviation activities. This research aims to find out (1) How is the quality of the Inspector's supervision of flight security in the terminal area of Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar, (2) The obstacles faced by aviation inspectors in the avsec field and the efforts made by inspectors in conducting surveillance in the terminal area of Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar. This research was conducted at the Makassar Region V Airport Authority Office, in February - March 2023, this research uses descriptive research with qualitative analysis. The data in this study used primary and secondary data, data collection in this study was by interview, observation and documentation. And the tringulation technique to test the reliability of the data. The results of the discussion in this study are (1) the quality supervision of inspectors on aviation security in the terminal area is good as evidenced by training, field practice and has followed applicable regulations such as PM 41 of 2011 which contains airport authority inspectors only as regulators who carry out supervision of activities in the field. (2) and the obstacles faced by inspectors in the terminal area, namely limited security area cooking permits for this obstacle, the inspectors have carried out surveillance of the avsec and if the inspectors find that the person is categorized as endangering flight activities, the inspectors take action against the person without having to contact the avsec on duty in the terminal area, office busy hours for the office busy hours themselves, the inspectors use breaks or office hours to keep monitoring in the terminal area, and finally the culture as the inspectors themselves are firm and give an appeal that the actions they take are wrong.

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of work motivation variables on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Langkisau. to examine the impact of competency variables on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Langkisau. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents using saturated sampling technique, in which all members of the population are sampled, using instrument testing (validity test and reliability test), descriptive analysis, classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) multiple linear regression and t test, with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Langkisau, competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Langkisau. Which means the first hypothesis is accepted and the second hypothesis is accepted.

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of attractions and facilities on the decision to visit Halal Tourism in Padang City. This type of research uses quantitative methods. Data collection through distributing questionnaires to 108 respondents using accidental sampling technique. By using instrument testing (validity test and reliability test), classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) then multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that attractiveness has a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit, and facilities have a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit. So it can be concluded in this study that it was found that the variables of attractiveness and facilities had a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit Halal Tourism in Padang City.

This research was conducted to determine the influence of career progression and work environment on employee performance at PT. Multisrada Arah Sarana Tbk. Bekasi. Using SPSS Version 25, this analysis uses multiple linear regression which aims to determine the effect of the Independent variable (X) on the Dependent variable (Y). This research involved 170 PT respondents. Multisrada Arah Sarana Tbk. Bekasi from various divisions. The data collection technique is carried out by distributing statement data that has been previously tested for validity and reliability, then the results of the respondents' answers are processed for analysis. The results of the analysis of this research data can be concluded that Career Pathing does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance, while the Work Environment has a significant effect on Employee Performance. However, career progression and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on PT employee performance. Multisrada Arah Sarana Tbk. Bekasi.

The existence of organizations such as Islamic financial institutions that help improve the welfare of society according to their function, namely saving money and providing loan assistance for business capital and comsumtions. There are various types of LKM, one of which is cooperatives. This study aims to determine the..influence of social factors and./personal factors on people’s decisions to use the services of KSU Surya Muhammadiyah, either partially or simultaneously. This Study used a quantitative method using 50 samples taken by purposive sampling method from the KSU Surya Muhammadiyah customer population. Data collection technique were interviews, observation, questionnaires, and documentations. Then, the questionnaires were tested with validity and reliability tests to ensure the accuracy of the questionnaires. Furthermore, classical asumption tests and hypothesis tests were carried out including multiple,,linearregression tests, the coefficient of determination (R2), t-tes, .and F-test. The results of this study are as.follows: (1) social factors have effect on people’s decitions to use services of KSU Surya Muhammadiyah, with a t .count of 2,254 while .t table of 2,012 or t count < t table..and a significance level of 0,026 > 0,05. (2) personal factors influence people’s decitions to use the services of KSU Surya Muhammadiyah, with a t count of 3,093 while t table is 2,012 or tcount > t table and asignificance level of 0,003 < 0,05. (3) social and personal factors simultaneously influence the community’s decition to use the services of KSU Surya Muhammadiyah. Where the sigvalue is 0,000 < 0,005 and F count is 79,385 > F table 3,20. It can be concluded fromthe test results, namely: (1) H1 is accepted,,and H0 is rejected, (2) H2 is a accepted and H0 isrejected, (3) H3 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Employee performance in a company that is not well managed can be one of the obstacles to company activities in achieving its goals. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect partially and simultaneously skills and work culture on employee performance. This type of research uses quantitative research. Source of data in this study using primary data and secondary data. The sample in this research is 40 employees of UD. Indokey uses a saturated sampling technique in which researchers use all UD employees. Indokey is a sample. This study aims to test training on employee performance, to test HR development on employee performance. This research was conducted at Bank Nagari, Siteba Padang Branch. Sampling method using a total saturated sampling of 40 samples. Data analysis techniques used were validity, reliability, descriptive analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression analysis, and t test. The results of the study show that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And HR development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. So it can be concluded that the training was received and human resource development was received.

Internal communication that occurs at PT. XYZ will affect work behavior which is indicated by employee performance towards the company. The formulation of the problem in this study is how internal communication influences employee performance at PT. XYZ, how much influence does internal communication have on employee performance at PT? XYZ. The type of research method used in this study is a quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature study, and documentation study. The object of this research is all employees totaling 43 people. The analysis technique used is an instrument test (validity test and reliability test), simple linear regression analysis, F test, and correlation analysis. The results of data analysis show a simple linear regression equation Y = 42.116 + 0.510, which means that for every 1 unit increase in internal communication (X) then the performance (Y) increases by 0.510, with a correlation coefficient value of r = 0.528 meaning that internal communication simultaneously has a moderate effect on employee performance. which is also evidenced by count 15.825 > table of 4.08 with a significance level of 5%, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Hospitals as health service providers must know how the quality of service they provide can give satisfaction to patients. Competition between hospitals is getting tougher and sharper so that every hospital is required to enhance its competitiveness by trying to provide satisfaction to all of its patients. Service quality will be considered satisfactory, if the perception exceeds expectations; Service quality will be considered good or adequate if it is in line with expectations, and will be considered bad if the service is bad or not good enough. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality seen from various dimensions, namely tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, and empathy on patient satisfaction at the Special Dental and Oral Hospital in Bandung. This literature review uses articles in published Connected Papers in 2017-2022, 108 articles. The results of the 5 articles show that service quality and patient satisfaction are directly proportional, if the service quality is good then customer satisfaction will be good and if the service quality is bad then the level of patient satisfaction is also bad.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality (X1) and price (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y) at UD. Brontoseno Nganjuk. This type of quantitative research Data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. The sample selection used the accidental sampling method, the number of samples was 75 respondents at UD. Brontoseno Nganjuk. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. From the results carried out in the study, it showed that product quality (X1) and price (X2) variables on customer satisfaction (Y) at UD. Brontoseno NganjukThe research results obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 3.230 + 0.193X1 + 0.481X2 and the results of the t-test variable product quality have a partially significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price has a significant effect partially on customer satisfaction. The results of the F test obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that Product Quality and Price have a simultaneous and significant effect on UD Customer Satisfaction. Brontoseno Nganjuk.

Tabular-based clinical risk prediction models are extensively applied in medical decision support systems; however, two major challenges often reduce their reliability: predictions that contradict basic clinical logic and poorly calibrated probability outputs that weaken threshold-based decision making. This study investigates explainable binary risk prediction using the processed Cleveland subset of the UCI Heart Disease dataset as a public clinical benchmark. A lightweight and CPU-efficient pipeline is proposed by employing an XGBoost classifier integrated with monotonic constraints on clinically relevant features, followed by probability calibration through post-hoc methods, including Platt scaling, temperature scaling, and isotonic regression on a separate validation set. Model performance is assessed in terms of discrimination capability using AUROC, AUPRC, F1-score, sensitivity, and specificity, while probability reliability is evaluated using ECE and Brier score metrics. A monotonicity audit is also conducted through counterfactual feature sweeps to measure violation rates. In addition, the model is applied for risk stratification into low-, medium-, and high-risk categories with corresponding event-rate reporting. The findings demonstrate that isotonic regression improves probability reliability without degrading discrimination performance. Furthermore, the monotonicity audit reveals no observed violations for constrained features. Overall, the integration of monotonic constraints and probability calibration produces more decision-ready risk estimates for threshold-based clinical decision support while maintaining transparency through SHAP-based analysis.

Writing articles in this journal aims to describe the service quality of the Trans Semarang Bus Rapid Transit and its sub parameters which include descriptions tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empaty. The writing method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data source is the primary source of Trans Semarang Bus Rapid Transit passengers and the secondary data source is documents at the Trans Semarang Bus Rapid Transit company. Collecting data by observation and interviews with a questionnaire as an instrument. The discussion on the level of service quality of the Trans Semarang Bus Rapid Transit uses an analysis of the average percentage value through the sum of the scores achieved divided by the expected score multiplied by 100 %. Determining whether the quality of Trans Semarang Bus Rapid Transit service is good or not by determining very good 0.00-24.99%, good 25-49.99%, not good 50-74.99% and bad 75-100%. The findings of the discussion of the results of the analysis are that the level of service quality for the Trans Semarang Bus Rapid Transit is very good and also for several sub-parameters tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empaty are all very good level. However, there are several dimensions of the five service quality parameters in the unfavorable category. The conclusion from the findings of the discussion of the analysis of the service quality of the Trans Semarang Bus Rapid Transit is very good in its management so that it can realize the satisfaction of the people of Semarang City and its surroundings.

This study aims to analyze the RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) and MVSM (Maintenance Value Stream Mapping) strategies implemented by PT. XYZ in machine maintenance at the Sabroe Line. RCM is used to reduce equipment failures and ensure that each physical item or system is functioning as intended. Meanwhile, MVSM is used to identify waste in maintenance activities and perform repair analysis. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and analysis of related documents. The results of the research show that PT. XYZ has implemented the RCM and MVSM strategies effectively in engine maintenance at the Sabroe Line. RCM implementation helps to reduce machine failure and increase machine reliability. Meanwhile, MVSM helps identify and overcome waste in maintenance activities. In conclusion, the RCM and MVSM strategies are effective approaches in engine maintenance at the Sabroe Line. This research provides a better understanding of the importance of a planned and structured maintenance strategy in improving engine performance. The recommendation for future research is to involve more departments and measure the impact of RCM and MVSM strategies on overall operational productivity and efficiency.

This study aims to analyze the selection of edamame raw material suppliers at PT XYZ using the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) method. This research involves the process of collecting primary and secondary data which includes identification of supplier selection criteria, collection of criteria and sub-criteria data, and collection of supplier performance data. The results showed that the relevant supplier selection criteria in the context of edamame raw materials at PT XYZ were product quality, price, supply reliability, sustainability and reputation. Based on the FAHP method, the relative weight of each criterion and sub-criteria has been calculated, which helps in evaluating potential suppliers. In addition, supplier rankings are also determined based on the resulting priority values. In conclusion, the FAHP method can be used as an effective tool in selecting raw material suppliers for edamame at PT XYZ. This method helps in reducing uncertainty and complexity in decision making, as well as providing more objective and structured results.

The quality of health services is closely related to satisfaction. This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction and analysis (expectation and reality) of the quality of dental health services at the Svarta Dental Care Bandung clinic. This research is a descriptive research. The research sample is 30 people. sampling method with accidental sampling. The research was conducted from January 3 to January 18, 2023. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The data analysis used is univariate analysis and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), namely by using a Cartesian diagram. The results showed that the level of conformity between reality and expectations was based on the five dimensions of quality in the Reliability dimension of 87.3%, the Responsiveness dimension of 85.75%, the Assurance dimension of 90.06%, the Empathy dimension. 90.18% work tidiness (tiness) 90.94%. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended to carry out regular evaluations every 6 months, repairs by providing training and collaboration with officers in improving the quality of service that focuses on patient satisfaction.

The purpose of the specific analysis is expected to be able to convey comprehensive knowledge of the condition of the TPT alliance and poverty in Central Kalimantan, to provide support towards expanding the benefits that contribute to reducing TPT and poverty in this region. Comprehensive quantitative methods to investigate the Central Kalimantan Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) against squalor creates a very precise and constructive approach towards gathering and reviewing instructions in an objective and measurable manner. The low educational level and restrained skills make it difficult to find a decent pulse, forcing the people of Central Kalimantan to fall into poverty. Women are more discreetly concerned with matching decent pulses and retain restricted access to the core economic power as world and capital, which can allow the more prone to slump to the depths of squalor in this region. Other social impacts of algae are reduced social capital, increased crime rates, and reduced quality of life. The economic impact can arise in part in the form of loss of economic reliability, low rewards of legion of duty participation and low economic motivation. Rumah sakit merupakan suatu instansi yang menyediakan jenis pelayanan kesehatan diantaranya pelayanan medik, pelayanan penunjang medik, pelayanan perawatan, pelayanan rehabilitasi, pencegahan dan peningkatan kualitas kesehatan pasien. Kualitas pelayanan kesehatan berkaitan erat dengan kepuasan pasien. Kepuasan pasien sebagai hal yang sangat subyektif, sulit diukur, dapat berubah-ubah, serta terdapat banyak sekali faktor yang berpengaruh sebanyak dimensi di dalam kehidupan manusia. Tujuan dari literature review ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisis pengaruh faktor kepuasan pasien terhadap kualitas pelayanan dalam perspektif manajemen rumah sakit. Literature yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menetapkan artikel yang sesuai kriteria inklusi. Data base yang digunakan yaitu Google Scholar. Tahun publikasi sumber literature yang diambil yaitu 4 tahun terakhir antara tahun 2018 sampai dengan 2022, Sumber literature menggunakan bahasa Inggris atau Indonesia.  Hasil 5 artikel diperoleh bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien terhadap kualitas pelayanan dalam perspektif manajemen rumah sakit yaitu dari segi faktor penampilan (tangibles), keandalan (reliability), ketanggapan (responsiveness), keyakinan (assurance) dan empati (empathy). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa analisis yang mempengaruhi layanan kesehatan berpengaruh pada dengan kepuasan pasien dari faktor bagaimana tenaga kesehatan mampu memberikan pelayanan, pemahaman, memberikan rasa nyaman, dan meningkatkan fasilitas kesehatan untuk menunjang kesembuhan pasien. Perlu juga bagi instansi memberikan pelayanan maksimal dengan mempertahankan kualitas serta meningkatkan kepuasan pasien. Selain itu juga perlu dilakukannya evaluasi dan monitoring secara berkala untuk meninjau perbaikan pelayanan kesehatan.

PT. Nadha Karya Utama Indonesia, a company engaged in the manufacturing service industry that produces mild steel, located on Jl. Cold Hamlet, RT 04 RW 07, Ngronggot, Kab. Nganjuk, East Java. The purpose of this study is to plan the Roll Forming machine maintenance schedule in order to minimize maintenance costs. The method used in this study is using the Preventive Maintenance method. The calculation results obtain the reliability value of each component on the Roll Forming machine, namely 0.5 for the reliability of the Roll component, 0.5 for the Gear Box component, 0.5 for the Main Engine component, 0.46 for Bearings, and 0.5 for reliability Roll Stand. Determination of maintenance time intervals is based on Peventive Maintenance on Roll components for 37 days, Gear Boxes for 108 days, Main Machinery for 108 days, Bearings for 53 days, and Roll Stands for 146 days. Based on the calculation results, the total cost of maintenance before carrying out preventive with reliability is known to be Rp. 19,340,000, after carrying out preventive calculations with reliability is Rp. 13,120,139.10, it can be seen that before and after carrying out preventive calculations there is a difference in costs of Rp. 6,219. 860.9. From these results it is known that preventive maintenance can reduce the costs incurred by PT. Nadha Karya Utama Indonesia from before the Preventive Maintenance calculations were carried out.

Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan adalah tingkat kesempurnaan pelayanan kesehatan dalam menimbulkan rasa puas pada diri setiap pasien yang berpendapat bahwa semakin puas rasa kesempurnaan maka makin baik pula mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepuasan pasien BPJS terhadap pelayanan rawat jalan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Limboto. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross cestional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 98 orang, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive  sampling dengan analisis uji statistik chi square dengan tingkat signifikan α (0,05). Dari hasil penelitian Lima Dimensi Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien yaitu nilai p value dimensi responsiveness (0,000), assurance (0,001) tangibles (0,000), emphaty (0,001) dan reliability (0,000). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa lima faktor dimensi pelayanan kesehatan saling berhubungan dengan kepuasan pasien di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Limboto.

Background: Mental health is a picture of positive characteristics with harmony and psychological balance that reflects the maturity of his personality. Meanwhile, mental disorders are behavioral patterns that clinically occur in individuals related to distress or disability or are accompanied by a significantly increased risk of death, illness, disability, or loss of independence. According to WHO (World Health Organization) the prevalence of mental disorders in the world is around 450 million people. The high rate of recurrence in people with mental disorders requires us to be more active in knowing the causes. The purpose of this study is to find out an in-depth description of the biological causal factors of a person experiencing mental disorders. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research. Samples were taken randomly with the criteria of someone with a Mental Disorder (ODGJ). The population of this study were mental patients who were treated at RSJD Dr. Amino Gondhohutomo Semarang. The research instrument used a mental disorder predisposition questionnaire. The questionnaire has construct validity and reliability and has been used during Residencies I to III. The results of this study showed that of the 106 respondents who had biological predisposing factors, a history of mental disorders was 39%, followed by a history of drug withdrawal of 38.1%, and the lowest was nutritional disorders.
