In this millennial era, skincare has become a priority need that must be met by women and men, various skincare brands have emerged from within and outside the country, making competition even tighter. Marketing via internet media has also developed rapidly. This makes digital marketing the key to marketing because a passive promotional system can help business and expand the market. The purpose of this research is to find out how Fabil Natural's strategy is in implementing digital marketing and how the use of this strategy has an impact on Fabil Natural's sales. This research uses qualitative methods with interview, observation and documentation techniques. The research results show that the application of digital marketing is carried out by utilizing websites, blogs and social media including Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube and WhatsApp Business to post products and share content, as well as using the Shopee and Tokopedia websites and marketplaces as a place for easy, safe buying and selling transactions. and fast. Even though there are several obstacles, digital implementation has a positive impact in increasing product sales.

This research aims to analyze and test the influence of company size, asset structure and sales growth on capital structure. This research method uses a quantitative type of research. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of company annual financial reports obtained through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling so that 32 companies were obtained from 84 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and the number of observations was 128 sample data. Data processing in this research uses Eviews 12 software. The results of this research show that company size has a significant effect on capital structure, asset structure has no significant effect on capital structure, and sales growth has a significant effect on capital structure.

A web-based sales information system is a key element in the success of modern business, especially in the rapidly growing e-commerce era. Developing information systems that are responsive and adaptive to change is a major challenge in meeting dynamic market demands. The problem that occurs is that the web application that is built is not in accordance with the wishes and needs of the user so that applications and transactions are difficult to carry out. This article describes the implementation of the prototype method in developing a web-based sales information system, with a focus on aspects of needs analysis, design, development, implementation, and testing and evaluation. By developing a web-based sales information system with a prototype method, consumers can easily operate the application and make transactions easier because this system can be used anywhere and anytime and its development involves consumers, so this system can really be used well and easily.

Berkembangnya teknologi mempermudah manusia mendapatkan berbagai informasi yang dibutuhkan. Demikian juga dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi di dunia perikanan. Saat ini telah berkembang berbagai platform baik untuk penjualan maupun yang sekedar memberikan kemudahan memperoleh informasi tentang berbagai jenis ikan yang ingin dipelajari. Obyek penelitian ini membahas tentang genus ikan Channa atau yang dikenal sebagai ikan gabus yang saat ini mendapat perhatian khusus penggemar ikan baik di dalam maupun luar negeri. Ikan Channa mendapat perhatian khusus karena kemudahan dalam pemeliharaan serta perkembangbiakannya. Mengingat banyaknya genus ikan Channa, maka dibutuhkan media penyediaan informasi yang relevan sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai media belajar. Hal itulah yang mendasari pembuatan aplikasi pendataan genus ikan Channa berbasis Web menggunakan Framework Laravel. Pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan Laravel sebagai framework-nya,  Mysql sebagai database dan XAMPP sebagai web server. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai aplikasi pembelajaran ikan Channa yang berguna bagi semua orang untuk mendapatkan informasi secara detail terkait dengan ikan Channa tersebut.

The aim of this research is to evaluate the cash sales accounting information system as an internal control tool at CV Karya Abadi. This type of research is a case study using field study and literature study data collection methods. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive analysis. The problem in this research is the weakness of the cash sales accounting information system. This is proven by the dual function of the sales administration section which doubles as the accounting section, the documents and accounting records used are still incomplete. The cause of this problem is a lack of human resources and a lack of company understanding of the importance of a cash sales accounting information system. As a result, there was a delay in submitting cash sales information and errors occurred in recording cash sales, and the company experienced losses and lost its assets. The results of the analysis by separating functions in the accounting and sales administration sections, improving the organizational structure, adding documents in the form of warehouse cards, cash sales invoices and goods delivery letters as well as accounting records in the form of sales journals, cash receipts journals, as well as improving cash sales systems and procedures, then internal control can run effectively.

Competition in the industrial world after the impact of Covid-19 has become fierce competition. Many companies choose to increase effectiveness and efficiency by implementing digitalization in production and sales activities. PT. Megarhizo Ega Persada is a company that is developing, a company whose main production is liquid organic fertilizer under the brand "Megarhizo". Production activities still use manual bookkeeping processes. So it takes a long time for distribution from the warehouse to the production location. Miscalculations often occur in warehouses resulting in inappropriate production targets, due to insufficient or expired materials due to being in the warehouse for too long. This problem often occurs because the recording process is not thorough and results in stock buildup or stock shortages in the warehouse. So we need a system that can easily and quickly manage data so that these things don't happen again. Digitalization of the sales process is a solution to this problem, fertilizer products are products that are different from other production, because fertilizer is a product that is monitored so the price of fertilizer should not burden the public. By digitizing sales, companies can directly monitor stock and products sold from each distribution location to the resellers. So the number of products sold and prices can still be monitored, besides that the company can also find out the effectiveness of fertilizer production.

In this modern era, Bancreps chose a conventional marketing strategy for its business. Marketing carried out by Bancreps can be done more in-depth by using SWOT analysis theory. However, Bancerps to use digital platforms to reach a wider range of customers than just relying on traditional marketing strategies.

E-commerce is the main driver of the digital economy in Indonesia at 77%. The 2020-2022 Covid-19 pandemic is increasingly encouraging changes in consumer behavior from direct stores to online. This research was carried out to determine the comparison of offline and online Meccanism fashion sales as an effort to attract consumers. The method is descriptive statistics and the Run Wald Wolfowitz comparison test. The result is that there are significant differences in fashion Meccanism's online and offline sales methods as an effort to attract consumers. Average offline sales are greater than online sales. This means that consumer preferences prefer offline purchases compared to online for fashion Meccanism. However, both methods are equally important to attract consumers. Suggestions for business actors to implement a mix of offline and online sales strategies as an effort to attract consumers and increase sales. The way to do this is by understanding consumer behavior online and offline in shopping.

Some small and medium business actors, especially breeders in the Indonesian People's Livestock Association, Buluharjo Village, Plaosan District, Magetan Regency, do not understand how to prepare the cost of goods sold for their livestock business so that the selling price is determined only by considering market prices, resulting in relatively minimal income. when compared with financial and non-financial expenses. They do not realize that many costs have been incurred but have not been taken into account, so even though the selling price is quite high and in accordance with market value, it has not been able to fully cover operational expenses. To provide a solution to this problem, it is necessary to have Training on the Preparation of Cost of Goods Sold as a Consideration for Setting Selling Prices in Maximizing Sales Profits at the Indonesian People's Livestock Association, Buluharjo Village, Plaosan District, Magetan Regency so that livestock business actors can be more effective in calculating their financial management. The training method carried out with Lecture-style training (Lecture) can be a very valuable resource for communicating the necessary information quickly and the Independent Self-study method, this method is expected to be able to train oneself by studying the material that has been given . In addition, this method was chosen because it took into account the distance and time constraints of the presenters and training participants, so that participants were given a simple report format in preparing cost of goods sold. In organizing activities, participants actively ask questions and discuss the conditions and limitations in the preparation of Cost of Goods Sold until the training is complete

Technological developments provide convenience in various fields, including marketing and finance. Currently, marketing can be carried out digitally by utilizing internet technology. The presence of online loans, which is a type of peer-to-peer lending financial technology (fintech), is the result of advances in financial technology. PT. Fidac Innovation Technology is a company operating in the fintech sector and has the Dumi product which provides online loans specifically for State Civil Apparatus (ASN). The purpose of this research is to determine digital marketing techniques in increasing sales of fintech peer-to-peer lending on Dumi products by using 5 (five) digital marketing techniques, namely: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), online advertising, email marketing, mobile applications, and social media marketing. Qualitative descriptive is used as a research method by collecting data through interviews with PT employees. Fidac Technology Innovation IT Design Division which carries out digital marketing, observation and documentation. The research results show that the digital marketing techniques implemented by PT. Fidac Technological Innovation by utilizing SEO, online advertising, social media marketing and mobile applications is already running well. However, Dumi's digital product marketing technique in the form of email marketing has not been implemented due to limited resources.

PT XYZ is one of the largest fertilizer companies in Indonesia. One of the company's goals is to become a competitive producer of fertilizers and other chemical products that are in high demand among consumers. To achieve this, the company needs a marketing strategy to boost sales, compete with both domestic and international rivals, and address the fluctuations in sales volume. Therefore, the company has opted to use multiple linear regression as a reference to assess whether sales prices and international prices have an impact on sales volume. Additionally, the marketing mix, or the combination of marketing elements, will be crucial in achieving the company's objectives. In the execution of marketing activities, every company strives to establish marketing strategies and target its market. This marketing strategy revolves around the marketing mix. The research findings indicate that sales prices and international prices do not have a significant impact on sales volume, possibly due to the presence of other variables such as the company's location, product promotion, and other factors influencing the results.

Since the implementation of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) at the end of 2015, it should encourage all economic actors, including SMEs and Micro Enterprises, to improve themselves in order to improve the quality of production of both goods and services. If this is not done, then Indonesia will be an "soft" market for other ASEAN countries because Indonesia has the largest population (population size) in ASEAN, namely no less than 270 million people. SMEs and Micro Enterprises, which are the embodiment of people's economic democracy, will be very hard hit if the heavy flow of goods and services from various ASEAN countries invades the Indonesian market. Realizing this, strengthening (empowering) SMEs and Micro Enterprises is a necessity and necessity to be able to find a national identity that has comparative advantage and competitive advantage. This activity begins with identifying existing problems and then finding a method for solving them. The method used is by providing training and mentoring. The results that have been achieved are the ability of the Traditional Cake business to optimize its sales by using local raw materials. In this way, the "best-selling" Traditional Cake Micro Business can improve its capabilities in the fields of production and business management and online marketing via social media. Kurnia Ciptamoda Gemilang is an Indonesian retail company that was founded in 1998 and currently houses several brands, namely, Charles & Keith, Pedro, Pomelo, and EA7 Emporio Armani in more than 80 stores throughout Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to determine the role of Sales Associates and sales marketing strategies in selling Charles & Keith Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya products. Sales Associates are placed in a position to analyze the operational running of retail activities, both related to Sales and Selling Products, as well as inventory and will also be given the opportunity to interact directly with customers as a Fashion Advisor to be able to provide product information, answer questions and provide suggestions to customers . This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with Sales Associates at the Charles & Keith store Tunjungan Plaza and also personal observations during their internship as a Sales Associate for Charles & Keith Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya. The research results show that the role of the Sales Associate is very crucial in providing a positive customer experience, understanding customer needs, providing accurate product information and also increasing customer transaction value. Apart from that, effective sales marketing strategies are also implemented to increase the level of product sales by using social media, one of which is Value Added Service (Chat Shop), which is a medium for communication, promotion and also online sales via WhatsApp between Sales Associates and customers.

Current business developments have moved from conventional systems to digital marketing systems and the use of digital marketing is the right opportunity for current developments in Indonesia. However, in its current condition, there are still business actors who do not understand digital marketing and lack awareness among the public or entrepreneurs to utilize digital media as a means to develop their activities. In the research, the researcher used a data processing method with a digital marketing funnel and the data was processed using SWOT analysis. Based on these problems, digital marketing training was carried out. This research aims to find out research results that can increase understanding of digital marketing funnel sales at Graha Office. It is hoped that the findings of this research can help companies formulate more effective digital marketing strategies that focus on achievement.

The property industry is an example of an industry that is expected to continue to grow. Problems related to obstacles that occur in property transactions are the decline in the level of property sales in an area. This can happen due to several causes such as infrastructure gaps in each region, lack of promotion, etc. This research will answer the question of how to increase property sales by 10% every year in the New York City area of ​​the United States. The dataset used in this research was taken via the Kaggle website and comes from information on the number of property sales in 5 boroughs in NYC from 2016-2017. It is hoped that the conclusions from the related journals will provide a recommendation model to increase property sales by 10% in the coming year in NYC.

In today's fiercely competitive digital business landscape, companies like Graha Office must leverage marketing funnels to enhance their sales strategies. This study delves into the implementation of funnel marketing strategies within Graha Office services, examining how funnel stages, market phases, clicks, impressions, and CTR correlate with product sales. The findings indicate a relationship between funnel stages and sales, although cautious interpretation of causality is warranted. This research establishes a foundation for the company's future actions using statistical methods, particularly via linear regression with an output of coefficient t count -2.179 < t table 2.119 (H2 accepted). However, it underscores our limitations in comprehending more intricate cause-and-effect relationships within the real world.

With the rapid development of information technology, Tiktokshop has become an increasingly popular e-commerce platform in Indonesia. However, selling on Tiktokshop does not always guarantee success, especially for small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) that focus on selling special products such as CustomKids. This research aims to determine the impact of Tiktokshop's inactivity on sales of MSMEs, especially the custom children's industry in Indonesia. This research analyzes various factors that might influence Tiktokshop's inactivity, such as lack of presence, lack of user interaction and algorithm changes. We also assessed the direct impact of the suspension on sales of CustomKids products, taking into account variables such as decreased sales, decreased market share, and the psychological impact on MSME owners. The results of this research will provide insight to MSME owners, the government and stakeholders to help them develop strategies to advance Tiktokshop activities and increase the competitiveness of MSMEs, with a special focus on CustomKids products. It is hoped that the implications of this research finding will help in decision making to improve the performance of MSMEs in the digital era.

Strategi bisnis merupakan suatu hal yang penting dalam menjalankan suatu usaha atau usaha baik skala kecil maupun besar, termasuk UMKM, karena dengan memiliki strategi bisnis maka pengusaha atau pemilik dapat meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam bersaing dengan usaha yang dipimpinnya. Salah satu cara dalam menerapkan strategi bisnis adalah dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT, yang mana pemangku kepentingan UMKM perlu mengetahui kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman dari bisnis yang dijalankannya. UMKM adalah usaha ekonomi produktif yang mandiri, biasanya dijalankan oleh perseorangan atau badan hukum yang bukan merupakan anak perusahaan atau afiliasi dari badan usaha yang secara langsung atau tidak langsung dimiliki, dikuasai, atau dimiliki sebagian. Pelaku ekonomi dalam kegiatan ini merupakan pelaku ekonomi dari desa Jayamukti yang tergabung dalam komunitas Milenial Bangkit Indonesia. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi strategi bisnis yang sesuai dan menerapkan strategi bisnis tersebut untuk meningkatkan penjualan UMKM. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh para pemangku kepentingan UMKM terkait dengan ketidakmampuan mereka dalam mengidentifikasi strategi bisnis yang baik dan tepat. Pemangku kepentingan UMKM mengaku kurang memiliki pengetahuan untuk menganalisis strategi bisnis yang baik dan tepat.
