In this case the differences that exist in two different languages Pronunciation can be a barrier to communication. A speaker can cause misunderstandings when he mispronounces a word in a foreign language. English has a number and types of sounds that are very different from the number of sounds in that language. Indonesian.Also, a letter with a different word can represent a different sound. The aim of this course is to equip students with knowledge of English vowels so that they can improve the pronunciation of English words to make them better and correct. This training is conducted online via Zoom Media because You are taking the semester through the use of two approaches namely teaching and training.Although not 100% of partners succeed in producing the correct pronunciation, improvements can be seen in the pronunciation of the accompaniment. Partners, meanwhile, had a positive attitude toward the activity through active participation in the training provided and also satisfaction. From the survey data provided by the service team, partners were identified as part of the campaign.Barriers encountered during the activity were due to the partner's lack of confidence and the influence of the partner's mother tongue.

Outbond training ini diikuti oleh 91 peserta yakni karyawan PT Capella Medan.  Kita telah melalui Pandemi yang telah berlangsung hingga 3 tahun, dimana Hubungan antar divisi / unit yang semakin renggang sehingga Komunikasi yang semakin jauh karena dilaksanakannya pertemuan online, Kolaborasi yang tidak maksimal dan tidak menyeluruh akibatnya masih banyak Banyak divisi yang belum bisa proaktif secara optimal dalam bekerja. Dengan demikian kinerja menurun sehingga perlu ada perbaikan dengan melaksanakan  Outbond Training  agar tiap unit /divisi dapat membaur dan melebur Kembali menjadi lebih kompak dan harmonis.  Komunikasi menjadi lebih terjalin Kembali serta mesra dan harmonis sehingga kinerja semakin meningkat.. Mengoptimalkan peran serta kayawan dalam hal bekerja secara proaktif dimana dituntt bisa berubah dalam setiap kondisi, punya integritas dan inisiatif, bersinergi satu dengan yang lain serta memiliki sense of belonging yang tinggi dan akhirnya bisa menyatakannya dalam ACTION.

Leadership is the art or ability of a person in coordinating and directing each individual or group towards achieving the expected goals. Leadership in an organization is seen as one of the most important aspects. An organization certainly needs a leader in order to run efficiently in accordance with its goals.  A leader must not only lead its members but also  become a representative of the organization, because a leader has a big influence on how an organization runs. Regardless of the roles and responsibilities of the leader, leadership traits and spirit can greatly help the running of an organization. Leadership training in general does not only aim to produce excellent leaders. It also provides education on organizational dynamics and how to run an organization efficiently. Leadership training that is held at the high school and college level are usually organized by the students themselves, the core of this training is activities organized by students and aimed at students. Leadership training can also be seen as a means to build a positive culture in educational organizations. It triggers active collaboration between staff and students, creating positive interactions within the educational organization. This service aims to improve lecturer skill and comprehension of the application of instructional approaches in shaping the character of students at the Bandung College of Administrative Sciences in Cibeunying Kidul District, Bandung City. This dedication is motivated by the need for lecturers who are motivated to improve competency and who have the ability to use instructional tactics to shape students' character. The degree of the students' bad character and the lecturers' poor teaching techniques is the dull everyday instructional routine. This service took place on Thursday, June 3, 2023. Field surveys (locations), conversations, information collection, and lecturer observations were initially carried out in order to deliver this service. After that, teachers received training and help with regard to enhancing their competency as lecturers and putting character-development teaching methodologies into practise. The output objectives for this volunteer initiative include scientific publications, online content, YouTube activities, and photo documentation of PKM activities. It is common to use workshops, seminars, and question-and-answersessions.

Legality is the identity of a business to legalize a business so that it can be recognized by the public. Business legality is very important for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) because it can provide many benefits. To obtain complete and legal business legality, MSMEs must fulfill all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. The Thematic Real Work Lecture (KKNT) activities for MSMEs in Karangtengah Village involve several MSMEs that have been recorded and surveyed. The purpose of this community empowerment program itself is so that business actors can better understand the importance of NIB and can take advantage of government programs that can facilitate online legality permits. After registering business legality, it is hoped that business actors will consider the importance of licensing business entities, there needs to be more attention to training and socialization of business licensing in Karangtengah Village.

The implementation of learning using e-learning must be supported by several readiness factors. Organizational readiness factors, such as regulations, infrastructure, technology, and policies, have a significant effect on learning outcomes using e-learning. However, the human element in its use is also the most important factor in online learning. This research was conducted to measure the readiness of lecturers using e-learning on several factors, namely; Technology access factor, skill and training factor, instructor attitude factor. The sample of this study was 100 active lecturers. Univariate data analysis was performed by calculating the average readiness index and frequency and identifying categories of readiness intervals for using e-learning. The results of this study show the readiness of lecturers in using e-learning assessed from technology mastery factors, skill and training factors, and instructor attitude factors. However, for a very mature level, refinement and development of all these factors are still necessary. In addition, the training aspect is considered quite ready, but management must open training opportunities for lecturers to run online classes.

In today’s modern era, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) must be able to innovate in order to attract the attention of consumers and maintain their efforts. Many UMKMs experienced a decline in sales and could not grow even bankrupt during the Covid-19 pandemic last year. These conditions make the UMKM perpetrators have to think to be able to survive for the sake of their efforts. The transition of offline shopping to online (digitalized) in modern times will make it easier for UMKM to expand marketing access. The role of digital technology has a significant impact on UMKM. Emerging technological paradigms leverage the potential of a stronger and more sustainable UMKM. Social media and e-commerce can be the sales container of UMKM offenders. The aim of the community empowerment program on UMKM in the Middle East is to provide support for digital marketing training as an effort to develop and expand the technology-based marketing network (digital). After doing this dedication, it is hoped that the UMKM perpetrators in the Middle Coral Coral will continue to synergize for the sustainability of UMKM and the development of the economy of the community.

The Covid-19 pandemic has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including the education sector. One of the noticeable changes is the shift to online learning. However, the problem faced by teachers in this online learning process is the lack of skills in selecting relevant learning media that suits the condition and needs of the students. Therefore, the aim of this community service program is to provide an understanding of the concept of online learning media and to introduce and improve the teachers' ability in using the online learning support system through training and mentoring in creating online learning media content, particularly through the YouTube platform, for teachers at SMK Yasiha Gubug. The method used in this community service program was an informative approach and training mentoring. The results of this program showed that the motivation, confidence, understanding of online learning media, and teachers' skills in using technology to create online learning media have improved.

The general reality that occurred in the budget realization and performance reporting system in Central Lombok Regency before E-Monev was put into practice was that the process was very slow, complicated, and very convoluted, not infrequently even very tiring. Reports that should be done in one day may take one week, two weeks or even one month. To expedite the reporting or monitoring process, Bureaucratic Reform (RB) efforts were made by developing online-based systems and applications called E-Monev. E-Monev is an instrument for monitoring, evaluating and controlling budget realization and performance which is used to collect data and information on monitoring results. This web-based application makes it very easy for employees to record budget realization and performance while in the office, such as filling in and changing work plans, filling out sub-activities, and there are other forms provided for reporting according to their respective duties and roles. What is expected from this web-based application is that employees can use the application as well as possible and can facilitate work and help company performance, especially in the field of Human Resources, to be faster, better and more practical.

This community service activity program seeks to teach teachers and students participating in the Teaching Campus MBKM the basics of preparing financial reports. Teachers and students in elementary schools need a basic understanding of the preparation of financial reports to apply the theories learned at school. Training from Lecturers to Teachers and Students at SDN 131 Cijawura and SDN 027 Cicadas Bandung City is the method applied in this community service project. Indonesia's situation is still in the COVID-19 pandemic since March 2020 President Joko Widodo informed that many Indonesian people have contracted COVID-19 until the community service activities were carried out on March 5 2023, the counseling was carried out via zoom sessions. The teachers and students who are currently implementing the government program, namely the Teaching Campus MBKM at SDN 131 Cijawura and SDN 027 Cicadas Bandung City clearly understand the subjects taught by the lecturers, seen from the excitement with which these questions are answered during this counseling activity. This activity is expected to help teachers and students understand how to record and make reports so that they can successfully adapt when entering society and make accountability reports for the MBKM Campus Teaching activities.

The existence of information technology is of course very helpful in all aspects of life, but the use of technology has not been fully implemented optimally. For example, Youth Members of the Baitul Halim Mosque located in Mampang, South Jakarta, who have not optimally utilized the available technology. Therefore, we plan to provide training on the use of information technology for Baitul Halim Mosque Youth Members, namely the Canva Application. This training aims to be more able to apply information technology to support daily activities in the Baitul Halim Mosque Young Members environment and to make it easier to manage data and search for data needed by Baitul Halim Mosque Youth Members there. Training activities are carried out using both online and offline methods.

Current learning after the pandemic is more towards the Hybrid learning method where this method combines online learning with face-to-face learning. In this learning, interactive learning media is needed by teachers. Prezi application is a software for internet-based presentation (SaaS). In addition to presentations, it can also be used as a tool to explore and share ideas on a virtual canvas. It is superior because this program uses the en:Zooming User Interface (ZUI), which allows Prezi users to zoom in and out of presentation media. The partner problem is that teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Huda Mijen Demak still need training and assistance in making interactive multimedia. Therefore, the community service team at the Faculty of Language and Culture, University of 17 Agustustus 1945 Semarang conducted intensive communication with the manager of the MA Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Huda to find solutions to these problems. There are three methods applied in this service, namely Presentation, Demonstration, and Practice Method. Presentation method is applied in the introduction of the Prezi Application, its benefits, and its application in making interactive learning media, Demonstration Method regarding the operation or use of the application and Practical Method where teachers practice directly making interactive learning media according to their respective subjects. After this service, teachers can position and use learning media as a needed component of a learning process. Learning media has an important role in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of learning. Teachers are always required to be able to develop and use learning tools available in schools in accordance with current developments.

Marketing of Flobamora Collection products is currently still done manually through Toko, Facebook and word of mouth where sales only cover Kupang City, while for customer segment opportunities, Flobamora Collection products are very broad. The purpose of the activity is to provide product marketing training and use of website media to expand sales and promotion of Flobamora Collection products so that they are better known by the wider community. The method used in community service activities is to conduct training and practice in implementing online product marketing at the website-based Flobamora Collection. The results achieved in this activity are increasing partner knowledge about website-based online product marketing models and increasing partner understanding about the use of online stores as a medium to sell and promote Flobamora Collection products. Creating a website-based online store as a medium to sell and promote products online. By utilizing webiste-based online marketing media, it can enable the wider community not only in the Kupang City area but also nationally and even abroad to access information on the products offered by Flobamora Collection, thereby increasing the number of customers and sales turnover of Flobamora Collection.

Anemia during pregnancy is still a global problem. The government synergizes with health workers to reduce the prevalence of anemia, one of which is by administering iron supplements. However, this alternative has not been able to reduce the incidence of anemia in Indonesia. Therefore, the aim of this study was to determine strategies to reduce the incidence of anemia in pregnant women. Qualitative research with a single holistic case study approach. Research informants were heads of puskesmas, midwives, nutritionists, ATLM, doctors, and anemic pregnant women. Data collection for 1 month. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman models. The data collection instruments were interview guides, study documentation, observations, logbooks and field notes. The results of this study, there are 4 themes namely: 1) increasing the competence of human resources; 2) providing more comprehensive health education and simpler word choices; 3) Educational media innovation by utilizing online platforms; and 4) husband and family support. Therefore, increasing human resources can be through training and technical guidance on the management of anemia during pregnancy and anemia hematology examination, utilizing social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Youtube and Whatsapp. increased blood especially drinks that can block the absorption of iron. Also, husbands encourage and remind pregnant women to regularly consume iron tablets every day.

MSMEs are the most important pillars in the Indonesian economy. The most famous copper craft center in Indonesia is Tumang Village, Cepogo, Boyolali, Central Java. It is called a craft center because of the local residents, some of whom are copper craftsmen. The problems that occur are the limited information technology and the ability to access technology and information from outside, as well as management that has not been implemented properly that can support the craftsman development program, both from the point of view of the professionalism of its human resources as well as in terms of product development, craft design equipment and management. In addition, sales systems and data processing are still carried out conventionally, resulting in limited marketing opportunities and transaction processing. The lack of literacy of SMEs towards information technology is the cause. Only about 25% of all business actors in Tumang have utilized technology for marketing and financial management. The implementation of this Community Service is intended to provide socialization and training as well as assistance to improve skills and knowledge for craftsmen to market their products on a global scale and provide electronic sales applications for craftsmen so that customers can get information quickly, and can make online shopping transactions. As well as a digital accounting information system that will increasingly provide convenience in creating accountable, transparent, and secure financial reports. This PKM activity was carried out by the Community Service Team (PKM) from the Management Economics Study Program at the Islamic University of Batik Surakarta through the 2021 Matching Fund grant. The PKM activity was aimed at brass and copper metal craftsmen in Tumang, Cepogo Boyolali. The methods used are socialization, training, and mentoring. The results of PKM activities are technological innovations in the form of a Marketplace Application called "Javacraft", which is a web application developed by the Islamic University of Surakarta Batik as an online sales medium or as a sales medium for MSMEs of local Indonesian handicrafts, especially copper or brass crafts in Tumang Boyolali, handicraft products and sales processing facilities. In addition, PKM activities also include socialization about digital marketing (e-commerce) and Accounting Information Systems (SIA), training and assistance in using the "Javacraft" Marketplace Application to support sales of brass and copper metal crafts in Tumang. This activity aims to provide solutions for partners in dealing with Small and Medium Enterprise (UMKM) problems in tourist villages. Jembrak Village is a village in the Pabelan sub-district, Semarang, Central Java. The characteristics of this village are advanced and the beautiful environment is still there. Jembrak Village is about management and marketing. The management itself is how to manage Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) themselves in terms of the lack of community interest, ignorance of finance, management systems, and marketing. The remarketing is online marketing, where most of the owners of Small and Medium Enterprise (UMKM) find it difficult to use applications and online marketplaces, methods of proper promotion, and to administrative issues related to the use of social media to market their products. For this reason, the PKK Community Service team carried out activities including: 1) Observing Small and Medium Enterprise (UMKM) targets, 2) Conducting outreach about the Product Management and Marketing, 3) Provide a direct training on Product Management and Marketing, 4) Monitor and evaluate UMKM Pioneers in Jembrak Tourism Village. The implementation of this community service activity has gone well. Thanks to the cooperation between the committee and the support of various parties. However, there were a number of things that were noted after the activity took place, namely, the training participants needed ongoing assistance after this activity, because there were still many training participants who were unable to manage UMKM.
