The aim of this research is to find out the public's perception of night market activities and the impact they have on road access in Bukit Pariaman Village, Tenggarong Seberang District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The type of data analysis carried out was using a qualitative descriptive analysis method. This research was carried out through interviews, field observations and document analysis. The research results show that the night market in Bukit Pariaman Village, which has been operating since 1995 and is held every Wednesday night, is an important economic and social center. However, limited parking space causes traffic jams that disrupt community activities. Inadequate infrastructure has also disrupted sales activities and reduced income since the Covid-19 pandemic. Parking money is channeled to the village treasury, but there has been no concrete solution from the market management and village government. This creates a feeling of discomfort felt by the community. Therefore, better management is needed, including providing parking lots, improving infrastructure and fair regulations. The community hopes that the village government will immediately provide a solution to reduce congestion and increase comfort. The research results recommend providing adequate parking, infrastructure improvements, more effective traffic management, transparency in financial management, and collaboration with the community to improve night market management in Bukit Pariaman Village.

Increasingly advanced technology currently encourages people to make transactions using electronic money (e-money). Currently, more and more Indonesia people are using electronic money, this can be seen from the volume of electronic money transactions which is increasing from year to year. People prefer to make transactions using electronic money because it is easier to transact with traders. This research aims to analyse the variables of interest rates, inflation, money supply, e-money and electronic money transactions in Indonesia. The type of research is quantitative analysis using secondary data from 2011 to 2021 with quarterly annual data take from Bank Indonesia (BI), World Bank and BPS (Central Statistics Agency). The analysis method used is VAR (Vector Autoregressive) and refined with Forecast Error Variance Decomposition (FEVD) analysis. The results of the VAR analysis show that there is a contribution to the variable itself and other variable. From the estimation results, it turns out that there is a reciprocal relationship between one variable and another variable, or in other words, all variable, namely the variable Inflation, JUB, E-Money, Interest Rate and Elecronic Money Transaction contribute to each other. The results of the FEVD analysis show that not all variables contribute to the variable itself.

With the existence of sharia banking , banks carry out business in a way that complies with Sharia, known as Sharia principles. It consists of exchanging money in accordance with sharia principles while managing risk ( mudharabah ), managing money ( murabahah ), fairness or abundance ( ijarah ), or lending money from one bank to another ( ijarah wa iqtina ) and so on. In its development, institutions outside the banking structure, such as insurance, also participated. Insurance is a non-bank financial institution that operates in the economy outside the banking sector. It is tasked with supporting economic activities by providing investment and financing access services. The unique thing about sharia insurance is that it carries out procedures for all its activities with principles that are in line with sharia, so in all these cases it is also very important to see, measure, control and monitor risks that arise from operational activities. Therefore, the authors' skepticism regarding their hypothesis is whether or not there is an influence of sharia principles on risk management in sharia insurance. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive statistical analysis . The impact of applying Islamic principles to risk management in the sharia insurance sector is that the application of Islamic principles to risk management in the insurance sector is very beneficial. However, there are parts that need to be limited and clarified as to what kind of disaster we can help with, of course this requires company regulations and customer agreements to be in good and correct accordance.

Corruption is one of the major problems that hinder development and prosperity in Indonesia. In Batam City, the handling of corruption crimes is often not optimal, especially in the aspect of recovering illegally obtained assets. The Non-Conviction Based Asset Forfeiture (NCBAF) mechanism is one of the instruments that is expected to accelerate the process of recovering state losses without having to wait for criminal punishment. This research aims to assist in the regulation of NCBAF laws and standards in resolving corruption crimes in Batam City, as well as identify the obstacles faced and efforts that can be made to optimize their implementation. The research methods used are normative juridical and empirical juridical. The normative juridical approach is carried out by reviewing relevant regulations, including Law Number 8 of 2010 concerning the Prevention and Eradication of Money Laundering Crimes, as well as related literature. The empirical juridical approach is carried out through case studies and interviews with law enforcement officials in Batam City. The results of the study show that although the NCBAF has been regulated in the regulations, its implementation in Batam City still faces various obstacles, such as lack of coordination between law enforcement agencies, high standards of proof, unclear legal procedures, and limited resources and technical capacity of the apparatus. Examples of corruption in infrastructure assistance, embezzlement of social funds, and corruption in the procurement of goods and services show that assets suspected of originating from criminal acts often cannot be immediately confiscated and utilized by the state. To overcome these obstacles, this study suggests increased coordination between law enforcement agencies through the formation of special teams, the preparation of clear standard operating procedures (SOPs), intensification of training for law enforcement officials, increased international cooperation, and community campaigns to increase public awareness and support. With these steps, the NCBAF is expected to become a more effective instrument in eradicating corruption and recovering state losses in Batam City.

This study aims to analyze the monetary indicator variables on the stability of goods and services prices before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The data used are secondary data obtained from the publications of the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and Bank Indonesia (BI). The analytical method employed is the Error Correction Model (ECM) to examine the short-term and long-term relationships between monetary variables (money supply, interest rate, exchange rate, and inflation) and price stability. The results indicate that before the Covid-19 pandemic, the variables of money supply and exchange rate had a significant effect on price stability, while the interest rate had no significant effect. Meanwhile, during the Covid-19 pandemic, the interest rate and inflation significantly affected price stability, whereas the money supply and exchange rate were not significant. These findings suggest that monetary dynamics before and during the Covid-19 pandemic differed in their influence on the stability of goods and services prices.

The existence of financial literacy helps individuals make smarter purchases, for example by thinking about the needs that need to be met, the price of products, services and services provided. Good financial literacy facilitates thinking in making decisions, especially in the financial sector. Because in this case they are considered capable of reading or assessing and considering the current financial situation. Financial literacy is needed not only in personal life, but also in work, especially those that are closely related to financial activities. In the family itself, good financial literacy usually has to be carried out by the head of the family or other family members such as the mother. If the family lacks people who have good financial literacy, then the family's spending or consumption may not be commensurate with the income earned in the family, so it can be said that there is a lack of money to meet the family's living needs. This can also happen in social life. It could also be said that if we have good financial literacy, we cannot manage our expenses well.

This research discusses the legal and economic aspects related to Sales and Purchase Agreements in the context of debt settlement. The main focus is the legal analysis of Sales and Purchase Agreements which is based on Debt-Receivable or Money Lending and Borrowing Agreements, as well as its impact on legal certainty and protection for the parties involved. This research also investigates the provisions of Articles 1457 and 1458 of the Civil Code regarding the validity of sale and purchase transactions, as well as the process of transferring land rights through a Deed of Sale and Purchase carried out by the Land Deed Official. The study results show that PPJB is often used as debt collateral, although this practice is not legally valid because Sales and Purchase Agreements and Debt-Receivable Agreements have different concepts and principles. The use of Sales and Purchase Agreements as debt collateral is considered problematic because it violates Article 1320 of the Civil Code which regulates the conditions for the validity of an agreement. This research emphasizes the importance of understanding the differences between sales and purchase agreements and accounts payable to ensure legal clarity and adequate protection for all parties involved in the agreement.
