One of the major breakthroughs in waste management in Indonesia is the waste bank program. Through this program, it is formed in people's minds that waste is something that is useless and is simply thrown away, converted into something that also has value and price. Through the waste bank, people can save waste, which can then generate money within a certain period of time. Research using descriptive research methods with quantitative analysis. This study aims to find out how the impact of the waste bank program on the socio-economic community in Sememi Village, Benowo District, Surabaya City. Impact is defined as an influence that brings both positive and negative consequences. In this case the impact is aimed at the socio-economic life of the community at the Eka Jaya Garbage Bank, Sememi Village, Benowo District, Surabaya City. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that there was a positive impact on the socio-economic life of the people in Sememi Village, Benowo District after the construction of the Garbage Bank. This is indicated by an increase in people's income, although it is small, it provides significant benefits for the community. Not only income has increased, but health and better social interaction among people, most importantly, a cleaner environment has also increased from time to time.

The phenomenon of the problem in this research is that the complaints that are often reported by customers are related to sudden blackouts for hours, the most complaints are also followed by APP/KWH meter disturbances which are usually caused by the PLN server having an error or problem.The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance of bright PLN in responding to complaints in Batam City, to find out what PLN customer complaints were, to find out customer satisfaction related to bright PLN's performance. The approach used in this research is descriptive and qualitative research. A qualitative approach is a research technique that produces descriptive data in the form of written/oral words about individuals or observed behavior. This approach aims holistically on the background and the individual. Qualitative descriptive research is to describe the informants' opinions as they are in accordance with the research questions. The focus in this study, the authors put more emphasis on one main indicator to assess the performance of Bright PLN Batam City employees. The indicator is Responsiveness. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation, documentation review. Informants in this study amounted to 14 people.

The implementation of halal certification for broiler traders at the Babat Lamongan Traditional Market has not run optimally, as evidenced by the fact that many broiler traders do not yet have halal certification. There are several reasons why the broiler traders at the Babat Lamongan Traditional Market do not have halal certification. The purpose of this study is to find out what obstacles the chicken traders experience at the Babat Lamongan Traditional Market so that they do not have halal certification. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The results of this study are that the broiler traders at Babat Lamongan Traditional Market do not yet have halal certification due to five factors namely, economy, mindset, administration, technology and knowledge.

Batman is a well-known superhero and is loved by many people from all walks of life, an interesting Batman character for not having superpowers like other superheroes. In addition to the character Batman has a striking logo and is an identity for Batman. In 1966 Batman released a series of films with decorative designated logos in which Pop Art's chests developed rapidly. Each logo is a visualized identity that has a meaning, using a qualitative method with Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis approach. The purpose of the study was to find out what values and meanings were cooped up in the 1966 Batman logo, which was influenced by the then-developed Pop Art style trend. Based on research results, it can be inferred that the use of the 1966 Batman logo influenced by Pop Art style and the visual elements of the logo suggests that the brief logo is an image and that Batman superhero has an intelligent, intellectual, optimistic nature of rooting out crime.

The Red Turtle is an animated film released in 2016. It was directed by Dutch-British animator Michall Dudok de Wit. The film is a co-production between Wild Bunch and Studio Ghibli. The Red Turtle tells of the struggle of a man stranded on an uninhabited island to survive until he finally finds new happiness on the island. The film "The Red Turtle" lacks dialogue on its storyline, making color the main visual element of the film's narrative. This attracted researchers to study the film The Red Turtle from the color storytelling aspect that played a narrative visual on the development of the story. The purpose of this study to explain color storytelling can play a narrative visual in the film "The Red Turtle". This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. It uses Albert Munsell's color theory studies, with data collection using observations, documentation and Library studies, and with interactive model data analysis techniques. The results of this study show that color visual elements, color storytelling, are as important and as important as narrative, suggesting that color storytelling can play a narrative visual role in the animated film "The Red Turtle".

The design objective is to apply the camping ground concept in miniature form to get a unique Camperia Cafe & Resto atmosphere in the eyes of the target audience. 4D design and analysis methods use AIDAS to produce relevant work. The design results are in the form of mockups with supporting media in the form of catalogs, animated videos, posters, x-banners, stickers, key chains, and mugs.

The purpose of this study was to explain whether or not there was an effect of using the quizizz application on digital literacy of fourth grade students at SDN Bilaporah 1 Bangkalan. This type of research is experimental research with a quantitative approach. This study uses a posttest-only control design model. The research sample used in this study was fourth grade students at SDN Bilaporah 1 Bangkalan. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling technique. Data was collected using performance test sheets. The results of data analysis calculated using the independent sample t-test show that the sig value is 0.000 where the value is less than 0.05. So these results indicate that there is an influence between quizizz application assisted learning on students' digital literacy in class IV SDN Bilaporah 1 Bangkalan.

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of reward, punishment and employee discipline at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach, the data obtained directly through questionnaires to 45 respondents taken from employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Tasikmalaya. Sampling used saturated sampling technique and the analytical method used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25 software. The test results showed that rewards partially had a significant effect on work discipline and punishment partially had a significant effect on work discipline. Simultaneously reward and punishment have a significant effect on employee discipline at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Tasikmalaya.

Stunting is a lack of nutritional intake with a long duration, starting from pregnancy to 24 months. The prevalence of stunted children recorded at the Tanjungpinang City Health, Population Control, and Family Planning Office increased by 1.3% in 2020 to 3.49% in 2021 and 3.91% in 2022. Based on these data, it can be seen that there has been an increase in stunting cases in Tanjungpinang City. The problem that will be the focus of discussion in this study is how to implement stunting prevention programs in the Tanjungpinang City Health, Population Control and Family Planning Office. This study aims to analyze the implementation of stunting prevention programs in the Tanjungpinang City Health, Population Control and Family Planning Office.The research approach used in this study is explained using a qualitative approach. The theory used by researchers in implementation uses Soren C. Winter's theory which includes indicators: the behavior of relationships between organizations, the behavior of lower-level implementors (apparatus / bureaucrats) and the behavior of target groups. The implementation of the stunting alleviation program at the Tanjungpinang City Health, Population Control and Family Planning Office has been going well, but it is still not optimal. This is because there are still people who do not know about stunting, socialization carried out by puskesmas officers and posyandu cadres has not been thoroughly carried out. However, the response from the community itself is very good or positive, this is because puskesmas officers continue to provide assistance and check regularly. The commitment made by the health Office in collaboration with the Ministry of Religious Affairs made an MOU so that these brides-to-be get IEC (Educational Information Communication) and with the formation of the Stunting Reduction Acceleration Team at the Tanjungpinang City level, this is nothing but an effort to reduce stunting rates in Tanjungpinang City.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Discipline and Competence on Work Productivity of employees in the production section of the Bintang Satu Factory in Ciamis Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The research population was employees of the production section of the Bintang Satu Factory in Ciamis Regency and used a saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population were sampled, namely 40 respondents. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that Work Discipline (X1) and Competence (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Work Productivity (Y). Work Discipline (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity (Y). Competence (X2) partially has a positive and insignificant effect on work productivity (Y).

Background: Skizofrenia is a mental disorder where the prevalence is actually small, affecting about 1% of the world's population. In Central Java alone, there are 8.7% of the population who have schizophrenia, this is one of the fifth highest number of professions. Planting occupational therapy aims to minimize the patient's interaction with his unreal world, bring out thoughts, feelings, or emotions that have influenced unconscious behavior, provide joy, entertainment, and distract the patient from the hallucinations he is experiencing so that the patient's mind is not focused on his special hallucinations. in patients with auditory hallucinations (Yuniar N.S et al., 2019). Objective: To find out the results of the implementation of the application of occupancy therapy to control the level of hallucinations. Method: The method used in this application is descriptive with a case study research design totaling 2 respondents, the research instrument is the AHRS questionnaire observation sheet. Findings Before being given occupational therapy, Mrs. G was planted in the category of moderate hallucinations and Mrs. M was in the category of severe hallucinations. After being given occupational therapy, planting for 6 times, Mrs. G was in the category of mild hallucinations and Mrs. M was in the category of moderate hallucinations. Implication:  Planting Occupational Therapy has an effect on controlling the level of hallucinations in patients with auditory hallucinations.

Schizoaffective is a mental disorder characterized by two recurrent features, namely schizophrenia (meets criterion A for schizophrenia) and mood episodes, both major depression and bipolar. Schizoaffective disorder, occurs in 0.2% of the general population in America, 9% of people with schizoaffective hospitalization.

The implementation of public services will also adapt according to the needs of the community and develop in line with changes in social life. This makes the government always try to foster motivation in creating effective and efficient services so as to provide convenience for the public. The purpose or research of this is to find out and explain how the implementation of One For Eleven Innovation in Solok City and to know and analyze the inhibiting factors that influence the implementation of One For Eleven innovation seen from product innovation, process innovation, research method innovation, strategy or policy innovation and system innovation . This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of the One For Eleven innovation research in Solok City based on indicators of innovation are included in an innovation. This innovation is included in product innovation because there is a renewal of service media, including in process innovation where there are differences in service flow. This innovation is also included in the innovation of service methods where changes in service delivery. This innovation includes strategy or policy innovation because it has a vision, mission and goal of forming an innovation from the existing reality. In addition, this innovation is also included in system innovation, namely the existence of novelty in the interaction of implementing actors in managing innovation, but the implementation of innovation and its utilization by the community is not optimal because there are still many prospective brides who do not know about this innovation. The lack of socialization of innovation by implementers to the community so that there are still many people who do not know about this innovation. Then the difference in the domicile of the bride and groom as a requirement in obtaining this innovation has caused not all bride and groom to receive the One For Eleven innovation service. Lack of coordination between implementing agencies causes executors not to understand their duties.  

Indonesia is an archipelagic country that has many outer islands which are directly adjacent to neighboring countries. Indonesia's outermost areas have high potential for marine resources so that they are used by Indonesian traditional fishermen as a source of income to support their families. BPS noted that there are 17,001 islands scattered throughout Indonesia. In preparing this article, the author used a normative juridical approach which was carried out through literature study by examining primary and secondary legal materials. Whereas for data analysis using qualitative juridical analysis that is descriptive based on principles, theories in international law. never protested the British claim of ownership of the sand islands. In 1974 the governments of Indonesia and Australia signed an MoU which stipulated that Indonesian traditional fishermen were permitted to fish. There are three important things that must be done by Indonesia-Australia, in order to get rid of fishing disputes by Indonesian traditional fishermen in Australia, namely strengthening national regulations, especially on the Exclusive Economic Zone maritime boundary agreement, secondly restoring the rights of traditional fishermen on sand islands. and the third is an agreement between the governments of Indonesia, Australia and Indonesia in setting sea boundaries.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of providing information and distributing labor (Case study of BKK SMKN 1 Batam). This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The data source for this research comes from primary data (18 informants) and secondary data (sourced from BKK). The results of the study were based on (1) indicators of achieving goals in an effort to increase the number of graduates being absorbed from special job fairs were not yet effective, (2) indicators of integration were already effective in terms of program socialization, and (3) indicators of adaptation from observations during the field showed that they had been effective. The conclusion of this study concludes that BKK is quite effective but its implementation has not been optimal. The suggestion from this research is to renew the strategy of the job market specifically in attracting companies to be able to recruit graduates so that the percentage of working graduates can increase every year.

Elderly is a process of experiencing anatomical, physiological and biochemical aging in organ tissues which can affect the state of function and ability of the body as a whole (Fatmah, 2019). In Indonesia, fracture cases are the third largest cause of death under coronary heart disease and tuberculosis. According to data compiled by Wrong Diagnosis (Ropyanto, et al, 2013), Indonesia is the largest country in Southeast Asia that experiences the most fractures of 1.3 million each year out of a population of around 238 million. In postoperative fracture patients, they experience delays in making movements due to muscle weakness and perceived pain (Ningsih, 2019). In an elderly person, it will bring about a complete change in his physique related to a decrease in the ability of the body's tissues, especially in physiological functions in the musculoskeletal system and the neurological system. One of the changes that occur in the elderly is a change in decreased muscle strength, the impact of decreased muscle strength is an increased risk of falling and causes walking to be less stable (Padila, 2020). The study adopts a participatory action research model, involving purposive sampling of educators and business leaders. Data analysis employs thematic analysis to uncover patterns and insights. The findings reveal the significance of integrating spiritual principles with scientific education methodologies, guided by effective leadership practices, in enhancing educational quality and sporting achievements. This research underscores the pivotal role of teachers as facilitators in bridging the gap between spiritual wisdom and scientific knowledge for holistic development in education and sports domains.

This Bottled Drinking Water Factory (AMDK) is drinking water that is packaged and processed through electronic machines and is safe to drink. It is processed according to quality standards and in accordance with applicable techniques and meets the specified requirements so that bottled drinking water is safe for consumption by the public. This study aims to determine the service quality strategy carried out by the Abillaits AMDK factory in the Ambunten subdistrict, Sumenep Regency. Which was carried out using a qualitative approach method. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. With 1 key informant and 6 supporting informants. Data analysis techniques using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion.  The results of research conducted at the Abillaits AMDK factory show 2  strategies implemented by the Abillaits AMDK factory in Ambunten in an effort to meet customer satisfaction, namely the basic and main strategy. Basic service strategies such as thanking customers, communicating with customers. Listening to customer complints and neat appearance. The main strategy is the services provided in accordance with SOP, fast and responsive, competitive advantage, building good relationships with customers, and timeliness.
