This activities aim to provide understanding and skills to the community in Rumpet Village, Krueng Barona Jaya Subdistrict, Aceh Besar Regency, on utilizing local resources to naturally control plant pests. The primary focus of this activity is the process of making botanical pesticides from neem leaves as an environmentally friendly solution to sustain agriculture in the region. The activity begins with a socialization on the importance of sustainable pest control and the adverse effects of chemical pesticides. It involves active participation from the community in collecting and identifying neem leaves as the main ingredient. The process of extracting active compounds from neem leaves is also taught to the community, along with formulation techniques and the application of the resulting botanical pesticide. The outcomes of this activity include an increase in community knowledge about natural plant pest control and their empowerment in producing and using botanical pesticides from neem leaves. This community service is expected to make a positive contribution in promoting sustainable and resilient farming practices in Rumpet Village, inspiring surrounding communities to adopt similar approaches in their agricultural management.

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of tax knowledge, social motivation and career motivation on students' interest in participating in tax brevet training. This research is quantitative research by collecting data using survey methods. The sample for this research was 77 accounting students who were actively registered at Yapis University, Papua. Sampling used simple random sampling technique. The results of this research indicate that tax knowledge has a significant effect on interest in participating in tax brevet training. Meanwhile, social motivation and career motivation do not have a significant effect on interest in participating in tax brevet training.

This study aims to examine the meaning of success as found in the Quran and the criteria for success according to the Quran. The research method employed is a qualitative library research approach. The primary data source used is the Quran, with citations of Quranic verses accompanied by translations from the Hadist Web Version 3.0 by Sofyan Efendi. Secondary data is obtained from various exegesis books, such as Tafsir Al-Misbah by M. Quraish Shihab, Jāmi’ al-Bayān ‘an Ta’wīl āy al-Qur’ān by Ibn Jarīr al-Ṭabārī, Jāmi’ al-Bayān li al-Aḥkām al-Qur’ān by Imām al-Qurṭūbi, Tafsir al-Maraghi by Ahmad Muṣaṭfa al-Maragi, Mu’jam Mufradāt li Alfāẓ al-Qur’ān by Al-Ragīb al-Aṣfahānī, Tafsir Al-Qur'anul Madjied An-Nur by T.M. Hasbi Ash-Shiddieqy, as well as hadiths of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, where data is systematically analyzed to describe the facts or characteristics of a population or a specific field accurately and conceptually. The research findings reveal that in the Quran, there are three terms that refer to success, namely al-Falah, an-Najah, and al-Fauz. The term "al-Falah" reflects the meaning of success in both worldly and hereafter life, "an-Najah" refers to the meaning of success in worldly life only, while "al-Fauz" pertains to the meaning of success in the hereafter. The criteria for success according to the Quran include belief and piety towards Allah SWT, performing the five daily prayers, supplicating to Allah SWT, actively engaging in work, setting aside a portion of one's income to assist those in need, and seeking Allah SWT's mercy to enter Paradise.    

Muhammad Faizar is a famous ustadz for his preaching using the Shar'iyah ruqiyah method. Ustadz Muhammad Faizar actively preached through his YouTube Channel through ruqiyah medicine. The purpose of this study is to understand public interaction on social media, especially on the YouTube platform through the account of Ustadz Muhammad Faizar. This research uses qualitative methods with a netnographic approach whose focus of observation is the YouTube social media approach. The object of this research is content in the form of ruqiyah impressions on the YouTube channel "Ustadz Muhammad Faizar". The results of this study show that of all the content of Ustad Muhammad Faizar da'wah videos on YouTube from 2020 the theme of ruqiyah syar'iyah. The content that netizens like the most is Qur'anic verse therapy for healing from magic. These findings are a requirement that digital media is one of the potential means for Islamic da'wah.

Decisions mark the beginning of every action. In the context of educational organizations, decision making is directly related to the role of the school principal. As a manager, the principal has a key role in making decisions quickly, precisely and effectively, by utilizing data and information optimally to improve the performance of the educational environment. At Babakan Jamanis Integrated Middle School, the principal has succeeded in carrying out the decision-making process well. This can be seen from the stages carried out, including observation, data collection, planning and recording related to aspects of education in schools. The school principal also actively holds discussions with teachers to formulate policies, establish interpersonal relationships to manage events, provide ideas, involve teachers in training, and carry out supervision as part of management activities. All of these initiatives are reflected in teacher performance assessments which are not only useful for increasing teacher potential and performance, but also contribute to improving the quality of teaching and learning achievement at Babakan Jamanis Integrated Middle School.

This study aims to determine the effect of classical music therapy on pain intensity in active phase in-partu mothers during the first stage of labor at the Independent Midwife Practice of Pertiwi Sengkang, Wajo Regency. This type of research is quantitative research using the Pre-experimental design method "One Group pretest - posttest design". The sampling technique used in this study used total sampling with a total sample of 30 mothers giving birth at the Pertiwi Sengkang Midwife Independent Practice, Wajo Regency, while data analysis used the Wilcoxon Signed Rank test. The results of the study showed a p-value of 0.000 (p <0.05) which means that the alternative hypothesis is accepted. This means that the alternative hypothesis is that there is an effect of classical music therapy on pain intensity in active phase in-partu mothers during the first stage of labor at the independent practice of midwives in Pertiwi Sengkang, Wajo district. By him, it is hoped that health workers, especially midwives as birth attendants, can help mothers in childbirth to meet their needs for comfort in controlling pain and can use classical music therapy in the delivery process which helps mothers in labor to reduce pain during labor.

Immunization is an effort to actively create/increase a person's immunity against a particular disease, so that if one day they are exposed to that disease they will not get sick or will only experience mild illness. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between maternal knowledge about immunization and providing complete basic immunization to babies at the Penanggalan Community Health Center, Penanggalan District, Subulussalam City. Quantitative design using cross sectional. The population in this study were mothers who had children or babies aged 10-12 months, namely 40 respondents. Data analysis uses univariate, bivariate analysis. The results of this study show that there is a relationship between maternal knowledge about immunization and the provision of complete basic immunization to babies at the Penanggalan Public Health Center, Penanggalan District, Subulussalam City in 2023. Suggestions are given for research and for research sites and for educational institutions regarding complete basic immunization in babies.

The study aims to find out what the ideal church service is like for Sunday school children. The research method used is the study of libraries, interview approaches and observation of the ministry of several churches for Sunday schoolchildren. Through a number of literacy, observation and interviews with a number of Sunday school teachers, it is known that the problem of ministry to Sunday school largely arises from the church itself where many weaknesses lie in the Pastor and Assembly who are still less serious about improving the ministry of PAK to children in the church. Some suggestions to address the problem are: 1). Priests should facilitate teaching, provide week school curriculum and actively engage in serving Sunday school worship. 2). The Church needs to include a special budget for the increase in Sunday School Teacher’s HR. 3). The Church needs to periodically evaluate the Sunday school service. 4). The Church needs to work on service facilities ranging from child-friendly specialty spaces. 5). The Church needs to engage members of the congregation who have pedagogic and theological competencies to support Sunday school service. 6). Even in limitations, Sunday school teachers need to update their knowledge and skills in varying the teaching methods of week schoolchildren.

Indonesia faces challenges and opportunities in the digital era, where industry becomes a threat if human resources do not have sufficient skills to support this change. The digital industry offers great benefits if people have sufficient skills to engage in it. Many entrepreneurs have emerged in the digital era, generating income through online businesses or e-commerce. The use of this industry can provide optimal benefits, especially because the needs of modern humans are fast-paced and practical. Even though many people use gadgets with an internet connection, being just a spectator without actively participating in the digital era can cause losses. Sidingkat Village, which is rich in natural resource potential, especially ibus plants, has not utilized the internet optimally for development and marketing. Karang Taruna youth in this village have free time that has not been used productively. The aim of this Real Work Lecture (KKN) is to develop marketing of ibus plants and provide an understanding of online marketing media to Karang Taruna youth. The method used is the Participation Action Research (PAR) approach, which aims to increase public awareness of the potential and problems they have, as well as providing solutions through change programs. Through this approach, it is hoped that young people can be more productive and use their free time more effectively in the digital era

Education is the forerunner of the birth of an intelligent generation. Education does not only take place at one moment, but education continues without knowing the age called lifelong education. In the teaching and learning process it is necessary to create comfortable conditions for students to learn. Therefore, today many learning models are applied in the learning process. This classroom action research aims to apply the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model in the teaching and learning process by optimizing the active role of students in the classroom and providing evaluations to measure student understanding of the material through the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model. The subjects of this study were junior high school students. The estimated duration of the study lasted at least one month. The timing of research refers to the school's academic calendar, because PTK requires several cycles that require an effective teaching and learning process in the classroom. In the learning process, there are several improvements that occur in students where based on the results of observing student attitudes in class during learning activities through the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) method it turns out to be able to change student learning attitudes and can improve student mindsets and learning activities and foster a sense of mutual cooperation between students.

Every financial institution has a frontliner who serves as a front guard or sequencer and provides information about banking as well as initial impressions of a bank. Due to the rapid development of the banking industry, PT. Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Lubuk Pakam must determine ways to improve the performance of frontline employees so they can compete with other banks. The problems raised in this research relate to how PT. Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Lubuk Pakam chose an approach to improve frontliner performance through SWOT analysis. Frontline Officers must have the knowledge and expertise in their profession to carry out their primary duties effectively. To do this, they must receive training and support that starts from the individual's outer appearance and continues within, so that when providing consumers receive fast, efficient and polite service, resulting in high customer satisfaction. This research uses qualitative methods and descriptive research design. SWOT analysis is used to apply qualitative and descriptive analysis to arrive at research conclusions. Based on the results of the Cartesian diagram, the institution is in Quadrant I, actively implementing a Growth-Oriented Strategy and supporting this strategy.

Young people have an active role in moving a society. So create a social environment that aims at one. In society or organization, communication becomes important. In any institution the role of public relations is important as a liaison and image-building on the outside. In a non-profit institution, the Aqil Study Area has public relations organized as a social division. It's interesting to study his role as a public relations in a non-profit organization. This research uses the qualitative type of work done during the internship for about a semester. Research results show that the public role of relations to image on the outside is shaped through the development and collaboration of partnerships. Its activities focused on establishing sustainable cooperation with the government and colleges.

Vegetables are a food that is needed by humans because it has a high nutritional content and is needed by the body every day. Organic vegetable farming has attracted attention with the development of agricultural science that has been practiced by humans. Every year there is a shift in the landscape of organic farming in Indonesia. CV. Reja Mayur is a company that sells organic agricultural products under the name Twelve's Organic. Marketing is a comprehensive and planned activity of a company that makes various efforts to meet market demand. Marketing channels are generally a collection of organizations and institutions involved in the distribution of goods and services. The purpose of this study is to describe the marketing distribution flow of organic vegetables at CV Reja Mayur. Descriptive analysis is the analysis method used in this research. Interviews and active participants were the data collection methods used. Three marketing distribution channels were identified by the findings of this study: farmer-consumer, farmer-supermarket (hokky)-consumer, and farmer-retailer-consumer.

Group discussions are an effective method for increasing student participation in sociology learning. Through group discussions, students can interact, share ideas, and solve problems together. This encourages students' activeness in understanding sociological concepts, improves critical thinking skills, and builds better cooperation and communication between them.  

This research is motivated by the importance of teachers' efforts to change teaching methods and create an attractive teaching atmosphere in the classroom so that students can actively participate in learning in a proactive way. Be active, not passive, to achieve the high learning outcomes achieved by students. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategies of Islamic religious education teachers in improving student academic achievement. This research uses qualitative methods based on field research, research data is collected through observation, interviews, documents, analysis, reduction, presentation and verification of data. The results showed that the PAI teacher's strategy to improve PAI learning is to use "discovery learning strategies" through scientific methods. Using the "Discovery Learning strategy" saw student learning outcomes gradually improve from passive learning to active learning. Students lacking enthusiasm turn into enthusiasm in learning. Through the "Discovery Learning strategy", students can find their own learning material without waiting for the teacher to explain the material.

Maritime security is crucial for smooth trade, considering that Indonesia is the world's second-largest producer of fish. The significant potential of marine resources requires attention to maritime security. Concurrently, globalization has altered the patterns and forms of threats, especially in international trade routes such as the Malacca Strait.This research employs the method of literature study to depict Indonesia's maritime conditions, infrastructure development, and the impact of globalization on maritime trade. The government's focus on enhancing logistical efficiency and infrastructure development aims to support industrial and trade growth. However, challenges persist, particularly in optimizing the management of marine resources and improving coordination among relevant institutions. In this context, Indonesia is presented with an opportunity to become a strong maritime nation with global competitiveness, supported by an active community and a profound understanding of its maritime identity. , , .

"The influence of brand ambassadors and TikTok social media marketing on the decision to purchase Scarlett Whitening among Management Study Program students" Thesis of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University. Ilham Wardhana Haeruddin.This research aims to determine the influence of brand ambassadors and TikTok social media marketing on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening. The variables studied are brand ambassador and social media marketing as independent variables and purchasing decisions as the dependent variable. The population in this study were active students of the Management Study Program at Makassar State University with a sample using purposive sampling of 100 people. This research is quantitative research which was tested using the multiple linear regression method via SPSS 23.The results of this research show that brand ambassadors partially have a positive effect of 0.115 but are not significant on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.229 > 0.05, social media marketing partially has a positive effect of 0.765 and is significant on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, brand ambassadors and TikTok social media marketing influence purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Karang Taruna's Real Work Program in Sungon Village is a sustainable effort to improve the quality of life of the community. This research aims to explain the problems faced, the program objectives, the methods used, and the results that have been achieved. Karang Taruna Sungon has succeeded in launching superior programs in local economic empowerment, education, public health and sustainable environmental projects. Small business training and preventive health campaigns are the main focus, implemented through active member participation in a spirit of mutual cooperation. The community's positive response to the Karang Taruna initiative created a climate of mutual listening and support, even though they faced limited resources. Program sustainability is maintained through ongoing planning, member capacity development, and support from external partners and donor agencies. Despite the challenges, Karang Taruna was able to overcome most of them, gaining important lessons about adapting to local changes and community participation. The implementation of the program has had a significant impact on Sungon Village, including increasing living standards, reducing poverty levels, and higher local economic participation. Close collaboration with local government, non-government organizations and the private sector is the key to success in supporting the overall village development vision.

The focus of this discussion is to describe values ​​which include social reality, educational reality, and the reality of struggle. This approach can be linked between literary works and real life through a mimetic approach. In the novel, the local community rejects the "cook, macak, manak" system, that women can only cook, dress up and give birth. So researchers are interested in studying it using a mimetic approach. The method used in this article is a qualitative descriptive approach which produces data in the form of written words, and this research contains data quotations which provide an overview of the research results, then the data collection technique used is reading and note-taking techniques, because to find out a picture of life social values, education, and struggles that exist in real life. The description of social reality includes an attitude of helping the upper class to the lower class (compassion), and the existence of an attitude of helping the lower class to the upper class (reciprocity) in the novel reflects social values ​​in real life. Then the description of the reality of education, such as enthusiasm for education and being active in school activities, in the novel, the value of education is still present in the real world. Then the reality of struggle is related to fighting for rights.
