Property price determination is a complex challenge influenced by various factors, thus requiring an effective method for accurate prediction to support investment decision-making. In the current digital era, conventional approaches are being replaced by data-driven and artificial intelligence methods, where Linear Regression remains a popular choice due to its simplicity and effectiveness in modeling linear relationships. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the physical characteristics of a house and its selling price, and to build an accurate predictive model using the Linear Regression algorithm. A quantitative method was used, focusing on Building Area , Number of Rooms, and Building Age  against the House Selling Price. Correlation analysis results show that Building Area has the strongest correlation (0.81) with price, while Building Age shows a negative correlation (-0.52). The Linear Regression model demonstrated very strong and stable performance. The model achieved an R² Score of 0.9396 on the testing data, meaning 93.96% of house price variability can be explained by the model. Furthermore, the low MAE of only 11.31 million rupiah indicates a small prediction error, and the consistency of R² scores confirms that the model does not suffer from overfitting. This study concludes that the Linear Regression model provides excellent, stable, and reliable prediction performance for projecting house selling prices

Lawang Sewu is a historic building owned by PT KAI in Operational Area 4 Semarang, Central Java. Lawang Sewu is a relic from the Dutch Colonial period. Now Lawang Sewu has become a cultural heritage building that is included in the building protection law. In this museum we can find the legacy of the old PT KAI. Lawang Sewu is also one of the leading tourist attractions in the city of Semarang and witnessed the 5-day battle in Semarang which took place from 14 to 19 August 1949 and is marked by the location of the Tugu Muda Monument which is on the west side of Lawang Sewu or more precisely at the Jalan Pandanaran roundabout. As an architectural and tourist object, Lawang Sewu has the value needed in the definition of a monument and monumental nature. These values include aspects of history, technology, architecture, and culture. Currently the Lawang Sewu building houses a collection of trains in Indonesia from time to time. Collections such as Alkmaar, Edmonson machines, calculating machines, typewriters, replica steam locomotives, securities, and several other collections. This place is also often used for community activities such as exhibitions, festivals, art performances, shooting, wedding parties and photo shoots.    

The trust of the congregation in the mosque management is greatly influenced by the quality of a transparent and accountable management system. Manual recording systems that are still widely used are often less effective in providing accurate, fast, and easily accessible data, especially related to cash flow information and mosque activity programs. This condition can cause unclear information that has an impact on the low active participation of pilgrims. This research offers a solution in the form of building a website-based mosque administration system that is adaptive and easy to use. System development is carried out through the stages of needs analysis, feature design, application implementation, and functional testing. The system built provides several main services, including managing worship schedules, recording income and expenditure in a structured manner, and reporting mosque activities in detail and real-time. Through the web platform, financial information and activity programs can be accessed more openly, thereby increasing transparency and accountability in mosque management. The results of the development show that this system is able to simplify the administrative process, speed up the presentation of information, and support the supervision of funds by pilgrims and administrators. Thus, a website-based administration system can be an effective solution to increase the trust of worshippers and encourage more active participation in mosque activities.

A living lab is an open innovation ecosystem in a real-life environment that uses an iterative feedback process across innovation lifecycle approaches to create sustainable impact. Living lab is an area that is projected to become a field laboratory and workshop center that accommodates all study programs at UNPAB. This area is also planned to become Ecoedutourism. This analysis resulted in the design of supporting buildings in the Al Amin Science and Industrial Park (Living Lab) farm area. The results of this design are expected to be a direction for the development of supporting buildings in the Farm area of Al Amin Science and Industrial Park (Living Lab).

MBKM independent village development is a form of community service with the aim of building and optimizing the potential of the village through the implementation of digital marketing from the knowledge learned by students in the scope of higher education. Kotapulu village has the potential for forest products that are quite abundant, one of which is bamboo. Forest products obtained by the community are utilized by making processed bamboo products. Various kinds of processed products from bamboo such as chairs, tables and curtains made of bamboo. The lack of public knowledge about the use of digital marketing encourages MBKM to develop villages to provide assistance and training. From the results of the program implemented by MBKM to build kotapulu village, to increase public insight into the importance of using social media as a means of promoting processed bamboo products, as well as a means to increase competitiveness in industry 4.0.

In a simple sense, a homestay is a whole house that is rented out to visitors to rest and with facilities like at home. The COVID-19 pandemic has brought businesses down. After the pandemic, business owners are trying to get back up to continue their business. One of the businesses that continues to try to rise after the pandemic is the homestay business "Omahe Wong di Ino" in Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Province. The business owner and the STIKIP Catur Sakti community service team conducted a business analysis using the SWOT method (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats analysis). Owners practice to identify internal and external factors, then they are calculated based on their ratings and weights. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the homestay business "Omahe Wong di Ino" is in a prime company that has great strengths and opportunities. This gives an overview of the strategy that will be carried out by the company. Based on the analysis, the company's strategy is to carry out a growth and expansion strategy by adding homestay buildings for children's education facilities and can accommodate more guests.

Perpustakaan di suatu lembaga tidak hanya sebatas gedung dan ruang untuk menyimpan koleksi, tetapi dapat berfungsi sebagai pusat rujukan penelitian ataupun riset bagi para pemustakannya. Agar perpustakaan berfungsi sebagai wahana penelitian serta menjadi pusat rujukan penelitian, maka pustakawan beserta pimpinan lembaga perlu berinovasi dengan membangun dan mengembangkan layanan PKT-TYME Corner di lembagannya. Melalui layanan PKT-TYME Corner, fungsi perpustakaan sebagai wahana penelitian menjadi nyata dan peran pustakawan dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi semakin strategis dan diperlukan sinergi yang kuat dari beragam pihak untuk mewujudkannya.

The goals of community service related to the design and RAB of communal parking spaces in RT 09 RW IX, Sendang Mulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City, include: creating a functional and good shared parking area so that residents' vehicles are no longer parked in the neighborhood road area, so that it will participate in organizing and beautifying and improving the quality of the environment. The method used in community service related to the design and RAB of communal parking spaces in RT 09 RW IX, Sendang Mulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City is through field surveys or locations where the data is then collected, designed or designed, then a budget plan is made or WED. The expected results of community service related to the design and RAB of communal parking spaces consist of 3 things namely: first the participative level of the community towards their environment, secondly the design drawings of representative communal parking spaces, thirdly the budget plan or RAB to carry out the construction of communal parking spaces in RT 09 RW IX, Sendang Mulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City. The output of community service related to the design and RAB of communal parking spaces in RT 09 RW IX, Sendang Mulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City is in the form of a report containing pictures and RAB which will be submitted to the community in the neighborhood and to LPM UNTAG Semarang as evidence administrative responsibility.

Community service activities on bullying prevention and handling aim to increase awareness, understanding, and countermeasures against bullying in schools. Service activities are carried out through identification of needs, material development, implementation of counseling, and evaluation. Teachers are given training on bullying handling, effective communication strategies, conflict management, social skills development, and mental strengthening. They are also given an understanding of human rights, tolerance, empathy, and the importance of building healthy relationships in schools. The results of the service activities show an increase in teachers' awareness and understanding of bullying and the development of a safe and inclusive school environment. The collaboration of all relevant parties in dealing with bullying can create positive change, reduce bullying rates, and create a better environment for students in their learning and development process.

This research is based on the philosophical values ​​contained in the Majapahit architecture house in the village of Sentonorejo, Mojokerto. The aims of this research are: 1) To find out what symbols are contained in the Majapahit architectural house; 2) To find out the meaning of the philosophy contained in the symbol of the Majapahit architectural house. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation, observation. The results of this study that the architecture of the Majapahit house is part of the building using pressed red bricks. The meanings in the symbols of the Majapahit architectural house in the village of Sentonorejo, Mojokerto include ridge (the existence of a person's belief in the house), ukel (the crown or in the Javanese language has the philosophical meaning of an oversized hat), bricks (contained in a stone). brick is part of the sacred building material).

The hospital information system has become increasingly important due to the rapid development of technology. An effective information system can help manage patient data, medical records, doctor scheduling, medicine and medical equipment procurement, and facilitate hospital administration processes. This journal discusses the importance of hospital information systems, the benefits that can be gained, and the things that need to be considered in building and implementing an effective information system. The Pancasila Law of Indonesia is a unique and distinct legal concept for the Indonesian nation. The Pancasila Law is the result of Indonesia's long struggle for independence from colonization and the building of a free, democratic, sovereign, just, and prosperous nation. The Pancasila Law is not only based on constitutional documents or laws, but also has a strong philosophical and moral foundation that originates from Pancasila as the foundation of the Indonesian state. The concept of Pancasila Law in the three-dimensional prism, also known as the three aspects of trias politica, consists of functions, structure, and system. These three aspects are interconnected and cannot be separated from each other in carrying out their tasks and functions as the basis of the state law. Thus, the conclusion of the concept of Pancasila law is that it is a unique, complex, and holistic legal system that encompasses the values and principles of Pancasila as the foundation of the Indonesian state. Pancasila law combines legal, philosophical, and moral aspects while accommodating the cultural and religious diversity of Indonesia, and encourages societal participation in policy-making. Pancasila law is the result of the long struggle of the Indonesian people for independence and the building of a sovereign, democratic, just, and prosperous nation.

The research is  motivated by the meaning of the symbols contained in the architecture of packaged village houses in Pekelingan Village, Gresik District, Gresik  Regency. The aims of this study is; 1) To find out the architectural symbols contained in the Kampung Kemasan House; 2) Indetify the meaning of the symbols in the architecure of the Kampung Kemasan House in Pekelingan Village, Gresik District, Gresik Regency. This research uses qualitative methods using a descriptive approach and for data collection techniques using interview, observation, and documentation methods. The results of this study show that the Kampung Kemasan house building is a building whose architecture is influenced by Europeans, Chinese, and Arabs. The meaning of symbols contained in the architecture of the Kampung Kemasan house building in Pekelingan Village, Gresik District, Gresik Regency includes doria pillars (sturdy, magnificent and monumental), tendrils (hope containing prayers), piles of bricks (ornamental variety), octagon / squares floors (prosperity, victory), flora/climb symbols (strong and confident establishments), double doors (ornamental varieties), spear fences (strength), spear fence (strength), fatma flower (beauty,loyalty), Red color (prosperity, luck, benevolence and courage).

Forensic engineering is the analysis of objects and buildings that fail to perform or do not work as intended, resulting in personal injury or property damage. Experimental analysis was carried out in this study using non-destructive tools on the structural elements of the building being evaluated and providing information in the form of identification of damage from the results of forensic audits at the reviewed OJK Samarinda building. According to the findings of study utilizing the damage identification technique (forensic audit) employing the NDT instrument in OJK office buildings, the homogeneity of the concrete in the structural elements of the building's beams and columns is good to very good. This is evident from the velocity values found in the concrete pieces. This research is field research (Field Research) which is descriptive qualitative in nature. The subjects of this research are Islamic Religious Education teachers. So this research uses purposive sampling. Purposive sampling is a person who is considered capable of providing information to make it easier for the writer to obtain information from the object under study. Data collection techniques use observation and interviews. The results of this research concluded that the steps in implementing constructivist learning theory at SDUA Taman Harapan Curup are: a. introduction, namely by making preparations, by looking at the material to be taught, b. In essence, the teacher instructs students to form small groups, one group consisting of two people, and the teacher gives assignments to students to discuss and analyze the problems given. c. Closing activity, the teacher instructs students to present the results of their discussion.

Comfort can be provided from a building, inseparable from the existence of the building itself in the context of an environment that is limited by consideration of natural factors. In an effort to achieve comfort in buildings in tropical climates such as Indonesia, especially the city of Maumere, with characteristics of wind speed, humidity and relatively high air temperature and solar heat radiation can reach levels outside the human comfort zone. This study compares the speed and direction of wind flow in different lecture halls, seen from the level of height, direction and contour of the ground. The method used is data taken using equipment measured in the field and the results are simulated using WinAir4 from ECOTEC. The results obtained are the effect of altitude level, direction and contour orientation on wind speed and air flow in the design of the lecture hall in relation to thermal comfort.

The research method used in this study is the research and development method or also called Research and Development. The research design that will be developed in this study uses the development model presented by Borgan Gall. The product produced in this study is an Arduino Nano-Based Distance Measuring Tool with a Display on the LCD on the Flat Side Room Building Material for Class VIII at SMP Negeri 5 Sepauk. The test subjects of this study included two subjects. The first subject is the validator and the second is class VIII students of SMP Negeri 5 Sepauk. The analysis technique used is to determine the effectiveness, practicality, and validity. The percentage of effectiveness from the average of the two analyzes obtained a percentage value of 94.06% with Very Effective criteria used in learning mathematics. The results of the combined teacher and student response questionnaires - the average percentage obtained was 89.55% with very practical criteria. The combined results of the average percentage obtained from the percentage of experts and the results of the measurement trials obtained a percentage of 76,36% with very valid criteria.

Fakultas sendiri merupakan kata serapan yang berasal dari Bahasa Belanda, yaitu faculteit, yang berarti bagian dari administratif pada perguruan tinggi ataupun universitas yang menaungi beberapa bidang/jurusan. Sementara itu, 50% mahasiswa baru diterima di kampus swasta. Universitas Amikom Yogyakarta merupakan nama dari sebuah Universitas Swasta yang ada di Yogyakarta. Dan sekarang Universitas AMIKOM Yogyakarta merupakan kampus swasta yang baru saja memiliki 2 fakultas baru, yaitu Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi, dan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Sosial, pada tahun 2017 lalu. Dengan adanya fakultas baru, kebutuhan mahasiswa juga harus diperhatikan oleh pihak kampus. Berkaitan dengan fasilitas yang diharapkan, adapun pendekatan arsitektur berkelanjutan menjadi sebuha konsep pada bangunan Kampus 2 Universitas Amikom Yogyakarta. Perlu penambahan fasilitas gedung baru bagi Kampus Universitas Amikom Yogyakarta, mengenai material pada bangunan yang akan digunakan nantinya diharapkan bisa mengurangi dampak buruk bagi sekitar, misalnya penggunaan material yang lebih hemat energi, alami, dan mudah dijangkau
