As a step to expand outreach and increase community awareness, the research plan proposes providing new banners and ensuring that MSME locations are listed on Google Maps. The priority justification prioritizes optimizing potential through community empowerment with the support of the Community Service program. The focus on increasing awareness of packaging through an importance survey, developing appropriate technology, and expanding marketing networks aims to strengthen the competitiveness of MSMEs' processed food products. The ABCD approach was chosen to emphasize the utilization of existing assets in the community, so as to maximize the potential of the People's Roasted Chicken MSMEs and empower the community in a sustainable manner. The results of this study indicate that the People's Roast Chicken MSME in Kloposepuluh Village has its own uniqueness with a characteristic taste that has been maintained from the past until now, making it a favorite among the local community. The strategic sales location, right in front of the house, adds to the attractiveness for customers. Although they still use traditional methods in baking, these MSMEs have managed to survive and continue to be in demand.

Organizations are made up of people who react differently to the impact of corruption. Organizational integrity includes the integration of systems, operational organization, strategy, control, corruption, and ethical standards, thereby creating norms of behavior. Another misconception is that corruption originates from organizations, not the individuals within them, as if ethical violations in practice occur almost by osmosis from organizations that are not accountable to those individuals. Individual efforts to eradicate corruption are likely to be less successful than efforts made by organizations. The transfer of money from individuals into organizational dynamics can be seen in the case of criminal corporations. Disruption if the organization provides a structural framework that eliminates the possibility of practical corruption. The ability of individuals to interpret rules or decide whether to implement certain protocols should be avoided in systems that cannot be manipulated.

Indonesia is expected to enter the Demographic Bonus era, a condition where the population of productive age is greater than that of non-productive age. This dominant generation of productive age can also be called the Millennial Generation. According to data held by BPS regarding the increase in Indonesia's population in 2015, the percentage of the working age population was around 70%. The Demographic Bonus has the potential to spur Indonesia's economic growth. However, this condition has requirements, namely the need to provide housing facilities that can accommodate the percentage of the working age population in the range of 70%. Moreover, the current urbanization trend is encouraging the millennial generation to work in big cities in Indonesia. Providing housing facilities in areas supported by adequate transportation facilities or transit/TOD-based housing development can increase the work productivity of millennials. However, the challenges faced in housing services in TOD areas are land issues and ownership status owned by private parties because strategic locations have higher value from an economic perspective. If this happens, then residences in TOD areas will become typical residences intended for people with high incomes. On the other hand, not all millennials are high-income people. In terms of age, most millennials are still in the middle and lower category because they are still at the stage of starting their careers, so providing housing facilities for millennials does not only pay attention to location, but also to economic aspects. In this article, we discuss affordable housing in TOD areas as fulfilling housing needs for millennials along with concepts from an architectural perspective that have been implemented in Indonesia and in several countries in the world as a comparison so that they can be input for special development of affordable housing in TOD areas for millennials in Indonesia.

A company's success or failure is determined by the strategy, theory and marketing management applied. This research was conducted to find out what marketing strategies for easy mudharabah savings products are used by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Juanda to increase the number of customers. This research uses descriptive qualitative analysis methods, using primary data, namely the researcher took data directly by interviewing the Marketing Funding BSI KCP Medan Juanda and secondary data secondary data obtained from documents, scientific journals, books and literature related to the research problem. The results obtained were that BSI carried out a marketing strategy, one of which was by implementing the 4p marketing mix, namely (product, price, promotion, place). BSI must be able to estimate strategic locations, collaborate with other agencies, expand market share, improve quality and innovate.    

The aim of this research is to find out how the basic price of furniture production is determined and constrained by Islamic economics in Taman Rajo District. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with primary and secondary data types. The data collection technique in this research uses observation, interview and documentation techniques, while for data analysis the researcher uses domain, textonomic and componential analysis. The results of the research explain that determining the basic price of furniture production according to Islamic economics in Taman Rajo District is carried out using several methods, including furniture business actors in Taman Rajo District determining or calculating the cost of raw materials used to produce furniture products. Business actors calculate labor costs which are calculated based on the results of the products produced and business actors calculate overhead costs which are costs incurred apart from raw material costs and labor costs in the production process. Obstacles in determining the basic price of furniture production according to Islamic Economics in Taman Rajo District include limited business capital which has an impact on determining production prices because the supply of raw materials is less affordable due to limited business capital for furniture business owners. Apart from that, the obstacle in determining the cost of production is that the strategic market target has not been achieved because the marketing strategy implemented by the business owner has not been maximized so that determining the cost of production is still based on the number of customers who order furniture products.

Abstract: Real Work Lecture (KKN) is a student learning process through various direct activities in the community, and students strive to be part of the community. Students have a strategic role as agents of change. Real Work Lecture (KKN) is a form of community service of higher education students in certain areas which is carried out in integrated groups between departments at Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin State Islamic University, Jambi. KKN activities are divided into 4, namely, training or debriefing, implementation activities at locations, reporting, and evaluation. The Community Service Program was held on July 5 - August 14 2023 in Ulak Banjir Rambahan Village, Tebo Ulu District, Tebo Regency by Command Post 41 Batch 1. The KKN program in Ulak Banjir Rambahan Village that is carried out is a program that can develop children's skills and achievements and can create a society that is prosperous, creative, compact, intelligent and comfortable in the form of kinship. We also hope that the knowledge that we have taught can be useful for young people and children and the people of Ulak Banjir Rambahan Village.

The purpose of this research is to examine initiatives to enhance the quality of public services. in order to achieve service standards that are on par with international standards for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). This study employs a qualitative method with a case study at a local government agency. that has been recognized as the agency with the best quality public services. In-depth interviews with government officials were used to acquire data., employees and customers, as well as analisis of documents related to the implemented public service improvement program. According to the study's findings, local government agencies have succeeded in improving the quality of public services by implementing a number of strategic initiatives and programs. Among them are the effective use of information technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness accessibility of public services, training and human resource development to improve employee skills and professionalism, and implementing strict service standards to measure and ensure customer satisfaction. In an effort to achieve international civil state standards (ASN), local government agencies have set several main goals, including improving communication and speaking foreign languages, mastery of advanced public information technology and application of ethics and integrity in public administration. serve. function. service assignment. The purpose of this study was to find out the strategy for the Kinako Fabric in Tana Toraja district. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely managing information data from observation based on the facts that exist in the Kinako Fabric Shop. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The stategy used at the Kinako Cloth Shop is the marketing mix 4P (Product), (Price), (Promotion), (Place). Product strategy in the from of adding cloth products, Pricing strategy by providing price discounts, Promotion strategy though social media facebook and whatsapp as well as direct promotion by word of mouth, the price is quite strategic and very easy to reach potential customers. This strategy is carried out to add customers and to increase sales results.  

This research aims to explain the challenges and prospects of bureaucratic neutrality in the 2024 Election in Bima Regency. This study utilizes a qualitative descriptive method and literature review. The research location is in Bima Regency, which is strategically situated to examine case studies and the issues at hand. Data collection techniques consist of literature review, observation, interviews, and documentation. After collecting complete data from the field, the next step is the data analysis phase. In this research, the data analysis technique employs the interactive model, consisting of three main elements: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The research findings indicate that maintaining bureaucratic neutrality in the 2024 Election in Bima Regency requires rigorous oversight, cooperation among relevant institutions, and the enhancement of bureaucratic human resources' quality. Civil servants (ASN) also need to understand the importance of maintaining their neutrality in the 2024 Election to prevent identity politicization, political funding, and the spread of hoaxes. Regulations and guidelines also play a crucial role in preserving bureaucratic neutrality during the elections.

The purpose of this research is to explain a strategic approach to the training and development of the Human Resources of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) in facing organizational change challenges. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method and a literature study approach. The research is conducted at the Office of the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Bima District. In this research, the data analysis technique used is the interactive model according to Miles and Huberman, which consists of three main components: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The research results show that in the context of natural disasters that are prone in this region, disaster preparedness, disaster management, and emergency response coordination are the top priorities in the training strategy. Involvement of the local community, collaboration with other institutions, and learning from previous experiences are essential elements that can strengthen the readiness of the BPBD in Bima District. Continuous evaluation, career development, utilization of local human resources, and technological innovation are supportive elements in a comprehensive training strategy. Recommendations include the development of long-term training plans, enhanced inter-agency collaboration, and investment in technology that supports disaster management and training. Facing future challenges, such as climate change that can increase the risk of natural disasters, the BPBD in Bima District must continually update their training strategy and ensure that their response to organizational changes and disasters remains relevant and responsive. Therefore, the training and development strategy for HR in the BPBD in Bima District can help strengthen their preparedness and responsiveness in facing the challenges in this region.

The digital era has changed the paradigm and practice of human resource management (HR). This article analyzes the impact of digital transformation on HR, with a focus on paradigm shifts, digital skills development, and the use of technology in decision making. The pre-digital era emphasized administration, while the digital era demands attention to employees' digital skills. Developing digital skills is important, considering these skills are key in the modern world of work. A competency-based approach is a more suitable method for dealing with technological change. HR management has a major role in facilitating organizational adaptation and success in the ever-evolving digital era. The World Economic Forum (2020) said skills such as understanding technology, data analysis, and proficiency in using digital devices have become important in today's world of work. In facing the digital era, organizations are faced with new challenges and opportunities. Changing the HR management paradigm from administrative to strategic requires adaptive and innovative leadership. Digital skills development is the foundation for productivity and competitiveness. Therefore, employee training and development must be the main focus. A competency-based approach allows a more precise identification of the required skills requirements. In addition, the use of technology and data analysis enables more accurate and objective decision making.

Islamic boarding schools are traditional Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia that grow and develop in society. Apart from having a role in Islamic religious education, Islamic boarding schools have a role in improving the economy. The business unit is a forum for Islamic boarding schools to be able to develop an independent economy and be able to provide welfare for teaching and education staff. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze business unit strategies in improving the welfare of teachers at the Al-Kinanah modern Islamic boarding school from a maqashid sharia perspective. The method used is qualitative with data collection methods using observation, interviews, documentation and strategic analysis through SWOT analysis. The informants in this research were Islamic boarding school secretaries, business unit managers and teachers. Based on the research results, it shows that the business unit's strategy is to involve teachers to contribute directly to the business unit. Meanwhile, teachers who work at the Al-Kinanah Islamic boarding school are already prosperous, because the indicators in maqasid sharia have been met. Gratitude is the key for teachers who work in Islamic boarding schools. The business unit's obstacles are the position of the canteen which is not strategic and the condition of the canteen room which is less supportive and adequate.

This study aims to investigate the effect of digital marketing (X1) and product variety (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) with brand image (Z) as a mediator in the context of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Malang City, namely Bakso President. The population of this study were Instagram and Tiktok followers and the sample of this study were 327 respondents. This research technique uses proportional random sampling. This research analysis uses SEM-PLS. The results of this study highlight the importance of a thoughtful digital marketing strategy and high-quality product variety in building a strong brand image. The findings also underline that a positive brand image has a positive impact on consumer purchasing decisions at Bakso President. The practical implication is that MSMEs can utilize brand image as a strategic asset to improve their competitiveness and business growth.

Investment is a benchmark for whether a country can be said to have a good or low level of economic growth. The rate of investment affects the level of state welfare because investment encourages the state to create production to fulfill state affairs and the nation's welfare. Investment policy also has a positive role in reducing poverty and unemployment, because economic growth depends on high savings and investment. If savings and investment are low then the economic growth of society and the country will also be low. To achieve the goal of realizing the vision and mission or objectives of the One Stop Integrated Investment and Services Agency (DPMPTSP) itself, an appropriate promotional strategic work plan is needed to be considered by the regional government, so that investment in North Sumatra increases. Various activities have not had a significant impact in increasing investment, the increase in promotional activities carried out is not in line with the increase in investment value. The research technique used in this research can be a subjective expressive qualitative strategy, in the form of specific information in terms of words that match the characteristics subjective approach. Qualitative is collecting important and additional information through perception, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the North Sumatra Provincial Government has implemented an investment strategy, improved the quality and skills of the community through training, and carried out comprehensive investment promotion activities (such as holding seminars and investment forum meetings) at home and abroad. Global warming is a global phenomenon triggered by human activities related to the use of fossil fuels and deforestation which is increasingly widespread throughout the world.  This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach.  This research was conducted at PT Heinz Jakarta.  The sampling technique used is probability sampling with simple random sampling technique, the population is taken randomly without regard to the existing strata in the population.  As well as statements that measure research variables, namely the Effect of Strategic Orientation, Government Regulation, Green Economy.  The process of collecting questionnaire data is carried out online.

Data mining is a technology that plays an important role in supporting data-driven decision making, especially in complex and dynamic higher education environments. In the context of education management, the ability to predict student graduation is an essential aspect because it can help institutions plan strategic steps, intervene earlier, and optimize academic resources. This study aims to apply the C4.5 decision tree algorithm to build a student graduation prediction model based on academic data. The research dataset includes key variables such as Grade Point Average (GPA), total Semester Credit Units (SKS) taken, and student attendance rates during lectures. The analysis was conducted using the C4.5 algorithm, which is known for its high level of interpretability, making the model results easy to understand by policy makers. The test results showed an accuracy of 84.6%, indicating that this method has the potential to support data-based academic management systems. These findings are expected to serve as a basis for educational institutions to improve the effectiveness of monitoring and evaluating the student learning process.

Jogosatru Village, Sukodono Sub-district, Sidoarjo Regency, identified a major problem related to the lack of adequate facilities, especially related to the house signs of the RT and RW heads. These signs are important as a guide for newcomers to facilitate navigation within the village and also facilitate administrative processes, such as obtaining licenses. To overcome this problem, KKN group 09 students from Sunan Giri University Surabaya have created a program to provide and install information signs for RT and RW houses. The activity began by conducting a field survey to determine strategic locations to install signboards. Once the location was determined, the next step involved drafting the signage, purchasing tools, and acquiring the necessary materials. The process consists of stages from planning to installation of the signs, with the aim of improving accessibility and administrative efficiency for Jogosatru Village residents.

Pendahara Village is one of Tewang Sangalang Garing Subdistrict with religious diversity. The existence of school institutions at various levels is a strategic place to regarding a life of moderation through national commitment and tolerance. Pendahara Village can produce superior human resources in the lives of religious communities. There is a need to empower the Pendahara community through educational institutions in Pendahara Village. It is hoped that Saung Moderasi can encourage all components of school institutions in community life to increase national commitment and tolerance as a region that is Bhinneka Tunggal Ika and known to the wider community. This community service activity aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing Saung Moderation in increasing national commitment and tolerance through educational institutions in Pendahara Village. This research uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. The result of this service is that Saung Moderasi activities contribute to Pendahara Village through educational institutions to build national commitment and tolerance in community life.

This study aims to determine the relationship between Leadership Style and Work Motivation simultaneously on Employee Performance of the Deputy Secretariat of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia which is an agency for the protection of tourism and the creative economy which has the duties and functions of preparing strategic plans, evaluating performance, and establishing cooperation with various related parties to achieving goals and development in the field of tourism. This research method uses a statistical quantitative method and is measured using the Statistical for the Social Science Package (SPSS) Version 23. The sample in this study is a saturated sample of 50 employees of the RI Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy Deputy Secretariat. through instrument testing using the t test and f test to prove the hypothesis. The results of the study show that the relationship between leadership style and work motivation on employee performance is simultaneously positive and significant. Leaders in the strategic policy deputy secretariat work unit need to maintain work motivation and apply a more effective and appropriate leadership style, so that employee performance will get better.

SDN Sitanggal 04 is one of the schools in Si Date Village, which is located very strategically because it is directly opposite the provincial road which is used by many public transportations. The school is also not too far from a large and busy traditional market and close to places for shopping and family recreation, so the health condition of the school's environment is very vulnerable. Therefore, the attitude of caring for the environment must be applied from an early age. One of them is through the cultivation of family medicinal plants (TOGA) in the school environment. The purpose of this service is to foster an attitude of caring for the environment in students, create a healthy school environment, provide insight and skills to students about family medicinal plants (TOGA) and how to grow them. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR). The results of this service show that the attitude of caring for the environment, the insights and skills of students at SDN Sitanggal  04 are increasing regarding family medicinal plants (TOGA) and their planting.
