An improving of the education quality can be required at an educational supervision level. The word supervision as a form of supervision has a dual role that is academic, and clinical supervisions. The first is internal product and the second is more in the development of human resource competencies that carry out product realization. The word phrase appears the word supervisor, means observer. The role of the supervisor has to finds or identifies the capabilities and inability of the implementing personnel of the activity. The impact of these competencies affects the implementation of the program that has been determined. Therefore, in supervision activities, it is always necessary to report on the activities being carried out on the strengths and weaknesses of the implementation of these activities are immediately known well. The context of supervision in the millennial century with advances in technology and information requires policy makers and policy makers to understand the work space they carry out. The contents of the implementation of the activities to develop on increasingly information. Both, directly and indirectly, have influenced the results of the activities achieved. Research and discussion on theeffect of the company's performance on future information in the company'sannual report, yields several conclusions as follows:The average disclosurerate of the sample company FLI is 42.60% (below 50%), meaning there arestill many companies that are less likely to convey future information. This isdue to the pessimism of future expectations and the reluctance to reveal toomuch information that might undermine the competitive position in themarket.Company size is the only independent variable that influences futureinformation. This means large size companies tend to convey futureinformation in their annual reports. Other independent variables of companyperformance (leverage, profitability and liquidity) have no effect on futureinformation

The role of teachers in Islam is very important. So the teacher is also called ustadz because it has a high commitment in carrying out its duties so that the quality of the work process can lead to the attitude of the continuous development of students. Besides, teachers are also referred to as mualim. He as a life sources in charge of transferring science both theoretical and practical. Teachers can also be referred to as murabbiy who prepare his students as creatures, because of the creativity that, he will be able to prepare himself well, so that the results of his creation does not cause damage to himself, others, and the environment. Also, the teacher as a murshid, he must be a role model, as a role model must certainly place himself properly and full. As a model the teacher can set an example for his or her students. In many ways the teacher is also placed in a position as mudarris, who acts as a dispenser of science and eraser of ignorance. In this perspective the teacher's sensitivity must always grow when he sees the reality of his students as it is with different kinds of differences. But from the fact it is realized also, that all students are believed to have the potential of each, so the teacher must be able to develop each potential that existed in the student. The last teacher as muaddib, this very important task a teacher is required to prepare children to be educated to be responsible people, so the quality of human civilization the better in the future. Because of the important role of teachers in Islam, the integral qualifications of the teaching profession can not be ignored either qualitatively or quantitatively so that the challenges of the times are always well answered.   Peran guru dalam Islam adalah sangat penting. Atas dasar itu setiap guru perlu berbekal kompetensi dengan imaji kreativitas. Sehingga guru juga disebut seorang serbabisa, multitalent. Wajar kemudian mendapat berbagai julukan, seperti disebut sebagai ustadz karena mempunyai komitmen tinggi dalam menjalankan tugasnya agar mutu proses kerjanya  mampu membuahkan sikap pengembangan anak didiknya yang terus menerus. Selain itu guru juga disebut sebagai mualim. Ia sebagai kamus kehidupan yang bertugas menstransfer ilmu pengetahuan baik bersifat teoritis dan praktis. Guru dapat juga disebut sebagai murabbiy yang menyiapkan anak didiknya sebagai makhluk kreator, karena dari hasil kreativitasnya itu, ia dapat menyiapkan dirinya dengan baik, agar dari hasil kreasinya tersebut tidak menimbulkan kerusakan pada dirinya, orang lain, dan lingkungannya. Juga, guru sebagai mursyid, ia menjadi panutan, sebagai panutan tentu harus menempatkan dirinya dengan tepat dan purna. Sebagai model guru dapat memberikan teladan bagi para anak didiknya. Dalam berbagai hal guru juga ditempatkan pada posisi sebagai mudarris, yang berperan sebagai penebar ilmu pengetahuan dan penghapus kebodohan. Dalam perspektif ini kepekaan guru mesti selalu tumbuh pada saat menyaksikan realitas para muridnya seperti adanya dengan berbagai macam perbedaan. Namun dari kenyataan tersebut perlu disadari juga, bahwa semua murid tersebut diyakini mempunyai potensi masing-masing, sehingga guru pasti mampu mengembangkan masing-masing potensi yang ada pada muridnya tersebut. Yang  terakhir guru sebagai muaddib, tugas yang sangat penting ini seorang guru dituntut untuk menyiapkan anak dididiknya menjadi orang-orang yang bertanggung jawab, sehingga kualitas peradaban manusia semakin baik pada masa mendatang. Karena pentingnya peran guru dalam Islam itu, maka kualifikasi integral profesi guru tidak dapat diabaikan  baik secara kualitatif maupun kuantitatifnya sehingga berbagai tantangan zaman selalu terjawab dengan baik.

Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Purwodadi is a formal educational institution located on Jl. P. Diponegoro No. 22, the direction of Jalan Purwodadi - Solo. MAN Purwodadi as one of the Secondary Education Institutions in Purwodadi has an important role in the future, in the context of increasing the intelligence of the nation while preparing students who are faithful and devoted and possessing Science and Technology which are characteristic of their Islam. Some agencies including educational institutions in an effort to improve the image both in terms of promotion and information now, have begun to use website media that can be quickly accessed widely so as to improve the quality of service to the community. MAN Purwodadi in the current promotion and information efforts still use the method of manually explaining which will certainly take time and effort and still use print media that has limited reach and requires more costs for each print each year. MAN Purwodadi until now does not have a new alternative media in the form of a website that follows the times that if not followed up will certainly be less competitive in terms of promotion and information. Therefore, it is necessary to have new alternative media that are effective and efficient and sustainable which in addition to increasing positive value for MAN Purwodadi, can also support and cover up the weaknesses of promotional media and information that has been used before. In this study data were collected through a questionnaire method of 30 respondents in potential students using a Likert scale to find out the responses of respondents to each variable. Then do the analysis of the data obtained in the form of quantitative analysis. From the analysis obtained product information level score of 390 or 32.5%; the effective level of the product is 222 or 18.5%; and the product efficiency level of 399 or 33.25%. From the existing score indicators, if added together the results will show the extent of the feasibility of the website as a promotional media and MAN Purwodadi information. From the results of this analysis it can be concluded that Website Design as a Media Promotion and Information on MAN Purwodadi is considered "Very Effective". This is based on the calculation of the scale which states that if all the values ​​of the indicators are added up to produce a total value of 1011 where the value is between 976 - 1200 which states "Very Effective".

Debt Policy is policy to decision finance is a policy in determining the company’s funds are sourced from external. Managers must determine the exact proportion of debt with due regard to the risks of the debt. The purpose of this research is to explore how the influence free cash flow, growth of the company, dividend policy and firm size toward the debt policy. Population in this study are all companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange year 2013 obtained 137 company. This research used purposive sampling method. The analysis show that they have one variable is dividend policy has positive influence to debt policy. As for the other three variables independent are free cash flow, growth of the company, and firm size that insignificant influence to debt policy. The conclusions of this study proved that the dividend policy can improve the company’s debt policy. Suggestion for future research to use an independent commissioner and the implementation of good corporate governance to supervise the activities of the company and improve its performance. International Financial Reporting Standards are standards focusedin fair value approach on measurement and disclosure criteria that requirethe greater extent of the exerciseof professional judgment. This study aims tounderstand the exercise of auditor professional judgment in InternationalFinancial Reporting Standards (IFRS) in fair value of fixed assets, tounderstand the factors that contribution in exercising professional judgmenton fair value of fixed assets and what constrains that emerge whenexercising professional judgment in fair value of fixed assets as well assolution that can be done to overcome these problem.This study uses qualitative research methods with aphenomenological approach as it is meant to analyze and look for themeaning behind the experiences of the auditor in exercising their professionaljudgment. This study focused on the exercise of professional judgment on thefair value of fixed assets. The research was conducted through interviewswith auditors who work as public accountants in public accounting firm.Results of this study indicate that auditors exercise their professionaljudgment to review the appraisal value by assessing the reasonableness of theassumptions, methods and data used. Auditors exercise their professionaljudgment by considering the factors that influenced such as consideration ofmateriality, subjectivity, knowledge, and experience as well as factors such asthe audit job IFRS requirements, the nature of accounts, compliances withIFRS, audit history, engagement management, fraud risk and going concern.The auditor had no difficulties in using professional judgment in assessingthe fair value of fixed assets due to the existing appraisal valuation. Insteadauditor experienced problems when assessing the fair value of financialinstruments is important for future research. Finally, team work anddiscussion are solution that auditors used to overcome the problem inexercising professional judgment.

This research is a study that tested the effect of Financial Condition, Audit Quality, Audit Opinions ofPrior Year, the Company’s Growth, Opinion Shopping of the acceptance of Going Concern in themanufacturing companies listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this study, researchers usedpurposive sampling and sample size to obtain a sample of 80 manufacturing companies listed on theStock Exchange in the year 2006-2009. The method of analysis used was logistic regression. Theresults of this study indicate Financial Condition, audit quality and Opinion Shopping do not affect thegoing concern opinion reception while the previous year's audit opinion and the Company Growtheffect on the acceptance of going-concern opinion.This study’s limitation is the study sampling periodis only 4 years old so not ideal for seeing a trend of the influence of financial condition other models,like another Alman Model Revisi. Abstract: Sunset policy is a government program to invite people to pay their tax. Sunset policy is hoped to improve structure and infra structure tax paying. Sunset policy aims at driving tax payer in fulfilling their obligation. The opportunity to the tax payer to become the honest tax payer trough this policy is hoped to raise tax paying in the future. This willing in paying tax need to be conducted by giving an easy service and transparent management. Therefore, it is necessary to explain the society about the rules and the related laws. This study examined variables that predict employee turnover intentions. Influence of trust in the organization as a mediator variable in this relationship was also examined. Questionnaires completed by 380 employees of the company's operating divisions garment. Hierarchical regression analysis used to test this relationship. The results was supported the hypothesis, the result states that in order to enhance the trust of employees in the organization and to reduce turnover intentions, garment companies needs to maintain the continuity and development of training programs, conduct a formal and fair appraisal system , provide a clear and adequate career progression for employees. Suggestions and limitations for future research are also given.

In the effort to increase the performance and prosperity of hospital employees, the organization needs to manage the job satisfaction, commitment of organization norms. Target of this research, was to test the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment in employees performance on BRSUD Sukoharjo. This sample research used purposive sampling technique and the data collected by questionare. The hypothesis tested by simple regression analysis and double regression with test, f test and coefficient of determination. Result of research found that there are positive andsignificant influence between satisfaction of job, organizational commitment, toword the employees performance of BRSUD sukoharjo employees, either through partial and simultan.Based on that results, we suggest the way to increase performance in the future, management must employees performance it’s performance. Beside that, the hospital’s management have to evaluate and implement activities during the periodically for better employees performance with organizational commitment, and job satisfaction.

Academic data increases every year in line with the increase of students. Abundant data store is alsoan abundance of information. Data mining technology is a tool for extracting information on largedatabases and has been widely used in many domains. Predicting student performance (study evaluation) isan activity to determine a future state based on existing data. Data in the field of academic research hasbeen done with various methods and algorithms, but the use of algorithm SLIQ (Supervised Learning InQuest) has not been done.SLIQ is an algorithm developed by the IBM's Quest project team in 1996 for mining large datasets.SLIQ algorithm classify and predict the students performance, beginning with the data cleaning, conductedelection training and testing data. By calculating gini index of each attribute and then selecting thesmallest gini index data table is split according to the criteria until find the same class. From the results ofthe calculation process can produce a set of rules that can be used to predict student performance.From the experiment it can be concluded that the algorithm SLIQ with decision tree technique canbe used as an alternative in designing a system datamining applications. Tests conducted system showedthat the constructed model can be used to predict the performance of new students. The resulting accuracyof the model system in fact has a lower score than the accuracy of other applications that are used as acomparison of Tanagra. Advantages of the proposed system is in its design does not need complexcalculations in obtaining the gini index attributes.

This article discuss research progress and future opportunities for modeling consumer choice on the Internet using clickstream data and also to compare the nature of Internet choice (as captured by clickstream data) with supermarket choice (as captured by UPC scanner panel data). Though the application of choice models to clickstream data is relatively new, and review existing early work and provide a two-by-two categorization of the applications studied to date (delineating search versus purchase on the one hand and within-site versus across-site choices on the other). The article discusses additional opportunities afforded by clickstream information, including personalization, data mining, automation, and customer valuation and also offers directions for further research in these areas. Notwithstanding the numerous challenges associated with clickstream data research.

Study for the effect of share trading days to the daily share returns in Stock Exchange has been carried out most invarious countries. Overseas studies produce consistent findings that the daily share returns results in negative impact on Monday (Monday Effect) and resulting inpositive impact on Friday (Week End Effect). Those effects are called as day of the week effect. The similar studies carried out Indonesia have not obtained consistent findings as similar as overseas including overseas studies make use of Ordinary Least Squares (OLS). Whereas this study does not utilize this approach, as most of the assumptions could not be fulfilled. Technical Approaches dealt with the share returns calculation dominantly affect to the amount of daily share return. These are due to the facts that the irrational factors also used by the investors to do the transactions. Consequently, the demand and supply of the share are also influenced by the behaviour of the investors them elves. Statistical approach used for examining the day effects is Autoregressive Moving Average (ARIMA) Approach. This approach is chosen as there is no hetero scedasticity or there is an existence of stationary data. To examine the difference of share trading day effects to the share returns this study utilizes Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), 244 daily aggregate share price indexes (IHSG) and LQ45 Indexes are used for this study. The findings of this study suggest that (1) all of the share trading days give a positive impact on the share returns, (2) daily aggregate share price indexes (IHSG) do significantly affect the share returns on Thursday and (3) LQ45 Indexes do significantly affect the share returns on Thursday and Friday. These findings imply that the investors should consider the day effects in deciding to be involved in share trading so that they could maximize their future returns.
