Student Center atau yang sering disebut sebagai Pusat Kegiatan Mahasiswa (PKM) adalah sebuah tempat dimana mahasiswa dapat berkumpul untuk memanfaatkan waktu kuliahnya untuk hal-hal yang positif dan juga merupakan fasilitas yang melayani mahasiswa, dosen, staf karyawan, alumni, dan para tamu. Student Center disebuah perguruan tinggi bisa dibilang penting, karena di kampus kegiatan mahasiswa bukan hanya sekedar kuliah mencari ilmu saja, akan tetapi juga harus mempersiapkan diri untuk memasuki dunia kerja. Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa (UKM) atau yang sering dikenal oleh mahasiswa sebagai wadah suatu komunitas kegiatan kampus yang dimana mahasiswa-mahasiswi dapat menyalurkan hobi, ide-ide, aspirasi, dan tenaga mereka yang nantinya dapat berubah menjadi hal yang positif dan bermanfaat. Berangkat dari pengamatan yang penulis lakukan pada mahasiswa UNTAG Semarang secara perorangan maupun kelompok, sebagian kegiatan UKM yang ada di UNTAG Semarang masih bergabung dengan asrama kemahasiswaan UNTAG Semarang. Keadaan ini tentu berdampak pada kurangnya fasilitas utama maupun penunjang terhadap aktifitas kegiatan kemahasiswaan yang ada dalam melakukan kegiatan akademis maupun non-akademis mahasiswa seperti kegiatan olahraga (tae kwon do, pencak silat), kegiatan rohani (UKKI, PMKP), kegiatan kesenian (paduan suara, unit musik), dan kegiatan khusus (menwa, racana, theater)  hingga organisasi badan eksekutif mahasiswa maupun himpunan mahasiswa, membutuhkan tempat berinteraksi bersama untuk mendukung suatu kegiatan mahasiswa.

Permasalahan ketenagakerjaan di Kota Surakarta tingginya angka pengangguran. Upaya yang harus dilakukan untuk menurunkan pengangguran salah satunya adalah peningkatan daya saing agar penduduk angkatan kerja di Kota Surakarta memiliki kesempatan kerja. Tujuan penelitian adalah menggambarkan kondisi ketenaga kerjaan di Kota Surakarta, menggambarkan permasalahan ketenaga kerjaan dan merumuskan   strategi, arah kebijakan peningkatan daya saing tenaga kerja di Kota Surakarta dalam rangka mengurangi angka pengangguran. Tipe penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian diskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian adalah Daya saing tenaga kerja di Kota Surakarta kurang karena banyak tenaga kerja yang tidak memiliki sertifikasi. Link and match pendidikan kejuruan (SMK) masi belum terwujud sehingga terjadi penumpukan lulusan SMK yang tidak terserap. Semangat juang Tenaga kerja di Kota Surakarta kurang tinggi untuk memenuhi lowongan pekerjaan di berbagai tempat di Indonesia bahkan di Luar Negeri. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah Meningkatkan ketrampilan pencari kerja yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar tenaga kerja dan memberikan   atau mengupayakan sertifikasi keahlian pada tenaga kerja. Link and match pendidikan kejuruan (SMK) harus ditingkatkan agar lulusan sekolah kejuruan segera dapat terserap oleh pasar tenaga kerja.

Based on data from the Indonesian Ministry of Health, the number of MMR in 2020 reached 4,627 people. This number increased by 10.25% compared to 2019 of 4,197 people. The number of infant deaths in 2019 was 26,000 cases and increased by almost 40% to 44,000 cases in 2020. The Bumiayu Health Center, one of the auspices of the Brebes Regency in Central Java, contributed 2 cases of AKI and 5 cases of IMR in 2020. by conducting comprehensive midwifery care with a continuity of care approach which is carried out starting from the mother during pregnancy to family planning. Researchers implemented comprehensive midwifery care for pregnant women, childbirth, newborns, postpartum, and family planning using Varney and SOAP documentation. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection uses interviews, observations, physical examinations, supporting examinations, documentation studies, and literature studies, as well as medical record documentation studies, the main informant is Mrs. W with 2 additional informants namely 1 coordinating midwife and 1 patient's family and 1 triangulation informant namely the head section of the brebes district health office. Based on the results of pregnancy, childbirth, newborns, postpartum, and family planning, there are problems in pregnancy, namely at 30+3 weeks of gestation with an Hb level of 10.4 g/dl in the category of mild anemia. There is no gap between theory and practice. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that comprehensive care for Mrs. W 25 years of gestation, psychological postpartum, physiological delivery, and physiological BBL. There is no gap between theory and practice.

Workload is the ability of the worker's body to accept the job. From the standpoint of ergonomics, every workload received must be appropriate and balanced against the physical and psychological ability. The good Response time for patients is <5 minutes. Handling of emergency is the whole act performed in emergency conditions that are effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship workload response time nurses with nurses in emergency departments of RSUD Bitung General Hospital. This study was descriptive and cross sectional study. Samples were taken based on the number of respondents as many as 31 nurses by using total sampling. The data collection is done by filling out the observation sheet and questionnaire. Furthermore, the data that has been collected processed with the aid statistics analyzed by chi square test with significance level is ? = 0.05. After the results, the value of p = 0.008, this may imply that there is a relationship between the workload of nurses response time. CONCLUSIONS of this study found that there is a relationship between nurses workload response time. Suggestions for the research was taking place is setting a good system including facilities and infrastructure in order to nurse response time can be improved.

Masalah yang pertama apakah ada pengaruh motivasi intrinsik terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, yang kedua apakah ada pengaruh motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, dan yang ketiga apakah ada pengaruh motivasi instrisik dan motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di Bank Muamalat Indonesia Cabang Denpasar. Berdasarkan rumusan masalah diatas, maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah yang pertama untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi instrinsik terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi instrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di Bank Muamalat Indonesia Cabang Denpasar. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah dengan metode sensus. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah yang pertama motivasi instrinsik berpengaruh cukup positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, yang kedua motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh positif sangat rendah dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, dan yang ketiga motivasi instrinsik dan ekstrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di Bank Muamalat Indonesia Cabang Denpasar. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini motivasi instrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik dapat menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan khususnya di Bank Muamalat indonesia Cabang Denpasar.

AbstrakSebagai tugas akhir mata kuliah PAR, mahasiswa melakukan penelitian langsung ke lapangan untuk mengimplementasikan keilmuan yang telah didapat terpada masyarakat. Mereka melakukan penelitian di TPQ AL-Magfiroh di Denpasar. Kondisi TPQ yang terletak di Mushola Al-Magfiroh telah berdiri sejak tahun 2019 dengan jumlah peserta didik 145 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan acuan teori Zuber dan pendekatan metode PAR, dengan tahapan observasi, pengumpulan data, monitoring/aksi, dan evaluasi. PAR bersifat transformatif dan memberdayakan komunitas lokus penelitian, sehingga menghasilkan program kerja, yaitu mengajar di TPQ tersebut dengan metode Yanbua dan bersama wali murid memberikan semangat pada siswa berupa buku dan alat tulis, padakegiatan kenaikan jilid. Evaluasi penelitian adalah menemukan kondisi kelas kurang kondusif dan kurangnya tenaga pengajar. Sebagai bahan tindaklanjut, mengkondisikan penambahan dan meningkatkan kualitas tenaga pengajar. Abstract As a final assignment for PAR subject, students have done conduct research directly into the field to implement the knowledge they have gained in the community. They conducted research at the AL-Magfiroh TPQ in Denpasar. The condition of TPQ which is located in Al- Magfiroh Mosque has been established since 2019 with 145 students. This research uses Zuber's theory reference and PAR method approach, with stages of observation, data collection, monitoring / action, and evaluation. PAR is transformative and empowers the research locus community, so that it produces a work program, which is teaching at the TPQ with the Yanbua method and together with the guardians of students encourages students in the form of books and stationery, on the activities of increasing volumes. The evaluation of the research is finding the condition of the class is less conducive and the lack of teaching staff. As follow-ups are material, condition the addition and increase the quality of the teaching staff.

Perkembangan kualitas hidup manusia dari waktu ke waktu mengalami perkembangan dan kemajuan.Semua itu bisa terjadi dan berproses melalui pengetahuan, ketrampilan, dan nilai – nilai yang di anggap benar dan baik oleh masyarakat untuk kesejahteraan hidupnya dan dalam rangka mencapai masyarakat madani (civil society), yaitu masyarakat yang terperdayabaik ditinjau dari perspektif ekonomi, budaya dan politik. Pembangunan yang dimaksud adalah usaha yang dilaksanakan untuk dilakukan secara sadar, sistematis dan berkelanjutan untuk mengadakan perubahan guna mewujudkan hari esok yang lebih baik. Mahasiswa merupakan salah satu elemen masyarakat yang berperan  sebagai agent of change (agen perubahan) yang dinilai mampu membawa segenap perubahan  ke arah yang lebih baik dengan mengabdikan dirinya kepada masyarakat.

Data collection on employee attendance at a company is a must, with the aim of monitoring discipline, calculating employee salaries, and other needs. Data collection on employee attendance at companies that are used today is very diverse, following the development of technology. The United Tronik Semarang office, which employs relatively many employees, currently uses a manual card attendance data collection system that attracts researchers to make the United Tronik Office the object of research.  Fingerprint is one of the hardware used to support employee attendance data collection which is relatively simple and easy to reach, the accuracy and ease of operation make the fingerprint attendance system more and more in demand. One of the human error problems in the attendance data collection system is attendance recording errors, especially for employees with shift work hours. Arrangement of work shifts in programs built with Visual Basic 2010 can minimize attendance recording errors, because it can set the recording time for employees. To support the ease of data access and shift settings, the researcher uses a Client Server database system with SQL Server 2005 Software.

Human resources is one of the determinants of the success of the company because the role of human resources as a valuable asset is to plan, implement and control various operational activities of the company. The problem that arises when one manages human resources is one that can cause a decrease in focus which results in a decrease in employee performance, therefore the company needs to have several strategies to solve the problem. This study aims to find out strategies that can be applied by SMEs in Gunungpati in the face of reduced employee focus. Strategies that can be applied include factors such as job satisfaction, work environment, work compensation and stres. The object of this research is UKM in Gunungpati. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires by SME employee respondents in the Gunungpati region. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) Job satisfaction, work environment, compensation, and work stres partially have a positive and significant effect on employee focus. (2) Job satisfaction, work environment, compensation, and work stres simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee focus.

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the influence of role conflict and work stress on employee performance, the population in this study were employees of the sewing department of PT Glory Industrial  Semarang II, the study respondents consisted of 96 employees. Research data obtained from the results of questionnaires. The equation model is processed with the SPSS application, the results of the study can be concluded that: a) Role conflict positive and non-significant effect on employee performance, b) Job stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, c) Simultaneous role and work stress conflict have a significant effect on employee performance.

Permasalahan yang sering muncul adalah masih belum bagusnya dalam pengelolaan masjid, program kerja yag belum dibuat dengan sebaik mungkin, pengkaderan generasi muda yang stagnan, sehingga dapat menyebabkan belum tersentuhnya permasalaham jamaah masjid. Selain hal tersebut di atas pembinaan remaja masjid dan pengelolaan masjid belum menggunakan manajeman yang baik. Tujuan dalam pengabdian adalah (1) Bagaimana mengelola masjid dengan manajemen modern dan mencontoh fungsi masjid pada zaman Rasulullah SAW (2) Pembinaan remaja masjid. Kelompok kerja PKK yang berperan penting dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat yaitu Pokja III yang membidangi program pangan, sandang, perumahan dan tatalaksana rumah tangga.Pemberdayaan ibu-ibu PKK Desa Ngunut kecamatan Jumantono Kabupaten Karanganyar dalam memanfaatkan Tanaman Obat Keluarga diharapkan dapat menjadi alternatif peningkatan pendapatan keluarga Permasalahan yang dialami bahwa jumlah TOGA yang ditanam di pekarangan jumlahnya masih terbatas.Belum semua masyarakat mengetahui peluang usaha tanaman TOGA. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menumbuh kembangkan berwirausaha dengan memanfaatkan tanaman toga dan meningkatkan ketrampilan dalam pengolahan tanaman TOGA sehingga bisa menambah pendapatan keluarga. Metode yang di gunakan penyuluhan. Kegiatan ini memberikan manfaat ibu-ibu PKK Desa Ngunut yang semula belum pernah berwirausaha bisa mencoba untuk berwirausaha dan yang sudah berwirausaha bisa melakukan pengembangan usaha melalui diversifikasi produk aneka tanaman obat keluarga sehingga akan meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga.Kata kunci:tanaman obat keluarga, DesaNgunut, peluang usaha, diversifikasi produk,pendapatan

MP-ASI is additional food given to babies after the age of six months until the baby is 24 months old. The purpose of this study was to describe the knowledge and attitudes of mothers regarding early complementary breastfeeding to infants aged 0-6 months in the working area of ??the Namrole Nursing Health Center in 2019. The research approach is descriptive analytic with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were all mothers who had toddlers aged 0-6 months in the working area of ??the Namrole health center, totaling 257 people. The sample size used was 156 people. The results showed that the mother's knowledge about MP-ASI in the working area of ??the Namrole Nursing Health Center showed that out of 156 mothers under five, most had knowledge about early MP-ASI in the sufficient category, namely 61 mothers under five (39.1%). While the results for the attitude of mothers about MP_ASI in the working area of ??the Namrole Health Center show that out of 156 mothers of toddlers, most of them had attitudes about early MP-ASI in the less category, namely 101 mothers of toddlers (64.7%). It was concluded that the mother's knowledge about early MP-ASI was identified by giving early MP-ASI to infants aged 0-6 months with the most categories namely sufficient and for the mother's attitude about early MP-ASI by giving early MP-ASI to infants aged 0-6 months with the most less categories found in this study.

Dalam rangka menggerakkan roda perekonomian nasional, pemberdayaan Industri Kecil Menengah(IKM) dinilai menjadi salah satu solusi yang tepat. Dengan adanya IKM mengakibatkan terjadinyapeningkatan penyerapan tenaga kerja sehingga mampu menekan angka pengangguran. Pendekatankelompok juga dinilai sebagai salah satu pilihan yang lebih baik dalam pengembangan IKM yaitu dalambentuk sentra IKM. Sentra Industri Kecil Hasil Pertanian Dan Kelautan (SIKHPK) Teritip merupakansalah satu sentra IKM yang terletak di Kalimantan, tepatnya di Kota Balikpapan yang memanfaatkan hasilpertanian dan hasil perikanan khususnya untuk diolah menjadi suatu produk, salah satu contohnya yaituamplang. Amplang merupakan makanan menyerupai kerupuk yang terbuat dari ikan. Proses produksiamplang meliputi proses persiapan bahan baku, pencampuran bahan, pencetakan, penggorengan, penirisan,dan pengemasan. Untuk menghasilkan produk amplang yang seragam dan dapat bersaing dengan produksejenis di pasar, maka dibutuhkan SOP proses prduksi amplang untuk menjamin mutu produk amplang yangdihasilkan. SOP dirancang menggunakan swimlane flowchart. Dalam proses produksinya, dibagi menjadibeberapa bagian yaitu bagian penerimaan bahan, produksi, pengemasan dan pemasaran yang masing-masingbagian mempunyai tugas masing-masing.Kata kunci: Sentra IKM, hasil perikanan, amplang, SOP.

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the influence of Work Climate, Interpersonal Communication and Workload and Compensation for Employee Job Satisfaction at Talang Health Center, Solok Regency, both simultaneously and partially and to find out the dominant variables that affect the Job Satisfaction. Talang Health Center, Solok Regency is a research location with 60 respondents. Based on the analysis of the analysis it is known that the variable work climate, interpersonal communication, workload, and compensation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with the compensation variable as the variable that has the biggest effect on job satisfaction.

Human resources who work in organizations should have the ability to improve the quality of performance. Many things affect the performance of employees in an agency including work ability, work environment, workload, competence, how the organizational culture of the agency and employee work discipline in carrying out their activities while in an agency, especially the Office of Lamposi Tigo Nagori District Payakumbuh City. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study included the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) Lamposi Tigo Nagori District Office Payakumbuh City, amounting to 44 people. Data management in this study will use the smartPLS software. The environment, discipline and organizational culture do not significantly influence performance. Competence has a significant effect on performance. T count was obtained for 2.891 with a p value of 0.004. The work environment, competence and work discipline do not have a significant effect on performance after intervening variables of organizational culture. The high performance demands on Lamposi Tigo Nagori Sub-district Office employees in Payakumbuh City must be balanced with better provisioning of competencies through various trainings as well as more appropriate and appropriate rewards.

This study aims to look at the effect of communication skills and organizational climate on work performance with job satisfaction as a moderating variable in all 24 Urban Village Offices in Bukittinggi City. The sample in this study was 94 civil servants consisting of 1 Village Secretary and 3 Section Heads in each Village Office in Bukittinggi City who were directly responsible to the Village headman. The data analysis method used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis technique based on PLS (Partial Least Square) variance. Data collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of this study show that the variable communication skills and organizational climate both have a positive and significant effect on work performance variables in the Urban Village Offices in the City of Bukittinggi. So is the case with the variable job satisfaction which also has a positive and significant effect on the variable work performance. From the moderating variable used is the job satisfaction variable, it can be seen that job satisfaction strengthens the influence of communication skills on work performance, but conversely, the results obtained show that job satisfaction has a negative effect or weakens the relationship of organizational climate on employee job performance in Urban Village throughout Bukittinggi City.

Teacher profession requires certain expertise and skills, where expertise and skills can be obtained from an education or special education training. The reality is that there are still many teachers who have met the qualifications and certified of educators, but their competence is still far from being expected to be able to produce students who have integrative abilities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work commitment, soft skills and spiritual quotient on teacher professionalismat SMA Negeri 5 Bukittinggi in 2020. This type of research is quantitative research. The study was conducted at SMA 5 Bukittinggi. The study population was all teachers, 63 people. Data management in this study will use the smartPLS software. The results of the t statistic test were found to be 2,727greater than the T-table of 1. 999 with a p value of 0.007 smaller than 0. 05. The results of the t-statistic test were 3,629, greater than the T-table 1. 999 with a p value of 0. 000 less than 0. 05. The t-test results obtained by 3,629greater than the T-table 1. 999 with a p value of 0. 039smaller than 0. 05. The demands of teacher professionalism in the modern era must be balanced with the provision of good competencies through various workshops, competency development and also trainings that are followed on an ongoing basis

This study aims to examine the effect of the realized of revenue, size of local government, number of units under regional (SKPD), the life of the local government, the size of the legislature,and the intergovernmental revenue on the level of disclosure LKPD Regency / City in Central Java province.The study population was District / City of Central Java Province during the years 2014-2016 that have been audited by the BPK. The sample used is 105 local government financial statements are all the population sampled.This research data analysis methods using the multiple linear regression analysis by SPSS 19.The results showed that realized of revenue, number of units under regional (SKPD), and the ratio of self-sufficiency have significant effect on the level of disclosure LKPD. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah untuk memberikan pelayanan kepada lingkungan masyarakat mengenai perbaikan lingkungan serta menanamkan kepedulian masyarakat terhadap kebersihan, kesehatan dan mencegah banjir atau longsor dengan akibat terkikisnya tanah di tepian sungai ciliwung dengan menanam tanaman anti longsor. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat adalah a. Observasi langsung, b. Melakukan kegiatan perencanaan proyek perbaikan lingkungan dimana kami membagi tim dengan beberapa tugas dan kegiatan yakni, langkah pertama membersihkan aliran sungai ciliwung, langkah kedua penanaman tanaman anti longsor dan terakhir melakukan pemilahan dan pengolahan sampah anorganik. c. Melakukan evaluasi dan shering bersama untuk menemukan kesepakatan bersama dalam melakukan perbaikan lingkungan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdi terdiri dari : a. peserta diberikan pengetahuan umum mengenai jenis tanaman tepian sungai dan diberikan bibit tanaman yang akan ditanam untuk tanaman pencegah longsor sekaligus untuk penghijauan sekitar tepian sungai kegiatan dilakukan bersama komunitas “ngumpal” (Ngumpul Anak Lintas Ciliwung). b. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat tim pengabdi membagi 3 kelompok dengan lokasi tugas berbeda-beda dan dengan tugas kelompok yang sama. c. Setelah membagikan kelompok kerja maka tim pengabdi melakukan kegiatan membersihkan sekitar aliran sungai dan kegiatan penanaman pohon atau tanaman tahan longsor. Simpulan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yaitu : a. Masyarakat sangat menerima dan menyambut secara positif dari kegiatan yang tim pengabdi telah lakukan. b. Masyarakat mulai terlihat peduli dengan mau mendengar penyuluhan dan mengikuti seluruh kegiatan yang telah tim pengabdi rancang untuk kegiatan pengabdian.
