The change of the curriculum to the Independent Curriculum made the National Exam (UN) officially change to the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM). The evaluation carried out in the National Assessment consisted of reasoning ability using language (literacy), reasoning ability using mathematics (numeracy), and strengthening character education. Despite the lack of significant improvement in Indonesia's literacy, numeracy, and science skills rankings over the past 18 years, the country consistently ranks in the bottom 10 in PISA test results. Facing the current Independent curriculum, teachers must be able to teach based on literacy and numeracy skills, because this is the indicator in AKM and PISA-based assessments. If teachers master literacy and numeracy skills, then teachers can convey materials related to literacy and numeracy clearly and correctly for students. Teachers are expected to innovate to develop student competencies through various lessons through student-centred teaching. This Community Service is a community partnership program in collaboration with SMKN 3 Lhokseumawe. Service activities are by providing material on literacy and numeracy-based learning. During the service program, teachers are given knowledge about literacy and numeracy, the form of questions, and the number of percentages of questions in the AKM, which are useful for strengthening teachers' literacy and numeracy.

The SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis is widely known and commonly applied in business strategy. CV Dejeefish was chosen for this SWOT analysis to help develop the company’s business strategy. The objective of this study is to identify the impact of SWOT analysis on business development and to uncover weaknesses, obstacles, and areas for improvement that could enhance the company’s efficiency, quality, and sustainability. The findings indicate that CV Dejeefish is in a relatively strong position, with more strengths than weaknesses and threats. However, CV Dejeefish still needs to implement a combination of SWOT-based business strategies and a SWOT Matrix. Firstly, in the SO (Strengths-Opportunities) strategy, the company can leverage high-quality broodstock from BBAT to expand its market, adopt the latest technology in aquaculture, and develop value-added products. Secondly, in the WO (Weaknesses-Opportunities) strategy, expanding the use of aquaculture technology and improving responsiveness to climate change and market conditions is strongly recommended. For the ST (Strengths-Threats) strategy, a focus on strict quality control, risk mitigation, and maintaining adequate capital reserves is necessary to address potential threats. Lastly, the WT (Weaknesses-Threats) strategy should involve implementing effective monitoring systems, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and conducting regular evaluations.

PT XYZ is a private company in Palembang that supplies medical devices and equipment. This company conducts performance assessments every year to provide appropriate rewards in the form of gifts, bonuses or incentives to employees. In carrying out the performance assessment process for providing employee rewards, it is still done manually. This process is inefficient because it takes a lot of time, is prone to errors in calculation and it is not clear which aspects of the criteria are important. By using the Weighted Product methodology, this study tries to create a decision support system (DSS) that will simplify this evaluation procedure. This application is made website-based, using the laravel framework with the Iterative system development method. The author analyzes Sampang Regent Regulation Number 27 of 2021 concerning Guidelines for Candidacy, Election, Appointment, Inauguration, and Dismissal of Village Heads, focusing on ambiguity regarding the dismissal of Acting Village Heads. Currently, around 50 villages in Sampang Regency are led by Pj. Kades who are being evaluated, but the regulation does not contain clear provisions regarding their dismissal. This creates legal uncertainty and potential turmoil in society. The author uses a normative method with case studies based on primary and secondary legal materials, such as the relevant Regent Regulation. The results of the analysis show that the lack of clarity in the rules for the dismissal of the Acting Village Head poses a risk of abuse of power and politicization, especially because the evaluation results are not transparent. Therefore, it is necessary to revise the Regent Regulation to provide a clear legal basis for the dismissal of the Acting Village Head, in order to create legal certainty in the village government in Sampang Regency.

In today's digital era, social media has become an important space for the public to express their opinions, including assessing film adaptations. This study examines audience criticism of the Indonesian version of the film adaptation of A Business Proposal that has spread on social media. Audience criticism focuses heavily on inconsistencies with the original version, acting quality, and technical aspects such as cinematography and directing. Factors that have influenced this criticism include audience perceptions of the original work, expectations of characters and stories, and the influence of discussions that have developed virally on social media. Massive criticism has an impact on audience interest, promotional strategies, and becomes evaluation material for filmmakers in developing better adaptations in the future. Social media is not only a channel of expression, but also a significant tool in shaping the success or failure of a film adaptation.
