This study focuses on the management of gear pump maintenance on KM Kelimutu ship. Data collection methods are used to identify and investigate the causes of damage that occur in the gear pump. The required maintenance and repair actions are determined based on the analysis results. The process of managing maintenance involves several important steps. First, planning is carried out to determine the planned maintenance actions. Subsequently, organization is conducted by appointing responsible personnel and coordinating with relevant parties to minimize disruptions to the maintenance of equipment and other machinery on the ship. Furthermore, actuating involves efforts to ensure that all human resources work according to their tasks, functions, and competencies in order to achieve company goals. Finally, control is implemented through supervision of each job performed to identify and rectify any potential errors. The results of this study provide insights into the importance of gear pump maintenance and effective strategies in managing the maintenance process. By implementing the appropriate steps, it is expected to enhance the performance of the gear pump, extend its service life, and optimize operational efficiency in the industry.

This activity aims to provide counseling about turning hobbies into profits at PPGT Klasis Nonongan Salu, which is one of the organizational/community activities within the intra-ecclesiastical management. This seminar was carried out with the aim of providing knowledge to teenagers that hobbies can be turned into profits. Apart from that, it provides insight and motivation to teenagers and prepares Christian young people to be independent and become agents of change for themselves, the congregregation and the nation. This activity was attended by around 30 people.

This study aims to provide insights and understanding of the importance of the relationship between leaders and members in creating a healthy and productive work environment, as well as assisting organizations in designing more effective leadership development programs. The study utilizes a literature review method to compile research frameworks based on relevant previous studies. The findings of the study indicate that the quality of the relationship between leaders and members significantly influences organizational performance. A better relationship between leaders and members has positive impacts on employee performance, innovative attitudes, work ethics, employee loyalty, job engagement, employee performance, organizational citizenship behavior, effective communication, job satisfaction, and significant reduction in turnover intention. This highlights the importance for organizations to pay attention to the quality of the relationship between leaders and members in creating a healthy and productive work environment. Additionally, organizations should also focus on leadership development that enhances the quality of the relationship between leaders and members.

This study aims to explain the concept of servant leadership and describe how this approach can build a sustainable and positive impact organization. The research method used is literature study by reviewing academic articles, journals, books, and other relevant sources. The results of the analysis show that servant leadership emphasizes the importance of creating a wider positive impact on society and the environment. Servant leaders consider the social, economic, and environmental implications of their decisions and actions. Non-penal efforts are one of the efforts to tackle crime, including corruption crimes. The purpose of this study is to explain the KPK's non-penal efforts to tackle corruption. The method used is literature study with primary and secondary law materials. The result is that KPK's non-penal efforts are prevention efforts that complement efforts to eradicate corruption. The form of using the mass media to form public opinion about the consequences of corruption and criminal sanctions. In addition, it also encourages the formation of national mental health in state and government institutions, community organizations, political parties, the involvement of community organizations and universities in tackling corruption crimes.   Keywords: Non-penal efforts, KPK, Corruption.

Financial management is an administrative activity related to budget planning, storing, using, recording and monitoring the entry and exit of money or organizational funds. Inventory analysis is an activity to examine an asset issue that includes goods. Turn over inventory is the ratio between the total cost of goods sold and the average value of inventory owned by the company. in the process of managing finances and inventories, it is still carried out using a recording system in a ledger, so it is less effective. Therefore the author will develop a form of information system by selecting CV. Arris AC as research object. Based on the problems that occur in CV. Arris AC, the authors provide a solution that can overcome weaknesses by creating an Accounting Information System for Financial Management and Inventory Analysis using the inventory turnover ratio method which can be accessed via the web. This study aims to examine the relationship between entrepreneurial characteristics, venture capital, and accounting information systems with the success of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Bandar Setia Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. Quantitative methodology was used to validate this research. The sample size for this study was 42 SMEs from Bandar Setia Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, and Deli Serdang Regency. Questionnaires with Likert scale questions were used for this study. Multiple linear regression and the coefficient of determination are used in SPSS 24 to test the hypothesis after the questionnaire is distributed and verified for validity, reliability, and the classical assumptions of normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. According to the results of this study, the entrepreneurial mindset can increase the efficiency of small and medium enterprises. shows how having an entrepreneurial bent can help small and medium-sized businesses succeed. Accounting information systems have an effect on the performance of SMEs, as evidenced by research findings, indicating that adopting such systems can enhance organizational success. Data studies reveal that when a company's capital decreases, it has a negative impact on the company's success.

This article aims to describe the concept of transformative leadership in organizations or companies. This article uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a library research method. The results of this article explain overall about transformational leadership which includes understanding, principles, styles, various factors, characteristics, steps, advantages and disadvantages of transformational leadership. The conclusion obtained in this article is that leadership with a new approach is an inevitable need in facing the demands of the times that are so fast. One of them is the need for a transformative leadership model that is able to develop the potential of themselves and their subordinates innovatively, empowering staff and organizations with changes in thinking, developing vision, understanding and understanding of organizational goals, and bringing the organization towardssustainable change.

This article is made to find out the description of the situational approach study regarding a person's personality that is influenced by conditions or situations that occur in a particular environment. This article is prepared based on a literature study by comparing books, journals and other literature, this writing uses literature study writing. This situational approach explains that a leader must be effective in a variety of organizational settings that relate to the tasks of the organization. There are four styles of situational leadership: S1 is high command-low support, S2 is high command-high support, S3 is low command-high support, and S4 is low command-low support. Situational leadership is related to the level of development of employees or subordinates. The leader's behavior must be able to adjust to the situation and conditions of subordinates who are different from one another and the indicators that influence it are the dimensions of telling, selling, participating, and delegation. The advantage of situational leadership compared to other leadership is that in this situational leadership depends on the level of maturity of the subordinates who will be influenced by the leader.

This paper aims to find the point of influence of the transformational leadership style on the change management of an organization in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. And the results obtained are that the transformational leadership style has a positive effect on the change management of an organization, with the characteristics of a leadership style that involves the charisma of a leader, is considered to be able to motivate employees to excel beyond expectations. In this case employees feel trust, admiration, respect for their leaders so that they are motivated to do more than what is expected of them. So that with this situation the change management designed by the leader will be realized for the benefit of the organization.

. School as an organization certainly has a culture of organization which becomes an important role in the realization of the vision and mission of school. The culture of school organizations is the norms adopted and implemented by all components to achieve the vision and mission of the school effectively. This study aims to describe the culture of school organizations in SMK Negeri 1 Medan for preparing superior human resources and programs to support  the culture of school. The approach of this study was quantitative observation, interview and documentation were used as the instruments of eliciting the data. The research subjects included elements of school residents, namely the deputy headmaster, teachers, and students. The results of this observation showed that (1) SMK Negeri 1 Medan has three superior cultures namely the culture of discipline, cooperation, and the culture of industrial work, (2)  there are several programs for students in the application of school culture, (3) there are supporting and inhibiting factors for the realization of an effective school organization culture.  According to observations, the culture of school organizations in SMK Negeri 1 Medan can be said to be effective.

The hospital is one of the organizations in the service sector that is engaged in efforts to improve public health. In addition, the hospital as oe of the subsystems of health services provides two types of services for the community, namely health services and administrative services. Therefore, as a hospital service institution, it is required to improve its service quality management continuously and continuously in various fields of service provided. So the Dumai City Hospital should be able to provide good service to pattiens with planned management for class B classified hospitals. The purpose of this study was to find out how the management of outpatient services in the field of pregnancy at the Regional General Hospital in Dumai City. This research method uses qualitative research methods with data collection thechniques using primary data and secondary data obtained from the results of observations, interviews, and documentation that the researcher analyzed in obtaining the data. This study uses the theory of Ratminto about service management, namely planning, implementation, and coordination. The results of the study indicate that the service management of the Dumai City Regional Public Hospital still has obstacles in its services such as training of workers who have not all received training, budget, facilities and infrastructure.

The performance of employees in an organization is affected by many factors, among them competence, commitment, and the culture of work. This research aims to know and analyze the impact of competence, commitment, and work culture on the performance of the Department of Population and civil registration of the Demak Regency. This research used a quantitative method. Data were obtained through documentation and questionnaires. The sample of this study comprised 82 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The data were then analyzed by using a multiple linear regression equation of SPSS version 25. The research concludes that : (1) competence positively and significantly influenced the performance of employees, (2) commitment positively and significantly has no impact on the performance of employees, (3) work culture positively and significantly influence the performance in the department of population and civil registration of the Demak Regency

The use of cooking oil among the people is almost inseparable. people will tend to consume processed foods with oil. Sometimes the oil is not only used for frying, but is used as the main raw material in food. However, excessive use of cooking oil can stalk the health condition of the body. One way to reduce the oil contained in food is to use good appropriate technology. The oil slicing spinner used in the implementation of appropriate technology as an effort to reduce health risks in Karangan Village is by holding a spinner assembly. The results of the implementation of appropriate technology in the Karangan Village area by KKN-T Group 07 were that the tool was given to the PKK organization in Karangan Village. It is hoped that from this activity the people of Karangan Village will be able to find out the benefits of applying appropriate technology and be able to assemble independently which can later be used individually.

This Community Service activity was carried out in Sapelang Village, South Buko District with the topic "BUMDes Management and Institutional Assistance". The purpose of implementing this community service activity is to transfer knowledge and provide solutions to problems faced by Prosperous BUMDes. The implementation method used is mentoring which consists of providing material on BUMDes Management and BUMDes Management accompanied by practice and evaluation. The results of the practice and evaluation of BUMDes management participants have understood, so they know the main tasks and responsibilities of each based on a clear organizational structure and understand making standard operating procedures and BUMDes Management consisting of planning, organizing, implementing and supervising thanks to practice and answering questions correctly.

Basically, a good organization needs good management to achieve its goals. To get the best management requires people who are able to work together in teams. Therefore, the organization and management must work well together, the use of existing resources and time can be carried out more precisely and regularly in accordance with the provisions given to achieve more effective and efficient results. The purpose of this research is to find out the organizational management in the Education Village of the Faculty of Social Sciences UNJ. The research methods used are interviews and observations. This study concludes that the efforts made to manage the organization are managing, controlling, communicating and utilizing all the resources contained in an organization. The organizational management carried out by the Education Village board is by forming several divisions that function to organize and structure the organization, identify the main tasks of each division, establish rules and responsibilities, and build an organizational culture.

The provision of nutrition education and healthy food for pregnant women and toddlers is crucial in promoting maternal and child health. This project aims to implement a nutrition education program at the Kemuning 2 Keturen Integrated Health Post (Posyandu) to improve the nutritional knowledge and practices of pregnant women and caregivers of toddlers. The project will involve a series of educational sessions conducted by healthcare professionals and trained volunteers. The sessions will cover topics such as the importance of balanced nutrition during pregnancy, appropriate complementary feeding for infants and young children, and the selection of nutritious foods. Visual aids, interactive discussions, and practical demonstrations will be used to enhance the learning experience. Additionally, a nutritious food distribution program will be implemented to provide pregnant women and caregivers of toddlers with access to healthy and affordable food options. Local partnerships will be established with farmers, suppliers, and community organizations to ensure the availability of fresh and nutritious ingredients. The project's success will be evaluated by assessing the participants' knowledge and practices related to maternal and child nutrition before and after the intervention. Feedback from participants and healthcare providers will also be gathered to assess the program's effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. By providing nutrition education and access to healthy food, this project aims to empower pregnant women and caregivers of toddlers in making informed choices regarding their own and their children's nutrition. Ultimately, it is expected to contribute to improved maternal and child health outcomes in the Kemuning 2 Keturen community.

Leadership is the art or ability of a person in coordinating and directing each individual or group towards achieving the expected goals. Leadership in an organization is seen as one of the most important aspects. An organization certainly needs a leader in order to run efficiently in accordance with its goals.  A leader must not only lead its members but also  become a representative of the organization, because a leader has a big influence on how an organization runs. Regardless of the roles and responsibilities of the leader, leadership traits and spirit can greatly help the running of an organization. Leadership training in general does not only aim to produce excellent leaders. It also provides education on organizational dynamics and how to run an organization efficiently. Leadership training that is held at the high school and college level are usually organized by the students themselves, the core of this training is activities organized by students and aimed at students. Leadership training can also be seen as a means to build a positive culture in educational organizations. It triggers active collaboration between staff and students, creating positive interactions within the educational organization. The leadership training takes the form of classroom-based training, workshops and seminars, online training, and mentoring and coaching.

School is an educational institution that has the goal of educating the nation's successors and producing quality output. In achieving these goals, schools need an organizational structure that can carry out its functions properly. The principal plays a key role as a driving force in improving the quality of education in schools, where schools are considered as educational organizations. This article will discuss the role of the principal in improving the quality of education in schools, namely the role of the principal in management in schools, the role of the principal as a key in creating a good organizational structure, and the role of the principal as an agent of change and role model in the world of education. The research method used in this article is literature study which is supported by various sources, both in the form of previously published books and national journals.
