Human resource management (HR) has a very important role in managing human capital and talent management in organizations. The presence of qualified and professional human resources can become strategic players in achieving organizational goals and improving individual and collective performance. This study aims to examine the function of HR as a strategic player in human capital management and talent management. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method by collecting data through interviews, observation, and analysis of related documents. Respondents to this study were HR managers, employees and team leaders working in various companies in the private sector. The collected data were then analyzed using a thematic approach. The results of the study show that the function of HR as a strategic player in human capital management includes the process of recruitment, selection and appropriate placement, competence development, performance management, as well as coaching and fair rewards. Good human resources can help organizations manage human capital effectively, increase productivity, and build a positive organizational culture. In addition, the function of HR as a strategic player in talent management involves identifying and developing individual potential, creating clear career paths, managing knowledge and experience, and leadership development programs. Human resources who are able to manage and utilize existing talent will help the organization face the challenges of intense competition and ensure long-term sustainability.

The results of this study are, where the use of e-money in Indonesia in particular already has a clear license in daily transactions as this goes on, students begin to switch from physical money to digital money (e-money) with the convenience that is highlighted. However, behind this convenience there are problems such as the emergence of consumerism and social class recognition. The data analysis method used is using a qualitative descriptive method. The purpose of this study was to analyze and evaluate the implementation of the existing purchase accounting information system at "Koperasi Karya Pertamina". The research method used is a case study using descriptive analysis in answering objectives. The results showed that the purchase SIA carried out at this company still had many weaknesses, including the division of tasks in accordance with the existing organizational structure was uneven, there were duplicate functions in several sections, there were two sections with the same authority and duties but in the organizational structure they were separated. In addition, the documents used still have deficiencies related to internal control that must be carried out. Therefore, this research provides several solutions to overcome the problems faced, namely, improving the organizational structure both in terms of naming, division of tasks, and combining two sections that have the same function, as well as improving the documents used.

PT. Sejin Lestari Furniture is a company engaged in the production of furniture such as doors, tables, chairs, cabinets, bookcases and other interior equipment. As one of the companies that have succeeded in producing finished goods in large quantities, PT. Sejin Lestari Furniture relies on the help of an electric motor at every stage of its production, including one of the wood pellet production machines, namely the biofuel pelletizer molding machine which has four different types of motors. In order to work optimally, electric motors need a protection system that can protect them from threats. In this study, the protection system used is Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) which functions as an overload controller so that the electric motor is not easily burned or damaged. In this case, the TOR must be adjusted according to the capacity of each induction motor so that when an overload occurs, the TOR will automatically cut off the current flowing in the motor so that damage can be avoided. The TOR trip standards in this study uses the NEMA (National Electrical Manufactures Association) standard with the method used, namely Research and Development (R&D) where this method is carried out to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these products. The data collection was obtained through journals and books.

YPDPA was formed due to a desire to spread the good news in general in North Sumatra to students. YPDPA believes in salvation that salvation is not the result of our work or our efforts but because of God's gift. This study aims to determine the structure and function of YPDPA's leadership in Tarutung, to be precise at Perumnas. The method used by the author is descriptive qualitative method. The results of the research revealed that the YPDPA leadership structure existed in each district/city and assigned one person as coordinator in the sector section. For the leadership function in the sector carry out tasks according to directions from the YPDPA head office.

The purpose of this study was to determine training and motivation on employee performance. The method used in this study is using qualitative methods. Training functions is to provide opportunities for employees to increase their knowledge and insight so it can increase their work productivity and develop themselves, as well as contribute to the progress of the company in order to achieve the results set by the company. Training contributes positively to employee performance. Motivational factors play an important role in increasing employee productivity. More attention is needed on the selected training methods, facilities, equipment and the ability of the instructors to deliver training materials. An appeal to companies to be able to provide encouragement, encouragement, appreciation to employees who excel in order to increase employee motivation to complete the job as well.

Leadership is an ability that every person needs to have to be able to influence others in helping the path of goals so that they can be achieved and can run according to plan and the goals are right on what is intended. Adolescence is a period of human development. Reproductive health in Indonesia which is prioritized only includes four components/programs, namely: maternal and newborn health, family planning, adolescent reproductive health, as well as prevention and control of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) including HIV/AIDS. The community service that we will carry out refers to the adolescent reproductive health program. Adolescent Reproductive Health is a healthy condition that concerns the reproductive systems, functions and processes of adolescents. The definition of health here does not merely mean being free from disease or free from disability but also being mentally and socially and culturally healthy. Adolescents need to know about reproductive health in order to have correct information about the reproductive process and the various factors that surround it.  With the correct information, it is hoped that teenagers will have responsible attitudes and behavior regarding the reproductive process. Adolescent reproductive health problems apart from having a physical impact, can also affect mental and emotional health, economic conditions and social welfare in the long term. Long-term impacts not only affect the teenagers themselves, but also their families, communities and the nation in the end.

The Financial Services Authority (OJK) as a regulator of the money management sector, especially the financial sector, must adequately equip its capabilities to properly implement and support financial management sector activities. economic growth. OJK has a position in managing Islamic banks. The description of Islamic commercial banks is very important because they are only marginal in accelerating the development of the financial economy, especially micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The Financial Authority carries out the functions, duties, authority to regulate and control activities in the financial sector in an integrated, independent and responsible manner, particularly in the world of banking. The problems of this research are: First, how independent is the Financial Services Authority in regulating and supervising banks? Second, what is the role of the Financial Services Authority in regulating and supervising banks? Third, what is the role of the Financial Services Authority in consumer protection and consumer investigations? The type of research method is normative law and the type of research is descriptive. In conclusion: First, other parties do not interfere with the independence of OJK in its regulation and are found to be inseparable from government interference. Such deals can lead to government intervention. Second, the role of OJK in regulating and supervising banks related to the regulation and supervision of micro stability is very broad. Third, OJK's role in consumer protection is to inform and educate the public about the good quality of the financial sector, its services and products. Stop if it can harm consumers. It is recommended: First, in addition to regulating the independence of the OJK, there must also be freedom from state intervention, so that the government cannot intervene. COVID-19 containment apps have raised a new hope in dealing with COVID-19 in various countries.  Automatic contact tracing capabilities combined with various other transmission prevention functions have yielded favorable outcomes in controlling outbreaks.  Although its nature seems promising, the use of this type of application also saves the potential for human rights violations.  The risk is related to the increasingly widespread functionality of the application, the restrictions of personal freedom, the potential breach of privacy, and the possibility of marginalizing people who cannot access the application.  This paper describes how this application works in general, how it can affect respect for human rights, and then analyzes incidents that have the potential to violate human rights related to the use of the application to further provide some potential solutions on how the application can still be utilized with a minimum threat to  individual rights.

This community service activity aims to enhance the skills of the residents of Lekis Rejo Village, Lubuk Raja Subdistrict, through macrame craft training. The training was motivated by the community's need for alternative household economic improvement, especially in the post-pandemic period. The implementation method included planning, theoretical and practical training, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. The results showed increased motivation and skills among participants in creating functional products such as pot hangers and mask connectors. Moreover, the training sparked entrepreneurial interest among the participants. Thus, this macrame training has proven to make a real contribution in fostering entrepreneurship and improving family income at the village level.

Elderly is a man or woman who has entered the age of 60 years accompanied by various declines in physical condition, decreased function of the body's organs, and decreased function of the brain. The elderly population is increasing globally. Service activities aim to empower the elderly through elderly gymnastics as an effort to improve physical health in supporting the Tangguh elderly. The method of activity in this service involves 5 students of midwifery Akbid Batari Toja. The service implementation adopts action research steps which consist of 4 (four) stages, namely: planning, action, observation and evaluation, and reflection. Evaluation of the results of the conclusion, namely the implementation of community service with a series of activities, namely checking blood pressure and exercising for the elderly. Before being given information regarding elderly exercise, all 28 elderly participants did not know about elderly exercise movements. After being given information on elderly gymnastic movements, as many as 25 elderly people followed the gymnastic movements and did them correctly. Based on the results of blood pressure checks, it was found that 7 elderly people had high blood pressure ≥ 140/100, the community service team recommended carrying out examinations at the nearest health center, advising them to consume lots of vegetables and fruit and routinely doing elderly exercises.

Betel leaves contain phenols that function as powerful antiseptics. Hand sanitizer (HS) is a product that can kill parasites on the hands and is easy to use. Therefore, in this event, education will be provided to the students of SMK Farmasi Surabaya regarding the benefits of betel leaves, followed by a training session on making hand sanitizers containing extract. The participant's level of understanding is evaluated by comparing the scores obtained before and after receiving information from the speaker. A questionnaire is given to allow participants to evaluate the overall conduct of the event, and they are invited to try the hand sanitizers prepared by the team. The results show that 76% of the participants achieved higher scores, 24% maintained the same scores, and none of the participants received lower scores compared to the pre-test. Overall, the participants expressed that the event was very beneficial.

Micro, small and medium business (MSME) activities are one of the business fields that can develop and are consistent in the national economy. Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are a good place for the creation of jobs planned by the government, private sector and Village, Galis District, Pamekasan Regency individual business actors. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) at Ponteh  expands fastly. A lot of business create larger job opportunity in order to reduce unemployment people. One of the idea on empowering UMKM in information technology era is by establishing central communication of UMKM based on Website. By making web marketing media, besides it provides information about UMKM development in Ponteh, it can be functioned to access for any information of production factors. In addition, it can communicate with another UMKM globally to extend the networks. But some employers are constrained by rising raw material prices, the limited of human resources, has a problem in the capital, lack of infrastructure and lack of access to product marketing.

The Ciptaker Law functions to increase investment and create new jobs, but is controversial because of workers' rights. Analysis of the relationship between the Ciptaker Law and employee welfare needs to pay attention to the concept of Competency-Based Employment, which allows companies to appoint and terminate employment based on employee capabilities and performance. However, this threatens the rights of employees, especially regarding termination and wages. The Ciptaker Law also expands the types of work for foreign workers in Indonesia. Even though it can increase investment and create jobs, the Ciptaker Law has the potential to reduce employee wages and make it easier for companies to terminate employment. The implementation of the Ciptaker Law needs to be closely monitored and evaluate especially in terms of protecting employee rights so that this Law can improve welfare and decent employment opportunities. This article aims to review and attempt to confirm the concept of development of resource management and performance management in improving the quality function of human resources. The research method used is qualitative and literature studies or library research. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that for the development of human resources and performance management in improving the quality function of human resources based on the concept, it can be done through: (a) Management training and development, (b) Identification of training and development needs, (c) Benefits, Training and development objectives, (d) Training Methods, (e) Benefits of performance management and (f) Performance measurement,(g) Performance management objectives. 

This study aims to find out perspectives on the role and authority of the Financial Services Authority in bankruptcy cases at insurance companies in Indonesia. OJK is an independent body that is free from government interference in its duties, functions and authority to supervise, inspect and conduct investigations in the financial services sector so as to create a good national economy. Within the scope of supervision in the insurance sector, the Financial Services Authority has the authority relating to submitting bankruptcy declaration requests to insurance companies in order to protect the interests of insurance policy holders. Arrangements regarding the authority of the Financial Services Authority in submitting requests for bankruptcy statements against insurance companies are regulated in Law no. 21 of 2011 concerning the Financial Services Authority. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach using secondary data obtained through library research. The role of the Financial Services Authority in the bankruptcy of an insurance company is to oversee the course of the insurance company's bankruptcy until liquidation and to ensure that the insurance company has paid all its obligations to creditors.

Libraries play an important role in determining how the academic climate in schools is formed. To maximize scientific activities, the library is organized as a hierarchical system with many purposes and functions. The main reason why the goals and functions of libraries cannot be implemented effectively is because most of the school libraries in Indonesia currently do not meet the demands, both in terms of convenience and selection of library materials. Therefore, steps must be taken to restore proper library operations. The impact of better library services on the reading interest of SMP Kartini Taman students was one of the topics raised. This project is just one of many that Kampus Merdeka is undertaking as part of the Teaching Campus initiative. The service period in 2023 lasts from February 20 to June 16. Serving at the Junior High School which is located on Jl. Ki Suryo Jati Utara, Kedungturi Village, Taman District, Sidoarjo Regency, is the responsibility of our team. Through the implementation of school library management reform initiatives, this program seeks to restore the function of the school library in accordance with its vision and mission. The planning stage (Planning), the organizing stage (Organizing), the implementation stage (Actuating), and the control stage are the first steps in improving the administrative services of the implemented school library. Collecting data in this service is carried out using a qualitative descriptive methodology which includes interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Based on the initiatives made and the findings, the children's enthusiasm for reading in class increased. Thus, efforts to improve library services are ensured to be successful and right on target.

This study aims to analyze the orientation strategy of the Surabaya city manufacturing industry. The method usedin this research is descriptive qualitative method. Source of data usedderived from secondary data through literature review or what is called a studyliterature collected by the researchers themselves through websites, journals, bulletins, for example taken from the Statistics Agency, company or organizational documents, newspapers and magazines, or other publications. Currently the manufacturing industry in Surabaya continues to experience increased productivity and business expansion after experiencing a decline due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This increase is inseparable from the increasing demand for an increasingly varied market, which has become a driving force for business players to grow and meet market needs. This is what is used in the manufacturing industry, namely market orientation, which includes customer orientation, competitor orientation, coordination between functions, and technology orientation. When a company is market oriented, it shows that the company pays attention to its consumers. Market orientation can be seen from customer orientation and competitor orientation. Customer orientation by researchers is placed as the highest priority in terms of providing superior values to customers.  

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of corporate governance mechanisms on financial distress with earnings management as a moderating variable. The population used consists of companies in the infrastructure, utility, and transportation sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020 – 2022. This study uses a causality study with purposive sampling and analyzed by logistic regression. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership has a significant negative effect on financial distress, while the audit committee has no effect on financial distress. Earnings management as a moderating variable weakens the relationship between institutional ownership and financial distress but is not significant. Meanwhile, earnings management strengthens the relationship of the audit committee to financial distress but is not significant. The implication of this research is that companies need to increase the role and function of supervision and audit committees to minimize the risk of financial distress. Although earnings management is not able to moderate institutional ownership and audit committees, companies still need to improve supervision, especially on the financial reporting process to avoid the risk of financial distress.

The dominant problem that requires special attention in the elderly is a decrease in health and a problem of poor nutritional intake which can be caused by a lack of knowledge or due to decreased functions of the digestive organs due to the aging process. Bivariate data analysis was used to see the significance of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable which was carried out using the Chi-square (x^2) statistical test. If Ρ=(0.05) > Chi-Square results then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning there is no relationship between the research results and theory. The results of the analysis showed that of the 36 respondents the majority had insufficient knowledge about a healthy diet as many as 18 respondents (50.0%), respondents who had sufficient knowledge about a healthy diet as many as 17 respondents (47.2%) and respondents who had good knowledge about diet healthy as much as 1 respondent (2.8%). The research obtained in Sumber Mufakat Village, Kabanjahe District, shows that the majority are elderly (60-74) as many as 20 respondents (55.6%), the majority have basic education (SD-SMP) as many as 33 respondents (91.66%) , the majority worked as farmers as many as 31 respondents (86.11%), the majority received information from health workers as many as 22 respondents (61.1%), the majority had less knowledge as many as 18 respondents (50.0%) and the majority had a positive attitude as many as 20 respondents (55.6%), where the level of education greatly influences a person's level of knowledge. This shows that the higher a person's level of education, the higher their level of knowledge. The majority of elderly people have less knowledge about a healthy diet, as many as 18 respondents (50.0%). preventing diabetes mellitus where the better the knowledge of the elderly, the better the attitude of the elderly in preventing diabetes mellitus in Sumber Mufakat Village, Kabanjahe District, 2018 with a p value = 0.00.
