Indonesia is a country known for its richness in natural, diverse and beautiful marine resources. Coral Reefs are one of the ecosystems that must be protected and preserved as best as possible, so that they can become a place to live for marine animals such as fish and others. Australia's also a country known for its diverse and beautiful marine ecosystem. However, both countries are experiencing problems, namely that coral reefs are not maintained, so Humans overexploit coral reefs and cause fatal damage to coral reefs and other marine animals. ICRI, as one of the organizations that can maintain and preserve the sustainability of coral reefs, can be a bright spot for both of the countries to work together to maintain and protect marine ecosystems very well.

This training focuses on efforts to develop the potential of Human Resources (HR) through entrepreneurship training in North Cikarang District with the aim of increasing the entrepreneurial spirit among the local community. Entrepreneurship training is designed to provide an understanding of entrepreneurial concepts, practical skills, and motivation needed to start and manage a business. Entrepreneurship training is expected to be able to change people's mindset to be more innovative and independent in creating business opportunities. The research method used is a qualitative approach by collecting data through observation, interviews, and questionnaires with training participants and related parties. With a participatory approach and structured training, developing human resource potential can be a key factor in strengthening the local economy and increasing people's entrepreneurial knowledge, skills, and attitudes, thereby strengthening their entrepreneurial spirit. It is hoped that this positive impact can contribute to economic growth and community independence and can be developed optimally to support local economic growth through entrepreneurial activities. 

Entrepreneurship plays a vital role in global economic progress and is the main path to financial independence and innovation. Amidst the rapid development of technology and rapid changes, new opportunities for entrepreneurs are wide open, but they also have to face various challenges that require wise management. This article reviews five important aspects for entrepreneurs in the digital era. First, the importance of recognizing business opportunities that arise from technological advances and digital market transformation. Second, the implementation of sustainable innovation strategies to remain competitive in the market. Third, managing risks and uncertainties in the digital business world. Fourth, utilizing technology to improve business operational efficiency. Fifth, the importance of creating a strong brand and building customer loyalty in a competitive market. By understanding and implementing these five aspects, entrepreneurs can maximize their potential and achieve sustainable success in the ever-evolving business world.

Toothpaste is an essential product for maintaining dental health, where fluoride is one of the key components commonly added. Fluoride plays a crucial role in strengthening enamel and preventing cavities, but the fluoride content in toothpaste must be adjusted according to age groups to avoid the risk of fluorosis, especially in children The literature review aims to evaluate the fluoride content in toothpaste analyzed using potentiometric methods with fluoride ion-selective electrodes (F-ISE). Through a literature review of five research articles published from 2014 to 2024, significant variations in fluoride levels were found. Some products met WHO standards (1000–1500 ppm), while others did not meet criteria, having either too low or too high fluoride content. The potentiometric method proved to be accurate and reliable; however, stricter supervision and regulations are needed to ensure product safety. In conclusion, it is important for consumers to understand the fluoride levels in the toothpaste they use and to ensure the selection of safe and effective products.

Entrepreneurship education in Islamic boarding schools (pondok pesantren) plays a strategic role in equipping students (santri) with relevant skills amidst the challenges of the global economy, particularly in addressing the persistently high unemployment rate in Indonesia, which reached 5.86% in 2023. This article explores how Pondok Pesantren Assuniyyah Kencong Jember taps into the creative potential of its students through an entrepreneurship education approach. The research employs qualitative methods to understand the dynamics of the entrepreneurship learning process. Through in-depth interviews and participatory observations, it was found that the integration of entrepreneurship education into the curriculum not only enhances technical and managerial skills but also encourages students to think creatively and innovatively in response to economic challenges. The findings indicate that a supportive environment, along with guidance from mentors and local entrepreneurs, significantly contributes to fostering an entrepreneurial spirit among the students. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of entrepreneurship education models in other Islamic boarding schools and strengthen efforts to reduce poverty through the creation of ethical and competitive new entrepreneurs.

One of the most important instruments in economics is the sharia market which offers alternative investment options in accordance with Islamic sharia principles. The purpose of this study is to explain the concept of the Indonesian sharia market, the mechanisms involved, and the potential and challenges faced during its development. The method used in this study is a literature study using qualitative descriptive analysis, namely analyzing various factors, laws, and current developments related to the sharia market. The findings of this study indicate that the Indonesian sharia market has experienced significant growth due to stricter regulations from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI). However, there are still several problems in this market, such as the lack of public understanding of sharia principles and gaps in available sharia products. Nevertheless, the Indonesian sharia capital market has a lot of potential, including the ability to increase public awareness of sharia investment and the various investment products available.

Hypercholesterolemia is one of the main factors that contribute to the development of life-threatening cardiovascular diseases. Bitter melon (Momordica charantia L.) is known to contain antioxidant compounds that have the potential to reduce cholesterol and triglyceride levels, making it an alternative natural treatment for hyperlipidemia.  This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of bitter melon juice in reducing triglyceride levels in Wistar rats induced by high-fat feed. This study used a true experimental design with a pretest-posttest with control group design. A total of 24 Wistar rats were induced with high-fat feed and divided into four groups: negative control, positive control, treatment group 1 (given bitter melon juice 1.8 mL), and treatment group 2 (given bitter melon juice 2.7 mL). Data analysis was performed using paired t test... A significant decrease in triglyceride levels was found in the groups given bitter melon juice 1.8 mL (p < 0.003) and 2.7 mL (p < 0.001) compared to the control group. Higher doses showed greater effectiveness in reducing triglyceride levels... Bitter melon (Momordica charantia L.) juice was shown to be effective in reducing triglyceride levels in Wistar rats induced by high-fat diet. These findings support the potential of bitter melon as a natural intervention to manage hyperlipidemia..  

This study aims to see the Improvement of Students' Understanding of the Potential and Utilization of the Digital Economy in Supporting MSME Businesses. Through this community service activity, we aim to improve students' understanding of the concept, potential, and utilization of the digital economy to support Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The method in this study is using Surveys and interviews. The variables used in this study are MSMEs, digital platforms and students. The results of this research activity show a significant increase in students' understanding and skills, which is reflected in their abilities.

Makassar New Port Port is an alternative port that is used only to accommodate containers that can no longer be accommodated by the Soekarno-Hatta port which has almost reached the maximum limit of container loads that can be accommodated. Even though this port has had a positive impact on the sustainability of the economy in Indonesia and Makassar, there are still several problems faced by this port. Such as the rejection made by fishermen who do not agree with the presence or construction of the Makassar New Port in Makassar because it interferes with their fishing activities. The port responded to this problem well by transmitting directly to the fishermen how to solve it. In this research, the author uses maritime diplomacy theory and international political economy theory in its creation. This research is also to obtain information about the potential and challenges of the Makassar New Port port.

This article aims to explore the opportunities of optimizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) in supporting adaptive, inclusive, and innovative learning in the Society 5.0 era. With its potential to revolutionize education through content personalization, responsive learning, and administrative efficiency, AI is the key to future education transformation. The research approach is qualitative through literature analysis and case studies, covering the implementation of AI in adaptive learning, educational chatbots, and virtual reality technology. The researcher's review of several studies revealed that AI not only eases the administrative burden on teachers, but also provides individually tailored learning plans and improves students' digital literacy. However, the integration of AI in education faces challenges such as resistance to change and disparities in access to technology. To overcome these challenges, the development of inclusive policies as well as AI-based training for educators is recommended, thus ensuring the ethical and effective application of technology, in line with the humanistic and future-oriented vision of Society 5.0.

This research aims to explore and develop the local potential in Lelamase Village to improve the creative economy of the local community. Through a community empowerment approach, this research identifies various potential natural resources and local skills that can be used to create creative products of economic value. Empowerment activities include training, business assistance, and marketing facilitation to encourage the community to produce superior products in accordance with market demand. The results of the study show that through the optimization of local potential and collaboration between communities, there is an increase in income and business skills among the residents of Lelamase. With a sustainable strategy, this empowerment effort is expected to become a model for creative economy development that is able to strengthen economic independence and improve the standard of living of the community in Lelamase Village..

Agricultural zakat is zakat that is paid after obtaining agricultural products and is obligatory in the Al-Qur'an and Hadith if the nisab has been met. With a nisab determined by the Department of Religion of 750 kg of rice and 1,350 kg of grain. With a percentage of 5% of the results where the land needs additional costs to be irrigated and 10% of the results where the land is irrigated without experiencing difficulties. The existing potential can be used in giving zakat, but it must be balanced with public awareness of the implementation of agricultural zakat. This type of research is field research which is descriptive qualitative research. The data sources obtained are primary and secondary data sources. Data collection through observation, interviews, documentation, invalidation of informants and using information such as books, journals, BAZNAS and BPS. After the data is collected, it is then analyzed by means of data reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The location of this research is in Nogosari Village, Pacet District, Mojokerto Regency. Based on the research results, the researchers managed to find that 1. The potential is 67 tons of grain or RP. Rp. 536,000,000 which can be used for agricultural zakat in Nogosari Village. 2. The Nogosari Village community's awareness of the implementation of zakat is quite good, but their understanding of agricultural zakat is still low, so they share some of their harvest as gratitude for the results they have obtained.

However, in some cases that occur in Indonesian society, health problems have begun to appear, such as diabetes, malaria, and so on. According to the analysis, the incidence of diabetes continues to increase every year. Furthermore, the plant extract that is used as a source of antioxidants is bamboo shoots. The incidence of malaria resistance has reached >25% so that several drugs such as chloroquine are no longer used as the main drug in cases of malaria. The purpose of writing is to analyze the results of a review of the pharmacological potential of plant extracts that are effective as antidiabetic, antioxidant, and antimalarial supplements. The writing method used in writing this journal is to use a qualitative type. The results of the study are that bamboo leaf extract provides effectiveness as an antioxidant. Furthermore, antidiabetic can be found in the extract of the butterfly pea flower. Then the extract of the moon flower leaf has effectiveness as an antimalarial. The conclusion drawn is that the use of natural plant extracts can be used as antidiabetic, antioxidant, and antimalariall.

This study aims to explore the potential application of artificial intelligence (AI) in financial accounting, especially in the financial reporting process. AI has the ability to improve efficiency, accuracy, and automation in financial data processing, as well as provide real-time information that supports strategic decision making. The research method used is a qualitative approach through literature studies and secondary data analysis from various relevant previous studies. The results of the study indicate that the application of AI in accounting can improve the efficiency and accuracy of the financial reporting process, while reducing human error. However, ethical and technical challenges such as data privacy and transparency in the use of AI are major concerns that must be addressed. The suggestions given in this study are the importance of improving the competence of accountants in the use of AI technology, implementing strict regulations to maintain data security and privacy, and continuous monitoring and evaluation of the use of AI in accounting. By utilizing AI optimally and responsibly, companies can gain great benefits in financial reporting while overcoming existing challenges.

Kehamilan merupakan kondisi fisiologis yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan seorang wanita, namun kehamilan juga dapat menimbulkan berbagai risiko dan komplikasi, baik bagi ibu hamil maupun janin. Setiap tahun, sejumlah wanita meninggal dunia akibat masalah yang berkaitan dengan kehamilan, persalinan, atau komplikasi selama masa kehamilan. Komplikasi-komplikasi ini, baik yang bersifat fisiologis maupun patologis, dapat berpotensi meningkatkan AKI dan AKB. Oleh karena itu, deteksi dini terhadap faktor-faktor risiko kehamilan dan pemantauan kondisi ibu hamil sangat penting untuk menurunkan angka kematian tersebut. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mendeteksi potensi risiko pada ibu hamil adalah dengan menggunakan Kartu Skor Poedji Rochjati (KSPR).. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman ibu hamil tentang pentingnya deteksi dini faktor risiko selama kehamilan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengisian KSPR pada 31 ibu hamil. Dari 31 ibu hamil yang mengikuti kegiatan ini, sebagian besar (58%) dalam kategori Kehamilan Risiko Tinggi (KRT), jumlah 18 orang.

Penelitian ini menganalisis kontribusi mahasiswa dalam mewujudkan kehidupan beragama yang moderat di Kelurahan Padangsari. Mahasiswa berperan sebagai agen perubahan yang berfokus pada penguatan moderasi beragama melalui pendidikan dan dialog lintas agama. Program pengabdian ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang pentingnya moderasi beragama dan mengurangi potensi konflik antar kelompok agama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi mahasiswa mampu mendorong terciptanya lingkungan sosial yang lebih inklusif dan harmonis, serta meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan nilai-nilai toleransi. Dengan demikian, pengabdian ini berkontribusi signifikan dalam membangun hubungan antarumat beragama yang lebih baik di Padangsari.

In carrying out this community service activity, the lecture method is used, namely through the technique of presenting socialization material, which was followed by a question and answer discussion between the presenters/resources and the participants. The low level of public awareness in participating in early childhood education services is due to a lack of information and heavy economic conditions/burden which means that early education is not a top priority for the community compared to food and clothing needs. This socialization activity needs to be carried out on an ongoing basis by involving various related parties (stakeholders), including the village government, mothers and PKK cadres, parents of children, the private sector and campuses so that they receive financial support, personnel and human resources to support carrying out similar activities. in the future. Previous studies have shown that red ginger has the potential to treat PCOS because it has been proven to be able to reduce serum FSH, LH and estradiol and testosterone, inhibit the cyclooxygenase pathway, change the pituitary axis, inhibit lipoxygenase expression in various animal studies. The purpose of this study is to prove the potential of red ginger extract as a regulator of anti-androgenic, ovulation, estrogenic activity and reduce insulin resistance. The research design used was for experimental research using a post-test-only control group design. And for the analysis of the potential bioactivity of red ginger extract as an immunomodulatory agent computationally (Insilico). Animal care was carried out in the Pharmacology and Biomedicine Laboratory and has received approval from the Ethics Committee. The sample used was a female Wistar rat on the 56th day of the experiment (after modeling). All treatments were given orally for 28 times. Independent variable = Red ginger extract. Dependent variable = Dependent variables are 1. Hormones: Testosterone, LH, FSH 2. ovarian inflammation activation (PPARγ activation and anti-inflammatory cytokines IL-4 and ROS, NFKB, TNF a. 3. Insulin resistance (insulin, glucose, HOMA IR) and 4 Lipid profile (TG, HDL, LDL, cholesterol). Control variables are: 1) Gender; 2) Age; 3) Strain; 4) Food and beverage intake; 5) Maintenance and care. Quantitative and qualitative research data. using parametric tests, namely One-Way ANOVA after meeting the requirements for normal data distribution and the same data variance. The One-Way ANOVA statistical test is continued with the Tuckey test to determine the differences in each group.
