In this Community Service Program (KKN) activity, the main goal is to strengthen social solidarity among the residents through the celebration of Indonesia’s Independence Day in Penagan Ratu Village. Social solidarity is one of the key factors in maintaining harmony and togetherness within the community. However, in today’s modern era, the spirit of cooperation and mutual assistance tends to decline due to individualism and people’s busy daily routines. Therefore, the Independence Day celebration serves as a strategic moment to revive the sense of brotherhood, unity, and social awareness among the villagers. This program was carried out with the active participation of all community members, including village officials, youth organizations (karang taruna), women’s groups, children, and teenagers. Various activities were conducted such as community clean-up (kerja bakti), traditional games, art performances, and a local MSME (UMKM) bazaar. The implementation method was participatory, emphasizing the active involvement of the community in every stage. The results of the program showed a high level of community participation, stronger social bonds, and an increase in the spirit of mutual cooperation. Moreover, the event brought a positive impact through the empowerment of local MSMEs. Thus, the Independence Day celebration was not merely ceremonial, but also served as an effective medium to strengthen social solidarity, fostering a more cohesive, respectful, and socially aware community in Penagan Ratu Village.

Sexually transmitted diseases remain a problem at the Puuwatu Community Health Center, where five cases of gonorrhea and one case of syphilis were found in 2024. Individual knowledge and attitudes toward the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) play an important role in efforts to reduce the prevalence of these diseases. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes toward STD prevention measures in the Puuwatu Community Health Center working area. The research design used was an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach. The research sample consisted of 91 respondents who were randomly selected from the community visiting the Puuwatu Community Health Center. Data were collected using a questionnaire that measured the level of knowledge, attitudes, and preventive actions for STIs. Data analysis was performed using the chi-square test to identify the relationship between the variables of knowledge, attitudes, and preventive actions. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the level of knowledge (p=0.000) and attitude (p=0.002) towards PMS prevention measures. People with better knowledge about PMS tended to have a more positive attitude and took preventive measures more often. These findings suggest the need to improve health education programs that emphasize the importance of accurate knowledge and a positive attitude in PMS prevention in the region.

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at PT. Kelola Jasa Artha Semarang, with work motivation as a mediating variable. Work discipline and organizational culture are considered important factors influencing employee motivation and job satisfaction. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 105 respondents working at PT. Kelola Jasa Artha Semarang. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression and path analysis to examine the relationships between variables. The results indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, organizational culture has a positive effect on work motivation, and work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, work motivation has been shown to mediate the influence of work discipline and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction. Therefore, improving work discipline and a supportive organizational culture can increase work motivation, which ultimately leads to increased employee job satisfaction within the company.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi penguatan human capital dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dan perencanaan karier karyawan di PT. Wang Bintan Konsultan. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi perusahaan meliputi belum optimalnya sistem manajemen kinerja, penilaian yang masih subjektif, kurangnya indikator kerja yang jelas, sistem insentif yang belum efektif, rendahnya motivasi dan disiplin kerja, serta lemahnya kerja sama tim. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, di mana data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem penilaian kinerja perlu diperkuat dengan indikator terukur (KPI) dan Balanced Scorecard, sementara kompensasi harus dikaitkan langsung dengan pencapaian kerja (performance-based system). Selain itu, perusahaan perlu menanamkan budaya disiplin, memberikan pelatihan rutin, serta membangun kolaborasi tim yang kuat. Strategi penguatan human capital yang terintegrasi dengan sistem pembinaan, penghargaan, dan komunikasi dua arah terbukti mampu meningkatkan motivasi, kompetensi, dan loyalitas karyawan terhadap organisasi.

Penulis menyimpulkan dalam penelitian ini bahwa. Penelitian ini merumuskan masalah tentang bagaimana remunerasi dan motivasi kerja memengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memastikan dan mengevaluasi dampak kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai di PT BGR Logistic Indonesia Medan. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 85 pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda sebagai teknik analisis datanya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa remunerasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan gabungan pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi kerja juga berdampak positif terhadap kinerja pegawai.

. Industrial Internship (KPI) is a form of student learning that emphasizes the direct application of knowledge in the workplace. This study aims to describe the procedures for employee competency development at PPSDM Migas Cepu as an effort to improve organizational performance. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that competency development at PPSDM Migas is carried out systematically through three main stages: identifying and planning development needs, implementing training programs, and evaluating outcomes using the CIPP, Kirkpatrick, and Kirkpatrick-Philips models. Training activities include courses, workshops, on-the-job training, and certification programs. Evaluations are conducted periodically to ensure program effectiveness and alignment with organizational needs. These findings highlight the importance of human resource management and supervisor involvement in maximizing competency development outcomes. The results of this internship can serve as a reference for designing training programs in similar institutions.

Akuntansi Pajak dan Kebijakan Ekonomi Digital 2025 Asosiasi Riset Ekonomi dan Akuntansi Indonesia

Economic growth is the process of increasing a country's production capacity to generate goods and services over a specific period, reflecting the income and well-being of its people. This research aims to analyse the influence of labor, exchange rates, and exports on the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of the manufacturing sector in Indonesia during the period 2010-2024. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) approach, using secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and Bank Indonesia (BI). The research results indicate that all three independent variables, namely labor, exchange rate, and exports, have a positive and significant impact on the GDP of the manufacturing sector, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) value of 0.9633 indicates that 96.33% of the variation in industrial sector GDP can be explained by these three variables, while 3.76% is influenced by factors outside the model. This research confirms that increased labour productivity, exchange rate stability, and export growth play an important role in strengthening the performance of the manufacturing sector in Indonesia. Therefore, policies focused on improving the quality of human resources, strengthening export competitiveness, and ensuring macroeconomic stability are needed to support the sustainable and globally competitive growth of the manufacturing sector.

Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem pemantauan berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja Mini PC dan pemeliharaan real-time di CV Permata Gemilang Jaya. Metodologi waterfall diterapkan menggunakanNodeMCU sebagai mikrokontroler utama, dilengkapi dengan sensor DHT22, DS18B20, dan INA219 untuk memantau parameter suhu, CPU, dan memori. Arsitektur sistem mengintegrasikan kerangka kerja Laravel dengan database MySQL, menghasilkan aplikasi web responsif dengan kontrol akses berbasisperan untuk Admin Pusat, Admin Regional, dan Teknisi Cabang. Infrastrukturserver cloud dengan konektivitas GSM cadangan memfasilitasi pemantauanterpusat di wilayah Ciayumajakuning. Desain sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) dengan diagram kasus penggunaan dan diagram aktivitas yang komprehensif. Penerapan sistem pemberitahuan otomatisdengan mekanisme peringatan berbasis ambang batas memungkinkan deteksidini anomali perangkat. Antarmuka yang dioptimalkan untuk selulermeningkatkan aksesibilitas teknisi untuk operasi lapangan. Validasi sistemmenunjukkan strategi pemeliharaan preventif yang sukses dalam mengurangiwaktu henti perangkat dan mengoptimalkan efisiensi operasional infrastrukturteknologi informasi.

The utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the workplace has expanded rapidly, focusing not only on improving efficiency but also on strengthening human resource capacity. This review article aims to analyze the contribution of AI in supporting the development of soft skills and the formation of adaptive professional personalities. The method employed is a literature review of academic publications related to the use of AI in developing nontechnical competencies. The findings indicate that AI has been proven to enhance efficiency and productivity through the automation of routine tasks, faster data analysis, and more precise decision-making support. However, the success of AI implementation does not lie in replacing human roles but rather in harmonizing the functions of machine intelligence with the unique abilities of humans, such as empathy, intuition, creativity, and ethical reasoning. Human–AI collaboration emerges as a key approach to ensuring that technology remains human-centered, enabling digital transformation to proceed ethically, inclusively, and sustainably. Additional findings show that AI is capable of providing personalized learning, real-time feedback, and contextual simulations that effectively train communication, collaboration, problem-solving, creativity, and critical thinking skills. Human-centered AI integration also supports the development of professional personalities that are adaptive and responsive to change.

Latar Belakang: Pendekatan kewirausahaan sosial yang diterapkan dalam proyek ini mencerminkan sinergi antara inovasi, kepedulian sosial, dan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Dengan memberdayakan masyarakat lansia untuk menciptakan produk yang bermanfaat, kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada tercapainya beberapa tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan (SDGs), seperti pengurangan limbah, pengentasan kemiskinan, dan pemberdayaan komunitas. Tujuan: Mengurangi limbah plastik serta meningkatkan keterampilan dan kemandirian ekonomi lansia melalui pembuatan gantungan kunci berbahan dasar limbah plastik. Metode: Pemberdayaan Masyarakat ini melibatkan warga Panti Perlindungan dan Rehabilitasi Sosial Lanjut Usia “Budi Sejahtera” Martapura. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan yang komprehensif berupa pelatihan partisipatif dengan tahapan pengumpulan bahan baku dari masyarakat, penyediaan peralatan, pembentukan tim kerja, serta pelatihan kewirausahaan yang meliputi edukasi kepada lansia mengenai pentingnya daur ulang sampah, proses pemilahan, pembersihan, pemotongan, pencampuran resin, pencetakan, hingga finishing produk gantungan kunci. Hasil: Adanya peningkatan keterampilan dalam mengolah limbah menjadi produk bernilai, serta terbukanya peluang ekonomi melalui penjualan produk. Dari sisi sosial, kegiatan ini memperkuat rasa kebersamaan dan meningkatkan kepercayaan diri lansia, sementara dari sisi lingkungan, berkontribusi nyata dalam pengurangan sampah plastik dan pencemaran lingkungan. Kesimpulan: kegiatan sociopreneur ini membuktikan bahwa melalui pendekatan inovatif berbasis partisipasi, lansia dapat diberdayakan untuk menghasilkan karya yang bermanfaat, ramah lingkungan, sekaligus bernilai ekonomi.

Latar Belakang: Remaja merupakan masa peralihan dari anak-anak ke masa menuju dewasa dan selama perubahan tersebut akan ada terjadi perubahan baik secara hormonal, fisik, perilaku serta hubungan sosial. Kekerasan verbal dapat terjadi dimana saja, baik di lingkungan kerja, lingkungan rumah, sesama teman, maupun kedua orangtua terhadap anaknya. Kekerasan verbal tentu bukanlah hal yang dapat dinormalisasi dalam kehidupan. Kekerasan verbal merupakan kekerasan yang dilakukan dengan kata-kata kasar, hinaan, umpatan, olok kan, dan perkataan lain yang membuat lawan bicara marah, tersinggung, atau emosi. Studi pendahuluan pada remaja usia 12-15 tahun dari 5 anak (100%) tersebut semuanya sering menggunakan kata tidak baik, seperti anjay, resek, brengsek, kimey. Tujuan: peningkatan pengetahuan dan penerapan komunikasi verbal dan non verbal yang digunakan kelompok remaja usia 12-15 tahun Metode: Pengabdian masayarakt ini menggunakan motode ceramah dengan bentuk penyuluhan kesehatan Hasil: Penyuluhan yang dilakukan pada remaja yang awalnya sekitar 87% mereka kurang faham jenis komunikasi verbal dan non verbal yang baik dan benar untuk komunikasi sehari-hari, selama ini komunikasi yang digunakan dengan teman merupakan kata-kata umum dikalangan remaja sehingga menganggap kata-kata tersebut hal biasa menjadi 95% mengerti, bisa menerapkan komunikasi verbal dan non verbal yang baik, remaja mengerti bahwa kata-kata selama ini yang mereka ucapkan termasuk tindakan bullying. Kesimpulan: Komunikasi merupakan hal yang mempengaruhi tumbuh kembang anak remaja dalam menjalani kehidupan menuju dewasa nanti. Komunikasi yang baik akan memberikan dampak yang baik pula demikian sebaliknya jika komunikasi tidak baik maka akan terbawa hingga dewasa

Latar Belakang: Hipertensi merupakan penyakit kronis yang prevalensinya tinggi pada kelompok lanjut usia serta berperan signifikan dalam timbulnya komplikasi kardiovaskular. Salah satu faktor risiko yang dapat dimodifikasi dalam penatalaksanaan hipertensi adalah rendahnya tingkat aktivitas fisik. Tujuan: untuk memberdayakan lansia dalam melakukan aktivitas fisik dalam menurunkan tekanan darah pada lansia dengan hipertensi. Metode: pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat berupa pembelian Latihan fisik pada lansia dengan tujuan menurunkan tekanan darah yang terdiri dari tahap I: sharing materi perihal pentingnya aktivitas fisik terhadap tekanan darah sebanyak 1 kali pertemuan dan tahap II berupa kegiatan pelatihan aktivitas fisik berupa senam lansia 1 hari seklai dilakukan selama 3 kali seminggu dan diukur tekanan darah sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan senam lansia. Hasil: kegiatan ini menghasilkan meningkatnya pengetahuan lansia perihal pentingnya aktivitas fisik berupa senam lansia terhadpa tekanan darah dan menurunnya tekanan darah pada lansia yang menderita hipertensi. Kesimpulan: lansia dengan hipertensi sudah mampu melakukan aktivitas fisik untuk menurunkan tekanan darah dan mempraktekkan senam lansia secara mandiri ataupun golongan (secara bersama-sama dengan lansia yang lain).

Magang Industri (KPI) berfungsi sebagai media bagi siswa untuk menerapkan pengetahuan akademis ke dalam lingkungan kerja nyata, khususnya melalui keterlibatan dalam proses rekrutmen. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Asri Dharma Sejahtera, sebuah perusahaan milik daerah di sektor minyak dan gas, di mana Divisi Sumber Daya Manusia memainkan peran strategis dalam mendukung operasi. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi tahapan rekrutmen dan mentransmisikan efektivitas metode yang diterapkan. Data dikumpulkan secara kualitatif melalui wawancara dengan staf SDM dan observasi langsung terhadap kegiatan rekrutmen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. ADS menerapkan proses rekrutmen yang sistematis, mulai dari perencanaan tenaga kerja, pengumuman lowongan pekerjaan, penyaringan aplikasi, tes, dan wawancara. Dua metode utama yang digunakan: bursa kerja dan platform dare, masing-masing dengan kelebihan dan keterbatasan yang berbeda. Bursa kerja efektif untuk interaksi pribadi dan merek pemberitaan kerja, sementara platform berani menawarkan jangkauan yang lebih luas dan efisiensi yang lebih besar. Kesimpulan menyimpulkan bahwa strategi rekrutmen hybrid mengoptimalkan kekuatan kedua metode, menghasilkan proses rekrutmen yang lebih efektif dan adaptif. Rekomendasi tersebut mencakup SOP pemeliharaan yang terperinci, penerapan sistem e-rekrutmen yang komprehensif, dan pelaksanaan evaluasi berkala guna meningkatkan transparansi, kualitas, dan daya saing perusahaan.

The company must be able to make the right policies so that the company can maintain its survival, so that the company can compete with competing companies and gain the trust of consumers. One of the important factors in achieving goals is HR (Human Resources) which has a very important role in determining the success of a company. This research aims to analyze the effect of work-life balance on job satisfaction and employee performance. This type of research uses quantitative research with a questionnaire instrument. The results of descriptive analysis show that all indicators of work-life balance, job satisfaction, and employee performance are in the “Good Enough” category, indicating that respondents' perceptions of work-life balance, job satisfaction, and employee performance still need to be improved. Validity and reliability tests show that the instruments used are valid and reliable. The results of structural model testing show that work-life balance has a significant and strong effect on employee performance (O=0.822; p<0.001) and job satisfaction (O=0.677; p<0.001), while job satisfaction also affects performance (O=0.367; p=0.006). In addition to the direct effect, there is also a significant indirect effect of work-life balance on performance through job satisfaction (O=0.249; p=0.011). Work-life balance improves employee performance, both directly and through increased job satisfaction, so companies are advised to create policies that support work-life balance in order to create a productive and sustainable work environment.

Industri portal lowongan kerja daring mengalami persaingan ketat, menuntut platform seperti Toploker.com untuk membangun brand awareness yang kuat, di mana iklan video menjadi strategi promosi yang sangat efektif. Namun, produksi video konvensional menghadapi kendala biaya tinggi dan waktu pengerjaan yang lama. Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) menawarkan solusi dengan mengotomasi produksi konten, mulai dari penyusunan naskah hingga personalisasi audio-visual. Penelitian empiris menunjukkan bahwa iklan video berbasis AI dapat meningkatkan tingkat engagement hingga 6–9 persen poin lebih tinggi dibandingkan iklan baseline dan meningkatkan efektivitas persuasi hingga 12,5% lebih tinggi dalam hal ekspektasi pendapatan. Untuk memastikan proses pengembangan konten video promosi yang menarik, efisien, dan relevan bagi audiens digital Generasi Z, penelitian ini mengadopsi kerangka kerja Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), yang mencakup tahap Konsep, Perancangan, Pengumpulan Bahan, Produksi, Pengujian, dan Distribusi. Tujuannya adalah merancang panduan teknis yang terstruktur untuk mengintegrasikan alat AI modern (seperti CapCut, Suno AI, dan Freepik AI) demi mengoptimalkan kualitas dan efisiensi produksi konten.

This study aims to comprehensively analyze the influence of workload and work environment on employee performance at PT Bintang Matrik Indonesia, Bekasi City, both partially and simultaneously. The background of this research lies in the importance of optimal human resource management to enhance company effectiveness and efficiency. An unbalanced workload can lead to physical and mental fatigue, reducing motivation and productivity, while an unsupportive work environment may decrease employee comfort and job satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative research method with the Slovin sampling technique and data collection through questionnaires distributed to company employees. Data analysis was conducted using classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression to examine the relationships between variables. The results indicate that both partially and simultaneously, workload and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Therefore, the company should pay greater attention to workload balance and create a safe, comfortable, and supportive work environment to improve employee performance and loyalty.

This research examines the importance of work ethic and ethics in the professional world, as a strong work ethic and high ethical standards serve as a foundational guarantee for individual success in today's competitive job market. The study aims to determine how integrity, responsibility, diligence, and professionalism not only shape a person's reputation but also directly influence the quality of work and overall productivity. In the dynamic modern professional world, integrity, responsibility, and diligence are not merely theoretical knowledge; rather, sound judgment is also essential for maintaining personal reputation and credibility. Furthermore, a positive work ethos and ethics are proven to be key factors for professional advancement and long-term career development. This case study utilizes a qualitative method, where information is derived from observations and verbal descriptions. By analyzing the relationship between ethos and ethics, the study concludes that strategic investment in these areas can yield greater opportunities, job stability, and enhanced professional satisfaction, establishing them as invaluable assets in the global labor market.

This study aims to analyze the influence of transactional leadership, servant leadership, and work integrity on employee performance at PT. Istana Argo Kartika (Sanken) Surabaya Branch. The research applies a quantitative approach with an associative design to examine the relationships among variables. The population consists of all permanent employees, and because the total number is limited, a saturated sampling technique was used so that every employee could serve as a respondent. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and later analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine both partial and simultaneous effects. The findings reveal that transactional leadership, servant leadership, and work integrity each have a positive and significant impact on employee performance when tested individually. In addition, the combined influence of all three variables also shows a significant contribution to overall performance levels. These results suggest that firm direction, supportive service-oriented leadership, and strong adherence to integrity can effectively improve employee outcomes. Therefore, this study is expected to provide useful insights for management in designing leadership development programs and strengthening human resource strategies.

Malaria remains a significant health issue in the coastal areas of Yapen Islands Regency, particularly among children who are at high risk of morbidity and mortality. To address this, a community empowerment and mentoring activity was conducted in Kampung Turu, the service area of Serui Kota Health Center, with the aim of increasing knowledge and practices related to malaria prevention through a community-based education approach. The program involved 60 respondents and was carried out in three stages: preparation, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. The interventions included malaria education, demonstrations on the use of insecticide-treated bed nets, environmental management, and training community health workers as education agents. Pre–post test evaluations showed an improvement in community knowledge and awareness regarding malaria prevention in children. The community empowerment approach was proven effective in promoting positive behavioral changes and enhancing the capacity of parents and health workers to carry out sustainable malaria prevention efforts. This program is expected to serve as a model for public health interventions in coastal areas aimed at reducing the risk of malaria in children.

The Legal Proficiency Practice Program II is an activity designed to connect the academic competence of students with the needs of work in legal institutions, one of which is the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law in Central Kalimantan. The main problem raised in this activity is how the optimization of student work competence can be achieved through direct involvement in the legal bureaucracy environment. The purpose is to provide a real professional experience, strengthen students' understanding of legal and administrative tasks, and form a professional identity as a prospective legal practitioner. The methods used include the placement of students with a rotation system in various work units for 30 days, observation of bureaucratic activities, involvement in substantive and administrative tasks. The implementation results show that the direct involvement of students in various work units can improve technical competencies, such as document management, meeting assistance, and information services, as well as develop non-technical competencies such as work ethics, communication, discipline, and time management. The internalization of PASTI values and the reflection process through the logbook also strengthens the formation of students' professional identity. Overall, the PKH II program is proven to be effective in optimizing the work competence of students and increasing their readiness to enter the world of the legal profession.
