Leadership in the Islamic perspective is a sacred trust given by Allah to humans as His vicegerents on earth to prosper the world and safeguard the well-being of the community. Leaders are required to possess key qualities such as honesty, trustworthiness, intelligence, and the ability to convey the truth, as well as being faithful, pious, just, professional, and responsible. The stories of Prophet Adam and Prophet David in the Qur'an illustrate the immense responsibility and the risks of succumbing to desires, which can be overcome through introspection and repentance. An ideal leader should use the Qur'an and hadith as guidance to achieve justice, welfare, and blessings for themselves and their communities, serving as a foundation for happiness in this world and the hereafter.

This article examines the theme "Between Worldly Lust and Closeness to God" through an analysis of James 4:1-10 in a contemporary context. The main focus of this article is to explore the conflict between worldly desires and the call to live in humility before God. Through text exgestion, it is found that disputes and dissatisfaction often arise from unsatisfied desires. James emphasizes the importance of self-surrender and humility as a way to draw closer to God, and warns us of the dangers of "friendship with the world" which can alienate us from deep spiritual connection. This article also highlights the relevance of James' teachings in facing the challenges of modern life, where individuals are often trapped in a cycle of ambition and busyness. By applying the principles of humility, repentance, and concrete action, individuals can find deeper meaning and purpose. As a suggestion, it is important for readers to do self-reflection and get involved in a community that supports the spiritual journey. The conclusion of this study is that although worldly challenges are very real, there is a path to achieving closeness to God through awareness and commitment in everyday life.    

The implementation of the education system is a major challenge for education to be able to maintain the quality of education and support the sustainability of the institution. Terry's POAC theory (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) is used as a conceptual framework to evaluate and improve the strategies that have been implemented. This study aims to analyze the strategies of Schools in Indonesia in improving the quality of education by using the POAC theory in each School. This study uses a qualitative approach with document analysis and library research techniques to collect data. Data are analyzed through background, discussion and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the POAC strategy implemented by several schools in Indonesia in improving the quality of education includes immature planning, ineffective organizing, inconsistent actuating, and inconsistent controlling. It was found that immature planning, ineffective selection of organizing, inconsistent implementation and continuous supervision are key factors in the lack of success of this strategy. The conclusion is that the POAC strategy in improving the quality of education in Schools in Indonesia has not been implemented properly. Well-organized steps, as well as the use of POAC theory, provide a strong foundation for achieving the desired educational quality goals.    

This study aims to analyze consumer desires and satisfaction with Mochi Crackers innovation products using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) approaches. Indonesia's food and beverage sector, especially snacks, continues to grow by creating innovative products such as Mochi Crackers, which adapts the traditional mochi snack into a modern product with a longer shelf life and crunchy texture. A survey was conducted involving 50 respondents from various backgrounds, using a Likert scale to measure the level of satisfaction and importance of product attributes. The results showed that the majority of consumers were attracted to this product because of its practicality, taste, and affordable price. Through the CSI analysis, a satisfaction index was obtained which shows the overall level of consumer satisfaction. Meanwhile, IPA analysis identifies product attributes that need to be improved to improve product quality and competitiveness in the market. This study provides recommendations to Mochi Crackers manufacturers to focus on improving the quality of packaging and promotion to strengthen the product's position in the market.

Leadership in Islam is based on the principle of monotheism, namely the belief that humans only submit to the leadership of Allah SWT. Leadership characteristics in Islam have their own characteristics because they carry out a big mission in conveying Islamic teachings. The Qur'an comprehensively regulates various aspects of life, including the concept of an ideal leader, which aims to create peace and prosperity in society. Islam sees humans as caliphs on earth, in accordance with the provisions of the Koran. This article aims to explore the verses of the Qur'an that discuss leadership, as well as formulate the goals and characteristics that an ideal leader must have from the perspective of the Qur'an. Some of the characteristics of an ideal leader identified by the author include: First, Al-Ilm (knowledgeable), and second, Mujahid (warrior). who always fights. Third, Mutay (someone who always makes sacrifices). Fourth, a caliph has potential, and is actually able to distance himself from desires in carrying out his leadership. Fifth, Mutajarrid (someone who has full and total commitment).    

To ensure the competitiveness and sustainability of community businesses, one strategy that needs to be implemented is to focus on packaging (product packaging) and product cleanliness. Denai Lama Village, located in Pantai Labu District, Deli Serdang Regency, is one of the tourist villages that has a traditional market that produces local products, especially in the food and handicraft sectors, so that it has its own appeal and can be a significant source of income for the local community. The main objective of this community service is to implement product marketing strategies through product packaging and cleanliness in order to support the desires of the community. In addition to conducting socialization to Traditional Market traders in the Denai Lama tourist village, namely Paloh Naga Market and Selayar Denai, a survey was also conducted using a questionnaire method to obtain data that would be analyzed descriptively. The results obtained were that 56 percent of traders in the Denai Lama tourist village, Pantai Labu District, had a final education of Elementary School or equivalent, with the majority of business actors being mothers aged 51 years and over as many as 44 percent, with approximately 16 types of merchandise, and There are 36 percent of traders who use banana leaves as their merchandise packaging.

Based on the explanation above, the author wants to study, explore and analyze the Theology of Deborah's Transformational Leadership Based on the Book of Judges, as a provision for our needs academically in our service as leaders.

This research was motivated by the desire to know the meaning of the words and terms in the song, which could become material for thought and reflection about life. The song Gala Sunflower tells of longing for someone who has died, and this research aims to understand the meaning of the words and terms contained in the song. Research on the song Gala Bunga Matahari to identify several things contained in the song, such as the various settings contained in the song, the meaning of words, the meaning of terms, and implement it as language and literature learning material. The research method used is a qualitative method from song sources using the note-taking technique. The steps used in understanding the song Gala Bunga Sunflower use hermeneutic techniques. This article aims to provide theoretical and practical insights into conflict management to support leaders and managers in managing conflict effectively in various contexts and provide a comprehensive understanding of conflict management through a literature review of the sources, symptoms, and causes of conflict. Conflict that occurs in an organization can hinder the achievement of desired goals, therefore conflict needs to be managed properly so that its impact can be minimized, organizational conflict can also be interpreted as a conflict that arises when the goal-oriented behavior of one group conflicts with or is threatened by the goals of another group. This study uses a literature study method to analyze various concepts of conflict management that have been put forward by experts. The results of the study show that conflict, whether in a positive, negative, or neutral sense, is an unavoidable phenomenon. The source of conflict can come from various factors that trigger differences and clashes between individuals, groups, or organizations. Conflict also occurs due to misunderstandings or incompatibilities between individuals or groups in an effort to achieve their goals, this is often referred to as a causal factor. The impact of conflict actually depends on its nature. On the one hand, well-managed conflict can improve the quality of decisions, encourage active involvement in discussions, and strengthen group cohesion. However, on the other hand, conflict can also drain members' energy, disrupt productivity, and cause hostility that hinders collaboration. The development of information and communication technology has significantly changed consumer behavior, especially in the smartphone industry. Samsung as one of the leading smartphone manufacturers, is ranked first based on data from the 2024 Top Brand Award. Superior product quality, positive brand image, and good e-WOM are estimated to play a significant role in influencing consumer decisions to make repeat purchases. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, brand image and E-WOM on repurchase intentions. The location of this research is in Tabanan Regency. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The population uses the Tabanan Regency community who have used Samsung smartphones, with a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Research Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, t-Test, F-Test, Determination and Beta Coefficient. Based on the results of the study, it was found that product quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions, brand image has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions, and E-WOM has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions. The suggestion that can be given by the researcher is that Samsung is expected to maintain product quality, build a strong brand image, and manage e-WOM well. This is an effective strategy to increase consumer desire and encourage consumers to repurchase.

Human resources are the most important asset in an organization/business, especially in an educational institution, so they are very important. It is important that existing human resources can be planned as well as possible to achieve the goals of the organization/institution. Careful human resource planning will ensure smooth operations. There are many effective and efficient human resource planning models, but effective human resource planning and effective intentions are sometimes not realized optimally, only limited to imagination and desire. just a hope. Therefore, this research was conducted to analyze human resource planning and find solutions to problems that influence HR planning at Mis Al-Washliyah Greahan. The research method used by researchers in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods using interview techniques, observation and document study. After the data is collected, classify, edit and present the data based on each data type. Before data is collected, it is first analyzed and checked for validity. The research results show that human resource planning is carried out through programs, activities, planning stages, including quality indicators or goals to be achieved in a process of improving the quality of education. This form of planning includes resource management which includes developing human resources, developing the learning process and increasing the capacity of human resources to improve the quality of education.

Customer satisfaction includes efforts to meet consumer needs. Consumer satisfaction is a situation demonstrated by consumers when they realize that their needs and desires are as expected and are being fulfilled well. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of relationship marketing, customer trust, and price competition on consumer satisfaction of Indihome users in Medan City. With a sample size of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) 24.0 for Windows program tool. The results of the analysis show that relationship marketing has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction. Customer trust has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction, and price competition has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous analysis show that relationship marketing, customer trust, and price competition have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction of Indihome users in Medan City.

This research aims to examine how the Papuan conflict from the perspective of emergency constitutional law. The perspective of emergency constitutional law in this study discusses more about the development of the Papuan case from time to time. We all know that the conflict in Papua has yet to be resolved. The role of the TNI and Police in maintaining defense and security in Papua makes its own attention not only in the national arena but also in the international arena. The method of data collection is carried out by means of literacy studies and laws and regulations and conducting qualitative descriptive data analysis to find out how the Papuan conflict from the perspective of emergency constitutional law. Both internal and external threats due to the desire of the Papuan people to separate themselves from Indonesia.

Vocational high school is an educational model that aims to prepare its graduates to work, be able to choose a career, compete and develop themselves, fill the needs of the business world and the industrial world (dudi), and be productive, adaptive and creative. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase entrepreneurial knowledge so that students are motivated to become entrepreneurs and provide skills training in compiling Business Model Canvas for students of SMK Kartini Surabaya. It is hoped that in the future students will become reliable and professional entrepreneurs. This activity was carried out by the FEB UWKS community service team and in collaboration with SMK Kartini Surabaya, from May 2024 to August 2024. Business development among young people is a growing phenomenon, especially in the creative industry and technology sectors. This research aims to explore the factors that affect the development of young people's businesses, the challenges they face, and the strategies used to overcome these obstacles. The research method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and participatory observation of 10 young entrepreneurs in Sumbawa. The results of the study show that personal motivation, such as love for the field and the desire to contribute to social change, is the main driver of young entrepreneurs to start a business. However, the biggest challenges faced are limited capital, lack of managerial skills, and difficulties in managing market risks. Digital technology is a major factor in overcoming these challenges, especially in terms of marketing and market reach. In addition, the role of mentors and entrepreneurial communities proves to be crucial for providing practical support and expanding networks. This research suggests the need to increase access to financing, more applicable entrepreneurship training, and more supportive government policies to create a conducive entrepreneurial ecosystem.

The type of research is Descriptive Correlation with a cross-sectional design, the research sample was 45 people, the sampling technique used the Total Sampling method. the results of the study showed that Based on statistical analysis using the chi-square test, a significant relationship was found between the level of knowledge of WUS and the use of IUD contraception at the Pagar Merbau Health Center, Pagar Merbau District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2023, with a p-value of 0.006 (p-value <0.05). The more knowledge a person has about something, the higher the level of knowledge of that person. Using the theoretical framework of offensive realism, the journal explores how Russia seeks to maximize its relative power in the region and maintain its influence in the former Soviet states.
