This study aims to analyze the employee training system at Toko Kue Hanania Food, particularly in improving product packaging skills and customer communication. Using the observation and documentation method, this research identifies that training is conducted through the On-the-Job Training method, where new employees learn directly in the workplace within one to three days. The results indicate that while this method is effective in accelerating employee adaptation, challenges such as lack of training documentation, limited trainers, and minimal evaluation and follow-up remain obstacles. Additionally, the company strives to manage training costs efficiently by utilizing internal resources and innovation in daily operations. To enhance training effectiveness, a more structured system is needed, such as the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and providing incentives for employees who demonstrate performance improvements.

This study aims to analyze the degree of employee compliance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) at PT XYZ, especially in the implementation of working hours. The background of this study was based on the findings of a discrepancy between practices in the field and the company's SOP provisions, such as delays in employees entering work and unscheduled return. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation of PT XYZ's employees and HRD. The factors that hinder compliance include lack of personal discipline, distance of residence, lack of supervision, and low understanding of SOPs. Failure to comply with the SOP has resulted in a decline in performance, administrative sanctions, and potential loss of company operations. Research results show that while companies have clear disciplinary enforcement policies and procedures, better strategies are needed to improve employee awareness and discipline in complying with standard operational procedures (SOPs). This study emphasizes the importance of improving SOP understanding through training as well as strengthening supervisory policies to create a work culture that is disciplined and compliant with applicable rules.

Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is an effort to provide safety guarantees and improve the health status of workers/laborers by preventing work-related accidents and diseases, controlling  workplace hazards,  health  promotion, treatment and  rehabilitation. Occupational Health and Safety efforts include workforce, work methods/methods, work tools, work processes and work environment. In the PTM room at the West Baktiya Health Center, the space is quite narrow due to the large number of patients visiting, so there is untidiness in the room even though the AC and windows are used. However, having 2 tables in the room makes the room increasingly narrow and difficult to work comfortably. This research aims to find out an overview of the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health in the PTM room. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with a case study design. The subjects of this research were 3 officers in the PTM room. The object of this research is the implementation of K3 and PTM rooms at the West Baktiya Community Health Center. Data was collected by participant observation and semi-structured interviews with informants. The risk factors for the PTM room at the West Baktiya Health Center, seen from occupational safety and health factors, are that it is quite clean, no animals were found that cause disease transmission such as cockroaches, rats and others. There are no occupational safety and health signs and standard operational procedures related to occupational safety and health, while fire prevention in the PTM room at the West Baktiya Public Health Center and the West Baktiya Community Health Center itself is quite good with APAR. There needs to be signs regarding occupational safety and health and SOPs regarding occupational safety and health, especially in the PTM room.

This study aims to explore the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) through the digital system "MyCore" in measuring and improving employee performance at Bank BRI Unit Sokaraja Tengah. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with key informants, observations of work practices, and analysis of internal documents (performance reports, SOPs). Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions with verification through source triangulation. The research findings indicate that the "MyCore" system integrates four BSC perspectives (finance, customer, internal business process, learning & growth) with specific performance indicators that affect incentives and career development. The financial and customer perspectives appear to have a strong emphasis, reflected in the direct impact on incentives and bonuses. The implementation of internal business processes is supported by standardization through MyCore and technology adoption. The importance of the learning and growth perspective is realized through regular training programs and bootcamp interventions for low-performing employees, which have proven effective in improving subsequent evaluation scores. In general, the implementation of the BSC via MyCore creates a structured, transparent, and adaptive assessment mechanism, encouraging productivity and professionalism. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of a transparent performance evaluation system that has a direct impact on career development and incentives, while also demonstrating the effectiveness of structured interventions in improving employee performance at the micro banking unit level.

Money in the Islamic perspective is understood as a medium of exchange and unit of account that must have real value and be used in productive and fair economic activities. In the theory of demand for money, Islamic economics has three main approaches. The mainstream school adopts the general principles of conventional theory with adjustments to sharia values, such as the prohibition of usury and the requirement for transactions based on real assets. The Iqtisaduna school, emphasizes the relationship between the monetary system and the Islamic social structure based on the values of justice and individual responsibility. Meanwhile, the alternative school criticizes the fiat monetary system and offers a concept based on intrinsically valuable money such as the dinar and dirham. The three schools also provide different views on the concept of money in circulation, ranging from an adjusted conventional monetary policy approach to a model that rejects a paper money system without asset support. This study provides a clear conceptual mapping of the differences and contributions of each school to the development of the theory of demand for money and money circulation management in the Islamic economic system.

Employee performance is a measure of organizational progress and development, and is the key to the success of human resource management practices. This study aims to empirically test and prove the mediating role of work engagement on the relationship between meaningfulness of work and ethical climate on employee performance. This study involved the use of Partial Least Square to analyse data collected from 51 employee of Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Gresik. The sampling technique used in this research was saturation sampling method. The results of this study indicate that meaningfulness of work and ethical climate have a significant positive effect on work engagement, meaningfulness of work does not have a significant effect on employee performance, ethical climate and work engagement have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The analysis reveals that work engagement fully mediates the relationship between meaningfulness of work and employee performance, and partially mediates the relationship between ethical climate and employee performance. A good understanding of the meaningfulness of work and a positive ethical climate in the organization encourages work engagement among employees. However, the mismatch between skills and employee job descriptions, lack of employee comfort in working and lack of employee experience in the work they do means that employees cannot provide optimal performance. Ethical climate can also encourage employees to act in the best way at work, meanwhile, work engagement can encourage employee spirit.

Religious moderation has become a serious concern for the government as it strives to maintain interfaith harmony in Indonesia. In 2019, the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia published a book entitled Moderasi Beragama (Religious Moderation). In this publication, it is explained that the term “moderation” is derived from the Latin word denoting “balance” or “moderation” and from the Arabic term wasath or wasathiyah, which signifies centrality, fairness, and equilibrium. To achieve this ideal, it is necessary to design and expand interfaith meeting spaces – especially those aimed at young people (Generation Z) from diverse religious and belief backgrounds. The Cinunuk area is part of the pastoral care of the Santa Odilia-Cicadas Parish in Bandung and is home to approximately 350 Catholic households living in close proximity to their Muslim neighbors. On several occasions, the Catholic community in Cinunuk has organized joint community initiatives, such as free medical services and the distribution of essential food supplies. Furthermore, the Catholic community has previously engaged in interfaith activities with the Gusdurian group and has maintained positive relations with both the Attamur and Azzakiyyah Islamic boarding schools in the Cileunyi sub-district. To further strengthen intercommunal interactions and foster a dynamic dialogue between the Catholic community in Cinunuk and their Muslim counterparts in the region, a collaborative activity has been designed to reinforce the moderate stance that has been consistently practiced.
