Refers to the Government of the Republic of Indonesia Regulation No. 7 of 2021 on the facilitation, protection, and empowerment of cooperatives and micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises. With this we from the team of lecturers of the Information Systems study program to implement from the government regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No.7 of 2021, for the preparation of business development strategies of SMEs in the utilization of technology. Utilizing digital technology to introduce its products and services to the public at large, especially among people with disabilities (Diskraf). This can be done either through online chat applications (Whatsapp, LINE, telegram, etc.), social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), online stores on various e-commerce platforms (Bukalapak, Tokopedia, Blibli, etc.), own websites, to the use of various applications or other business support software. ESQ Business School (STIMIK ESQ), with the University's tri dharma program namely Community Service, ESQ College of Management Science and Computer Science, the Information Systems study program provides coaching, strategy workshops, and information technology for the management of a business/business. This strategy direction can be used in the future by MSME managers/participants in carrying out their business or business processes. Therefore, if a business process performs the strategy and mastery of the Information System well, then the business will be successful in carrying out their business or business in the future.

Digital marketing has changed MSME players to continue to develop their business so that they are not left behind and are able to utilize this digital media, as an effort to market their products so that consumers are more familiar with the products produced by these MSMEs. Batik Tedjo is one of the MSMEs that plays a role in preserving written batik, which is one of the cultural heritages of the Indonesian nation. This study aims to determine how Batik Tedjo SMEs implement digital marketing and whether the implementation of digital marketing has obstacles. The problems faced by Batik Tedjo MSME players in implementing digital marketing show that there are problems in the form of a lack of understanding of social media operators at Batik Tedjo and the imbalance of consumer demand with human resources or a very minimal number of employees in managing Batik products which are quite a lot every month, reaching 200-300 pcs. The sample used in this study is the UMKM actor Father Tedi Sumantri Almargono, S.Pd. The results obtained from this study are digital-based marketing strategies carried out by Batik Tedjo to market its products using digital marketing. It is hoped that the growth and development of entrepreneurship can reduce the number of unemployed and increase prosperity. The entrepreneurial spirit of today's students has begun to decline because most students who have the mindset of wanting to work for a company do not want to create jobs. Entrepreneurship is the ability and willingness to develop, manage and running a business, including taking the risks involved in it to achieve profits, therefore an entrepreneurial spirit is very important for students. There are very few MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) nowadays due to people's interest in entrepreneurship and their lack of knowledge or insight into entrepreneurship.As for problems with MSMEs in Indonesia, such as weak business management capabilities, limited quality of human resources (HR), and weak access to financial institutions, especially banking. These businesses usually do not have a bookkeeping system, have difficulty expanding the business scale, and still have limited capital. Therefore, this independent entrepreneurship program can foster an entrepreneurial spirit and improve the quality of SMEs. The independent entrepreneurship program activities launched by the Ministry of Education and Culture are intended to study as well as exploring students' abilities to improve their entrepreneurial spirit and urging students to improve their entrepreneurial skills and make a positive impact on society.

This community service was conducted on Jalan Jembatan Merah I and Jalan Wisata Babarsari. The purpose of this community service is to improve the quality of financial record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and correctness, to provide an accurate overview of the financial condition of UMKM Siomay Indul and Gudeg Jogya Mak Karti. This community service is focused on enhancing the quality of the financial reports of these UMKMs through understanding and implementing proper accounting practices in financial record-keeping. With the provision of training and mentoring, it is expected that the stakeholders of traditional culinary UMKMs can optimize their business potential. The results of the community service indicate that improvements in transaction recording systems and a better understanding of accounting standards can significantly enhance the quality of financial reports, providing the clarity needed for better decision-making in business management.

This research highlights significant changes in consumption patterns and digitalization that pose challenges for businesses that are unable to adapt to these changes. Data shows that the majority of SMEs in Indonesia have not yet entered the digital ecosystem, one of which is business actors who are members of the Pandean Lamper Village SME Community. Therefore, promotional video training using the CapCut application is a strategic solution. This application is popular, free, and has complete features. Against this background, the research explores how to improve the digital marketing competence of SMEs through promotional video training. Aims to provide knowledge and skills to SMEs in digital marketing, so that they can utilize social media and video to promote their products. The benefits include increasing sales turnover for SMEs and contributing to academic development at Semarang University. This activity was attended by 28 people, with an age range of 25 – 60 years, the majority of whom are business people in the culinary sector. From the results of these activities, participants felt the benefits and were willing to persist in participating in the training activities until completion.

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are one of several pillars that support the economy in Indonesia. The aim of community service through the Merdeka Entrepreneurial Internship activity is to provide assistance to SME partners, regarding innovation menus, flavors, products, as well as marketing methods via social media. With this service, it is hoped that it can be a solution in improving the welfare of SMEs. The partners who receive assistance in this service are UKM Pejuang Rasa which is located on Jalan Semolowaru No VIII, Sukolilo District, Surabaya City, East Java Province. The methods used in this activity are interviews, problem analysis, production planning, production and promotion. Their Entrepreneurship Internship activities are carried out by approximately 4-5 people per group for a total of 30 working days. After going through the observation stage during the activity, a product was produced in the form of a smoothie bowl which had environmentally friendly paperbowl packaging to become an innovation related to fruit processing at Pejuang Rasa UKM. It is hoped that the results of this product innovation can increase sales and business competitiveness with other SMEs.

In recent times, there has been a notable upswing in the economic development of Indonesia. This phenomenon has prompted Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) enthusiasts to seek innovative brand marketing strategies to strengthen the visual identity of their brands. Madang Kebab Nusantara is a nascent SME operating in the food industry and is currently in need of a robust brand identity amidst a competitive landscape within the same sector. In my capacity as a graphic designer with a solid educational background, I am entrusted with the responsibility of cultivating creative ideas in visual design, including logos, packaging, and mascots, to establish a professional image for the client's brand. Direct interaction with clients enables me to comprehend the needs of SMEs, articulate concepts, and deliver design solutions that align with the brand's essence, ensuring that the client's brand captures the attention of consumers in the market.

A Cafe is a place to eat and gather with a more comfortable atmosphere, there are many cafes that exist and are developing in Seruyan district, giving rise to an increase in the economy and the government is expected to be able to help cafes in the Seruyan area, most cafes are managed by young people so that it can have a positive impact if they are in provide support from the government. Therefore the researcher created a decision support system to help related parties to choose the best cafe. This decision support system is designed to provide an objective picture of the cafes in Seruyan. The method used in this study is the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method, which is an SPK method used to select various objects that are used as the best alternative from the many existing alternatives, with the criteria used namely location, atmosphere, menu, price, service and cleanliness. With this decision-making system, it is hoped that it can help several parties, such as the tourism office and also the UMKM and industry cooperative services to become a source of reference if you want to develop SMEs and businesses in Seruyan District

The development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is one of the government's priorities, especially in Tebing Tinggi City. Known as an industrial city, it becomes an opportunity for the development of SMEs, which are the majority of the workers. The development of SMEs, especially "Culinary Clusters" that have high added value to economic growth, needs to be given greater attention to developed. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the business performance of SMEs in Batam City. The method used to determine the relationship between these factors uses partial least square- structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of data processing show that internal and external factors influence the performance of SMEs. External factors consist of government policies, socio-economic conditions, and culture, the role of related institutions has a significant influence on the condition of internal factors consisting of aspects of human resources, finance, technical production, and marketing. External and internal factors have a positive and significant influence on the performance of SMEs.

Halal SMEs in Pekalongan need to adopt a more progressive approach to remain relevant and competitive. Innovation is not just a concept but also an urgent necessity to enhance products, production processes, and marketing strategies. Halal SMEs in Pekalongan should view innovation as the key to improving their competitiveness globally. Empowering Halal SMEs through the Pekalongan Halal Special Economic Zone (KEK) should be the main focus in the strategic plan and regional economic development. This research utilizes qualitative descriptive research with an exploratory approach. It is also a type of literature study. The results of this literature review illustrate the importance of empowering Halal SMEs to achieve global competitiveness through innovation and collaboration. In the context of empowerment, crucial aspects include capital, education, training, and financial support, needed to enable SMEs to develop their production capacity and innovation. Furthermore, the Pekalongan Halal KEK plays a significant role as a facilitator of the growth of the halal economic sector. The KEK provides incentives, infrastructure, and strict regulations that encourage transparency and access to the global market for halal products.

The aim of this MSME training program is that the aim of entrepreneurial training is not to direct people or SMEs to create new businesses, but to help SMEs to see business opportunities and new markets by looking at them from a different angle. This different angle is more directed at the need for new innovations from businesses that are currently being run and ensuring business continuity. This activity can increase sales and profits, expand target markets, deepen customer loyalty, and increase competitive advantage (Perwita, 2021). The benefits obtained from this activity are for participants to gain knowledge and product promotion. Increased product orders from a wider target market will also be obtained. Apart from that, this activity also provides social learning for the implementing team, namely students. Students interpret the knowledge gained on campus by providing benefits to many people. Students also carry out downstream research and interpret knowledge for the progress of SMEs. Increased product orders from a wider target market will also be obtained. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR). From the results of the service, it can be concluded that this MSME training was carried out so that Konveksi Aura consumers would increase and expand from various regions. This MSME training uses Instagram media which will be filled with content and product videos. This video content is in the form of product manufacturing procedures, types of products produced, and profiles, pachaking designs. The content video is published on the durian village Instagram account.

The purpose of this study is to determine the application of company resource management and supply chain management at the Grand Pet Shop. In conducting an analysis of business partners, researchers used qualitative methods in the form of direct interview techniques with the owner of the Grand Pet Shop. The results found through analysis, Grand Pet Shop has implemented a supply chain process including planning, processing, storage, shipping and returns of goods then partners have also involved 4 functional areas, namely marketing and sales, supply chain management (SCM), accounting and finance, and human resources in running their business as well as analyzing the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is still not recommended at this time because there has not been found a suitability for Grand Pet Shop use due to the high cost and the Enterprise Resource Planning system is too complicated for Grand Pet Shops which are still SMEs, but do not rule out the possibility in the future.

The food and beverage business in Indonesia, especially the snack business, has developed very rapidly, players in this sector are not only dominated by old players who have great reputations in the Indonesian food and beverage industry, but are also surrounded by new players, imported products. , even now snacks produced by home industries or what are known as small and medium unit products (SMEs), have been distributed to the modern market, which is making this sector increasingly busy and congested. One of the traditional snacks available and consumed by Indonesian people is Rengginang. Rengginang is a snack usually made from sticky rice. Rengginang Udang is one of the processed snack products in Rw 06, Yosodadi Village, East Metro District, which was founded in 2020. Marketing management really needs to be understood by companies, so that they can take advantage of market opportunities by applying production concepts, product concepts, sales concepts, marketing concept, and social-oriented marketing concept. What needs to be done is to carry out a marketing strategy analysis which can be done through appropriate digital marketing to overcome these problems using various stages and analytical tools in the marketing strategy. It is hoped that the results of this marketing strategy analysis will be able to determine the right marketing strategy for entrepreneurs so that they can continue to survive and develop an appropriate competitive strategy to face all possible changes that occur in the business environment. Through digital marketing strategies, you can also create or open new markets that were previously closed due to limited time, communication methods or distance.

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play a crucial role in a country's economic growth. Therefore, lending to SMEs is an important element in supporting this sector. This study aims to evaluate bank performance in lending to SMEs, with a focus on efficiency, security and economic impact. This research methodology involves analyzing historical data from a number of banks that are active in supporting SMEs. Data includes the volume of credit disbursed, the interest rate applied, the credit approval process, and the non-performing loan ratio. Apart from that, the economic impact of credit provided to SMEs is also evaluated through business growth, job creation, and contribution to local GDP. The research results show variations in bank performance in lending to SMEs. Certain banks achieve high levels of efficiency in the credit approval and monitoring process, while others may face challenges in managing credit risk. The economic impact of credit to SMEs is positive, with significant business growth and job creation having a positive impact on the local economy.

The purpose of this study was to determine the Analysis of the Role of Amil Zakat Hidayatullah City of Medan in Improving Small and Medium Enterprises for Mustahik This study uses a qualitative research method. The research method used is in-depth interviews on research subjects, observation and documentation. As for the research location, namely the Amil Zakat Hidayatullah Institute, Medan City, the data collection used in this study was Interview, Observation, Documentation The data analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis, where the aim of this analysis is to describe systematically, factually and accurately the facts and the relationship between the phenomena being investigated. The results of the role of amil zakat Baitul Maal Hidaytullah in utilizing zakat through the Indonesian cart and mosque program by increasing SMEs in the city of Medan have yielded quite good results. Given that programs or activities to improve SMEs to the community will provide more ways or opportunities and knowledge to them, not provide fish or money as working capital. This research aims to empirically prove the influence of financial literacy and financial technology on financial inclusion, the influence of financial literacy and financial technology on financial performance, the influence of financial inclusion on financial performance, and the influence of financial literacy and financial technology on financial performance through financial inclusion of SMEs in Sei Semayang Village, Deli Serdang Regency. The sample for this research was UKM Sei Semayang Village, Deli Serdang Regency which was selected using the purposive sampling method. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square. The research results show that financial literacy and financial technology have a positive and significant effect on financial inclusion, financial literacy, and financial technology have a positive and significant effect on financial performance, financial inclusion has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, and financial inclusion mediates the effect of financial literacy and financial technology on financial performance.

In the digital era, the transformation of payment methods has become crucial to enhancing business efficiency and competitiveness, especially for street vendors in the Gelora Bung Karno (GBK) Senayan area. The implementation of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) among street vendors enables quick, safe, and simple digital transactions, supporting financial inclusion and reducing risks associated with cash handling. The QRIS awareness program conducted at GBK Senayan aimed to improve vendors' understanding of the benefits of digital payments, such as better financial management, reduced need for change, and increased security. This initiative included hands-on training, distribution of informative brochures, and direct practice to equip vendors with essential digital skills. As a result, 70% of vendors who participated in the program began using QRIS, and a positive shift in attitudes toward digital payment technology was observed. Primary challenges included limited technological understanding and unstable internet access; however, these can be addressed through ongoing technical support and assistance from technology service providers. With appropriate support, QRIS adoption among street vendors is expected to continue, enhancing competitiveness and ease for both vendors and consumers in the digital age.

Dalam era digital saat ini, platform perdagangan elektronik seperti Tokopedia dan Shopee telah menjadi sarana utama bagi pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) untuk menjual produk mereka secara online. Di sisi lain, aplikasi mobile memainkan peran krusial dalam meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan kenyamanan bagi penjual dan pembeli. Artikel ini membahas pemanfaatan aplikasi Android GAWAY sebagai alat yang mampu mengoptimalkan penjualan gerabah melalui platform-platform tersebut. Penelitian ini menggambarkan proses implementasi GAWAY dalam mengelola aspek penjualan, mulai dari pengaturan produk hingga manajemen pesanan. Metode analisis data melibatkan pemantauan statistik penjualan, interaksi pelanggan, dan tingkat kepuasan melalui fitur GAWAY. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan GAWAY secara signifikan meningkatkan visibilitas produk, interaksi pelanggan, dan akhirnya peningkatan penjualan gerabah di platform Tokopedia dan Shopee. Artikel ini memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya integrasi teknologi aplikasi dengan platform perdagangan elektronik untuk mendukung pertumbuhan UKM dalam ekosistem digital.

Increasing business value for MSMEs is no less important. This community service is carried out with the aim of increasing the business value of M-Prod SMEs which is engaged in convection services. The SMART Goal Setting concept is implemented to make M-Prod have added value and can improve its business performance in the future. This community service program takes the form of a tiered workshop with assistance to the MSMEs concerned so that they focus on profit, not just turnover. This community service is one of the efforts to increase the competitiveness of M-Prod SMEs in order to gain a competitive advantage. The problem faced by business actors is that the specific goals of a business are not measurable. Finally partners do not understand how goals are set and how to analyze a measurable goal. This is very influential in terms of business development, this will have an impact on profits.

Alongside the advancement of information technology, the marketing industry has grown pretty quickly. SMEs today have to implement new marketing techniques to promote their goods in the digital age. MSMEs exist in Segaran Village, Klaten, aswell. SMEs have the potential to succeed in Segaran Klaten Village because of the numerous artistic and cultural activities organized there. The issue, however, is that MSME players still have an inadequate understanding of the idea of digital branding. The community service team from UNIBA Surakarta provides digital marketing training for SMEs in Segaran Village as a result. This activity's implementation is carried out in stages. Through this activity it is expected to be able to provide an understanding of the function of digital marketing and have the ability to apply digital marketing. In the end, this activity is expected to be able to increase the economy of the people of Segaran Village with the role of digital marketing carried out by SME sactors in Segaran Village.
