Surabaya, a city with high population density in East Java, faces challenges in managing land for reforestation. To address this issue, the Surabaya Green and Clean (SGC) Program was introduced, focusing on greening and waste management. One of the proposed solutions is hydroponics, a soilless farming method that can be applied on limited land. On July 28, 2024, community service activities were carried out in Kalijudan Village, Mulyorejo District, Surabaya City, to introduce and increase public knowledge about hydroponics. This activity involved socialization and practical hydroponic planting with the participation of 25 residents. The program consisted of preparation stages, socialization, planting practices, and report preparation. Socialization included exposure to hydroponic theory and practical demonstrations, while each participant received tools and materials for home experiments. The planting method with rockwool has proven effective in supporting plant growth, while the distributed eco-enzyme provided dual benefits by increasing plant growth and reducing household waste. This program successfully introduced hydroponic technology and increased awareness of sustainable urban agriculture. Hopefully, this activity will be the first step in developing hydroponics and creating a greener environment in Surabaya.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran pembiayaan syariah dalam pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) pada PT BPRS Baktimakmur Indah, Krian, Sidoarjo serta mengidentifikasi kendala dan solusi yang dihadapi dalam implementasinya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT BPRS Baktimakmur Indah berperan dalam pemberdayaan UMKM melalui penyediaan akses pembiayaan syariah, edukasi keuangan syariah, konsultasi bisnis, dan pendampingan usaha. Jumlah nasabah pembiayaan UMKM dalam tiga tahun mengalami peningkatan, namun, dibandingkan dengan jumlah UMKM terdaftar di Kecamatan Krian jangkauan pembiayaan masih sebesar 34,53%. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan beberapa kendala dalam pemberdayaan UMKM, yaitu rendahnya jumlah UMKM yang memanfaatkan pembiayaan syariah, rendahnya literasi keuangan syariah, keterbatasan administrasi dan manajemen usaha, rendahnya pemanfaatan program pendampingan, terbatasnya kegiatan pemberdayaan, serta tingginya risiko pembiayaan UMKM. Untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut, diperlukan peningkatan literasi keuangan syariah, penguatan program pendampingan, pelatihan manajemen usaha, perluasan jaringan kemitraan, serta penguatan sistem monitoring dan manajemen risiko pembiayaan. Dalam perspektif ekonomi syariah, pemberdayaan UMKM melalui pembiayaan syariah tidak hanya bertujuan menyediakan modal usaha, tetapi juga mewujudkan kemaslahatan, keadilan, dan kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat sesuai dengan tujuan maqashid syariah. Oleh karena itu, PT BPRS Baktimakmur Indah perlu mengoptimalkan fungsi intermediasi dan fungsi sosialnya agar mampu memberikan dampak yang lebih luas terhadap pengembangan UMKM.

Management Community-based natural resource management and conservation is an effective approach in maintaining environmental sustainability and improving the welfare of local communities. This research aims to analyze the natural resource management and conservation strategies implemented by the people of Tanjungsari Village, Sadananya District, Ciamis Regency. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. The results showed that the Tanjungsari Village community has developed various local initiatives to preserve water sources, and manage tourist attractions in the village. The active participation of the community in conservation activities, support from the local government, and cooperation with non-governmental organizations are key factors in the success of this program. The study concludes that a community-based approach to natural resource management is not only able to preserve the environment, but also contributes to improving the economic and social welfare of local communities. In addition to management, socialization was held. The implementation of these socialization activities is proven to increase the understanding and skills of the community in managing tourism potential in a sustainable manner. In addition, support from the local government and active participation of the community are important factors in the development of curug lewi pamipiran as a leading tourist attraction in Ciamis Regency. This study concludes that institutional strengthening through socialization and training is an effective strategy to optimize regional tourism potential, improve community welfare, and encourage local economic development.

Dhuafa families are a group of families or communities with weaknesses in the economic sector so they must be helped. This group struggles hard every day against the poverty that plagues their lives and suffers increasingly severe economic impacts due to the high prices of basic commodities to meet their basic needs. Based on the analysis result, Ms. Citra, a resident of Sawangan Depok, is one of the poor groups who must be given attention and assistance. This service activity in the form of empowerment aims to improve the skills of poor families so that they can take better advantage of business opportunities through Takoyaki Business Development. By improving these skills, it is hoped that they can improve their economy by the problems they face and provide the support needed so that poor families can be financially independent and run businesses sustainably. This service method is carried out in several stages, starting with observing the condition of poor families, planning a program for empowering poor families, conducting a fundraising program, providing business capital assistance, and coaching poor families. This community service program show that empowerment activities help the poor family of Mrs. Citra, a resident of Sawangan Depok. Through the development of the Takoyaki business, this poor family seeks to improve the economy of Mrs. Citra's family.

This study examines the effectiveness of professional development programs for Indonesian language teachers at SMA 2 and SMA 9 Sijunjung in improving their teaching competence. The focus of the research includes analysis of improving teaching competence, student involvement, and creativity in teaching after participating in the program. The research method used included observation and interviews with the five teachers involved. The results of the study show that professional development programs have a significant positive impact. Teachers have experienced an increase in the application of innovative teaching methodologies and the use of educational technology. Student involvement in the learning process also increases, characterized by active participation in class discussions and assignments. The use of digital media such as learning videos and podcasts helps increase teachers' creativity in delivering more interesting and relevant material. In conclusion, professional development programs play an important role in supporting the improvement of the quality of Indonesian education, with positive implications for developing students' potential and preparing them for an increasingly complex future..

The purpose of this article is to determine the development of teacher professionalism in curriculum-based independent learning. The method used in this research is qualitative. Data was collected through observation and interviews with teachers. The independent curriculum implemented in various schools emphasizes subjects, including Indonesian. The support of professional organizations really supports teachers in their academic preparation to carry out independent learning. Teachers are trained in independent curriculum learning, the core of the independent curriculum, especially the Independent Curriculum, is present to complement the implementation of the Curriculum. The implementation of independent learning programs in various schools allows teachers to catch up in reading, writing and arithmetic. For students, an independent program can provide a solution to complete the program, before the program can be implemented in stages depending on the level of readiness of each school.  

The talent scouting program is an important strategy in recruiting and developing personnel to ensure that organizations, including the Indonesian Navy, have quality human resources and are able to face modern challenges effectively. This research aims to explore the effectiveness of talent scouting programs in the context of the Indonesian Navy to identify and develop potential talents. This research aims to evaluate the relationship between talent selection methods, information sources, supporting technology, and development programs on the quality of Indonesian Navy personnel recruited through the talent scouting program. This study uses a quantitative approach by analyzing data from 55 respondents involved in the Indonesian Navy's talent scouting program. Data was collected through surveys using structured questionnaires, and analyzed using statistical techniques such as simple linear regression to evaluate the relationship between the variables studied. The results of the analysis show that talent selection methods and information sources have a significant influence on the quality of Indonesian Navy personnel (beta coefficients 0.62 and 0.58, respectively, t = 3.75, p = 0.002 and t = 4.21, p = 0.001). However, assistive technology showed a less significant effect (beta coefficient = 0.35, t = 1.80, p = 0.087). The development program was found to have a significant positive impact on personnel quality (beta coefficient = 0.70, t = 4.55, p = 0.000). The regression results show that the overall model is significant (F = 6.21, p = 0.001), confirming the importance of the variables studied in improving the quality of Indonesian Navy personnel through talent scouting programs.

These distinctive values, including natural potential, plantation products, micro-businesses, tourism sectors, and arts, are important for regional existence. Carangwulung Village in Wonosalam Sub-district, Jombang Regency, has high natural potential such as durian, salak and coffee. Located in the highlands, the village excels in plantations. The tourism sector stands out with its beautiful environment and friendly people, making it an ideal destination for tourists. Plantation products are processed into high-value products through MSME businesses that prioritize quality. Arts potential, such as Gamelan, Jaranan, and Remo Dance, are also preserved. The community service program focused on the development of arts and tourism in Carangwulung Village, including the "Selepas Senja" art performance and tourism. The research used a qualitative descriptive methodology, collecting data through observation, interviews and FGDs. The findings show the importance of preserving and promoting local coffee culture and traditional arts to attract tourists. The eco-tour involved 10 UPN "Veteran" East Java students and the local community.

This article aims to enable learning to be more advanced and developed so that learning becomes more effective and efficient. In addition, Islamic religious education aims to develop attitudes and characters that are loyal and devoted to Allah SWT and in line with current realities. All educational institutions must be proactive, creative and productive in reading the phenomena that occur today. Therefore, the role of IT is very important here, creating a good design as a foundation for the advancement of information and communication technology, and adding Islamic religious education learning activities with materials and skills and practicing religion includes learning activities and mastery. But we must also be able to use a technical approach with learning methods using the internet programme "Moodle". Furthermore, the researcher will provide information regarding the type of research to be conducted, the time plan for conducting the research, and the class that will be the subject of the research. The results achieved are the process of developing IT-based PAI learning media, starting from the initial identification stage or the implementation of preliminary research to the final revision stage.

Developing literacy for children in Pasar Siborongborong Village aims to improve children's communication and social skills. The ability to read and write allows children to express their ideas, feelings and thoughts more clearly and effectively. Methods or techniques that are often used in developing literacy for children in Pasar Siborongborong Village include the Book-Based Approach, Reading Aloud and the method of using reading application technology. The service carried out not only succeeded in improving technical literacy skills, but also fostered a positive attitude towards learning and developed characters that support children's academic and social success. These results underline the importance of continuing literacy development programs and the involvement of various parties in supporting children's education.

Nowadays, digital technology is in great demand because it offers easy access to a wide range of purposes and activities, including enabling innovation to generate business. The world of marketing will surely be heavily influenced by the advances of technology, the digital world, and the Internet. Marketing-based applications or e-commerce become the medium of sale and purchase transactions only but some have features as a program regulating the financial management of enterprises. Bukapalak can help UMKM perpetrators for media development, financial loyalties and new business opportunities. This dedication focuses on the perpetrators of the UMKM Village of Wadungasih, Kecamtan Buduran, Sidoarjo district. This dedication involves socialization activities with the stages of surveys, observations, and core activities. This dedication finds a lot of UMKM perpetrators who lack understanding of digital technology innovations as the times evolve. The purpose of this dedication is nothing more than a form of effort to develop and evaluate the progress of UMKM in an era of globalization where digital technology or e-commerce is used.

This research discusses student character development through the implementation of a Quran reading literacy program at SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Pua. This program aims to improve students' understanding and skills in reading the Koran, as well as to form strong characters based on Islamic values. The research method used was an experiment with a pretest-posttest control group design, where students were divided into an experimental group that took part in the Quran reading literacy program and a control group that did not take part in the program. Data was collected through Quran reading comprehension tests and character scales. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The research results show that the implementation of the Quran reading literacy program significantly increases students' understanding of Quran reading and shapes their character in accordance with Islamic values.    

This project aims to develop and implement an attendance website for Prakerin (Industrial Work Practice) at SMK Assanadiyah Palembang to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of managing student attendance during the Prakerin program. The use of information technology is expected to facilitate monitoring. The methods used include needs analysis, system design and development, implementation and testing, training and guidance, and evaluation and improvement. The results of this project show that key features such as the attendance dashboard, daily reports, and attendance recapitulation facilitate teachers and supervisors in monitoring student attendance. Additionally, more structured student data management and comprehensive reports and analysis enable better evaluation of the Prakerin program. Evaluation of training performance through pretest and posttest with five users representing teachers, students, and field supervisors showed a significant improvement in understanding and skills in using the website, with an average pretest score of 70.78% and an average posttest score of 89.08%. The training and technical support provided ensure that users can utilize the system optimally. In conclusion, the implementation of this Prakerin attendance website has successfully improved the efficiency and effectiveness of educational management at SMK Assanadiyah Palembang.

Mentoring has proven to be successful in developing employees in various industries, such as mattress-making companies in Tulungagung Village. The extent to which mentoring can improve employee skills and performance in the mattress-making industry is the subject of this qualitative research. Research on mattress making was conducted through in-depth interviews with employees involved in the mentoring program. To find patterns and themes that emerged in their experiences, a qualitative approach was used to analyze the data collected. The results showed that the mentoring program had a significant positive effect on employee growth. Employees indicated an increase in their understanding of the mattress manufacturing process, more efficient work techniques, and better interpersonal skills. They also said that they feel more confident and motivated to do new things.

PT. Garuda Utama Persada is a company that provides security and loss prevention services to clients in related fields, mining, offices, housing, airports, power plants, factories, hotels, restaurants, banks, hospitals, shopping centers, warehouses and high-rise buildings. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of training and development programs on employee performance at PT. Garuda Utama Persada. The research was conducted for 3 months (April – June 2024). The data collection method was through interviews and questionnaires which were distributed to 105 respondents. The analysis method is quantitative statistics. Data analysis includes instrument quality tests consisting of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, t tests and F tests. The results of this research show that the training program partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t count 3.114 > t table 1.98350 and sig value 0.002 < 0.05). Partial development has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Garuda Utama Persada (t count 3.992 > t table 1.98350 and 0.000 < 0.05). The implication of the results of this research is that providing good training and development programs will improve employee performance.

KKN (Real Work Lecture) is a community service activity program carried out by students with a cross-scientific and sectoral approach at certain times and regions in Indonesia. Suli is one of the states in Salahutu District, Central Maluku Regency, Maluku Province. KKN students who have been placed in this location must mingle, adapt to the community and are required to create work programs obtained from observations in the community. The results of observations obtained in Suli are problems that must be turned into work programs to be carried out as KKN students. The work program which is the flagship program is Socialization of Financial Partners and Cooperatives (Empowerment of High School Children in Financial Education and Introduction to Cooperatives). This research aims to determine and describe the role of the Sighe Setangkai Art Studio in the development of dance arts in the Empat Lawang area, especially traditional dance and creative dance in Empat Lawang Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, while data collection is carried out using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Data analysis in writing research results consists of three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Checking the validity of the data using source triangulation techniques. The results of the research show that Sanggar Sighe Setangkai has a role in the development of dance in Empat Lawang Regency. The role of the Sighe Setangkai Studio in the development of dance in Empat Lawang Regency is carried out through studio activities related to dance production, training and performance activities. The role of Sanggar Sighe Setangkai in qualitative dance development can be seen from dance production activities. The role of Sanggar Sighe Setangkai in quantitative dance development can be seen from training activities and dance performances.

Literacy and numeracy are basic competencies needed by students to analyze reading and numbers in various contexts.  Based on the research results, it is known that the literacy and numeracy competencies of students in Indonesia are still very lacking. For this reason, the Ministry of Education and Culture, through the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy, is holding a program called the Teaching Campus, which invites students to contribute to strengthening students' literacy and numeracy learning, especially at the junior high school level. Students work directly to help schools, teachers and students according to school conditions and existing needs. The student activities in implementing this campus teaching program are prepared in the form of a RAK (Collaborative Action Plan). However, before that the students are handed over by the field supervisor to the school, then the students carry out school observations. Once they felt they had enough observation data, students created a RAK with the main target of developing the quality of literacy and numeracy. In line with this, students carry it out together with a team that has been formed by the campus teaching program organizing committee. All activities include teaching in class, calistung tutoring, garden improvements, green parks, Bible study, art lessons, literacy trees, reading corners, helping with administration in employee offices, student character training, mutual cooperation, morning cleaning, helping with daily pickets, and development Student talent is a program that the student team carries out during the assignment period at the placement school for the class 7 campus teaching program at SMP Negeri 1 Palipi, JL. The aim of this service is to create the Jago Silo MSME market (Jajani Tonggo Nglarisi Bolo) as a way to encourage the local economy in Bendogerit Village, Blitar City. It is estimated that the Jago Silo MSME market can become a center of sustainable economic activity that provides benefits for MSME players and society as a whole by involving various parties, including local entrepreneurs, regional government and the community. As a result of Jago Silo activities, local business actors feel that they have received greater financial benefits, which for their partners has contributed to improving their quality of life.    

Education has an important role in shaping individual character and advancing the nation. This research highlights the contribution of K.H. Abdullah Sa'id in the development of Islamic education in Indonesia, especially through the establishment of the Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School. The aim of this research is to identify the vision, approach and impact produced by K.H. Abdullah Sa'id in improving the quality of Islamic education. The research method used is literature study, with analysis of literature from various relevant sources. Research findings show that K.H. Abdullah Sa'id succeeded in integrating Islamic values ​​with modern knowledge, improving the quality of teaching staff, and creating inclusive programs such as scholarships and community empowerment. Its innovative and inclusive approach not only improves the quality of education but also strengthens the moral and spiritual foundations of students. The implications of this research underscore the importance of adopting the educational principles of K.H. Abdullah Sa'id to create an education system that is more holistic and responsive to the demands of the times. Further research is recommended to explore the long-term impact of this educational model and its potential for application in other educational institutions.
