The management of the Santri organization consisting of senior students at the Al-Mashduqiah Islamic Boarding School Kraksaan Probolinggo is a fairly important and potential human resource in leading the daily activities of all students at the Badridduja Islamic Boarding School in the Al-Mashduqiah Region. Its effectiveness and efficiency is highly dependent on the leadership of the ISMAH organization so that leadership and management training is very important for the administrators for self-development, training to become quality leaders and managers. This community service is carried out by implementing the PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach strengthened by field survey methods, analysis of problems developing in the field, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), SWOT analysis, direct action in the field consisting of mentoring programs in the preparation of organizational work programs. , assistance in the dynamics and sharing of organizational affairs, assistance in work evaluation activities, assistance in increasing the effectiveness of student discipline, and the implementation of a mini workshop program on leadership and management for organizational management. The results of this service contribute to controlling work program decisions that are not in accordance with the organization's SWOT analysis, Strengthening organizational HR work and increasing work understanding within the organization, Controlling irrelevant work programs and compiling feedback for further planning, Realizing a quality work culture that has implications for effectiveness and performance efficiency, and Improving the quality of understanding and understanding of organizational human resources theoretically and practically. This training is carried out by an organized team, by providing some materials and practices of leadership and management that have been planned for approximately 9 months. In addition, the team also accompanied the activities carried out in a planned manner by the management in order to monitor and evaluate the practices that needed to be improved so as to provide best practices for ISMAH administrators in carrying out their leadership and management tasks.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of leadership, job satisfaction, and self-efficacy. The method of this research was a quantitative survey method. We collected the data from a sample of the college of economic lecturers numbered 34 people using the research instrument of questionnaires. Analysis of the questionnaire used a 5-points Likert scale and a multiple linear regressions test. Research findings reported a significant influence on the leadership perception, job satisfaction, and self-efficacy of the lecturers' performing partially and simultaneously. This study contributed to head building participatory and communicative leadership in improving the planning, execution, and evaluation of learning to get the expected teaching competence. We suggest that higher education leaders always pay attention to the needs of their subordinates. Create a pleasant work atmosphere that can improve positive self-efficacy and job satisfaction.

The protection, welfare and independence of the elderly group is increasingly important in line with the increasing number of elderly people, welfare and the realization of an elderly friendly city in Surakarta. The Adiyuswo (Olderly) School in implementation in the City of Surakarta is closely related to the policy steps to realize an elderly-friendly city and the inclusive city policy that has been established by the City of Surakarta since 2006. The policy direction is contained in the Surakarta City Medium-Term Development Plan 2021-2026 with The leading implementing sectors are the Social Service (Dinas Sosial)  and Bappeda  as the coordinator of regional development planning.            The implementation of policies regarding Adiyuswo Schools (Seniors) is carried out in accordance with the direction of the policy on Lifelong Education through regular and planned non-formal education. This education is carried out in an equal and participatory manner. In this case, facilitators, mentors and health and social services are prepared through local institutions, either through the Elderly Committee, Elderly Forums in sub-districts and institutions in the village through fostering elderly families. The elderly school involves the target group, namely the pre-elderly population, the elderly group and other family members who take care of the elderly in the household.

The effectiveness of making a SIM is deemed to have to refer to Law no. 14 of 2008 concerning Public Information Disclosure and Standard Operating Procedures for Public Information Disclosure of the Police. It was explained that in the reform era every citizen has the right to seek, obtain, use and disseminate accurate information easily and quickly. The National Police of the Republic of Indonesia to provide information/public services to ensure transparent and accountable public information services from planning, implementation to publication of information through mass media. The effectiveness of the Service for Making a Driving License (SIM) in the perspective of service users at the Semarang Polrestabes Satlantas and about the effectiveness of making a SIM at the Semarang Polrestabes Satpas, we can know that service is a complete approach that results in quality service for the community/customers. Village development will not be separated from community participation because it is the primary beneficiary of development and becomes a development actor. This study examines exploring planning to participatory evaluation involving rural communities in evaluating village development programs. This makes it possible to provide feedback, monitor progress, and identify changes needed to implement development programs. The study used a qualitative approach, using primary data from interviews and relevant secondary data. The results of community research are included in village development planning through Musrembang. In the implementation stage of community development, they are also involved even though not all communities participate in the village development process. Participatory management in development in Liunggunung Village is in the infrastructure development approach and other fields such as health. The community is involved and contributes to infrastructure development and other fields. Community participation can lead to empowering rural communities, increasing their decision-making capacity, and strengthening social networks in communities. Communities involved in the decision-making and implementation of village development projects tend to have a higher sense of ownership of the project. The active participation of the community in village development has a positive impact on the sustainability of the program and the improvement of the community's quality of life. Community participation in village development is essential for sustainable development, community empowerment, and improved quality of life locally.

This community service activity is motivated by the importance of Strengthening digital communication capacity within environmental communities to support the sustainability of community-based environmental conservation movements. The MAT PECI Community (Indonesian Community for Ciliwung Care) as an active partner in conservation and education along the Ciliwung River still faces limitations in managing digital organizational communication, particularly in documentation, publication, and social media optimization aspects. This activity aims to enhance the capacity of community members in utilizing digital media as a means of communication, education, and environmental advocacy. The method used is Participatory Action Research with a participatory approach that involves the community actively from problem identification, planning, implementation, to evaluation. The program includes digital communication training, mentoring in social media content creation, basic photography and videography training, and the development of community digital publication strategies. The results show an increase in members’ understanding and skills in using social media, behavioral changes toward more structured documentation, greater awareness of the importance of digital communication, and the formation of a more directed organizational communication system. The findings indicate that strengthening community-based digital communication is effective in social empowerment and supports the sustainability of environmental conservation movements.
