The time management training for the Islamic Student Community aimed to enhance understanding and skills in effective time management to reduce procrastination and increase productivity. The methods utilized included capacity-building-based psychoeducation, material delivery, and practical exercises using the Eisenhower matrix. The intervention was conducted in three stages: initial data collection, material presentation, and practical training. Seven community members participated in the program. Evaluation results showed an average pre-test score improvement from 40 to 95.7 in the post-test, indicating the intervention's success in fostering more disciplined and organized behavior. The program is recommended for continuous implementation to support the capacity development of individuals and the community.

Urban farming is an innovative solution to the increasingly complex challenges of food security in urban areas. In the midst of limited green open space and narrowing vacant land due to urban development. Urban farming offers an effective approach to maintain sustainable food availability. farming, urban communities can optimize limited space into areas that produce a variety of agricultural products.The implementation of urban farming not only contributes to family food security, but also supports the creation of a greener and more sustainable urban environment. With a systematic approach and the support of various stakeholders, urban farming is proving to be a promising solution to address food security challenges in the modern era. The program also encourages healthy lifestyles and environmental awareness among urban communities.This community service program is a collaboration between UIN K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan Group 24 students and SD Negeri Kandang Panjang 10 students in implementing urban farming as a food security solution. This program aims to educate and introduce the concept of urban farming from an early age.

Economic independence is an important factor in improving community welfare, especially for youth in rural areas. Cibatu village, which has abundant human resource potential, faces challenges in the form of low youth access to skills that can be used as a source of income. This screen printing training and development program aims to increase the economic independence of Cibatu village youth by providing practical skills in the field of screen printing on textile media. The program implementation method includes theoretical and practical screen printing training, starting from the screen printing process to final production. The results of this training show an increase in participants' skills and higher motivation to start a screen printing business independently. Thus, this screen printing training and development is one of the strategic solutions in encouraging the economic independence of youth in Cibatu Village, which in turn contributes to improving community welfare

This study aims to determine the number of slow leaner leaners in inclusive primary schools. The method used in descriptive with a quantitative approach through observation, interviews, instruments, and document analysis techniques. The research subjects included all students from grade I to grade VI. The observation result showed that out of a total of 310 students, 28 students (8.97%) were identified as PDBK. Based on the result of interviews using the instrument, 16 PDBK (57.14%) were identification showed that most of the PDBK were in the borderline and mental detective categories based on the results of psychologist referrals. This research is expected to serve as a basis for schools in designing more inclusive learning programmes and providing appropriate interventions to meet the needs of slow leaner PDBK.

As a business activity in providing services to consumers and in the midst of increasingly tight competition, companies are required to provide services quickly and precisely according to the expectations of today's consumers who want smart services. Therefore, in an effort to motivate the performance of its employees, Singular Digital Printing provides rewards in the form of additional income to its employees in the form of incentives, the results of which have yet to be felt. Suryani (2019) states that incentives are stimuli given to employees with the aim of encouraging employees to act and do something for company goals. In this Community Service, the aim is to carry out socialization activities regarding the mechanism/pattern of giving rewards in the form of additional income in the form of incentives so that when implementing incentives there is a standard operational basis/guidelines, and employees know and understand their rights and obligations.  Incentives provided programmatically in the form of performance bonuses, awards or additional allowances have fostered motivation, loyalty and enthusiasm to be more productive and perform better in employees.

This training aims to improve fluency in reading the Al-Qur'an accompanied by students and lecturers through one of the Teaching Assistance KKN programs, namely training fluency in reading the Al-Qur'an at MA Darul Ulum Palangka Raya. The service process uses the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. Before the training was carried out, fluency in reading the Qur'an was still not fluent, this was seen based on the results of observations, namely when poets such as Habsyi appeared confident in singing poetry but when reading the Qur'an for the reading of the divine kalam the students did not have the courage so they gave it a try. go back to the teacher there who is more experienced. The results of training on students' fluency in reading the Al-Qur'an through joint Koran activities, which was carried out for 3 months using the ABCD approach, can be concluded that students' fluency in reading the Al-Qur'an increased with the training, which helped students overcome problems that makes you feel less confident, such as feeling that your recitation of Tajwid is not good enough or that you are less confident in your Koran songs, so this is where fluency training comes into play. Desa Bontomangiri, Kecamatan Bulukumpa, Kabupaten Bulukumba, memiliki potensi besar untuk mengolah biji karet yang melimpah menjadi produk bernilai ekonomi tinggi, salah satunya adalah keripik emping. Biji karet diketahui kaya akan kandungan minyak nabati dan asam lemak tak jenuh yang bermanfaat bagi kesehatan. Namun, pemanfaatannya selama ini masih minim dan cenderung diabaikan oleh masyarakat setempat. Para petani karet lebih memilih untuk tidak memanfaatkan biji karet dengan alasan kurangnya pengetahuan dan anggapan bahwa pengolahannya sulit. Hal ini mengakibatkan potensi ekonomi dan gizi dari biji karet belum tereksplorasi secara optimal. Melalui program pengabdian masyarakat, dilakukan upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat Desa Bontomangiri dengan pendekatan sosialisasi, pelatihan pengolahan biji karet menjadi keripik emping, dan peningkatan kesadaran akan nilai ekonomi biji karet. Kegiatan ini juga melibatkan ibu-ibu rumah tangga sebagai pelaku utama dalam pengolahan biji karet guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga. Selain itu, pemberdayaan ini diharapkan dapat memotivasi masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan waktu luang secara produktif dan menciptakan inovasi lokal berbasis sumber daya yang tersedia. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi terhadap masalah rendahnya kesejahteraan masyarakat, minimnya inovasi, serta kurangnya akses terhadap informasi teknologi. Dengan memanfaatkan biji karet secara optimal, diharapkan masyarakat dapat meningkatkan pendapatan, mengurangi pemborosan sumber daya, serta memperbaiki taraf hidup mereka secara berkelanjutan.    

This study aims to understand the role of character education in the formation of entrepreneurial attitudes in elementary school students. Character education is considered an important foundation for developing entrepreneurial skills, such as independence, creativity, hard work, and the courage to take risks. The method used in this study is descriptive-qualitative through literature studies, analyzing various relevant sources regarding the implementation of entrepreneurship education at the elementary school level. The findings of the study indicate that character education can be effective in forming entrepreneurial attitudes in students if implemented through integration into subjects, personal development activities, extracurricular programs and local content. By consistently applying character values, students can develop self-confidence, responsibility, and innovative mindsets that support them to become entrepreneurs in the future. This study provides recommendations for educators and policy makers to design comprehensive and applicable education programs to instill entrepreneurial character from an early age.

Approximately 151 million children under the age of five are stunted worldwide, with 55% of stunted children living in Asia and 39% of stunted children living in Africa. Based on the Basic Health Research Data (Riskdas), the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia increased to 36.8% in 2007, 35.6% in 2010, and 37.2% in 2013. Of this number, 18% were very short and 19.2% were short. Based on the 2018 Riskesdas data, the prevalence of stunted babies in Indonesia was 30.8%. Based on the 2019 Indonesian Child Nutrition Survey data, the situation in Indonesia is still relatively high, with a stunting prevalence of 27.67%. This figure shows that the stunting rate in Indonesia is still higher than in Southeast Asia at 24.7%. The results of the study showed that pregnant women's knowledge due to stunting, with an odds ratio of 9.1 (1.99–41.44), with a p value of 0.007 <0.05. To prevent stunting, an integrated and multisectoral program is needed to increase maternal awareness of child nutrition.

This research aims to determine the role of school principals in improving Islamic character through the morning tadarus program at SDN 1 Senduro. The leadership of the school principal is the main factor in creating superior competitive schools, through good educational programs. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods to collect data through interviews, direct observation, and necessary school documents. The research results show that a school principal who is effective in improving Islamic character through this program must have a strong commitment, good managerial skills and be able to build effective communication with teachers, students and parents. The morning tadarus program at SDN 1 Senduro has succeeded in increasing student awareness and understanding of the character of Islam. Students who actively participate show an increase in more Islamic behavior. Researchers also found obstacles such as a lack of time given, and many students were still indifferent to this program. In this way, the morning tadarus program at SDN 1 Senduro is felt to have succeeded in increasing students' awareness and understanding of the teachings of Islamic character values. And it is hoped that all students can become a generation of people who care about the character of Islam in their daily lives.

Andri Andriana Syatfle, Nim 148320719008 "DEVELOPMENT OF AN ELECTRONIC BOOK (E-BOOK) FOR EMERGENCY FIRST AID (PPGD) CLIMBING INJURY RISKS FOR UKM PA UNIMUDA SORONG EARTHQUAKE". Information Technology Education Study Program, Faculty of Exact Education, Muhammadiyah University of Education (UNIMUDA) Sorong. This research aims to develop learning media in the form of e-books which can be used as a varied learning media on Emergency First Aid (PPGD) material in the UNIMUDA Sorong Earthquake PA UKM. With this e-book learning media, Mapala Bumi members are more interested and active in learning. The research carried out by the author used the Addie model research and development (R&D) method in seven stages, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, product design revision, product testing and product revision. Learning media in the form of e-books, the material that has been developed has been tested through a media validation questionnaire with an average assessment of 81.25% categorized as very feasible, the first material validation questionnaire with an average assessment of 97.5% categorized as very feasible, and a questionnaire second material validation with an average assessment of 75%, small group trials with an average assessment of 86.3% which were declared very feasible, and large group trials namely: large group trials which obtained an average assessment of 94 .5% is categorized as very feasible. This shows that the media is suitable for use in the learning process.

This study aims to analyze the effect of population density on electricity consumption and evaluate the potential use of solar panels as a solution to overcome energy waste in urban areas, especially on Jalan Kapten Muhammad Jamil Lubis, Medan Tembung, Medan, North Sumatra. The method used is qualitative research with a literature study approach, which involves collecting data from various written sources, such as journals, books, and research reports. The results of the study indicate that the high population density in this area contributes to inefficient energy consumption. Factors such as people's habits in using electronic devices, less than optimal energy infrastructure quality, and increased energy demand due to economic activities are the main causes of energy waste. Solar panels are identified as a potential solution to overcome these problems. This technology is able to convert solar energy into electricity efficiently, even in areas with varying weather. In addition to supporting environmental sustainability by reducing carbon emissions, solar panels also utilize empty spaces such as building roofs, making them suitable for densely populated areas such as Medan Tembung. This study concludes that the adoption of solar panels, supported by government regulations, incentives, and community education programs, can be a strategic step in creating a more efficient and environmentally friendly energy system. Further research involving field trials is recommended to support wider implementation of this technology.    

The purpose of this study is to show how corporate correspondence, compensation, and job competition impact enthusiasm for work in a study at RSUD Sunan Kalijaga Demak Regency. This study involved 173 employees of RSUD Sunan Kalijaga Demak Regency, which consisted of 121 respondents selected based on certain criteria. The purposive sampling method was used for sampling. According to calculations carried out using the SPSS version 23.0 programme, correspondence, compensation, and job competition have a positive impact on employee enthusiasm for work at RSUD Sunan Kalijaga Demak Regency. Multiple testing showed that corporate correspondence, compensation, and job competition together had a significant impact on employee interest in job studies at RSUD Sunan Kalijaga Demak Regency.

According to the Indonesian Statistics Agency (BPS), economic growth in 2023 is estimated to remain strong in the range of 5.05% (yoy), this economic growth is better compared to the last two years considering that the government continues to optimize the recovery period from Covid-19. According to Sadono Sukirno (in Puspitasari et al., 2024) one of the policies to accelerate the development process is to increase government savings, the savings rate Economic growth can be interpreted as a process of increasing the value of output per capita in the long term. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Tax Revenue, Foreign Investment (PMA), Domestic Investment (PMDN) on economic growth in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach using time series data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency of Indonesia (BPS) for 2014-2023. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis using the E-views 10 program. The results of the study determine that tax revenue has a significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia, foreign capital revenue (PMA) has a negative and insignificant effect on economic growth, while domestic capital revenue (PMDN) has a positive and significant effect on economic growth.

This study examines the digitalization of the concept of Mawaddah wa Rahmah in the Qur'an and Hadith as a family psychology strategy to build harmonious households in Bucor Wetan Village, Probolinggo Regency. With a population of approximately 4,000 people, the village faces challenges in applying the values of love and mercy in daily family life. The research employs a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, involving in-depth interviews, direct observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that digitalization through Islamic value-based educational media, such as interactive videos and family education applications, plays a significant role in raising public awareness of the importance of Mawaddah wa Rahmah. These digital media are effective in improving communication patterns, managing conflicts, and strengthening relationships among family members. Despite challenges such as limited internet access and digital literacy, training programs conducted during the research helped address these obstacles. The study concludes that integrating Islamic values with digital technology can be an innovative and effective solution for creating harmonious and prosperous families. This approach facilitates social transformation that supports peaceful family life, especially in rural communities like Bucor Wetan Village.

The Human Development Index is an indicator of the progress of a region. Achieving development cannot be separated from the quality of people in a region. To see the extent of success in human development, the United Development Program (UNDP) has issued an indicator, namely the Human Development Index (HDI). HDI is a benchmark for achieving higher quality human development. There are three basic dimensions as a reference for measuring the Human Development Index, namely including a long and healthy life, knowledge, and a decent standard of living. This research aims to see the influence of Poverty, Gini Index, and Economic Growth on the Human Development Index in South Aceh Regency 2009 - 2023. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of a time series taken from the last 15 years sourced from the Agency. South Aceh Regency Statistics Center (BPS) using a quantitative approach. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that poverty has a positive and significant influence on HDI. The Gini Index has a negative and insignificant influence on HDI. Economic Growth has a positive and insignificant influence on HDI in South Aceh Regency 2009-2023.  

This research explores the implementation of Mater et Magistra values ​​in the local context of Ratu Rosari Fatima Kesatrian Parish, with a focus on the role of the Church as an agent of social and spiritual transformation. This approach is realized through diakonia services, community empowerment programs, and priority management that avoids consumerism. The Church combines liturgy with real action to address the challenges of poverty and injustice in its community, in line with the call to be a "poor Church for the poor." The research results show that this solidarity-based approach not only strengthens the relevance of the Church, but also has a significant impact in empowering congregations and local communities. This research recommends expanding empowerment programs, collaboration with communities, and regular evaluation for the sustainability of the Church's mission in serving the poor.

The plastic waste problem in Indonesia, which is the second largest contributor in the world, prompts the need for innovative and sustainable solutions. One proposed solution is the utilization of plastic waste into ecobricks, which are eco-friendly bricks made from compacted plastic waste. The training program in Jawisari Village involved socialization and practice of ecobricking, aiming to raise community awareness about plastic waste management and provide practical skills. The activity successfully engaged the community, produced ecobricks, and is expected to create a cleaner and healthier environment.

This research aims to analyze women's empowerment strategies to improve the quality of female journalists within the DKI Jakarta Indonesian Journalists Association (PWI). Even though the role of women in journalism has increased, significant challenges are still faced in efforts to improve the quality and competence of female journalists. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, which involves in-depth interviews with female journalists, Head of PWI DKI Jakarta, and women's empowerment experts and document analysis related to existing training and development programs. The research results show that empowering women through technical training programs, seminars, and mentoring has proven effective in improving the journalistic skills of female journalists. In addition, support from PWI DKI Jakarta in the form of professional networks, publication opportunities, and access to information resources greatly contributes to the career development of female journalists. However, gender stereotypes and lack of representation in managerial positions remain significant obstacles. The research recommends developing empowerment programs that are more focused on specific aspects such as leadership and media management and expanding the range of support to overcome existing obstacles. With a more comprehensive approach, it is hoped that the quality of female journalists can continue to be improved so that their contribution to the world of journalism can be maximized and positively impact society.

Good preparation is essential for English event hosts to perform effectively. At a minimum, they should be able to read texts in English with confidence. Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPA) "Nurul Yaqin" frequently organizes events to commemorate Islamic holidays. To further motivate students to engage more actively in their Qur'an studies, innovative activities are needed as part of these commemorations. Training students to become English Masters of Ceremony (MCs) can serve as a creative and motivational approach. This community service program aimed to train TPA students to host events in English. The program was conducted in-person and actively involved the students. The results showed a significant positive impact, as the students enjoyed the activity and demonstrated increased enthusiasm in participating.
