The purpose of this research is to describe the efforts to prevent White Collar Crime. The method of writing this article is done by library research. Library research is a series of activities related to library data collection, reading and recording, and research data management methods. The results of this study are efforts to prevent white collar crime can be done by cooperation between the community, government and law enforcement officials.

This study aims to provide an explanation of management processes related to actions and activities related to communication management carried out within the organization. This method uses qualitative descriptive methodology. Literature research methods are used. With this method, authors collect data using note-taking techniques to check relevant information, such as books, literature, and other library materials. Elton Mayo's theory of human relations was used in this study. This research gives results that the management process is to carry out communication activities systematically and organized. Since organizational communication is the way all members interact with each other, the existence of an organization is determined by their interactions. As a result, communication management must be implemented to manage these interactions. However, the implementation of management in organizational communication means aligning management functions, namely planning, organizing, directing, and supervising communication with communication within the organization. This function flows from top to bottom within the organization, in the form of tasks, orders, delegation, etc., to ensure that communication goes well and organizational goals are achieved.

This research aims to determine the impact of lack of transparency in regional financial management on local development and community welfare and accountability will remain a topic of concern in society. The public does not want acts of corruption to occur in government, because acts of corruption will not only be detrimental to state finances, they will also have an impact on hampering state development and reducing the level of social welfare. This type of research is a literature study. Library study activities related to methods of collecting library data, reading and taking notes and processing research materials. The results of the research inform that the phenomenon of non-transparency in the areas of budgeting, personnel, procurement of goods and services is certainly a fact that must be revealed based on the facts that can be observed and witnessed in various implementation of the main duties and functions of government employees. The cause of non-transparency in the various fields mentioned above is because there are factors that hinder the realization of transparency in the implementation of clean, authoritative and responsible regional government. Human resource management helps organizations achieve their short-term and long-term goals by aligning with overall business strategy. For this reason, the aim of writing this paper is to understand the relationship between Human Resource Management (HRM) and business strategy and provide an overview of good employee training and development to increase productivity in companies. The research method is qualitative with library study data collection techniques. Based on the study, it is known that the assumption of a close relationship between business strategy and HRM methods is based on contingency theory. This theory underlines that human resource management methods are chosen according to the type of competitive strategy adopted by the business. A well-crafted business strategy aligns with the core mission and vision and acts as a roadmap for profitability, competitiveness and sustainable growth. Training and development that influences employee productivity has increased the welfare of the company and also helped the company's prosperity by considering the planning and implementation of workforce training and development at the public level.

This research concerns the Institutional Management Policy of the Medan Area University Library Repository.The purpose of this research is to find out how the institutional management policy of the repository in the Medan Area University library. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach, datacollection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the background of the Institutional Repository in the Medan Area University Library is an effort to optimize library tasks in collecting, storing, managing, organizing, preserving, and distributing scientific work information, especially within the Medan Area University academic community. The institutional goal of the repository for the Medan Area University library is to collect (collect), manage, preserve, and open access (distribute) all intellectual works produced by the UMA academic community, both students, lecturers, and staff. The institutional management strategy for the Medan Area University library repository all librarians and employees at the Medan Area University library are involved in repository management, because little or not all human resources (HR) are involved, the library also carries out promotions by conducting outreach to students and also promotion through social media such as ig and fb, building library repositories using hardware (hardware) such as computers and software (software) made by outside developers, preserving library collections Medan Area University library providing external hard drives from CDs that have been given by students to the library then copied to an external hard drive.

This paper aims to find out the process of managing export and import documents by PT Adhigana Pratama Mulya Belawan branch, the process starts from before the arrival of the ship to the port of Belawan, the agent has prepared the documents needed by the ship in loading and unloading activities. The data collection method used by the author in writing this paper is the field observation method (field research) and the library method (library research) to find out more closely how the company PT. Adhigana Pratama Mulya Belawan branch in carrying out export and import document management activities. The problems faced in the process of managing export and import documents are frequent quantity differences that cause revisions to documents. Good cooperation and coordination between shipping companies and related agencies in the management of export and import documents is needed for the smooth service of handling export and import documents

This research aims to find out whether companies fall into the muzakki category in Islamic law. And to find out the basis of the company's zakat obligations according to Islamic law. This research was carried out using library research and paying attention to the field (Field Research). Literature study is a process of searching for various literature, the results of studies related to the research to be carried out. Literature study can be likened to a key that will open everything that can help solve research problems. The results of the research show that companies are included in the muzakki category in Islamic law, from the perspective of wealth that must be paid zakat, either as shakhshiyyah i'tibariyyah or as a substitute (representative) for shareholders. This is in accordance with Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 38 of 1999 concerning Zakat Management, Law Number 23 of 2011 concerning Zakat Management, and the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law. And including the decision of the Third Indonesian Fatwa Commission Ijtima' Ulama in 2009. Wahbah Zuhaili is of the opinion that factories and exploration buildings do not have zakat. The zakat is only on annual profits if it reaches the nishab syar'i and completes one year. And from the point of view of the group that is obliged to pay zakat. Namely Muslim, independent, fully owned, sufficient haul, sufficient nisab. So, a company is not a bukallaf that is burdened with various obligations, including zakat obligations. That the basis for company zakat obligations according to Islamic law is qiyas. Because in general, in corporate zakat there are similarities between activities carried out by companies and commerce, namely by selling or trading the products of a company. And because a company is essentially a business unit whose activity is trading which can take the form of a firm, trading company, CV, cooperative, PT and so on. because it is seen as based on trading or commerce activities. Tropical ocean tourism destinations are very common in Indonesian waters and are one of the main attractions for foreign tourists from abroad, especially for tourists who are looking for exclusive experiences such as cruise ship travel. This can certainly provide economic benefits to the Indonesian tourism industry and support the economy of the local community. However, it cannot be denied that the high volume of tourists in a tourist destination can affect the sustainability of the marine environment in the future. Through this research, the author will discuss the challenges of environmental incident management for tropical marine tourism destinations, with a focus on the incident of the Caledonian Sky Cruise Ship's collision with coral reefs. In this research, the author will focus on the obstacles and challenges that exist in the process of resolving the Caledonian Sky Cruise Ship case which is reviewed in various aspects, namely international and national law. By combining the methods of policy analysis, case studies, and library research, the author will identify aspects related to the Caledonian Sky Cruise Ship incident. In this research the author will discuss the Indonesian government's efforts in resolving the case and the various challenges that exist in the process of resolving the Caledonian Sky Cruise Ship incident

In this research the author tries to highlight the factors that influence the thinking model of the Islamic education system. For the author, the central issues are management, finance, quality and education. Apart from that, in this research the author used qualitative research methods. These approaches are described in more detail and classified according to research conditions. Apart from that, the author also uses library research methods. The results of this research show that: Educational financial management influences the quality of general education. The results of this research show that fund management is a process of optimizing existing funding sources, allocating existing funds and allocating them in the form of facilities and infrastructure to support the learning process in order to create a learning process that is much more effective, efficient and better. To achieve quality learning, education costs must be managed optimally and optimally. Therefore, educational financial management steps must be considered and made a top priority.

Abstract. For legal guarantees and legal certainty, the principles of justice, feasibility and propriety must be put forward and technically contributed to the accuracy of mapping to resolve the complexity of problems related to natural resources, in this case coastal areas and small islands and considering the chaotic regional problems, the president and the government to overcome this created a One Map Policy with a Map Accuracy Level of 1:50,000 Scale. This article tries to analyze how this one map policy is an instrument in ensuring legal certainty in the management of coastal areas and small islands. This type of research is normative juridical research. This legal research is carried out by examining library materials or secondary data alone. Secondary materials to be researched include statutory regulations and various judge's decisions that are relevant to this research. Normative legal research in this research will also include: Research on legal principles; research on legal synchronization; as well as legal history research. This research uses a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. In this article, it was found that there are still several problems in this case related to spatial planning which are still overlapping and sectoral in nature and policies related to detailed maps.

This article aims to review and attempt to inform about the concept of service quality management, value and customer loyalty. The research method used is qualitative and literature studies or library research. Based on the results of the discussion above, it can be concluded theoretically that to understand value service quality management and customer loyalty management requires several important things, namely a). For service quality management the values that need to be considered are: Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy, b). For loyalty management that needs to be considered, namely: Becoming a regular customer, Buying between product lines, Referring to others and Commitment to the company.

The defence and security of the Indonesian state is a very crucial thing in the practice of the state so that it requires a component of citizens to participate in efforts to maintain state security in addition to the Indonesian National Army (TNI) and the Indonesian National Police (Polri), the Supporting Component is needed in efforts to defend and secure the state but in practice the community thinks that it is contrary to Human Rights (HAM). The purpose of this study is to carefully examine and analyse the Establishment of the Reserve Component as a State Supporting Defence Viewed from a Human Rights Perspective. The legal research method used is normative juridical legal research method by conducting research on library materials and using a statute approach. The results of the research are that in the Indonesian constitution, the rights and obligations to defend the country by citizens have been regulated through the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, Law No. 3 of 2023 concerning State Defence, Law No. 23 of 2019 concerning Management of National Resources for State Defence, as well as the embodiment of patriotism in the state that can be carried out by a citizen who is then made by the Indonesian Government a state defence system in order to support national defence, namely by implementing a Reserve Component system stipulated in the PSDN Law and the formation of the Reserve Component is not an element of coercion or a form of human rights violation.

This study use a qualitative approach with the type of case study in Sekolah Penggerak SMP Bilingual Terpadu Junwangi Krian Sidoarjo. As for the data collection tehniques, used observation,interview and documentation tehniques. The stages in the data analysis use the stage of condensing data analysis,data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, checking the validity the data is through. Participation extensions source triangulation and technical triangulation. The result of this study are 1) The teaching materials LKPD (Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik) name’s ‘Alima arranged by crew MGMPS,The books have ISBN  from self publish of institution “Bendera Al Amanah Pers”, review, poetry, anthology, class mading and outdoor mading; 2) The education report, design budget of school, build the literacy organizational structure ,meeting literacy team and MGMPS Indonesia teacher and the literacy cost; 3) Organizing with literacy organization structure,The coordinator has responsibility wih headmaster’ SK,The communication with students of OSIS; 4) The implicationts are giving facility in the library or out library, the student must visit library and give a present to active student,the school have library car,ISBN’s book Publish’Bendera Al Amanah Pers’and overseas book,the class mading,MGMPS mading,race in the school and outside,assessment team,daily literacy,monthly literacy,yearly literacy,start a bookfair,education repot of teacher and rew 5) ard; The evaluations with education instrument of national assessment and evaluation with intern meeting and big meeting.    

This study aims to determine the cost of goods sold calculation of the room, how to calculate the activity based costing method in determining the cost of the room and to determine the magnitude of differences in hospitalization rates using companies and Activity Based Costing in the hotel The Royale Krakatoa. This study used a descriptive method that describes the actual situation existing at The Royale Krakatau, as for the techniques used to collect the data is Research Library (Library Research), field research (field research). It can be concluded, that the results of the calculation of the cost of the room by using the company for this type Standard room Rp 552,466, while for the ABC method for this type of Rp 447 271 standard rooms. From the results obtained can be compared to the difference in the cost of the room that the hotel management has determined Royale Krakatoa with the results of calculations using Activity Based approach Costing.dengan difference Rp. 105 195.

This paper aims to investigate the Implementation of the ISM Code on the MV Ships. Eastern Fair at PT. pelayaran Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan. In writing this paper, the author utilizes methodology, during the Onshore Practice, the author collects materials from field observation methods and library methods. This is intended to gain a deeper understanding of the Implementation of the ISM Code on the MV Eastern Fair Ship at PT. Pelayaran Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan. The ISM Code is an International regulation developed by the International Maritime Oeganization (IMO) to ensure the safety of ship operation and the protection of the marine environment. By integrating the principles of the ISM Code into their operations, shipping companies can create a safer and more efficient environment for both ship crew and onshore personnel. Safety onboard is a shared responsibility. Safety plays a crucial role in the overall operation of ships. Facts shw that as much as 80% of all accidents can be attributed to human error. Furthermore, about 75-80% of these human errors can be linked to poor management systems. Safety encompasses the ship, crew, cargo, and the marine environment. The Implementation of the ISM Code plays a crucial role in ensuring that everything runs smoothly in terms of safety.

Research results: (1) Time Dimension and Future Orientation The Time Dimension and Future Orientation, DPA Riau Islands implements strategies such as mobile libraries, library tours, socialization, the kacapuri application, and the OPAC system. (2) Internal and External Dimensions, strengths such as providing library cars, technology and digital facilities in attracting interest in reading. Weaknesses such as limited library car units, kacapuri application collections, and books that have not been recorded in OPAC. Opportunities and threats such as increasing and inhibiting knowledge in reading. (3) The dimension of utilization of sources, the allocation of funds comes from the APBD and APBN. Furthermore, facilities and infrastructure are adequate, although they need to be optimized. (4) Top Management Involvement Dimension, the head of service has conducted evaluation and supervision in the implementation of strategies and services provided. (5) Multi-field dimension, employees carry out procedures and are responsible for providing provincial library services.

In reviewing the literature to produce a scientific article, the author explores literature related to the topic and research problem, society and the research area, theories that have been used and produced by people related to the scientific topic, and research methods used in the study.

E-sport is a new electronic sport that involves competing in video games. E-sports is known as a sport that uses gaming as its field. Growing e-sports provides many benefits to players who want to become pro players or e-sports athletes. The form of legal protection that can be given to e-sport athletes is preventive and repressive, one of which is done through an employment agreement contract with athletes, so that the employment agreement contract can be a form of legal remedy in employment agreements related to wages. This study aims to determine how the legal rules apply to e-sport athletes regarding employment contracts. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method of empirical legal nature. The data collection technique or instrument used is library research by studying various books as literature, official documents, laws and regulations, results of previous research, and other literature sources related to the problem under study. The results showed that the most important and fundamental legal protection is contained in the employment agreement. This work agreement will be the legal umbrella for the legal relationship between the athlete and the e-sport team as the provider. The legal rules for e-sport athletes related to employment contracts are regulated in the Indonesian Electronic Sports Management Board Regulation Number: 034 / PB-ESI / B / VI / 2021 concerning the Implementation of Electronic Sports Activities in Indonesia and Law No. 11 of 2022 concerning Sports.

The result of this research is PT Sierad Product can overcome information security problems with information security methods of information, electronic security, physical security and procedural security in data processing and minimize vulnerabilities.
