PT ABC operates in the printing and publishing sector which produces magazines using a make to order system. The problem that often occurs is related to the fluctuating demand for SM magazines from March 2021 to February 2024. As a result of this condition, the company cannot estimate the amount of raw materials needed, so orders are made based on estimates only. This causes overstock, especially 1001 reams of 58 gram HVS paper. The research objective is to find out planning, inventory control, and ordering techniques that produce minimal costs. In this case, suitable methods to apply are Material Requirement Planning (MRP), lot size Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Lot For Lot (LFL) and Period Order Quantity (POQ). From the proposed improvements, the minimum cost with Lot For Lot (LFL) was IDR 2.320.000. So, costs can be minimized to IDR 93.260.746 or 98% compared to the method used by the company.

Self-confidence is built by knowledge obtained through an accessible educational process, one of which is through tele-education. The treatment given was in the form of education using the whatsapps (WA) application in group forums for classical education and private lines for personal counseling sessions. The research population is all pregnant women in Indonesia. The sample was selected using a convenience sampling technique. A total of 53 subjects were obtained through online media based on inclusion criteria, including: 28-39 weeks of gestation, declared their ability to participate in the tele-education program using the WhatsApps application, and had an active WhatsApps account. The self-efficacy of pregnant women was measured using the Chilbirth Self-Efficacy Inventory (CBSEI) questionnaire presented before and after the intervention. Data were analyzed using Paired T-Test. Most of the respondents were aged 31-35 years, housewives, had high school and university education, and were pregnant for the first time. Analysis test to get sig. (2-tailed) of 0.004 <0.05, and the value of tcount is greater than ttable (3.067> 2.098). Tele education affects the self-efficacy of pregnant women in facing childbirth.

In an increasingly competitive and dynamic business era, companies are faced with increasing pressure to achieve success. To achieve this goal, operational efficiency, effectiveness and consistency are key. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are present as an important instrument in guiding companies towards this achievement. SOPs are written guidelines that detail the steps and procedures that employees must follow in carrying out their daily tasks. A good SOP implementation helps companies ensure that every step taken by employees is in accordance with the set standards, reduces the possibility of errors, and improves the quality of the final result. However, awareness of the importance of SOPs is still uneven among companies, and many have difficulty in implementing them effectively. SOPs play a crucial role in improving operational efficiency, reducing the risk of errors, and ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards. By providing clear guidance to employees, SOPs help in minimizing confusion, speeding up workflow, and increasing productivity. In addition, SOPs also help in maintaining consistent product quality and ensuring compliance with production standards. The importance of operational consistency cannot be overlooked either, as consistency creates customer trust, improves efficiency, and creates a stable work culture. Effective implementation and management of SOPs are key in ensuring operational success. The implementation process begins with the identification of business processes that require SOPs, development of clear SOPs, employee training, and continuous monitoring and evaluation of SOP compliance and effectiveness. In the manufacturing industry, SOPs are essential in maintaining product quality, occupational safety and health, and supply chain management. SOP helps in maintaining consistent product quality, creating a safe and healthy work environment, and optimizing material flow, inventory, and product distribution. Overall, the implementation of clear and well-defined SOP in various aspects of operations is key to ensuring the sustainability and success of the company. By implementing SOP well, companies can improve operational efficiency, maintain product quality, minimize the risk of errors, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, enabling them to remain competitive in an increasingly complex market.

CV Cielofood Pratama is a beverage processing business with nutmeg raw materials, located in Bogor City, West Java. The company produces syrups with varying sizes of packaging. The multi-stage production process does not rule out the possibility of irregularities that could cause the product to no longer meet the quality standards we set. In general, business units have a profit goal for business sustainability, by seeking efficiency in operations in order to obtain profitable profits. Analysis of the data shows the difference between corporate policy and the results of the EOQ method. The company usually orders 25 kg of raw materials with a frequency of 120 times per year. However, the EOQ method recommends ordering 144 kg with a frequency of 36 times per year. In addition, there is a significant difference in the total cost of supplies, which is IDR 30,900,000 according to company policy and IDR 10,392,000 according to EOQ method. This study aims to analyze strategies in raw material supply as an effort for supply chain efficiency. Using the Economic Orders Quantity (EOQ) method Reduce storage costs, save space on both storage and workspaces, resolve problems and reduce the risk that raw material supplies may pose.

The management of state property in the current era is no longer just administrative, but more advanced thinking in handling state assets and being able to formulate the needs of state property broadly comprehensive accurately and definitely and think how to increase efficiency, effectiveness and create added value in managing assets in order to create orderly management of BMN administrative, physical orderly and legal order. One of them is by regulating BMN carried out at the XYZ ministry, namely through free BMN. This research aims to reorganize state assets that have not been handled properly so that the administration of state assets becomes better and is able to provide the maximum benefit to the state. Based on the review of the free application of BMN to the BMN Administration Regulation, it has a positive impact, one of which is by increasing the percentage of inventory of goods found by 85.4%.

This research was conducted to determine the economic quantity of raw material inventory and determine the amount of raw material inventory needed. This research is included in descriptive quantitative research using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. EOQ can achieve optimal inventory levels and overall cost reductions, thereby enabling businesses to achieve maximum profits. The subject of this research is the raw material inventory of Osha Snack Bogor. In using this EOQ technique, it can be concluded that cooking oil is the largest raw material inventory, which is 32.40% of the total inventory with an EOQ amount of 8485 liters. The next order of cooking oil should Osha Snack do when the inventory in the warehouse remains 38 liters.

The need for soybeans in Indonesia increases along with population growth, with demand reaching 2.7 million tons in 2023. Soybeans are an important raw material in the food industry, especially for processed products such as tempeh. This research aims to analyze the control of soybean supplies in the Bogor Regency Tofu and Tempe Cooperative (KOPTI) using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. The Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method was chosen because it is able to optimize the costs of ordering and storing raw materials. Primary data was obtained through interviews with KOPTI owners and employees. The analysis results show that the optimal order quantity is 333,371 kg with an order frequency of 4 times per year. In addition, the safety stock required is 82,252 kg, and the reorder point is 85,865 kg. Using the EOQ method can save total inventory costs from IDR 14,332,491.57 to IDR 910,102.39. This research suggests KOPTI to apply the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method to increase cost efficiency and maintain stable raw material supplies.

This research aims to determine the obstacles in managing village assets as well as regional government policies in overcoming obstacles to managing village assets. This research method uses empirical legal research with a sociological juridical approach. This research aims to produce compatibility between the policies of Abon Surya with the Economic Order Quantity raw material control method, namely the purchase quantity of the Abon Surya policy has an average purchase of 770 kg, for the frequency of purchasing raw materials for jack beans 5 times, for security and point supplies. There is no reordering policy with a total inventory cost of IDR 251,640. Meanwhile, the EOQ method has an average purchase of 1,313 kg. the purchase frequency is only 3 purchases, the security inventory is 90 Kg and the number of reorders is 204 Kg with a total cost of inventory required of IDR 173,254. The cost difference between Abon Surya and the EOQ method is IDR 78,386,417. This shows that there is a saving or reduction in the total cost of inventory needed if Abon Surya can implement the EOQ raw material control method. Apart from that, the packaging used at UMKM Surya Abon for shredded products still uses transparent plastic with stickers, which is less attractive to buyers. Therefore, a new design is needed to attract more buyers.

An accounting system that includes the organization of forms, records and reports that are focused in such a way as to provide information related to finance that is really needed by management to make it easier for company managers. A well-structured accounting system will also provide good meaning for management in managing its business. Every company has several accounting systems that are interrelated and work together to achieve certain goals. Inventory is arranged in staggered form (list/table), while the balance sheet is presented using accounts. Inventory is the basis for compiling balance sheets and annual financial reports. Aruna Cosmetics is engaged in trading various kinds of cosmetics, carrying out simple inventory records using a calculator and transferring them into books, which results in inefficient performance. When prices rise, the FIFO method causes too little effort and tends to overvalue inventory assets compared to direct individual valuation. However, if the actual movement of capital occurs on the basis of the FIFO principle, then the assessment of this method corresponds to a direct individual assessment. The formation of hidden reserves when prices rise is not possible with the FIFO method. An increase in profits due to an increase in the price of inventory is called inventory profit or illusory profit.

This research was conducted to examine/find out whether there is management of facilities and infrastructure in achieving learning effectiveness and to find out how the management of facilities and infrastructure is carried out at STT Baptist Medan. This type of research is qualitative. Data collection from informants was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The qualitative data obtained will be analyzed through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of the research show that the management of facilities and infrastructure in achieving learning effectiveness at STT Baptist Medan includes the following: analyzing the needs and planning of educational facilities and infrastructure, procurement, inventory, utilization, maintenance, removal and supervision. Through the management of educational facilities and infrastructure carried out at STT Baptist Medan in accordance with theory and in the field, learning effectiveness can be increased, because when facilities and infrastructure are used effectively and efficiently they can contribute to education, namely: facilitating the learning and teaching process. When students and lecturers experience ease in accessing information and learning, the abilities of students and lecturers can increase so that interactions during learning can take place effectively and efficiently.

This study explores the integration of predictive analytics into supply chain management within national e-commerce enterprises. Predictive analytics, which utilizes historical data combined with machine learning algorithms, regression analysis, and time series forecasting, has shown significant improvements in operational efficiency. The study focuses on four key areas: demand forecasting, inventory management, transportation optimization, and customer satisfaction. By predicting demand more accurately, e-commerce platforms can reduce stockouts and overstock situations, streamline logistics routes, and lower logistics costs. The implementation of predictive analytics led to a 20% reduction in delivery times and a 15% decrease in logistics costs, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction. However, the study also highlights challenges in integrating real-time data from multiple sources and scaling predictive models across diverse product categories and geographic regions. The results emphasize the need for e-commerce platforms to invest in technology that enables seamless data integration and the development of region-specific predictive models. The findings are compared with industry benchmarks, showing that the improvements in logistics and supply chain performance align with global trends. Based on these results, the study recommends best practices for implementing predictive analytics, including effective data collection, machine learning model training, and scalability considerations. By following these practices, e-commerce companies can optimize their supply chains, reduce operational costs, and increase customer satisfaction, positioning them for greater competitive advantage in the marketplace.

This study examines the analysis of raw material inventory forecasting and buffer stock of vaname shrimp at one of the fishery companies in Makassar Industrial Estate (PT Bogatama Marinusa Makassar). The analysis method used to determine the supply of raw materials needed by the company is the ARIMA Box-Jenkins method. This method is used to forecast raw material inventory on time series data. Determination of buffer stock is done using standard deviation and policy factors. Vaname shrimp (Littopenaeus vannamei) raw material data was obtained from 2020 to 2022 (156 weeks). The results showed that the highest amount of raw material inventory occurred in October week 147 in 2022, amounting to 152,792 tons, while the lowest amount of raw material inventory occurred in May week 122 in 2022, amounting to 13,102 tons. The best vaname shrimp raw material inventory model is the ARIMA (1,1,1) model which has a Sum Square Error (SSE) value of 1.70250, Mean Square Error (MSE) value of 0.0112007. This model is used to forecast raw material inventory for the next 48 weeks. The forecasting results show that there will be a decrease in week 1 to week 6 and a relative increase in raw materials in week 7 to week 48 with a MAPE value of 4.54%. The amount of buffer stock that must be owned by the company is 37.311 tons.

The estimated rice sales at Perum Bulog Sub Divre Medan is crucial information in planning and managing rice supplies. In this study, we apply the Double Exponential Smoothing forecasting method to estimate rice sales at Perum Bulog Sub Divre Medan. This approach allows us to identify complex sales patterns and generate accurate forecasts to aid in informed decision making. We use historical rice sales data to train a forecasting model and evaluate its performance. Experimental results show that the Double Exponential Smoothing method can provide reliable estimates of rice sales, with a satisfactory level of accuracy. The implications of these findings are discussed in the context of inventory management and operational planning of Perum Bulog Sub Divre Medan.

Sate Tancap is a business in the Food and Beverage sector which is quite popular in the Tangerang area and has quite a lot of visitors and buyers every day. The stock or inventory recording system at Sate Tancap is experiencing difficulties and still uses records that are not yet computerized. This research aims to provide an application for admins and cashiers that can be used regarding the lack of a system for managing menus and inventory at the Sate Tancap food stall. This research uses the prototyping method, in this method the researcher analyzes stakeholder needs, then creates an initial system design, then this prototype is approved by stakeholders. So, researchers will carry out the next stage, namely creating a Sate Tancap application website. After that, it is implemented to users and related parties. The existence of a sales and inventory recording system application is useful for satay food stalls, especially for owners and cashiers so that sales activities are more effective and efficient.

This is related to enhancing and creating added value in managing company property as a support for data completeness planning activities in realizing program planning activities at PT. Bahruny Kuala Besilam, Tanjung Pura, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra Province. From this community service, it is evident that there has been an improvement in the understanding of PT. Bahruny Kuala Besilam, Tanjung Pura employees regarding the more orderly, accountable, and transparent management and recording of asset conditions in the company's asset records.

Landslides are natural disasters that can result in loss of life and property. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out inventory research on areas prone to landslides. The model applied to determine the point of distribution of landslide disasters and areas of potential distribution of landslide disasters is a qualitative descriptive spatial method. Several factors that cause landslides are geology, rock properties, stratigraphy, geological structure, level of weathering and seismicity, climate, rainfall, thick soil, solum. , slope topography, vegetation density and human land use. The results of the analysis show that in Jayaura Regency, Sentani District, there are 3 classes of landslide hazard levels, namely not vulnerable, somewhat vulnerable, quite vulnerable, and vulnerable. In general, Jayapura Regency, Sentani sub-district, is quite prone to the spread of landslides, but there are three sub-districts that are vulnerable, namely Hinekombe sub-district, Sentani village, Bart, Sentani sub-district, Sereh village in the middle and Sentani sub-district, Tollan village,

This article reviews the importance of management of educational facilities and infrastructure in the perspective of Qur'anic verses. The discussion of educational facilities and infrastructure is described as an integral part of education management, which includes various components such as curriculum, materials, methods, educators, students, and infrastructure. In this context, understanding of the role of facilities and infrastructure as a key factor in education is still somewhat lacking, which can hinder the learning process to be not optimal. This research uses a literature study method with an analytical-descriptive approach. The results of the study confirm that the management of educational facilities and infrastructure is a process that aims to manage and utilize all educational facilities and infrastructure effectively. The importance of infrastructure management is reinforced by views derived from verses of the Qur'an. The purpose of the management of educational facilities and infrastructure is to ensure that educational institutions are able to provide services professionally so that the learning process can take place effectively and efficiently. The implementation of management of educational facilities and infrastructure includes planning, organizing, implementing and utilizing, inventory, and supervision and maintenance. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that the management of educational facilities and infrastructure must be based on principles that ensure smooth learning activities in educational institutions.
