The implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) in healthcare institutions aims to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility of medical data. RSUD Weda, a regional hospital in Indonesia, has adopted an EMR system in its outpatient services to replace conventional manual processes. However, this transition has faced several challenges, including inadequate training, unstable network infrastructure, and inconsistent adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This study aims to evaluate the performance of the EMR implementation using a qualitative descriptive method based on the 5M framework—Man, Material, Machine, Method, and Money. Data were collected through interviews, direct observation, and document analysis involving stakeholders such as medical staff, administrators, and IT personnel. The findings indicate that while users acknowledge improvements in data accuracy and accessibility, key issues remain, particularly in training quality, infrastructure readiness, and system reliability. The study also observed gradual improvements in SOP compliance and reduced system failures over time. These results suggest that successful EMR adoption requires a balance of technical infrastructure, human resource readiness, financial support, and continuous system monitoring. The use of the 5M framework proved effective in identifying multidimensional challenges and offering holistic insights into the implementation process. This study contributes to the broader literature on EMR evaluation by providing contextualized evidence from a district-level hospital and offers practical recommendations for enhancing EMR system performance in similar healthcare settings.

The cooling system on the Jupiter MX 135 CC motorcycle functions to maintain a stable engine temperature to prevent overheating. There are two main types of cooling systems on motorcycles: Air Cooling System and Liquid Cooling System. In the Air Cooling System, the working principle involves heat generated by the motorcycle engine being dissipated through cooling fins located around the engine block. Air that flows through the fan or moves as the motorcycle runs will carry away the heat. Meanwhile, in the Liquid Cooling System, the working principle involves coolant (usually a mixture of water and antifreeze) flowing through channels inside the engine to absorb heat. The coolant is then carried to the radiator, where the heat is transferred to the air with the help of a fan. Common problems that occur in the cooling system of the Jupiter MX 135 CC motorcycle can interfere with engine performance and risk causing serious damage if not addressed promptly. Some of the common issues include, Low coolant level, Radiator damage, Water pump failure, Malfunctioning thermostat (thermostat stuck), Leaking or broken radiator hose, Radiator fan malfunction, Dirty or contaminated coolant, Ineffective fan (for air-cooled engines), Overheating due to excessive load. The objectives of this study are to understand how the cooling system on the Jupiter MX 135 CC motorcycle works, to identify damages occurring in the cooling system, and to solve the issue of water pump leakage in the cooling system. The methods used in this research include observation, literature study, interviews, and action methods. The results of problem identification in the cooling system of the Jupiter MX 135 CC motorcycle show, The water jacket gasket is corroded ,The bearing on the water pump is damaged, The water pump impeller is worn out, The radiator pump seal has hardened, causing a squeaking sound around the water pump, Solutions to the problems in the cooling system components include replacing the damaged and worn parts (head gasket, bearing, seal, and impeller) and refilling with new coolant.

This essay was written to investigate why, in spite of the policies that the Nigerian government has put in place, poverty rates are still high. The main obstacle that every accountable and responsive government must overcome is Regardless matter whether the government is a military dictatorship or a democracy, it must improve and give greater meaning to the lives of its citizens if it is to remain relevant and legitimate in the eyes of the governed. Since independence, every succeeding administration has implemented some kind of plan to lessen the suffering of the populace and make them happy.Prior to and during the Structural Adjustment Program (SAP), it was noted that the majority of these programs were supply-driven, meaning they were unable to address the needs of the impoverished and, as a result, had little impact on reducing poverty. In order to reach the target poor, various programs that were introduced after SAP adopted a demand-driven strategy. The purpose of this study are (i) to critically analyze the several programs, reforms, and policies aimed at reducing poverty that have been implemented by Nigerian governments in succession, as well as the factors that contributed to their success or failure. (ii). expresses profoundly helpful measures that, if properly applied, would help the country escape its current poverty trap and put it on the correct path for sustainable economic development rather than just the steady economic progress it has seen over the years.

The 2011 Tohoku tsunami stands as one of the most catastrophic natural disasters in Japan’s history, resulting in massive loss of life, extensive property damage, and severe disruption to infrastructure along the northeastern coast. This study aims to examine the physical characteristics of the Tohoku tsunami and critically evaluate the factors that led to the failure of Japan’s disaster mitigation systems. Utilizing an essay-based synthesis approach, this analysis draws from a range of previous research findings and post-disaster assessments. The tsunami was caused by a 9.0 magnitude megathrust earthquake off the eastern coast of Honshu, generating wave heights that exceeded 10 meters in several locations. The tsunami’s immense energy produced destructive currents that penetrated deep inland, surpassing the protection capabilities of existing coastal defenses. The study identifies several contributing factors to the mitigation system’s shortcomings: the design limitations of seawalls, which were not built to withstand such extreme events; delays and limitations in the early warning system’s ability to reach all at-risk populations in time; and inadequate public preparedness, as the event exceeded historical precedents and training scenarios. These vulnerabilities highlight the need for integrated, adaptive disaster risk management strategies.Drawing lessons from Japan’s experience, this study proposes recommendations for improving tsunami mitigation efforts in Indonesia. Key suggestions include reinforcing and redesigning coastal defense structures, advancing early warning technologies such as seabed sensors and coastal radar systems, and enhancing disaster literacy through public education and scenario-based training. By adopting a science- and technology-driven approach, Indonesia can strengthen its resilience and reduce vulnerability among coastal populations facing future tsunami threats.

Penarukan Village, located in Tabanan Regency, is predominantly inhabited by communities engaged in freshwater fish farming, particularly Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). The high demand for Nile tilapia in Tabanan and surrounding areas poses a challenge for farmers to manage the growth and development of the fish to ensure optimal quality. During the cultivation process, various issues arise that require effective solutions to support the sustainability of this sector. One of the main problems faced by fish farmers is related to the quality of biofloc pond water, which is still monitored using conventional methods. Poor water quality that does not meet the optimal living standards for Nile tilapia can hinder growth, reduce fish health, and negatively impact production yield. Manual monitoring methods are also prone to inaccuracy and complicate the data analysis process needed for effective decision-making.To address this issue, a technology-based solution has been proposed in the form of a real-time monitoring system using the “SI-NILA” mobile application integrated with a microcontroller-based Internet of Things (IoT) system. This system allows for continuous monitoring of pond water quality and automated pH control to maintain suitable conditions for fish growth. This innovation is expected to improve efficiency and effectiveness in fish farming practices, minimize the risk of crop failure, and promote the digital transformation of aquaculture in Penarukan Village, contributing to the sustainable development of the freshwater aquaculture sector.

Slope failure can occur even though slope design and reinforcement have been carried out. However, before it completely collapses, there are often signs from the slope. These signs should be carefully observed through slope monitoring or surveillance activities to provide advance warnings regarding the development of slope instability, allowing mitigation measures to be implemented to reduce or avoid the impacts of instability, as well as to predict the timing of landslides using Inverse Velocity. This study was conducted at the PIT of PT Fajar Sakti Prima in East Kalimantan Province. Observations were carried out over 39 days to obtain deformation behavior, velocity values for mitigation actions, and inverse velocity values to predict the timing of landslides. In this observation, the deformation behavior values at PM 01, PM 02, and PM 03 were initially linear, then exhibited progressive behavior on November 7-8, 2024. The predicted landslide timing from this observation was November 20-21, 2024. Based on velocity values correlated with the TARP, critical categories were obtained at 7.40 - 9.86 cm/day and very critical at >26.17 cm/day

According to the anthropometric standards for evaluating children's nutritional status, stunting is a growth failure condition based on the weight-for-age (W/A) or height-for-age (H/A) index, where the measurement results fall within the threshold (Z-Score) of -2 SD to -3 SD (short/stunted) and -3 SD (very short/severely stunted). In 2023, 27.3% of the toddlers in Penfui Timur Village were still stunted. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how stunting reduction policies are being implemented in Penfui Timur Village, Kupang Regency. This research used a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques of in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The informants in this study is 8 informants, consisting of 2 main informants and 6 supporting informants. The main informants are the head of the Penfui Timur village and the nutrition staff of the Tarus Health Center. The supporting informants are 2 posyandu cadres, mothers of stunted toddlers, pregnant women, village residents, and teenage girls. The data analysis process in this research begins by collecting data from interviews and then reducing the resulting data. After that, the data is presented and concluded. The study's result showed that although the policy has been applied effectively, it still falls short of the implementation theory's requirements. The implementers' low educational and human resource levels, the ignorance of expectant mothers and parents of children with stunted growth, and the lack of facilities and infrastructure are the contributing reasons. Although the village government's communication component with other implementing parties has been functioning smoothly, communication with the leaders of the target community has not been at its best. The policy implementers are already familiar with the methods and duties associated with their respective areas of responsibility. The bureaucratic structure's policy implementers are already familiar with the technical facets of reducing stunting. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended to increasing the knowledge involved in  implementation policy for stunting reduction

This study examines the performance of a total of ten reinforced concrete T-beams, nine of which were made as hybrid beams by casting the web with LW concrete and the flange with HS concrete; the last beam was cast as a normal beam (entirely cast with HS concrete). All beams underwent testing under two-point loads following a 28-day period. The variables of the experimental program include the concrete grade within the web (46, 62, and 82 MPa) and stirrup distribution distances (100, 200, and 300 mm). The experimental program includes load-deflection curves and failure modes for hybrid and normal beams. The results showed that all the beams failed in shear-flexural mode. Also, increasing flange compressive strength increased shear. strength. Increasing stirrup distribution distance from 100 to 200 and 300 mm reduced the ultimate load capacity; specimens with stirrup spacing of 300 mm failed directly after yielding of steel due to crushing the concrete over the support and spalling concrete cover within the shear zone. The study also determined that reducing stirrup spacing to 100 mm did not alter the failure mode, as shear failure was dictated by the compressive strength of the lower layer of the hybrid beams (19 MPa compressive strength of LW concrete).
