East Java is a Province in Indonesia with the highest of traffic accident cases on 2022 years, it is 3.555 cases. Efforts to prevent and reduce cases of traffic accidents can be done by safety riding. The application of safety riding can be realized if it was balanced with a good knowledge and attitude by drivers on the road. Along Malang City Road are dominated by Gojek drivers with an infinite population each year. Based on preliminary studies, it was known that Gojek drivers often experience work fatigue and supported by erratic work durations even exceeded standards, which can lead to unsafe behavior when driving. The purpose of this research was to determine a relationship between knowledge, attitudes and work fatigue with safety riding behavior on Gojek drivers in Malang City. This research method used a cross sectional design with a quantitative approach and accidental sampling technique. Sample of 60 Gojek drivers in Malang City. The bivariate test used a chi square test. The results showed that there was no relationship between knowledge and attitude with safety riding behavior (p=0,697 dan p=1,000), and there was a relationship between work fatigue with safety riding behavior (p=0,000). It can be concluded that the higher level of Gojek drivers fatigue, it make more unsafe their safety riding behavior. So, it was recommended to pay more attention an enough rest time and focus while working.

The aim of the research is to analyze factors that can improve auditor performance and audit quality, one of which is in terms of the auditor's professional attitude. This research uses the System Literature Review method using data sources from Google Scholar indexed by Sinta 1-5, Garuda, or Index Copernicus and reputable international journals indexed by Scopus over a period of 6 years from 2018-2023. Article searches were carried out using the keywords professional attitude, auditor performance, and audit quality with the subject KAP in East Java. The research results show that a professional attitude is very important for an auditor to carry out their profession. This is because the auditor's high professional attitude can determine the auditor's performance and better audit quality. Auditor performance is reflected in the auditor's ability to meet predetermined deadlines, while audit quality is reflected in the independence of providing audit opinions. The practical implications of this research mean that an auditor is obliged to uphold the code of ethics of the public accounting profession, such as integrity, objectivity, prudence, professionalism and confidentiality.  

At this time, times are increasingly developing and experiencing rapid progress, so that the term "modernity" appears. Currently, what is really feared is "the methods or actions that need to be taken by young people in maintaining the values ​​or meaning contained in the seblang tradition" if you look at the increasingly advanced way of thinking and behavior of young people today. The seblang tradition originates from Banyuwangi, East Java, Olehsari Village, whose cultural community still upholds customs and social harmony. The seblang tradition is a dance performed to ward off evil or bad luck which is performed once a year, precisely on holidays. The method used in the research is qualitative research, namely using ethnography which explains the norms, traditions, values ​​and actions carried out in the Seblang dance. The seblang tradition has been passed down from generation to generation and is mandatory. If this tradition is not carried out within a year, one of the ancestral spirits will come to one of the residents and possess the resident to give a "sign" that the seblang haru tradition is being carried out. Apart from that, the existence of modernity poses a risk if it is forced into seblang traditions. Because the risk posed will dilute the meaning contained in the seblang tradition.

Purworejo Village, Ngantang District, Malang Regency is one of the onion producers in East Java. Purworejo Village has geographical and climatic conditions that support the growth of onions well. Fertile soil and sufficient rainfall enable farmers to obtain optimal harvest results. Agricultural knowledge and traditions that have been passed down from generation to generation have become valuable capital for local farmers in managing shallot crops well. In Purworejo Village there is agricultural land that uses a greenhouse system, however the green house has been unused and neglected because it is poorly maintained. The PPK HMD Management team is working together with the Karya Bakti 1 Farmers Group in Purworejo Village to revitalize and reuse greenhouse agricultural land for planting shallots. Methods used in revitalization include evaluating land conditions, soil analysis and fertilization, water management, and routine maintenance. The results of the revitalization of the greenhouse will be used as an outdoor education center which is useful for providing experience in raising shallots through to the harvesting process as an application of shallot farming theory.

The problem of waste is a complex problem that will never end, especially in developing countries. The increasing population of humans is accompanied by an increase in the amount of waste generated. Sidoarjo Regency is a regency that is registered as the regency with the largest volume of waste in East Java, which causes overload of waste in its landfill. This research aims to clearly understand the process of collaborative governance in the waste reduction program at Jabon Landfill, Sidoarjo. This research method uses a qualitative method. Data collection was carried out through documentation and literature study. The data analysis method in this study is descriptive-qualitative. The theory used in this study is the collaborative governance theory by Ratner (2012). The results of this study show that the collaborative governance process that occurs in the "Waste Reduction Program" at Jabon Landfill, Sidoarjo only involves the community and informal organizations, not yet involving the private sector in its management.

This study aims to describe how the stages of implementation stream training informal sector workers in labor offices transmigration province of East Java in the expansion work, analyze the obstacles encountered in the planning of the training program, as well as modeling appropriate training in accordance with conditions on the ground and input from various parties, this research use descriptive qualitative research methods, techniques determination of informants using purposive sampling, these techniques have been because the researcher wants to focus on parties who know the conditions on the ground. Results from this study is the first training conducted regularly and the classical, the purpose of training has reached short-term goals in training but in the long term they need more motivation for the trainees, second, obstacle training during implementation consists of matter and the overcrowded curriculum tend to be the same as the previous training, time constraints, participation is not optimal, overall, limited time, resources and costs in the post-training evaluation and monitoring, the third development training model has not been implemented in this training.

Based on data released by the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemenpppa), the number of cases of Domestic Violence (KDRT) that occurred in Indonesia throughout 2020 was still very high. East Java ranks second highest after Central Java as the province with the most domestic violence cases throughout 2020, with 1,588 cases. This figure is obtained from the number of cases of domestic violence reported in all cities in East Java. Efforts to reduce the incidence of domestic violence are not enough just to take repressive actions against perpetrators of domestic violence. What is more important is preventive action to prevent the occurrence of domestic violence. One of the causes of domestic violence can occur is the lack of public knowledge about what is meant by domestic violence. Because there are still many cases of domestic violence that occur during this Covid-19 Pandemic. This is where the role of universities is expected to be able to provide knowledge to the community, not only for women or children, but also for men. One of the things that universities can do in providing knowledge to the community regarding domestic violence is by conducting socialization and legal counseling. The role of legal counseling can provide increased legal knowledge to community members in order to avoid violations of the law, especially Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence. Another benefit of legal counseling is that the community can play an active role directly with other communities to transmit or relay the relay to other members of the community such as within the family, neighbors, in the neighborhood associations and neighborhood associations in the East Java region. Darsono Village is a village located in Arjasa District, Jember Regency, East Java. The economic condition in Darsono Village is relatively low and exacerbated by low literacy skills. Darsono Village has several potentials, such as empty land, beautiful village atmosphere and various facilities in the village.  Therefore, we carry out a service program that focuses on improving the quality of formal education through the program "Edu Nature Park: Creative Education Vehicle as a Means of Improving the Life Skills of Elementary School Students with Natural Nuances in Darsono Village, Jember Regency". Edu Nature Park is a fun educational program that refers to nature in Darsono Village. The problem in Darsono Village is that there are still cases of school dropouts due to economic factors and underage marriages to the low interest in reading by the community. The majority of children in Darsono Village often use their time by playing. The method of empowering rural communities is carried out in full in the field (offline) using the PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) method.  

Islam is a teaching that reliably shows the meaning of harmony and harmony. The Qur’an is also believed to include this word as al-Salam (a term for Allah the Most Calm), muslim (a person who seeks a peaceful life), silm (harmony itself), Islam (a term for the religion sent by the Prophets). The word welcoming comes from Arabic which means harmony, peace and is used mainly as an explanation of respect. Greetings are one of the opening expressions in communication. How can communication run smoothly, let alone build harmony between religious communities, if greetings as a means of greeting non-Muslims are prohibited? The East Java MUI’s appeal, which was addressed specifically to officials not to say interfaith greetings at official events, has become controversial and polemic. In many circles. From cyberspace to the real world, this issue is widely discussed. Apart from the many parties who are against this appeal, there are also quite a few parties who are pro.

The role of human resources is needed to achieve good results within the company. Whether a company develops or not depends on the human resources in the company itself. Companies are required to find and print employees who will later provide good work results. Performance can be influenced by recruitment, selection and training and can be through the role of competency variables. The study aims to determine the role of recruitment, selection, and training on employee performance with competence as a mediating variable at the Aromatique Art Lab Store East Java Branch. The subject of the study was an employee of the East Java Branch of the Aromatique Art Lab Store. The employee sample consisted of 44 employees. The sampling technique is non probability sampling. The study used the Smart-PLS method. The results show that: (1) Recruitment does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance. (2) Selection does not significantly affect Employee Performance. (3) Training has a significant effect on Employee Performance. (4) Recruitment does not significantly affect the Competency to the extent. (5) Selection does not significantly affect the Competence. (6) Training has a significant effect on competence. (7) Competency has a significant effect on Employee Performance. (8) Recruitment has no significant effect on Competency-mediated Employee Performance. (9) Selection has no significant effect on Competency-mediated Employee Performance. (10) Training does not significantly affect Competency-mediated Employee Performance. The benefits of research are as material for taking company policies in encouraging employee performance and as a reference for further researchers. The next suggestion of researchers is that they are expected to look at other variables outside the variables used in this study in order to get maximum results.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia have a very important role in the Indonesian economy. This is in line with the service objectives that have been carried out to advance MSMEs in Beciro Hamlet. For example, in one of the MSMEs in Jumputrejo Village, namely Mother Vivi's chilli products. Based on the survey results, two service methods were found that can be applied to increase sales of Bunda Vivi's chilli products, namely direct interviews and literature studies related to the writing of this service journal. By applying these methods, the KKN 04 Group of Sunan Giri University Surabaya, East Java, was able to help improve the quality of sales by making logo stickers and creating a marketplace account on one of the e-commerce platforms, Shopee. Through this service, we managed to make a significant contribution by increasing the sales of Mother Vivi's sambel products by 100%.

Based on the research results, it was found that: 1) The implementation of the SRA program policy at MAN 1 Gresik takes place in a Bottom Up manner based on the principles of child-friendly schools, namely non-discrimination, the best interests of children, non-violence, and respect for children by integrating several existing programs such as adiwiyata school programs, population alert schools (SSK), safe schools, inclusive schools, BPOM school snacks, UKS, Gerakan Ayo Membangun Madrasah (GERRAM). 2) Implementation of child-friendly school management begins with the planning stage and analysis of the situation and conditions, organizing and forming a team according to ability, implementing the principal's program as a role model, and evaluation is carried out directly and indirectly for 3 months once and once a year is done programmatically. 3) The implications of the SRA program are very positive for all school community members, the school environment, so that character, communication, and cooperation are well formed so that it becomes an educational institution categorized as BARIISAN (clean, safe, friendly, beautiful, inclusive, healthy, beautiful and comfortable) The creation of positive discipline which is the development of discipline and has a lot of achievements both academically and non-academically, the proof is that 105 out of 382 class XII students in 2023 have been accepted at PTN through the SBMPTN route, MAN 1 Gresik also won the title as the 2nd place in the Population Alert School at the East Java level.        

This research is to find out how the influence of promotion and price perceptions on purchasing decisions at Dewi Kahyangan Jombang Kitchen. Dewi Kahyangan Kitchen (DK Kitchen) Jombang is a restaurant located in Jombang district, East Java. In addition to serving a number of home cooking menus which can be said to be a general menu, Dewi Kahyangan Jombang Kitchen also serves various menus of processed chicken, duck and seafood which are very suitable to be enjoyed with familyyy, friends and co-workers. All data in this study were obtained from observations, interviews, and distributing questionnaires to direct consumers. This study uses a type of quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis. The number of samples used is as many as 50 respondents who make transactions/payments at Dewi Kahyangan Jombang's Kitchen with the non-probability sampling method using saturated sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques used validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that 1.) promotion has an effect on purchasing decisions. 2.) price perception has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. 3.) Promotion and perceived price together (simultaneously) influence purchasing decisions at Dewi Kahyangan Jombang Kitchen

Diabetes Mellitus is a metabolic disorder that occurs chronically or chronically because the body does not have enough insulin hormone due to interference with insulin secretion, the insulin hormone does not work as it should or both (Hendry et al., 2023). The International Diabetes Mellitus Federation (IDF) organization estimates that at least 463 million people aged 20-79 years in the world suffered from diabetes mellitus in 2019 or equivalent to a prevalence rate of 9.3% of the total population of the same age. Based on gender, IDF estimates that the prevalence of diabetes in 2019 is 9% in women and 9.65% in men. (Indonesian Ministry of Health, 2020). Prevalence data from the Indonesian Ministry of Health in 2013-2018, there are 4 provinces with the highest prevalence, namely DKI Jakarta 3.4% East Kalimantan 3.1% In Yogyakarta 3.1%, North Sulawesi 3% and Central Java 2.1% ( Research and Development Agency, Republic of Indonesia Ministry of Health, 2019).

Tourism is a crucial economic sector for a region, so it needs attention and development. One of the tourism sectors in East Java is Wisata Tambuh Raya Idaman which is located in Condro Village, Pasirian District, Lumajang Regency, East Java. This tourism is one of the potentials in Condro Village, but public awareness of this tourism is still lacking, so that the community's interest in visiting is also small. In addition, young children prefer to play with their mobile phones rather than playing traditional games or socializing with their friends. Therefore, group 174 of the KKN UMD UNEJ has a work program called PISAO (Tourism Promotion and Preservation of Traditional Games). The methods of this work programs are observation, discussion, practice and evaluation. The results of the KKN UMD UNEJ work program group 174 namely Wisata Tambuh Raya Idaman is better known by the community, increasing the income of residents who open stalls at tourist attractions, storing traditional games, increasing children's interest in playing traditional games and reducing the intensity of playing mobile phones.

Blitar City is one of the cities in East Java Province which has a fairly large number of MSMEs. One of the potential MSMEs is located in the Pakunden Village. From the survey results it is known that there is one MSME actor producing Menjes Kyu Chips who has never used digital marketing in running his business. Bearing in mind, digital marketing is an urgent thing for MSMEs to do at this time because it has a positive correlation with business continuity in the future. This community service activity was a collaboration between UPN East Java students and the Blitar City Office of Cooperatives and Micro Small Enterprises. The purpose of this community service activity is to help solve problems as well as provide assistance to MSME actors related to the closeness of digital marketing in the form of making the Shopee marketplace as one of the marketplaces that is widely used by the community at large. The method of implementing this activity is divided into 3 stages, namely conducting socialization, training, and mentoring to the UMKM concerned. The results of this activity are expected that MSME actors can understand the importance of the role of digital marketing and be able to implement it into their business.  

This study examines the implementation of cheap rice distribution by PT. Jatim Grha Utama through the Food Barn Market Operation and its impact on people's food accessibility. Qualitative research methods are used by collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that PT. Jatim Grha Utama succeeded in carrying out the distribution of cheap rice effectively. A well-organized distribution strategy allows the company to reach the public with cheap rice through scattered distribution points. This research provides an understanding of the implementation of cheap rice distribution in increasing people's food accessibility and suppressing regional inflation. Food Storage Market Operation Program by PT. Jatim Grha Utama makes a positive contribution in achieving better food security.

Tuberculosis (TB) is still a major global health problem and is spreading all over the world, including in Indonesia. In recent years, the incidence of TB in Indonesia has continued to increase. Data in East Java also shows that TB is increasing at any time and one of the largest is in Jember. This is caused by various factors, such as the lack of public knowledge about TB, high poverty rates, and lack of access to health services. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase public knowledge about TB and how to prevent its spread. The aim of this program is to provide education related to TB disease prevention among the people of Banjarsengon, Patrang District, Jember, East Java. The target of this program is the general public who are at risk of contracting TB, such as migrant workers, farmers and informal workers. The method used is presentation using actual references and socialization. Socialization can be done through various media, such as leaflets distributed to participants. The socialization material presented included an explanation of TB symptoms, ways of transmission, ways of prevention, and access to health services. Apart from that, educational media is also made, which can be in the form of short videos as an illustration for the participants of this education for prevention and early detection. With increasing public knowledge, it is hoped that it can reduce the incidence of TB among the community in Banjarsengon

The community service program carried out by UPN Veteran East Java, especially the KKNT 06 group, aims to improve the knowledge and skills of the duck breeding community in Nglebak Jombang Village, especially in the aspect of hatching. Group 06 focuses on MSMEs of duck breeders because one of our flagship programs is to make an egg incubator machine. After the use of this egg incubator machine, the hope is that business people know that there is a more efficient way to improve the welfare of their business, and another thing that is desired is that the people of Nglebak Village are not left behind about technology in the current era of globalization. We, the KKNT 06 group, will not just let go of the Nglebak Village community, of course we will accompany them from how to make to how to use this tool until the results are clearly visible for the welfare of the Nglebak Village community.
