This study aims to determine the implementation process of strategic management in improving the quality of higher education at the Faculty of Economics, University of Bangka Belitung. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. The population of this study were all students of the Faculty of Economics, Siliwangi University. The sample taken was 35 student representatives consisting of Management, Accounting, Economics, and Digital Business majors. Data collection was carried out by conducting observations and distributing questionnaires distributed using Google Form. The data collected is then processed by analysis. Based on the analysis and discussion that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the implementation of strategic management plays an important role in improving the quality of higher education at the Faculty of Economics, University of Bangka Belitung. The provision of facilities that support the administration and learning process, satisfying services, active participation of teaching staff and students, effective performance evaluation and control, and collaboration of all components are key factors in the implementation of strategic management.

The method is very important in facilitating a job because the method is a systemic way of working to facilitate the implementation of an activity in order to achieve the specified goals. The Islamic Religion Learning Method itself certainly cannot be separated from the main objectives of religious education in Indonesia which are listed in article 39 paragraph 2 of Law no. 20 of 2003, "education is an effort to strengthen faith and devotion to God Almighty in accordance with the religion professed by the students concerned by taking into account the demands to respect other religions in the relationship of inter-religious harmony in society to realize national unity. This PAI learning methodology will be meaningless if it is not implemented in educational practice. The implementation of the PAI learning methodology in learning includes the selection of effective and efficient teaching methods. In the Qur'an there are many methods that can be applied to convey God's words to humans, such as the story method, discussion, question and answer (dialogue), parable method (metaphor), method of punishment and reward.

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how the occurrence of muhkam and mutasyabih verses in the Qur'an affects knowledge and educational values. to use qualitative research techniques to examine the wisdom and educational benefits of the existence of muhkam and mutasyabih verses in the Qur'an. Using library research, which is a technique for gathering data by comprehending and assessing the theory in several literatures pertinent to this research, is the strategy used in this work. The findings of this study point to the wisdom and instructive value of the muhkam and mutasyabih verses in the Qur'an as well as the opinions of the scholars on these verses. Muslims must be more discerning in their interpretation of Allah's verses given the availability of muhkam and mutasyâbih verses in the Qur'an.

This study explains the application of the Takwil verse in surah Taha verse 5 to instill the religiosity of students at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra Medan Arabic Language Education Study Program II Stambuk 2020. The type of research in this paper is qualitative research.  Data collection techniques used by way of interviews and also with various sources in the form of books and journals.  The results of this study indicate that what must be instilled and applied in the student environment is that the understanding of surah Taha verse 5 is that Allah exists without a place.  And the value of religiosity found in it is related to the issue of aqidah and about the nature of God which is different from the nature of creatures.

This study describes various problems of the Qur'an in the development of Islamic education and technology in the 4.0 era as well as some answers to overcome existing problems. The type of research in this paper is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique used was the Library Research method with various reading sources such as pre-existing books or journals. The results of this study indicate that the Al-Qur'an in the development of Islamic education and technology in the 4.0 era consists of: (1) steps to overcome technological backwardness in the world of Islamic education which are always related to the Al-Qur'an, (2 ) Steps that need to be considered by an educator to understand digital skills in the learning process, (3) Some preparations that must be prepared before becoming an educator (teacher) so that learning goes well, (4) Methods that need to be studied and prepared by educators (teachers) before providing teaching materials in the classroom.

This paper describes the importance of Christian Religious Education teachers in the formation of the character, spirituality, morality and spirituality of students. Christian religious education teachers play a very important role in the formation of the character, spirituality, morality and spiritual life of students. Here are some reasons why the role of the Christian religious education teacher is so important. Teaching Christian Values: Christian religious education teachers are responsible for teaching students about Christian teachings, such as love, forgiveness, loyalty, justice, and humility. Through this teaching, the teacher helps students understand the values that are important in Christian life and how to apply them in everyday life. Character Formation: Christian religious education helps in shaping the character of students. Through teaching and examples given by teachers, students learn about integrity, discipline, responsibility, hard work, and respect for others. All of this helps students develop strong and moral characters. The importance of Christian religious education teachers in the formation of character, spirituality, morality, and the spiritual life of students cannot be underestimated. Financial Technology atau FinTech merupakan hasil gabungan antara jasa keuangan dengan teknologi yang akhirnya mengubah model bisnis dari konvensional menjadi moderat, yang awalnya dalam membayar harus bertatap-muka dan membawa sejumlah uang kas, kini dapat melakukan transaksi jarak jauh dengan melakukan pembayaran yang dapat dilakukan dalam hitungan detik saja. Layanan pinjaman online (Peer to Peer Lending) merupakan bantuan finansial yang dikeluarkan oleh lembaga keuangan secara dalam jaringan (daring). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan pendidikan dalam bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap peminjam online berdasarkan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 77/POJK.01/2016 Tentang Layanan Pinjam Meminjam Uang Berbasis Teknologi Informasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya dampak positif dan negatif dari yang menjadi sebuah kelebihan dan kekurangan dari layanan pinjaman online (Peer to Peer Lending).

The family is part of society and also the church. The family has various problems that often make the household collapse or not survive. One of the cases is families of different religions, various obstacles will definitely occur in it, especially in terms of celebrating ecclesiastical holidays, but what is experienced by the families in this study is different, families are able to place Christian Religious Education as the basis for building families with different beliefs. This study used a case study type research in which the subjects in this study were 1 family with different beliefs. This research was conducted with the aim of revealing various forms of implementation of Christian Religious Education in families of different religions. The results of this study indicate that the forms of implementation of Christian religious education in families of different religions are open communication, knowledge of the Christian religion, respect for differences, involvement in Christian religious activities, and giving examples of behavior. The effectiveness of an accounting information system is an illustration of the extent to which the target is achieved from a set of resources that are regulated to collect, process and store electronic data, then turn it into useful information and provide the required information reports both in quality and time. This article reviews the factors that influence the effectiveness of cooperative accounting information systems in Indonesia, namely factors of personal technical ability, user involvement, use of technology, age and level of education, a literature study on human resource management. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis on the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are: 1) the personal technical ability factor influences the effectiveness of cooperative accounting information systems in Indonesia; 2) user involvement, technology utilization, age influence the effectiveness of cooperative accounting information systems in Indonesia; and 3) the level of education influences the effectiveness of cooperative accounting information systems in Indonesia.

This study aims to find out more about the writing and collection of the Koran and its implications for Islamic education. This study uses the library research method (literature study) where the author in working on the journal looks, searches and collects data with books, journals, articles, and anything related to the title and after collecting the data obtained, the writer uses the method of analysis (content analysis). The results of this study indicate that the positions of the Koran and hadith in Islamic education have similarities between the two, namely that they are the main references in Islamic education, but both also have differences. And the implications of the Koran for Islamic educatin cannot be separated, because the beginning of the knowledge taught to the Prophet was the Koran (Q.S al-alaq verses 1-5).

The first education children get comes from their closest environment, namely the family environment, especially parents. Parental education is considered to have an influence on student learning achievement. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the level of parental education has an influence on student learning achievement at SD Islam AL Falah Bukittinggi. The method used in this research is quantitative method with simple linear regression statistical technique, with a significance level value of 5% or 0.05%. This research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to parents to see the level of parental education and giving knowledge tests to students to measure the level of student achievement. The sample of this study were 23 students of class II of Al Falah Islamic Elementary School Bukittinggi. The results showed that grade II students of SD Islam AL Falah Bukittinggi who have high learning achievement do not always come from children who have parents with high educational backgrounds.

Measurable character education can have an effect on students to grow into better individuals, resulting from constructive feedback through the teacher's exemplary. As a motivator the teacher can move students with their own awareness and responsibility so that they are willing to learn. Islamic education must be able to move the character of students according to the example of Rasulullah SAW. Islam, especially Islamic education, is seen as a binder and guide to the true path, so that the culture that arises will be able to provide benefits, not only to himself, but also to others. To find out the implementation of Islamic education on students' character building, this research uses a qualitative approach. The research method used is a case study using in-depth interviews with school principals, Islamic education teachers and several students of SMK Genius Bandung.  Direct observation and document analysis as data collection techniques, triangulation of sources and methods are used to test the authenticity of the data obtained. The result of this study shows that Islamic education is not only limited to academic assessment, spiritual development, understanding of moral values, and adherence to Islamic principles, in addition it is also important to consider aspects of students' attitudes, morals, and behavior towards each other and their environment which is in accordance with the goals of student character education. Based on the research it is concluded that Islamic education as an independent research variable has a very strong positive relationship with the students' character  building that means it has a very large influence on the students' character building. Therefore, a holistic and integrated evaluation will provide a clear picture that is more comprehensive about Islamic education in the students' character building at SMK Genius Bandung.

The concept of tolerance is an important thing to study, especially in a pluralistic society with different ethnicities, nations, races and religions.  This study discusses the concept of tolerance from the viewpoint of Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah, in order to examine the concept of tolerance in literature from the Nahdhatul Ulama, Muhammadiyah, and Islamic Unity fronts (FPI) so that it can be implemented in life, especially in Islamic education learning.  The research method used is a qualitative method with a literature study approach.  The results of the study show that from the perspective of Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah tolerance is an important principle in building brotherhood and harmony among religious communities by emphasizing the importance of equality in rights and obligations without discrimination.  In line with that, the application of the concept of tolerance in PAI learning can be through religious education curriculum content which is not only dominated by worship and belief material, but material about the harmonious life of fellow human beings which is implemented through religious tolerance.  Instilling the concept of tolerance in PAI learning can also be implemented with an emphasis on PAI teachers in tolerance learning practices and assisted by significant learning materials that assist in tolerance learning both in early childhood education, elementary schools, junior high schools, high schools even in  study bench.

Calistung  merupakan  salah  satu  kemampuan  dasar yang perlu dimiliki setiap individu yang  terdiri  dari  kemampuan  membaca,  menulis  dan  berhitung,  dimana hal tersebut sangat  penting  untuk  memudahkan  seseorang  dalam  berkomunikasi  baik secara bahasa, tulisan dan angka. Akan tetapi, kualitas pendidikan di SDN Baruh 3 Sampang bisa terbilang masih rendah terutama pada anak usia sekolah dasar. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh penulis pada saat mengajar siswa kelas 2 antara lain, sebagian besar siswa di kelas tersebut masih belum bisa membaca, menulis, dan berhitung dengan baik sehingga mereka kesulitan untuk memahami materi yang disampaikan oleh guru. Kondisi tersebut juga disebabkan oleh pihak keluarga yang kurang mendukung anaknya untuk belajar di rumah serta pihak sekolah yang cenderung kurang bervariasi dalam memberikan metode pembelajaran bagi siswa. Salah satu solusi yang ditawarkan oleh penulis untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut yaitu  dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran VAK, dimana model pembelajaran VAK mengoptimalkan ketiga modalitas yang telah dimiliki setiap individu yang bertujuan untuk menjadikan siswa belajar dengan nyaman.

ABSTRACT This research specifically aims to examine the impact of assessment changes through educational supervision practices. The assessment changes include the National Final Examination, National Examination, Computer-Based National Examination, and Minimum Competency Assessment. There are various issues and positive impacts on education that occur as a result of national assessment changes. Supervision practices are implemented in educational institutions to facilitate changes in national assessment and provide guidance and support to educators. The research method used in this study is qualitative descriptive with a literature research approach. The research data were obtained from 250 national and international journals indexed in SINTA and Scopus related to the research theme. The data were then filtered, and 55 journals closely related to the theme were selected as primary and secondary sources. The results of this research indicate that national assessment changes through educational supervision practices have significant potential to advance education in Indonesia. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini secara khususmenelaah dampak perubahan asesmen melalui praktik supervisi pendidikan. Perubahan asesmen dari Ujian Akhir Nasional, Ujian Nasional, Ujian Nasional Berbasis Komputer, dan Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum. Terdapat berbagai macam permasalah dan dampak positif terhadap pendidikan yang terjadi akibat perubahan asesmen nasional. Praktik Supervisi dipraktikan pada lembaga pendidikan agar mampu memfasilitasi perubahan dalam asesmen nasional dan memberikan panduan serta dukungan kepada para pendidik.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dekriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan, dimana Data penelitian diperoleh dari 250 jurnal nasional dan internasional terindek sinta dan scopus yang berkaitan dengan tema penelitian ini, kemudian disaring dan diambil yang berkaitan erat dengan tema ini dan merupakan sumber primer dan sekunder sebanyak 55 jurnal. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwaperubahan asesmen nasional melalui praktik supervisi pendidikan memiliki potensi yang signifikan dalam memajukan pendidikan di Indonesia.

Sebuah organisasi memiliki berbagai komponen yang saling bergantung dalam mengerjakan tugasnya masing-masing. Tujuan organisasi sendiri yaitu sebagai wadah dalam mencapai suatu keinginan, cita-cita atau tujuan yang dilakukan bersama dengan para anggota organisasi. Dalam upaya mencapai tujuan organisasi yang anggotanya harmonis, diperlukannya manajemen konflik di dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur atau library research untuk mengumpulkan, membaca, menelaah, dan mengolah data juga informasi yang relevan tentang manajemen konflik dan upaya penanganan konflik dalam organisasi pendidikan di sekolah. Manajemen konflik merupakan suatu rencana untuk mengatur keadaan yang tidak sebagaimana mestinya yang terjadi oleh pihak-pihak yang terlibat yaitu pihak yang bertengkar dalam organisasi. Konflik menjadi negatif jika dikelola dengan tidak baik, begitupun sebaliknya konflik menjadi suatu yang positif jika pengelolaan konflik tersebut dilakukan dengan baik dan sistematis. Penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa suatu manajemen konflik dan upaya penanganan konflik dalam organisasi pendidikan di sekolah merupakan komponen penting dalam menciptakan kinerja dan efektivitas kerja suatu organisasi. Dengan penanganan konflik dan strategi pencegahan konflik diatas diharapkan mampu membantu dalam memberikan suatu pemahaman dan wawasan agar mampu meningkatkan suatu kualitas kinerja dalam suatu organisasi.

Hypertension is a conditional in which blood pressure increases beyond normal limits. Normal blood pressure varies according to age. All hypertension is a sport, one of which aims to incrase blood flow and oxygen supply to the active muscles and skeleton, especially to the heart muscle. The purpose of this hypertension exercise is to increase the knowledge of the elderly at the Tresna Werdha Budi Mulia 2. Social institution regarding hypertension exercise to reduce blood pressure. The method used is by socializing and providing counseling and displaying posters containing the steps in hypertension gymnastics. Health counseling was held on Thursday, june 8 2023. The population in this counseling were the elderly in Tresna Werdha Budi Mulia 2 Social institutions. After conducting health education about hypertension exercise, the results (100%) were that the elderly in Tresna Werdha Budi Mulia 2 Social institutions understood, understand and be able to give an example of how hypertension exercise to lower blood pressure.

This research has a goal, specifically to be in position to recognize and comprehend the distinctions among revelation and inspiration and the implications for Islamic education. To see the implications of revelation and inspiration for Islamic education, qualitative research methods can be used. The method of writing this time is study of literature, in which information is gathered via mastering and examining existing theories from several sources in this study. Conclusions of this research indicate that are implications in Islamic education regarding the differences between revelation and inspiration and a connection among the Qur’an and life’s realities.. As for the involvement between revelation and inspiration in Islamic education which is a learning process or learning and teaching process according to islam, that is founded pn the koran and hadith.

This study aims to analyze thel asbabun nuzul of Q.S Al-mujadalah verse 11 which is rellated to the perspelctivel of education in the Modern Islamic Boarding School Darul Ihsan. Asbabun Nuzul surah Al-mujadalah versel 11 is about manners and morals when someone is in the assemby, so it is analyzed how the manners of the students or santri and santriwati in the Modern Islamic Boarding School Darul Ihsan when they are in the assemby. Asbabun Nulzul surah Al-mujadalah verse 11 is not only intended for students, but for all Muslims who are in an assemby of knowledge, both students and educators. such as the story when the Prophet opened an assemby and at that time the Badr came and no one gave him a seat, so the Prophet ordered other companions to gelt up and give a seat to the Badr who had just arrived, because whoever clears his seat during the assemby, Allah SWT will raise his degreel. This must be applied to students in all educational institutions and also in their daily lives, not spared from the students who study at boarding schools, adab and moras are the most important things that are seen and taught in pesantren, because in fact adab is higher than knowledge. So, for students who study in pesantren, it should bel emphasized to them about adab, especially when they are in the assemby of knowledge or in teaching and learning activities, adab used towards teachers, towards friends around and towards the boarding school environment.This research makes an important contribution in understanding the asbabun Nulzul of surah Al-mujadalah verse 11 in the perspective of education in the Modern Darul Ihsan Islamic Boarding School which is about adab when in the assemby, and the implication of this research is the importance and necessity of knowing how adab when in the assemby of knowledge for students.
