Nowadays, food and beverage products are widely circulated in society. In the era of globalization of society, the traffic of goods including food/drinks across countries is not guaranteed to be halal. Even though religious obligations command us to consume halal food/drinks. With the existence of Law no. 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantees and Government Regulation no. 39 of 2021 shows that there is legal certainty in the implementation of Halal Product guarantees. The problem is how to theoretically and empirically study the implementation of halal product guarantees from an Indonesian legal perspective. The research methods are normative juridical and sociological. The research results show that theoretically, the implementation of halal product guarantees is based on Law no. 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantees reflects legal norms originating from God's Law (God Order), namely from the Al-Qur'an and Hadith, and has long been practiced in people's lives as a reflection of a person's or society's religious awareness. The process shows a circle of interaction that ends with the Halal Product Guarantee Law. Empirical studies explain that the implementation of halal product guarantees has been going on in people's lives for a long time so that it functions to create legal certainty, comfort and justice for the user community as well as realizing beneficial values for economic growth and community welfare. The existence of statutory regulations, legal institutions and public awareness of halal product guarantees are elements of a legal system. Empirical studies explain that the economic subsystem played by business actors has great energy to adapt quickly and utilize legal regulations and community culture to expand and develop their business. The bank provides capital to customers as business capital whose business result are calculated from the results according to the agreement. But in reality, it is not uncommon for customers to fail to pay for this financing. One of the reasons for the cessation of funding itself is the possibility of worsening business conditions. To minimize the risk of bad financing itself, banks must be able to make clear rules. Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is a diagnostic examination modality in medical science using a magnetic field without using X-rays. MRI has the advantage of being able to create images and showing clearer and more sensitive anatomical differences in soft tissues in the body such as the extremities, brain, bone marrow and musculoskeletal to establish a clinical diagnosis, one of which is Supraspinatus Injury to the Shoulder. Supraspinatus is a tear or rupture of the tendon of the supraspinatus muscle. The supraspinatus is part of the shoulder rotator cuff. Most of the time, it is accompanied by another rotator cuff muscle tear. This can occur due to trauma or repeated microtrauma and appears as a partial or full thickness tear. The rotator cuff is a fibrous connective tissue that surrounds the top of the humerus bone and functions to maintain the stability of the glenohumeral joint by pulling the humerus towards the scapula. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research with an observational approach. Data collection was carried out from 08 August 2023 to 07 September 2023 using the Mri Philips Achieva 1.5 Hestia aircraft. The patient sample used in this study was a patient with shoulder complaints. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The protection of women and children from acts of violence is part of the public services provided by the government for women and children victims of violence. Violence against women and children is one of the issues that is of concern to the government. There is a trend of increasing cases of violence against women and children. The increase in incidents of violence has provided a solid basis for the government and stakeholders to accelerate progress on reducing violence against women and children.Protection of women and children as part of public services carried out by the government in the implementation of bureaucratic reform is carried out according to applicable regulations, to optimize the function of services for protecting women and children, it is necessary to optimize the role of service implementers, implementing human resources who have competence, collaboration of all relevant stakeholders, preparing tools which will serve as a guideline and carry out monitoring and evaluation functions.

The purpose of this research is to examine initiatives to enhance the quality of public services. in order to achieve service standards that are on par with international standards for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). This study employs a qualitative method with a case study at a local government agency. that has been recognized as the agency with the best quality public services. In-depth interviews with government officials were used to acquire data., employees and customers, as well as analisis of documents related to the implemented public service improvement program. According to the study's findings, local government agencies have succeeded in improving the quality of public services by implementing a number of strategic initiatives and programs. Among them are the effective use of information technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness accessibility of public services, training and human resource development to improve employee skills and professionalism, and implementing strict service standards to measure and ensure customer satisfaction. Old age is said to be the final stage of development in the human life cycle which experiences various health problems and is at high risk of dangerous diseases. Health problems that occur in the elderly in general are a decrease in organ function, changes in lifestyle, diet and physical activity which are often the main factors in degenerative diseases including hypertension which disrupts blood flow. This hypertension often occurs in the elderly where the blood pressure is at the upper limit ( Systole) is more than 140 mmHg and lower limit blood pressure (diastole) is more than 90 mmHg. One non-pharmacological treatment that can improve the flow of oxygen in the blood is laughter therapy. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of laughter therapy using comedy videos on reducing blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension at the Tiban Baru Community Health Center, Batam City. The Batam City Health Service noted that hypertension occurs more frequently in elderly people aged 60-70 years and over with the highest number being 9,282 people at the Tiban Baru Community Health Center, Batam City. This research uses a quasi-experimental method with a pre-test and post-test design without control. The sample provided used the purpose sampling method with a total research sample of 20 respondents. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is an effect of laughter therapy on reducing blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension.

Marketing in a company is a function that determines the company's success in making a profit. One activity that has an important role in marketing is the distribution of goods and services. Apart from that, determining prices is also important in increasing sales. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of distribution and price on increasing sales. This type of research is qualitative using a literature review method whose sources are obtained from the latest journals in the last 5 years. The results of this research are that distribution can increase product sales. Distribution plays an important role in determining the sales volume that a company can achieve. Price can influence increased sales. If the company is correct in determining the price of its product, it will have an impact on increasing sales of the product.  

Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) is a condition that causes pain, tingling and weakness in the hand due to compression of the median nerve in the wrist. Treatment of CTS is based on two main approaches, namely steroid injection therapy and endoscopic surgical decompression therapy. Steroid injection therapy provides greater temporary pain relief, but the benefits are not permanent. At the same time, surgical decompression treatment with endoscopy is a definitive treatment that is more effective in the long term and has a lower therapeutic failure rate than steroid injection treatment. This literature research explores various scientific studies and related literature that have been conducted in recent decades to understand the effectiveness and relative superiority of these two treatment methods. This review covers clinical aspects, such as the rate of pain recovery, recovery of hand function, as well as the impact on the patient's quality of life. The results of this literature review indicate that both treatment methods have their respective advantages and disadvantages. Steroid injection therapy can provide rapid and minimally invasive symptom relief, while endoscopic surgical decompression therapy tends to provide more lasting and complete improvement. Factors such as symptom severity, patient preference, and medical recommendations may influence the choice between these two methods.

Babies get their main nutrition, namely breast milk, through the breastfeeding process. However, in some cases breast milk can be low, one of the reasons is the mother's psychological condition. Mothers who feel unhappy, not calm, not relaxed, this will affect their breast milk. Hypnobreastfeeding is a relaxation technique to help smooth the breastfeeding process, by adding positive affirmations to your mind when you relax. Deep and regular relaxation makes the endocrine system, blood flow and other systems in the body function better because the endorphins produced by the mother will flow to the baby through breast milk and also make the baby feel comfortable and calm. Research objective: to determine the effect of hypnobreastfeeding on the smooth flow of breast milk in postpartum mothers at PMB Soraya Palembang. Method: This research uses a pre-experimental research design (one-group pre-post test design). The sampling technique used was total sampling with a total of 32 people. Univariate data analysis for homogeneity and bivariate tests used the dependent t test. The results of this study showed that respondents experienced an increase in breast milk production obtained from the pretest and posttest. The results of the dependent t test obtained a Z value of -2.129 and Asymp Sig of 0.001 < 0.005. The conclusion of this research states that there is an influence of the hypnobreastfeeding technique in expressing breast milk to the mother

This study aims to determine the handling of Miscellanous Dangerous Goods cargo in Regulated agents at PT. Buana Citradjaya Dirgantara, what problems occur in the process of handling Miscellanous Dangerous Goods cargo at Regulated Agents at PT. Buana Citradjaya Dirgantara and efforts to overcome the constraints of handling Miscellanous Dangerous Goods cargo at Regulated Agents at PT. Buana Citradjaya Dirgantara This study used a qualitative method with data sources in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity techniques use source triangulation and triangulation techniques. The result of this study is that Miscellanous Dangerous Goods cargo handling has been carried out in accordance with SOPs or applicable regulations. Syntax is a branch of linguistics that studies grammar in an utterance. One of the objects of study of syntax is phrases. Phrases are grammatical units consisting of two or more words that do not exceed the function limit. This study aims to use phrases that focus on noun phrases, verb phrases, and adjective phrases in narrative texts in social studies learning books for class VII of the independent curriculum. This study used a descriptive qualitative data analysis method by searching, finding, determining, and analyzing the phrases in the narrative text of social studies learning books for class VIII of the independence curriculum. In analyzing the data using the approach of theoretical study of syntax and using the study of documents as a method of data collection. As for the results obtained from this analysis in the form of finding seven noun phrases as the most used phrases in the text, three verb phrases, and five adjective phrases that are appropriate to their respective uses. It is hoped that this research will help many people, especially those pursuing education, better understand the different types of verb phrases, noun phrases, and adjective phrases in narrative text sentences.

This study aims to investigate how responsibility and commitment can affect employee performance. This study's research technique uses qualitative methods, or more specifically, observation techniques used over the course of a month in the North Sumatra Governor's office. The study's findings indicate that responsibility and dedication play a big part in employee performance since they affect job productivity inside the organization, which in turn affects how the public perceives the organization. Therefore, it can be claimed that the organization's function may help each employee become more committed and responsible. which will eventually be able to offer the public the greatest service.

The syntax is a grammar that can decipher the relationship of language elements to form sentences. The function of syntax is as a container in a syntactic structure that contains certain categories. It can be called subject (S), Predicate (P), Object (O), Complement (COMP), and Adverb (ADV). Phrase analysis in short story texts in Indonesian language books for fourth-grade elementary school independence curriculum. This analysis is a qualitative descriptive analysis of the short story text in the Indonesian language book for the fourth grade of the Independent Curriculum. Phrases are syntactic units cobining of two or more words and do not have clauses that occupy one function. Many do not understand how to divide groups of phrases and the causes of errors. Therefore, this research to classify phrases based on their types, and the causes of phrase errors in short stories texts in Indonesian language books for fourth-grade elementary school independence curriculum. Listening and then recording is a technique that can be done when data collection. The results of this study indicate that there are noun phrases, verb phrases, adjective phrases, numeral phrases, and errors in the use of phrases in short stories sentences. This analysis is expected to better understand and be able to develop the use of phrases in short stories.

Elderly is an age group that is susceptible to disease due to decreased function in the body due to the aging process. Uric acid is produced by every living thing as a result of the main metabolic process, namely a chemical process in the cell nucleus that functions to support survival. To overcome complaints of pain that appear in patients with gout, there are various pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies. The usual pharmacological therapy is taking painkillers, namely the Nonstereoidal Antiinflammatory Drugs (NSAID) group. Complementary therapy is a natural therapy including herbal therapy in the form of bay leaves. The aim of the study was to describe a decrease in uric acid levels by giving bay leaf boiled water to the elderly at the Cilacap Dewanata Institution. The results of this study were obtained after therapy by giving boiled bay leaf water, the patient was more comfortable, the pain was reduced, the last day's observations of vital signs (TTV) showed Td: 110/80 mmHg, Respiration: 20 x/minute, Pulse: 96 x /minute pain scale 2. In conclusion, the application of giving bay leaf boiled water is proven to be able to overcome the problem of diagnosing acute pain associated with physical injury agents, the implementation of self-invasion care was carried out for 3 days, with extraction the results of reduced pain.

Abstrak. Teknologi input/output (I/O) memegang peranan penting dalam perkembangan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak komputer modern. Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi I/O telah memungkinkan komputer menjadi lebih interaktif, lebih cepat, dan lebih efisien dalam memproses informasi. Pada proses I/O terdapat perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak yang berfungsi sebagai media menghasilkan data. Perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak saling terkait dan saling mendukung dalam operasi komputer. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran teknologi I/O pada perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak berdasarkan perkembangannya. Teknologi I/O merujuk pada cara komputer berinteraksi dengan dunia luar melalui masukan dan keluaran. Data diperoleh beradasarkan studi pustaka dengan menggunakan referensi dari berbagai sumber. Metode penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami kerangka pengetahuan yang sudah ada tentang judu, mengidentifikasi dan mendukung atau merinci argument. Berdasarkan literatur yang sudah ada, hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran teknologi I/O pada perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak sangat berpengaruh pada perkembangannya dapat dilihat dari kinerja perangkat keras yang lebih baik, inovasi dalam perangkat keras yang terus berkembang dan perkembangan perangkat lunak yang lebih maju.   Abstract. Input/output (I/O) technology plays an important role in the development of modern computer hardware and software. The rapid development of I/O technology has allowed computers to become more interactive, faster, and more efficient in processing information. In the I/O process, there are hardware and software that function as a medium to produce data. Hardware and software are interrelated and support each other in computer operations. This study aims to analyze the role of I/O technology in hardware and software based on its development. I/O technology refers to the way a computer interacts with the outside world through inputs and outputs. Data is obtained based on literature studies using references from various sources. This research method aims to understand the existing framework of knowledge about judu, identify and support or detail arguments. Based on existing literature, the results show the role of I/O technology in hardware and software is very influential on its development can be seen from better hardware performance, innovation in hardware that continues to develop and more advanced software developments.

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is a medical imaging technique that combines magnetic fields and radio waves to create images and analysis of body tissue, blood circulation and metabolic function of the body. Some indications for MRI brain include detecting and identifying cases such as multiple sclerosis, infarction, hemorrhage, infection, trauma, and tumor or metastatic disease. Hemorrhagic stroke is bleeding that occurs when the blood vessels leading to the brain leak. Hemorrhagic stroke occurs when blood comes out of a blood vessel due to tearing of the blood vessel wall. Blood vessel walls can be weakened by the process of atherosclerosis and can also be due to congenital defects. The research method used was qualitative research. With a case study type of research. Data collection was carried out from July 2023 to August 2023 using a 3 Tesla MRI aircraft. The patient samples used in this study were three patients with complaints in the head. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The MRI brain examination procedure in hemorrhagic stroke cases at one of the hospitals in Jakarta uses the Plain localizer axial, sagittal and coronal sequence, T1_fl2_axial, T2_tse_darkfluid_axial, T2_tse_axial, ep2d_diff_4scan_trace, asl_3d_axial, tof_cs_carotids, flow_pc3d_MRV, tof_brain_MRA, T2_swi_axial. In this case, there is a different sequence used, namely T2_swi_axial. Sequence susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI) is an innovative radiological imaging method that is often used in diagnosing neuroradiological disorders. 

Heart failure is a pathophysiological condition where the heart's function as a pump is no longer able to meet the need for blood throughout the body for tissue metabolism (Price, 2015). This situation causes a decrease in cardiac output which can cause comfort problems based on clinical manifestations such as tightness, pain, heart palpitations, a feeling of coldness in the peripheral area, even swelling, muscle stiffness, numbness, and other subjective feelings felt by the patient himself. is defined as a disturbance of comfort because it is difficult for someone to determine the feeling they are experiencing so that the use of the word comfort is more appropriate to describe the feelings experienced by the patient so it is appropriate that in this condition there is a disturbance of comfort in the patient (Potter & Perry, 2014). The aim of this study was to determine the effect of hydro-aromatherapy on comfort in Heart Failure patients. This research method is a quasi-experimental pre test and post test with two groups, namely the intervention and control groups. Research data collection was carried out during September 2023 at the Integrated Heart Center (PJT) RSUP.H. Adam Malik Medan. The number of respondents with a diagnosis of CHF that met the study inclusion and exclusion criteria was 32 patients. In the intervention group, they were given a warm water foot soak mixed with aromatherapy oil, while in the control group they only soaked their feet in warm water. Measurement of comfort level uses the "daisy comfort scale" or the numerical daisy comfort intensity scale (Kolcaba, 2000). The results of this study showed that there was a significant difference in effect on increasing comfort levels (p<0.005) in the intervention group by soaking feet in warm water mixed with aromatherapy oil (p=0.000). Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that soaking feet in warm water mixed with aromatherapy oils in heart failure patients can increase comfort.

Background:Non-hemorrhagic strokeis a cerebrovascular disease that occurs when the blood supply to part of the brain is suddenly interrupted by occlusion, usually caused by thrombosis, embolism, and focal hypoperfusion which can cause a reduction or disruption in cerebral blood flow (CBF) and affect neurological function due to lack of glucose and oxygen. Computed tomography scanning (CT Scan) of the head is a special examination of the head that uses tomography techniques with X-ray beams penetrating the patient's head from various directions using a computer system to produce anatomical images in axial, sagittal and coronal planes..One of the parameters for a CT scan of the head is Increment Reconstruction. Reconstruction Increment is the distance between reconstruction images in volume data. Method: Typeresearch is quantitative with an experimental approach, carried out in July-August 2023 at Bali Mandara Regional Hospital. The population and sample of this study were 10 patients with indications of non-hemorrhagic stroke. Results :research results from the overall Friedman test on CT scans of the head with clinical non-hemorrhagic stroke using variations in reconstruction increments of 0.5mm, 0.9mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, the results of the most optimal anatomical image information in producing images from 4 variations of increments, namely in the 2mm increment reconstruction which has the highest mean rank value, namely 3.30 in the thalamus area, 3.40 in the lateral ventricle area, 3.25 in the white matter area, 3.40 in the gray matter area, 3.40 in the lesion area hypodense/infarction of 3.25. Conclusion:From the results of the Friedman test on CT scans of the head with clinical non-hemorrhagic strokes using variations in reconstruction increments of 0.5mm, 0.9mm, 1.5mm, 2mm against anatomical criteria, the most optimal value in producing an image is at a reconstruction increment of 2mm which has the highest mean rank value.

PLN (Persero) UP3 Binjai is one of the PLN units responsible for the electricity distribution function. In the electricity business, its position is as an interface with customers. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of using the PLN Mobile application in the customer service section at PLN UP3 Binjai. In collecting research data, a qualitative method was used consisting of interviews and observations as well as literature review, interviews were conducted to PLN employees in the customer service department and PLN mobile users. The results of the research are that the PLN Mobile Application is quite good and very useful for UP3 Binjai customers to fulfill electricity needs, complaints and grievances, however, socialization is not yet evenly distributed so that there are still PLN customers UP3 Binjai who have not used the PLN Mobile application. Apart from that, the PLN Mobile application also has a positive impact on both customers and PLN employees because it will be more effective and save time and energy for both customers and employees in resolving customer complaints.
