The development of science and technology in various fields in the era of globalization is felt to be very advanced. So that information is something that is needed in a fast, precise and accurate. Many conveniences are promised in a variety of information technologies. There is one fact that cannot be denied that this information has become an expensive commodity, if a company or agency cannot uphold the information that it needs most, then the procurement of information itself will obviously drain resources and funds. In doing business, PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota already has and uses an adequate accounting, deposit and credit information system. One of the strategies applied by PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota in collecting funds is the Ball Pick Up System, which is by visiting individual and institutional customers. While the institutions that have been served by PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota are schools, one of which is SMA Negeri 3 Demak. The service is in the form of an education fee payment. In serving the payment of school education costs in SMA 3 Demak, PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota still uses the conventional way, that is by receiving deposits from students, the data is recorded in the admission book and after adding up with a calculator, the result is that service is very slow. To overcome the problems mentioned above, it is necessary to build a system that can accelerate the process of receiving tuition fee payments and can produce a more detailed report on school fees both those who have paid and those who have not yet paid. One such system is utilizing VPN (Virtual Private Notwork) technology. Based on the description of the problem above, it becomes an impetus for the writer to be able to solve this system as well as possible and is very background for the writing of the Thesis which is planned to be realized using the Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 program language

Pancasila adalah dasar dan Ideologi Negara Republik Indonesia yang ada sejaknegara Indonesia belum berdiri. Pancasila adalah pilar bangsa yang mengandung nilainilaiBermasyarakat, Berbangsa, dan Bernegara. Kedudukan Pancasila sebagai Dasardan Ideologi Negara yaitu sebagai fondamen, filsafat, pikiran yang mendalam,pandangan hidup, dan pemersatu bangsa. Studi ini menggunakan metode deskriptifanalitik yakni dengan menganalisis secara kritis terhadap permasalahan secaramendalam mengenai globalisasi, dengan mengedepankan alternatif penyelesaianpermasalahan melalui Pancasila.Rumusan sila-sila dalam sila Pancasila adalah hukumpositif indonesia secara yuridis-konstitusional sah, berlaku, dan mengikat seluruhlembaga negara, lembaga masyrakat, dan setiap warga negara tanpa terkecuali.NamunPancasila yang begitu penting tidak lagi dipikirkan. Pengaruh globalisai kehidupan yangsemakin meluas dan persaingan antar bangsa yang semakin tajam. Karakteristikglobalisasi yang individual-liberal menggerus nilai-nilai keluhuran Pancasila. Olehkarena itu kita sebagai bangsa indonesia perlu kembali menjadi karakter dasar bangsaIndonesia sendir yaitu Pancasila dan penumbuhan Eksistensi Pancasila yang bernilaifilosofis dan sosiologis menjadi hal perlu di era globalisasi ini.Kata kunci : Eksistensi, Pancasila, Globalisasi

The purpose of this article is to describe Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) Disclosure using postmodern perspectives, Lyotard’s and Jean Baudrillard’s thinking. From Lyotard’s thinking, CSR disclosure can be viewed as grand narration used to camouflage real social and environmental problems.CSR disclosure guideliness arranged by Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) is a form of universalims that strongly opposed by postmodernism. CSR disclosure practices that accommodate Indonesian cultures and values will be able to break grand narration in CSR disclosure. From Baudrillard perspective, CSR disclosure can be viewed as simulacrum. The simulacrum is shown by (a) the disconnect between reality and its representations, especially the lack of tranparancy in negative business impact disclosures; (b) The control and manipulation of information, and (c) the proliferation of misleading images. Capitalism is believed to bring profit to the owners of capital and encourage economic growth, but the bad impact it generates for the wider community is also more so that capitalism creates a seemingly endless snare. Accounting as part of the economy also can not be separated from capitalism. This article aims to explain the traps of capitalism inherent in the adoption of the International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS). The traps of capitalism inherent in the adoption of IFRS include (a) increasing opportunities for foreign investors to exploit the natural resources and human resources in Indonesia, (b) the opening of opportunities for the capitalist economic system to replace the family economy system mandated by the Constitution 1945, (c) fair value accounting in IFRS provides an instrument for profit accumulation greed, (d) IFRS adoption encourages Indonesia to engage in global markets so as to facilitate 'flow of things capitalism', which affects the accumulation of money (profit) as the sole Goals and other "value" waivers, including moral values. Efforts to compensate for the trap of capitalism in IFRS adoption can be an increase in the ethics of accountants' learning adapted to the ideology of Indonesia and the value of the Godhead, the development of business processes and accounting practices based on religious values, and the development of critical accounting discourse as a means of awareness of the adverse effects of capitalism. Sejalan dengan era global ini, saat dibutuhkan informasi yang bersifat mobile. Kemudahan dankecepatan akses saat ini sangat didukung dengan berbagai sarana seperti smartphone. Semakin lama banyakorang yang bermigrasi dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan informasi dari komputer beralih ke smartphone. Halini dikarenakankemudahan dan kepraktisan dalam menggunakannya. Orang tidak harus mengotonggotong laptop dalam mencari informasi, tetapi informasi saat ini telah dalam satu genggaman tangan.Sistem informasi ini dibangun guna mendukung kebutuhan informasi bagi penyelenggarapemerintahan dalam membuat suatu keputusan, adapun informasi yang diolah saat ini berdasarkan kartukeluarga. Aplikasi ini membangun informasi kependudukan pengolahan data perjenis kelamin, programpengolahan data tempat kelahiran, program pengolahan data tahun kelahiran, program pengolahan dataagama, program pengolahan data pendidikan, program pengolahan data status pernikahan, programpengolahan data status hubungan, program pengolahan data kewarganegaraan, program pengolahan dataPekerjaan serta updating data pada kartu keluarga. Hasil dari sistem menunjukkan bahwa kemudahandan validitas data sangat bergantung pada database yang diolah. Sistem ini mampu menyajikan dataolahan yang sangat dibut uhkan oleh para pemanggu pemerintahan. Dari tingkat RT hingga tingkatkecamatan bahkan tingkatan yang lebih tinggi.

The objective of this paper is to discourse critical paradigm to respond economic globalization, especially in higher education liberalization.  Higher Education liberalization is employed by World Trade Organization (WTO), firstly  is introduced concept of higher education corporatization. Corporatization is one of implementation strategy of New Public Management (NPM) in public sector.  This paper based on results of case study in one of Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Badan Layanan Umum (PTN BLU). PTN BLU is an example of NMP implementation. NPM is campaigned by International Institution such as World Bank (WB) and Internationally Monetary Fund (IMF). WB, IMF, and WTO use accounting as  a surveillance system. In  Habermas’s Critical Theory perspective,  higher education corporatization is lifeworld moneterization, with accounting as steering media. The effects of that are social pathologies, they are loss of meaning, anomie, and psychopathology. Loss of  meaning in higher education as a knowledge development institution, that dedicate to humanism has transform a corporate, that produce knowledge based economy (KBE) according to market demand.  Losses of academician identities, psychological disease are other examples of social pathologies. This study examines the effect of environmental performance measured from PROPER ( Performance Rating Program in Environmental Management ) towards sustainability report disclosure practices and economic performance . Sustainability Report ( SR ) was measured by 79 items of disclosure by the GRI G3 (2006) , while the economic performance using scale industries calculated return of Al - Tuwaijiri , et al . (2004) . Samples in this study were taken by purposive sampling technique that companies listed on the Stock Exchange and publish an annual report in 2011-2012 . The statistical methods used in this study is a simple regression analysis to examine the effect of environmental performance on sustainability report and multiple regression analysis to examine the effect of environmental performance and sustainability report on economic performance . Data analysis and hypotheses tests in this study using SPSS version 16. Results showed that the company's environmental performance have a significant positive effect on Sustainability Report Diclosure. Meanwhile, the results of the second hypothesis shows that environmental performance has a significant impact on economic performance. And the results showed that the third hypothesis Sustainability Report Diclosure have a significant positive effect on economic performance .Keywords : Global Reporting Initiative , Sustainability Reporting , Economic Performance , Environmental Performance

Globalization is a process of economic activity and trade, where countriesaround the world into a single market forces increasingly integrated with theterritorial limits of the country without hindrance. Developments in this eraof globalization impact to human life. Based on these conditions, affect theappearance of many engaged in the retail trade of daily consumer goods invarious cities in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the effect of Display,Positive Emotion and Store Atmosphere toImpulse Buying.This study used accidental sampling method on the visitor AlfamartCitarum Raya Semarang. Data obtained by distributing 100 questionnairesto the visitors Alfamart Citarum Raya Semarang. The independent variablein this study is the Display of Positive Emotion and Atmosphere Store whilethe dependent variableis the Impulse Buying. The statistical methods used inthis study is the Multiple Linear Regression AnalysisThe results oft his study indicate that the variable Display and PositiveEmotion there is a significant effect on Impulse Buiyng. As for theAtmosphere Store variables showed no significant effect on Impulse Buying.The results of this study also showed that the value of R Square of 21.6%while the remaining 78.4% is explained by other variables that are notproposed in this study.

Perpustakaan mempunyai tanggungjawab yang besar terhadap peningkatan dan pengembangan minat dan kegemaran membaca. Hal ini dilatari oleh peran dan fungsi perpustakaan sebagai pusat pengembangan minat baca. Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi atau ICT (Information and Communication Technology) telah menjadi bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari kehidupan global. Oleh karena itu, setiap institusi, berlomba untuk mengintegrasikan ICT guna membangun dan memberdayakan sumber daya manusia berbasis pengetahuan agar dapat bersaing dalam era global. Pada penelitian ini dibangun Sistem Perpustakaan Digital Jurnal Elektronik sehingga mudah diakses oleh pembaca. Sistem dapat melakukan perambaan (crawler) dari halaman web. Dari proses perambaan (crawler) ini kemudian akan diunggah. Dimana jurnal elektronik yang diunggah sudah dibuat dengan format PDF. Sistem Perpustakaan Digital hanya dapat diakses lokal di lingkungan Universitas Stikubank Semarang. Kata Kunci : Perpustakaan Digital, Crawler, Jurnal Elektronik

Abstrak Era kebangkitan konsumerisme telah nyata baik secara global maupun nasional dengan dikeluarkannya Undang-undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen. Demokratisasi dan penguatan hak-hak sipil warga negara menjadikan konsumen berkehendak keras memperbaiki bergaining powernya di hadapan pelaku usaha dan pemerintah. Sudah bukan jamannya lagi pelaku usaha menempuh segala cara yang tidak jujur, mereka bisa digugat melalui class action. Kata kunci : Bergaining power konsumen.

Abstract:Money laundrying is regarded as new species in Indonesian legal kaleidoscope. Not many know the ins and out of the operating mode in this crime while the effect of this to the government is not a little. The former IMF managing director, Michael Kamdessus estimated the money laundryng activities to absorb 600 billion USD annually which is equal to 2%-5% of GDP through out the globe. Sistem Drainase Perkotaan merupakan salah satu komponen prasarana perkotaan yang sangat eratkaitannya dengan penataan ruang. Bencana banjir yang sering melanda sebagian besar wilayah dan kota diIndonesia disebabkan oleh kesemrawutan penataan ruang. Analisa ini bisa dilakukan denganmemanfaatkan teknologi Sistem Informasi Geografi dan ketersediaan data dijital untuk kawasan regionalatau skala global yang dihasilkan dari scanning peta wilayah, foto udara atau citra yang dihasilkan darisatelit, profil saluran drainase dan bangunan-bangunan drainase yang diperlukan sebelum perencanaanfasilitas drainase. Analisa pada System Drainase untuk mengetahui daerah yang tergenang danpengaruhnya pada tataguna lahan, sarana dan prasarana serta pada pemukiman penduduk.Denganmemanfaatkan prototipe sistem drainase perkotaan yang berkelanjutan  dengan alat bantu SistemInformasi Geografi secara optimal akan mempercepat pengambilan keputusan dalam upayapenanggulangan banjir yang terprogram dan terencana .

Banyak  organisasi  yang memanfaatkan  perangkat  teknologi  informasi  berbasis  jaringan  baik local maupun  global  untuk mendukung  tujuan pengembangan  organisasinya. Namun  banyak  yang  tanpa disadari mengimplementasikan  sistem  jaringan  computer  tersebut  tanpa  dibarengi  dan  diimbangi  dengan sistem keamanan yang memadai sesuai dengan standar keamanan yang berlaku. Hal itu dikarenakan karena banyak  yang  tidak  menggunakan  prinsip­prinsip  pengamanan  sesuai  standar,  dan  dalam mengimplementasikan tidak melalui tahap siklus hidup keamanan informasi. Untuk mengatasi kendala itu, maka  dari  itu  sebuah  organisasi  harus  memiliki  patokan  atau  standar  baku  untuk  menerapkan  sistem keamanan  sesuai  dengan  prinsip  standar  seperti  yang  dikeluarkan  oleh NIST.  Selain  itu  sangat  penting sekali  diperlukan  komitmen  implementasi  keamanan,  dengan  cara  menerapkan  sesuai  siklus  hidup keamanan informasi oleh para user, system engineer, spesialis IT, manajer program dan petugas keamanan informasi.

Genetic Algorithm is a kind of search algorithm based on the mechanics of natural selection and genetics. This algorithm can  search  for a global optimum  solution using multiple path and  treat  integer problem naturally. This paper presents application of Genetic Algorithm for determining the size, location, type, and number of capacitors to be placed on radial distribution system. The objective is to minimize the peak power losses and energy losses in the distribution system considering the capacitor cost. The algorithm was implemented in Delphi programming language and tested for a realistic physically­existing feeder to show its feasibility and capabilities.

Multinational Corporation is company that operated in many products, markets and cultural, because they, have many company’s branch in foreign. So Multinational Corporation need Global Information System for coordinating their company's branch. Global Information System can connect between everyone involved decision making. Coordinating can done more effective and efficient with Global Information System, because Global Information System can give coordinating's support unlimited time and place.
