The purpose of this study was to obtain the symbolic meaning of Natas Banyang at the Maanyan Dayak Traditional wedding ceremony in east Barito and its implications for literatur learning in SMA. Findings - In this research there is a positive and significant influence between Work Experience (X1) and Employee Performance (Y). There is a positive and significant influence between Work Motivation (X2) and Employee Performance (Y). There is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment (X3) and Employee Performance (Y). Research implications - Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the work experience variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The positive meaning is that the more work experience an employee has, the better the employee's performance. From the results of the t test which shows that the sig value of 0.009 <0.05 is said to be significant, which means that work experience can be a factor and can improve the performance of PT employees. The positive meaning is that the better the work motivation given to employees, the better the employee's performance. The main objective of this research is to determine the role of turnover intention in mediating the adaptation of green culture on the work productivity of lecturers at private universities in Medan City. The approach in this research is quantitative. The population comes from 5 private universities in Medan City, totaling 728 students. The sampling technique used cluster sampling, where 258 educational staff were used as research samples. The data analysis technique for this research uses statistical analysis, namely the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM), which aims to carry out path analysis with latent variables. The results of data analysis show that the adaptation of green culture directly has a significant effect on employee work productivity. Then, turnover intention hurts employee work productivity. Finally, indirect turnover intention does not significantly mediate the adaptation of green culture on employee work productivity. The implications of the findings in this research show that green cultural adaptation currently needs to be carried out by private universities. The provision of green open space and green cultural values at the private higher education level in Medan City has yet to be consistently and sustainably implemented.

This study aims to provide an understanding of the application of interpersonal communication through social media in a vocational high school environment, namely at SMK Negeri 1 Babelan, Bekasi Regency, West Java. The implementation steps given to SMK Negeri 1 Babelan, Bekasi Regency, are related to an aware understanding of media law to prevent the negative effects of social media, especially considering the current condition of the younger generation who are very active on social media, they must be equipped with knowledge of understanding content which can lead to social legal sanctions. to be wiser in using social media at an early age. The qualitative method is descriptive. Data was collected through observation, interviews, discussion forums and documentation. While the data analysis technique is presented in the form of narrative text through procedures namely coding, data reduction, data presentation, data triangulation, drawing conclusions and data analysis. The results show that the steps for implementing interpersonal communication are very comprehensive to help students and teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Babelan understand the importance of ethics in communicating online, especially when having to carry out activities with students online. Many teachers and students at SMK N 1 Babelan are active on various social media platforms so it is important for teachers and students to understand how to communicate properly and effectively. Poor communication on social media can negatively affect the image and reputation of a teacher, school or institution. As for the implications that need to be carried out related to understanding the law so that understanding about legal awareness of media is very important to prevent, the negative impact of social media is even greater when there is a lack of knowledge about understanding content which can lead to legal sanctions for the students themselves or the social environment.

The thesis with the title "The Influence of Income and Religiosity on Employee Performance (Study at PT. Bhakti Idola Tama, Sungai Gelam District, Muaro Jambi Regency)" was written by Ira Puspita Sari, NIM 501190279, Department of Sharia Economics, Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin State Islamic University, Jambi 2023. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of income and religiosity on employee performance. The research method used in this thesis research is descriptive quantitative. The samples taken were 40 respondents. Data collection techniques by researchers are literature study, observation, interviews and questionnaires. The results of the research in this thesis are that Income and Religiosity simultaneously or together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Bhakti Idol Tama. It is known that the significance value for income and religiosity (X) simultaneously on Employee Performance (Y) is 0.003 < 0.05 and the calculated F value > F table (6.668 > 3.25). So it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute, have an impact or have implications for related parties so that they can be used as a reference for research, scientific development and so on.

From the results of the Exegetical study of Isaiah 58:1-12, increasing social awareness and giving more attention to others, especially to those who are less fortunate or in need. Through fasting, Christians can draw closer to God and experience closer bonds with others.

The The background of this research is that the learning process is still centered on the teacher (teacher center) which makes the teaching and learning process passive and also the teacher only uses conventional models.  This will have an impact on student learning motivation to be low.  Given the importance of setting strategies and variations in classroom learning will have implications for student learning motivation, therefore researchers are interested in using the Teams Games Tournament type cooperative learning model to measure how much influence the Teams Games Tournament learning model has on student learning motivation.  This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model on student learning motivation in learning the moral creed of class VIII MTs Gantung Ciri. The type of research used is a quasi experiment with a posttest-only research design with non-equivalent groups.  The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling or is called saturated sampling.  Saturated sampling is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples.  Class VIII-1 as an experimental class with 22 students.  Class VIII-2 as the control class with 21 students.  The data analysis technique was carried out by carrying out a normality test with the Shapiro-Wilk formula, homogeneity test and then testing the hypothesis with an independent t-test.  All tests were performed using the SPSS 22 application. The results of the study obtained from the research data that the average results of the experimental class learning motivation questionnaire = 63.09 and the control class = 59.71. It can be concluded that the average results of the experimental class questionnaire are higher than the average results of the control class questionnaire and the results of the hypothesis  which was carried out with the t-test obtained the number 0.043 <0.05 then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted.

An Islamic religious education educator does not just provide teaching materials in class but is more complex than that. Apart from educating and preparing students with knowledge, Islamic religious education educators are also fully responsible for encouraging student behavior, both from a psychological and character perspective. In the field of education, Islamic religious education educators greatly influence aspects of students' lives, both social, cultural and moral, to develop good motivation in students so that they can form individuals with noble morals. Therefore, to make this happen, appropriate learning strategies are needed that are able to increase student motivation. This research aims to explain the PAI learning strategy that is applied, analyzing the factors that support its success, as well as explaining the impact resulting from implementing the PAI learning strategy in an effort to increase student learning motivation at SDN Kawunggading, Cianjur. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews and documentation. The resulting data is then analyzed by means of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this research show that the PAI learning strategies implemented at SDN Kawunggading are implementing examples, implementing habits, giving advice, paying attention, giving punishment, and discussing with peers. Factors that influence the success of PAI learning strategies consist of external factors and internal factors; The implications of the PAI learning strategy implemented at SDN Kawungggading are able to have a good impact on broken home students as shown by the students' attitude of being diligent in going to school, having concern for the surrounding environment, having a good attitude towards teachers and friends, and being able to follow lessons in a conducive manner.

This is applied to the recruitment and selection process that provides benefits such as rewards to employees who can achieve targets. . This research aims to analyze the dynamics of religious spread in the urban areas of Semarang through a spatial analysis approach using Geographic Information System (GIS). By utilizing both secondary and recent primary data, this study delineates the patterns of religious spread across various neighborhoods and districts in Semarang. Through the application of GIS, the research produces thematic maps that vividly visualize the distribution of religions in a spatial context. The analysis results reveal diverse patterns of religious spread, with some areas exhibiting a high concentration of a particular religion while others demonstrate significant religious diversity. The importance of environmental factors in shaping the patterns of religious spread is also discussed in this study. The correlation analysis between the presence of places of worship, religious educational institutions, and other environmental variables provides additional insights into the factors influencing the distribution of religions in Semarang. The conclusions drawn from this research contribute to a deeper understanding of religious diversity in urban Semarang. The implications include the potential formulation of more effective development policies, strengthening tolerance among religious communities, and creating an inclusive environment amid the complexities of social and cultural diversity in the city. This research is expected to serve as a foundation for further studies and aid sustainable decision-making at the local level.

This article describes the results of the scientific guidance of Madrasah Aliyah Takhassus Al-Qur'an Wonosobo. The mentoring stages are carried out through three strategies: coordination, implementation and evaluation. The activities take the form of field research with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation, then descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that providing scientific guidance to Madrasah Aliyah Takhassus Al-Qur'an Wonosobo to students can foster religious awareness in everyday life. This contributes to an understanding of the importance of scientific spirit by making pilgrimages to the graves of scholars which enables the birth of an attitude of love for science. The Teaching Campus Program is a follow-up program to the Pioneer Teaching Campus Program organized by the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture in 2020 as a concrete manifestation of higher education through its students to take part in moving to make education successful nationally in a pandemic situation. The aim of this service is to understand the process of empowering Al-Qur'an Science University students in the Teaching Campus 5 Program at One Roof 4 State Middle School Sukoharjo and One Roof 3 State Middle School Kejajar, Wonosobo Regency. The empowerment strategy goes through four stages, namely: provision, deployment, monitoring and withdrawal. The results of this empowerment show that Al-Qur'an Science University students in the Teaching Campus Program have contributed to solving the problems of post-pandemic education, namely the lack of motivation to learn. This can be seen from the increase in school literacy and numeracy, as well as improved school adaptation to technology in the learning process, and the realization of a project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). These results contribute to school recovery after the Covid-19 pandemic. The conclusion focuses on the importance of emotional ties between students and the school in realizing a goal to be achieved together and its implications for the sustainability of national education.

In the context of this research, we apply in-depth qualitative research methods to investigate and analyze the differences and similarities between Ambonese and Indonesian. This approach involves a series of in-depth interviews with native speakers of both languages, allowing us to reconcile complex linguistic aspects and explore the social and cultural contexts that shape language differences in two different environments. Content analysis is also used to explore cultural nuances and linguistic aspects that may not be immediately apparent. By focusing on the relationship between language, identity, and culture, this research aims to provide a deeper understanding of how linguistic differences reflect and influence people's identities. In addition, we seek to explain the practical impact of these language differences in various everyday communication contexts. The results of this research not only have the potential to provide new insights into the structure and use of Ambonese and Indonesian, but can also contribute to a broader understanding of language complexity in multicultural contexts. Therefore, this article not only contributes to the linguistic literature, but also simplifies the practical and cultural implications of language differences in societies that use these two languages ​​in daily interactions.

Mastery of the Arabic language plays a crucial role in understanding and interpreting the nushush of fiqh munakahat, which is an integral part of Islamic family law. In the context of contemporary Islamic family law, a deep understanding of the Arabic language can affect the accuracy of interpretation and application of the law as a whole. Nushush fiqh munakahat often contain technical terms, complex grammatical structures and contextual meanings that can only be properly understood through a good command of Arabic. This study aims to explore the relevance of mastering Arabic in the interpretation of the nushush of fiqh munakahat by examining the various challenges, interpretative errors, and legal implications that can arise from weak linguistic skills. This study is conducted through a qualitative approach with a literature study of primary and secondary sources in fiqh munakahat. The results of this study are expected to contribute to strengthening the method of interpretation of Islamic law, especially in the field of munakahat, as well as encouraging the improvement of Arabic language competence for practitioners and academics of Islamic law.

This research aims to test and analyze the influence between Village Fund Allocation and Economic Growth in Lewolaga village, Tite Hena District. This type of research is quantitative research with an associative approach, through statistical analysis by collecting secondary data regarding village fund allocation and economic growth data from Lewolaga village during the 2015 – 2022 period. The results of statistical analysis show that Village Fund Allocation has a significant influence on Economic Growth in Lewolaga village. Sig value. of the Village Fund Allocation Variable is 0.005 smaller than the significance level α=0.05, so the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted. The t value is 4,361, while the t table value (df 7; 0.05) is 1.89458, indicating that t count > t table, which confirms the existence of a significant difference between the two variables. This research provides important implications that Village Fund Allocations can be an effective instrument in encouraging economic growth in rural areas such as Lewolaga. The government and stakeholders are expected to optimize the use of village funds by prioritizing programs that contribute to local economic development. In the context of agency theory, community participation in decision making and active involvement of local economic actors are also key in increasing the effectiveness of village fund allocation to achieve better results in supporting economic growth at the Lewolaga village level.

This research explores the meaning of messages in digital communication on social media through a hermeneutic approach. The findings show that message interpretation is strongly influenced by users' personal and social contexts, including cultural backgrounds, life experiences, and individual values. Algorithms that personalize content create 'filter bubbles' that narrow views and reinforce biases, while homogeneous online communities reinforce the meaning of certain messages in 'echo chambers'. Intercultural digital communication often suffers from misunderstandings due to differences in cultural norms and context, but users who frequently interact with other cultures show better adaptation. Emotion and empathy in digital communication often lack depth, with anonymity increasing negative behaviors such as cyberbullying. Social media enables the construction of digital identities and personal narratives that influence the meaning of messages. The implications of this research highlight the importance of digital literacy education, the development of fair algorithms, programs that support intercultural communication, and policies to address cyberbullying. This hermeneutic approach provides important insights for creating a more inclusive, empathetic and effective social media environment.

This study examines social conflicts in Islamic family law (HKI) using sociological and anthropological approaches to understand the complex dynamics between religion, culture, and social values. The research aims to analyze the causes of conflicts, resolution patterns, and the contributions of socio-cultural approaches to creating effective and sustainable solutions. Employing a qualitative approach, the study utilizes case studies involving semi-structured interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that social conflicts in HKI are often triggered by imbalances in social structures, gender roles, and the influence of local traditions that diverge from formal legal norms. The sociological approach provides insights into interaction patterns and social mediation, while the anthropological approach highlights the importance of cultural values in conflict resolution processes. The study's implications emphasize the necessity of integrating Islamic legal principles of justice with local traditions to foster conflict resolution that is harmonious and socially relevant.
