No Longer Human novel is a literature study that tells the life journey of a young man who lives in the real world. This story will be related to today's era, reflecting social criticism with the surrounding influences that make the most hypocritical living beings and easily lead to bad things. This novel, which tells the story of a young man's crisis, also has a psychological influence on the author in the process of making it. The process analysis, No Longer Human novel uses a qualitative descriptive method by collecting the data and processing it by reading the story thoroughly and analyzing the qualitative narrative. The results of the study represent the story of Oba Yozo's theatrical story and his regrets as well as the figure of speech used in Osamu Dazai's art, including (1) Idiomatic (2) Alliteration (3) Onomatopoeia (4) Personification (5) Simile (6) Metaphor (7) Hyperbole. Based on the analysis, it is found that the expression to beautify a literature study used by the author, the enrichment and disposition of the language used and the meaning of the story about fear and the harshness of the world make this Japanese novel in demand by connoisseurs of psychology or sociology genre novels.

In choosing the right learning model, a teacher must pay attention to students' abilities and choose a learning model that can motivate them to learn and develop their potential so they can overcome problems in life. Problem-Based Learning is considered a learning model that can help students maximize their potential and develop skills in solving problems in everyday life. This study aims to critically analyze the application of problem-based learning models in the field of study of Islamic Religious Education. Through a literature study approach, this study focuses on a critical analysis of the basic concepts, principles, and procedures for applying the Problem-Based Learning method in learning Islamic Religious Education. The results of the research show that in order to implement PBL in the learning process, teachers should follow the procedures or implementation stages. The procedure for implementing PBL is divided into several steps, namely: problem orientation, organizing students to study (in groups), investigation or data collection, developing and presenting work results, and finally; evaluation and reflection.

Berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan yang dilakukan dalam proses pembelajaran pada  TK Dharma Wanita Panggungrejo  Tulungagung, dalam kegiatan menganyam beberapa anak masih terlihat jari jemarinya sedikit kaku dan waktu yang digunakan relatif lama hingga waktu pembelajaran berakhir, namun dapat menyelesaikan tugas hingga selesai. Sedangkan di beberapa TK yang lain kegiatan menganyam masih jarang dilakukan dengan alasan kegiatan menganyam dianggap rumit untuk dilakukan anak. Selain itu masih banyak anak yang bertanya cara membuatnya secara berulang-ulang dan juga meminta bantuan kepada guru.  Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian tindakan secara garis besar, peneliti pada umumnya mengenal adanya empat langkah penting, yaitu pengembangan, plan (perencanaan), Act (tindakan), Observe (Pengamatan), dan Reflect (Perenungan) atau disingkat PAOR yang dilakukan secara intensif dan sistematis atas seseorang yang mengerjakan pekerjaan sehari-harinya.

Taruna Alqolam Islamic Boarding School carries out community service by holding mural-making activities on the Islamic boarding school's walls to spread important messages to the surrounding community. The murals created by the students function as decoration and as a reminder of the importance of environmental cleanliness, local wisdom, and religious values. Through this service, the students also provide knowledge and skills to the surrounding community and strengthen ties between the Islamic boarding school and the local community. Discussion of the results of the service opens up space for in-depth reflection on the values ​​contained in the work of art and how these messages can permeate people's daily lives. Taruna Alqolam Islamic Boarding School has created an environment that promotes sound values, increases awareness of important issues, and inspires behavior under religious and moral teachings. Thus, this service benefits the surrounding community and provides valuable experience for the students in terms of contributing to society and strengthening the role of Islamic boarding schools in building a better and more sustainable society socially, environmentally, and spiritually.

This research aims to prove the influence of Dividend Policy and earnings per Share (EPS) on Company Value in Food and Beverage Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2016 to 2020. The type of data in this research process is quantitative where the data is obtained from financial reports. The population used in this research was 7 companies multiplied by 5 years, namely 35 observations. In this research, the method used is panel data regression, using the Chow test, Hausman test, and Lagrange test Multiplier and Common models Effect is the best model to use in this research. The research results show that the Dividend Policy (X1) does not have a significant effect on company value partially on Company Value (Y) and the Earning Per Share (EPS) variable has a partially significant positive effect on Company Value (Y). Company value is the company's performance as reflected by the share price which is formed by demand and supply in the capital market which reflects the public's assessment of the company's performance.

The impact of covid 19 makes the habits of people who work and students often work or study via online. A cozy and adequate space is needed to carry out online activities and freelance work. The right solution is to design a coworking space mix use building that can provide space and facilities to support comfort for consumers. Coworking Space is a workspace concept that can be used together with various backgrounds such as students, freelancers, students, entrepreneurs, or other companies. In Medan City coworking spaces are still relatively few that have multi-functions as the author designs. Most only prioritize one function so that consumers can easily get bored when working. In this design, hopefully it can be a problem solver and become a comfortable working, meeting and relaxing space for consumers.

This study aims to 1) describe and analyze the professionalism of the apparatus of the District of North Luwu Regency in carrying out the duties and functions of the organization professionally, especially from the aspect of responsiveness and innovation, 2) analyze what factors are faced and affect the Masamba District of North Luwu Regency in developing the apparatus. professional in terms of responsiveness and innovation in carrying out the duties and functions of the organization. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. With data analysis techniques, namely: data reduction, data organization, and interpretation. The results of the study indicate that 1) The responsiveness and innovation of the Masamba District apparatus both in the context of serving the community and in carrying out other tasks are considered lacking, so that the noble goals of the organization and providing the best services for the community have not been achieved; 2) The vision and mission of the organization is limited to being a decoration of the cabinets and walls of the Masamba District Office; 3) The authorities and responsibilities of each Masamba District apparatus have been well understood and implemented from the top leadership (Camat), middle officials (Sekcam and Section Heads) to the implementing staff although they still use a hierarchical system in carrying out tasks and making decisions; 4) The leadership of the Masamba Camat in managing the administration and managing the running of the organization can be said to have gone quite well where in addition to using a formal approach, the Camat also uses an informal approach so that there is an emotional closeness with his subordinates; 5) The awards received, especially financial awards based on seniority of service period and meritocracy, are still considered inadequate and do not reflect justice by several Masamba District employees; 6) Another factor that has a considerable influence on the professionalism of the apparatus is seen from the responsiveness and innovation of the government apparatus in Masamba District, namely the organizational culture that grows and continues to develop.

Main Objective: This study checks the different intersections of film and Artificial Intelligence (AI), and trial and error is needed to re-check the state of “new media” (NM). This study’s purpose is to identify of subversion of the creator duty, the media and instrument of creative activities, and the aesthetics subsequent from the identity of the developing Artificial Intelligence film. Background problem: AI is composed to take the film industry by the cyclone, its application helps streamline production practices, and its increasing work in film scripting and visuals convolutes the notion and function of creations and the aesthetics of NM. Novelty: By analyzing how three films were co-written with Artificial Intelligence arranged with “Foucault's theory” of the duty of the creator or producer, and the aesthetics and state of current NM, this research establishes an identity for the cinema form of Artificial Intelligence films. Research Method: This study uses a qualitative exploratory methodology to combine various perspectives that are developing on new media streams where this research is crossing 2 major areas in Film & Media, and Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning. Finding/Result: Patterns discovered as curated data sets reveal trends in cinematic narratives, opening the door for a more creative agency. Artificial Intelligence films transcend the boundaries of technological convergence, offering a more essential way to recognize the special behavior and opportunity of NM forms as self-reflective and demonstrating the versatility of film. Conclusion: This research makes Artificial Intelligence films an emerging media with a different tendency from the media and is directly related to its contribution. By involving the theorization of NM technology and its developmental tuff simultaneously, Artificial Intelligence films are presented as an inventive design of film in phrases of digital production, virtual placement, historical preoccupation, and producer duty.

Pancasila is taken from the noble values that exist and are well-grown in the life of Indonesian society. It shows that the position of Pancasila itself is the source of all sources of law. This research aims to find out the effect of Pancasila values on the attitudes of the younger generations attitude in this era. Whether the changing period can cause the understanding of Pancasila values has changed during the current development, and it affecting the millennial lifestyle and attitude. This study uses a literature review method by collecting and analyzing articles related to the effect of understanding the values of Pancasila on the millennial generation. The article criteria that will be used are articles published in the year 2019-2021. Based on the article that has been collected, it is found that a person’s understanding of the values of Pancasila dramatically affects the way a person behaves. The more a person understands the values contained in Pancasila, the attitudes and lifestyle shown reflect the good Indonesian culture as taught by ancestors and religion. On the other hand, if the understanding is lacking, someone will tend to be more open to habits from foreign cultures that do not match our ancestors’ teachings.

Di jaman sekarang ini banyak pemuda yang tidak mengimplementasikan pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, maka dari itu sebagai warga negara Indonesia yang baik pemuda harus dapat memahami dan mengamalkan nilai-nilai yang tertuang didalam pancasila sebagai dasar negara dan ideologi bangsa Indonesia. This article discusses social media content design training organized by the Aisyiyah Regional Leadership (PDA) Lamongan, in collaboration with the Ahmad Dahlan Lamongan Institute of Technology and Business. The main focus of the training is Instagram feed management and effective use of color. The majority of participants are women with an age range of 30-45 years. The training material includes digital marketing and the use of the Canva application. The results of this training show an increase in participants' understanding of the use of Instagram as a digital marketing tool. The high enthusiasm of the participants reflects the success of the digital marketing training organized by PDA Lamongan. By applying the knowledge gained, opportunities to hold similar activities in the future are wide open.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Biologi siswa keles VII A SMP Negeri 1 Prambanan tahun pelajaran 2019/ 2020 melalui model pembelajaran discovery learning. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini terdiri dari tiga siklus, setiap siklus terdiri tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII A SMP Negeri 1 Prambanan sebanyak 32 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu tes untuk hasil belajar kognitif dan observasi untuk mengamati aktivitas belajar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif komparatif. Pada penelitian ini indikator kinerjanya adalah 85% dan siswa dapat mencapai nilai KKM 70. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran discovery learning persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar IPA biologi siswa meningkat. Pada siklus I sebanyak 65,62%, siklus II sebanyak 81,25% dan pada siklus III 93,75%. Sedangkan untuk persentase aktivitas belajar biologi siswa juga meningkat pada setiap siklus, pada siklus I sebesar 59,37%, pada siklus II sebesar 65,62% dan pada siklus III 81,25%. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh, model pembelajaran discovery learning dapat meningkatkan aktifitas dan hasil belajar IPA biologi siswa kelas VII A SMP Negeri 1 Prambanan tahun pelajaran 2019/ 2020.

. Based on the results of observations, learning subjects Basic Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering in Vocational High Schools showed low learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes by using audio-visual media in the student facilitator and explaining learning model. This research is a class action research consisting of two cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection activities. The research subjects were 35 male students in class X Machining at SMK Negeri 1 Cibeber for the 2020/2021 academic year. Based on the results of the written test conducted at the end of cycle I, an average value of 69.92 was obtained with 72% classical completeness. Implementation of improvements in cycle II increased student learning outcomes, with an average score of 78.30 and 76.92% classical completeness.

Abstrak Pendidikan saat ini mengalami dinamika perubahan sehingga menuntut setiap individu untuk mampu berkompetisi. Tentunya hal ini menjadikan sekolah dan keluarga lebih peka akan pemberian pengetahuan kepada anak. Saat ini kemampuan literasi awal pada anak telah diupayakan untuk mendapat perhatian. Hal ini dikarenakan kemampuan literasi awal merupakan salah satu indikator siap atau tidaknya anak melanjutkan jenjang pendidikan berikutnya. Namun dilapangan para guru di TK Aisyah Cekel Karanganyar masih belum memahami literasi awal. Dengan demikian guru perlu memiliki pemahaman pembelajaran literasi awal. Tujuan yang dicapai dari program pengabdian ini yaitu pelatihan pengembangan pembelajaran literasi awal pada anak. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan melalui metode pendekatan partisipatif, penyadaran, pembelajaran (teori dan praktek) dan reflektif. Adapun mekanisme pelaksanaan pengabdian meliputi persiapan, pelaksanaan pelatihan mencakup penyajian materi, evaluasi kegiatan, refleksi dan penutupan kegiatan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi dan refleksi diperoleh adanya perubahan secara signifikan dan peningkatan akan pemahaman para guru terhadap pembelajaran literasi awal pada anak. This article discusses social media content design training organized by the Lamongan Aisyiyah Regional Leadership (PDA), in collaboration with the Ahmad Dahlan Lamongan Institute of Technology and Business. The focus of utilization training is managing Instagram feeds and color choices. Participants, the majority of whom are women aged 30-45 years, act as contributors to the PDA Lamongan Instagram account. Material includes feed management, use of color pallette. The results of this training show an increased understanding of Instagram. The enthusiasm of the participants reflects the success of the training on utilizing PDA Lamongan social media by applying the knowledge gained, opening up the potential for similar activities in the future

This research was motivated by learning activities forced by circumstances (during the Covid-19 pandemic) to change from face-to-face to virtual face-to-face. This raises a separate problem to immediately find an alternative solution. The purpose of this study was to obtain data about the description of the implementation of persuasive communication activities in order to improve student learning outcomes through E-Learning Madrasah’s in fiqh class XII IPS 3 Odd Semester at MAN 1 Grobogan. The research method used was Classroom Action Research (PTK). The research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subject of this research was carried out in class XII IPS 3 MAN 1 Grobogan, totaling 35 students. The data collection used in this research is qualitative and quantitative data. The results of this study indicate that the use of persuasive communication through Madrasah E-Learning conducted to students of class XII IPS 3 MAN 1 Grobogan, can improve student learning outcomes. This can be shown by the average test results of student learning in the first cycle of 77 with the total class completeness of 71.4%. Then the average value of student learning outcomes increased to 88 with the total class completeness of 91.4% in cycle II

Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis konsep kampus merdeka dalam perspektif pendidikan kewarganegaraan, khususnya pada dimensi kurikuler dan sosio-kultural. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur. Proses analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi reduksi data, display data, verifikasi serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil peneltian yang didapatkan, adalah: 1) bentuk pembelajaran dalam konsep kampus merdeka, yang berfokus pada pertukaran pelajar, asistensi mengajar pada satuan pendidikan, dan penelitian memiliki relevansi dengan kajian dan tujuan Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan, dimensi kurikuler, kecuali program magang perlu dianalisis dan direfleksikan secara komprehensif relevansinya dengan tujuan filosofis pendidikan nasional, atau diberikan indikator yang jelas, agar tidak menjadi bentuk liberalisasi pendidikan di Indonesia, secara praktik, 2) bentuk pembelajaran dalam konsep kampus merdeka, yang berfokus pada kegiatan wirausaha, proyek kemanusiaan, proyek independen, dan KKN tematik atau membangun desa, memiliki relevansi dengan kajian dan tujuan Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dimensi sosio-kultural.

This study aimed to improve the learning outcomes of class VIII E students of SMP Negeri 1 Kemalang in the 2018 2019 academic year using the Guided Inquiry learning model. This research was a class action research consisting of 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of planning. observation and reflection.  Data were taken from students who were the subject of research. The technique of collecting data using observations, written tests and documentation.  The data analysis technique used comparative descriptive.  The results showed that study stated at the first cycle of student activity were 67% and learning completeness was 73%.  In cycle II, student activity was 80 %.  Already met the performance indicators ?75% of students achieved high activity criteria (? 75%).  Classical completeness increased by 87%, it has met the performance indicator, namely ? 85%. So it can be concluded that the guided inquiry learning model can improve student learning outcomes.  Keywords: learning activities, learning outcomes, guided inquiry

This research, in general, aims to improve the learning outcomes of class X MIPA 4 students of MAN 1 Grobogan in the 2018/2019 academic year by implementing multimedia learning. And specifically it aims to make students able to achieve the learning objectives by producing a minimum KKM score of 70 and at least 80% of the total students are able to reach this minimum limit. The research method used in this research is the Classroom Action Research Method or better known as the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method. The PTK method is a process of assessing learning problems in the classroom through self-reflection in an effort to solve these problems by taking planned actions in real situations and analyzing any effects of these treatments. The results of research conducted on class X MIPA 4 MAN 1 Grobogan, the application of multimedia presentation learning media on the basic laws of chemistry and stoichiometry with the concept of enjoyful learning can improve student learning outcomes. That the application of multimedia presentation learning media can improve student learning outcomes in chemistry, especially in the material of the basic laws of chemistry and stoichiometry

Tantangan dalam menyajikan pembelajaran bermakna yang mengajarkan konsep secara terbimbing dan dapat mengevaluasi kemampuan peserta didik secara langsung serta beraneka ragamnya kearifan lokal Surakarta yang masih belum terintegrasi dengan materi pembelajaran khususnya di Sekolah Dasar menjadi alasan untuk mengadakan pengabdian ini. Tujuan yang dicapai dari program pengabdian ini pelatihan pembuatan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Berbasis Kearifan Lokal yang dilaksanakan di kecamatan Banjarsari dapat menambah wawasan dan membantu para guru Sekolah Dasar di kecamatan Banjarsari dalam mengkontruk pengetahuan peserta didik dan mengurangi paradigma teacher centered melalui integrasi kearifan lokal Surakarta yang dikaitkan dengan materi ajar. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan melalui metode pendekatan: a) partisipatif, b) penyadaran, c) pembelajaran (teori dan praktek), dan d) reflektif. Sedangkan, mekanisme pelaksanaan pengabdian meliputi: a) persiapan dan b) pelaksanaan pelatihan meliputi penyajian materi, penugasan membuat LKPD, evaluasi kegiatan,  refleksi serta penutupan kegiatan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi dan refleksi didapatkan perubahan yang signifikan dan peningkatan dalam mengintegrasikan kearifan lokal yang berbentuk lembar kerja guna meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik.
