The world of aviation in this modern era is increasingly developing. This is evidenced by the self-check-in facility provided by the company which greatly facilitates flight service users at Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Sepinggan Airport Balikpapan where this facility can not only reduce interaction between humans and reduce the intensity of the spread of the Covid 19 virus at that time, this facility can also maximize the effectiveness of passenger time, so that there are no long queues in the use of manual check in. This study aims to determine the Use of Self Check In Technology Affects the Effectiveness of Flight Service Users at Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Sepinggan Airport Balikpapan and How Much Influence the Use of Self Check In Technology Affects the Effectiveness of Flight Service Users at Sultan Aji Airport Muhammad Sulaiman Sepinggan Balikpapan. This research uses quantitative research methods with data sources in the form of primary data and secondary data. The population in this study is service users who have used the Self Check-In System and the sample in this study is 95 respondents from 2042 existing populations. Data analysis techniques consist of research instruments, namely validity tests and reliability tests and hypothesis tests consisting of simple linear analysis tests, t tests, and determination coefficients. The result of this study is that the use of Self Check In Technology affects the effectiveness of flight service users at Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Sepinggan Airport Balikpapan has a partial effect in a negative and significant direction. The magnitude of the correlation / relationship value (R) is 0.461. From this output, a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.212 was obtained which explained that the effect of the independent variable of self-check-in machine technology facilities on the effectiveness of aviation service users was 21.2.% The remaining 78.8% was influenced by other variables not explained in this study.

The research was conducted against the background of visitor complaints on social media about tourist facilities. The goal of this study was to determine how visitor decisions at Padang City's Barameh River Nirwana Park attraction were influenced by tourist amenities and E-WOM. With a causal associative methodology, the research is descriptive and quantitative. Population criteria are visitors who have visited Taman Nirwana, have seen reviews about Taman Nirwana on social media and visitors over 20 years old. Purposive sampling was used to collect 120 respondents. Data was collected from questionnaires that have been tested valid and reliable.. Multiple linear regression tests were used to test the research hypothesis with the help of SPSS 23.00, obtaining the results, namely: (1) Tourist Facilities with adequate category (38%), electronic word of mouth with adequate category (39%) and Visiting Decision with adequate category (41%). A significant value of 0.000 <0.05 is assigned to the estimated F score of 63.875. This indicates that the effects of X1 and X2 on Y are significant. This means that the hypothesis (H3) is accepted X1, X2 simultaneously affect Y, then the regression coefficient value for variable X1 is 0.268 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and variable X2 is 0.293 with a significance value of 0.013 <0.05. This means that every 1 unit increase in tourist facilities will increase 0.268 visiting decisions and every 1 unit increase in E-WOM will increase 0.293 visiting decisions. Then the Adjust R square value of 0.514 is obtained, which means that the effect of variables X1 and X2 on Y is 51.4%, while 48.6 is influenced by other factors. so it can be concluded in this study that Ha is accepted

ABSTRAK   Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kajian tentang tindakan aborsi apabila ditinjau dari perspektif hukum Islam serta mengetahui kajian tentang tindakan aborsi apabila ditinjau dari peraturan perundang-undangan di Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan metode yuridis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kajian tentang tindakan aborsi apabila ditinjau dari perspektif hukum Islam menunjukkan bahwa tahun 2005 Majelis Ulama Indonesia mengeluarkan Fatwa MUI 4/2005 atas pertimbangan bahwa dewasa ini semakin banyak terjadi tindakan aborsi yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat tanpa memperhatikan tuntunan agama. MUI menyatakan bahwa: a) Aborsi haram hukumnya sejak terjadinya implantasi blastosis pada dinding rahim ibu (nidasi); b) Aborsi dibolehkan karena adanya uzur, baik yang bersifat darurat ataupun hajat; Aborsi yang dibolehkan karena uzur sebagaimana dimaksud pada angka 2 hanya boleh dilaksanakan di fasilitas kesehatan yang telah ditunjuk oleh pemerintah; serta d) Aborsi haram hukumnya dilakukan pada kehamilan yang terjadi akibat zina. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kajian tentang tindakan aborsi apabila ditinjau dari peraturan perundang-undangan di Indonesia meunjukkan bahwa peraturan perundang-undangan di Indonesa yang mengatur tentang tindakan aborsi yakni pada Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP) dan Undang-Undang Nomor 36 tahun 2009 Tentang Kesehatan.   Kata kunci: Aborsi, Hukum Islam, Undang-Undang                                                                 ABSTRACT   The purpose of this research is to find out the study of abortion when viewed from the perspective of Islamic law and to know the study of abortion when viewed from the laws and regulations in Indonesia. The study used juridical methods. The results showed that the study of abortion when viewed from the perspective of Islamic law showed that in 2005 the Indonesian Ulema Council issued MUI Fatwa 4/2005 on the consideration that today there are more and more abortions carried out by the community without regard to religious guidance. MUI states that: a) Abortion is illegal since the implantation of blastocyst in the mother's uterine wall (nidation); b) Abortion is permissible due to old age, whether emergency or emergency; Abortions that are permitted due to old age as referred to in number 2 may only be carried out in health facilities that have been designated by the government; and d) Unlawful abortions are performed in pregnancies resulting from adultery. The results also show that the study of abortion when viewed from the laws and regulations in Indonesia shows that the laws and regulations in Indonesia that regulate the act of abortion are in the Criminal Code (KUHP) and Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health.   Keywords: Abortion, Islamic Law, Law

The purpose of this study is to determine the analysis of the effect of service quality, costs and facilities on the satisfaction of outpatient patients Benyamin Guluh Kolaka This research is a survey research using a questionnaire as an instrument. The population in this research is all patients who have carried out outpatient treatment at Benjamin Guluh Kolaka Hospital in Kolaka Regency and taken as many as 75 responsiveness using purposive sampling techniques, namely the technique of determining certain criteria. Data collection techniques are primary data and secondary data. The data obtained were analyzed using PLS analysis techniques through Smart PLS software. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. This is evidenced by T-count or T-statistics which is 2.164 higher than the rule of thumb used which is 1.96 and the cost also has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction due to the value of T-count or T-Statistics which is 13.769 higher than the rules of thumb used is 1.96. While the facility has a negative and not significant effect on patient satisfaction because the value of t arithmetic or t statistical value is 1.089 lower than the rule of thumb used that is 1.96 then the service quality variable and the cost have a positive and significant effect on passient satisfaction of 97.1%.

Sampah merupakan segala sesuatu yang tidak lagi digunakan yang dihasilkan dari aktivitas manusia. Pengolahan sampah harus menjadi perhatian penting agar tidak menyebabkan dampak negatif bagi manusia dan lingkungan. Tempat Pembuangan Sampah Reduce, Reuse, Recycle (TPS 3R) di Desa Gedangan Kecamatan Grogol Kabupaten Sukoharjo.  TPS 3R memiliki fasilitas pengolahan sampah berupa mesin pencacah sampah, tetapi belum berjalan dengan maksimal dikarenakan mesin pengolah sampah mengalami kerusakan. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk pembuatan prosedur tentang cara penggunaan dan perawatan pada mesin pencacah sampah organik yang hasilnya untuk pembuatan kompos. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah berfungsinya kembali unjuk kerja mesin pencacah sampah organik. Hasil yang lain terbentuknya pedoman SOP (Standar Operasional Prosedur), cara perawatan mesin, dan cara menangani masalah yang terjadi pada mesin.

The aim of this research is to determine the significance of  the influence between work facilities and work motivation both partially and simultaneously. Population in this research totaled 212, the sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling using the isaac and michael table so that 131 samples were found. Method the analysis used is quantitative with inferential statistic. Based on partial test it was found that there was a positive and significant influence between work facilities and employee performance. Work motivation has an insignificant effect and has a negative value on the employee performance of PR.Dua Dewi Cabang Kediri.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak strategi pemasaran terhadap preferensi wisatawan ke Objek Wisata Pemandian Pandan Sili di Desa Ngampungan, Kabupaten Bareng Jombang. pendekatan kuantitatif diterapkan dalam penelitian ini . lokasi pengambilan sampel aksidental dalam penelitian ini, yang menggunakan pendekatan sampling probabilitas .Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa: (1) Dampak strategi promosi pada Pemandian Pandan sili berdampak terhadap minat berkunjung (2) Fasilitas pada Pemandian Pandan sili berdampak positif dan signifikan untuk tujuan visitasi (3) rencana perbaikan dan fasilitas sekaligus berdampak signifikan terhadap tujuan visitasi Pemandian Pandan sili Desa. This study aims to determine the effect of facilities and promotions simultaneously on the interest in visiting the ASB Rajapolah Swimming Pool. Partial influence of facilities and promotions on interest in visiting the ASB Rajapolah Swimming Pool. The method used in this research is quantitative with a survey approach. With a research sample of 100 people as ASB Rajapolah Swimming Pool respondents based on 100 known population data. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS support application version 25. The test results show that facilities and promotions simultaneously have a significant effect on visiting. Partially, the facility variable has a significant effect on the intention to visit, as well as the promotion variable, which partially has a significant effect on the intention to visit.

The development of coastal areas as tourist destinations has been a common practice. However, after the 2004 Asia-Pacific Tsunami, several coastal areas lost their function as tourist destinations due to being devastated by the tsunami waves. To reduce the level of destruction and the number of casualties resulting from tsunamis, the design of tsunami-prone coastal areas should be based on a tsunami mitigation system. The tsunami mitigation system varies widely depending on the conditions of the area to be designed and the tsunami hazards it may face. Some of these tsunami mitigation systems not only serve as defenses against tsunamis but also function as coastal city tourist facilities. Thus, they can assist former tsunami-affected coastal areas in revitalizing their function as tourist destinations.

The education system in Indonesia places a high priority on continuous improvement. The amount of effort individuals put into their studies, as well as the available resources, may impact their level of success. The aim of this research is to understand how the learning outcomes of students at SMPN 1 Ketapang in subjects related to Informatics are influenced by factors such as learning facilities and their desire to learn. The research approach used is multiple linear regression testing. This study includes a representative sample of 48 students from the 2nd grade of junior high school. The findings of this research indicate that learning outcomes are strongly influenced by students' level of desire to learn or motivation. However, learning outcomes are not affected by learning facilities. Nevertheless, both learning facilities and motivation significantly contribute to better learning outcomes when considered simultaneously.

This research aims to explain and prove the hypothesis regarding the influence of compensation, physical work environment and work facilities on the work productivity employees of CV. Mukti Mulyo. Where this research uses a descriptive research model with a quantitative approach method with a non-probability sampling technique, namely a saturated sample method, with a population of 32 employees and a sample of 32 respondents or all employees used as samples. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test) and determination test (R2) which are processed using the SPSS version 25 data processing program. The research results obtained are that compensation has a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t test value of 0.016 < 0.05. The physical work environment has a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t test value of 0.001 < 0.05. Work facilities have a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t test value of 0.022 <0.05. Compensation, physical work environment and work facilities have a simultaneous and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant F test value of 0.000 <0.05.

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kurangnya minat siswa untuk melaksanakan kegiatan litrasi membaca. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan literasi membaca siswa, upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengembangkan kemampuan literasi membaca siswa, serta faktor penghambat dalam mengembangkan kemampuan literasi membaca siswa kelas IV di MI NW Lendang Batu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan  kualitatif, dengan jenis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kemampuan literasi membaca siswa sudah baik dari 7 subjek yang diteliti 3 siswa pada level intervensi khusus cerita-2, 2 siswa pada level intervensi khusus cerita-1, dan 2 siswa pada level intervensi khusus- huruf. Upaya yang dilakukan guru bagi siswa yang kurang lancar dimana siswa dibimbing jika terdapat materi teks bacaan dan pada saat jam istirahat, namun terdapat beberapa faktor penghambat dimana kurangnya fasilitas sarana danprasarana penunjang kemampuan literasi membaca siswa yang disediakan oleh sekolah, serta faktor diluar lingkungan sekolah dimana siswa kurang mendapatkan perhatian dari orang tua, di rumah siswa lebih tertarik untuk bermain game sehingga kegiatan literasi membaca hanya dilakukan di sekolah. This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality and Facilities on Consumer Interest at the Gunawangsa Tidar Apartment in Surabaya. This research uses Quantitative method. The data used are primary data and data collection techniques using questionnaires. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that the quality of service and facilities has a significant influence on the consumer intention, which can be seen from the results of multiple linear regression analysis with indicating a positive linear pattern, meaning that the quality of service and facilities increases the consumer interest in buying a unit.

This study aims to explain the partial and simultaneous influence between work discipline variables and work facilities on employee performance in the Depok City Regional Secretariat. Problems that occur regarding work discipline, work facilities, so that it can interfere with employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research because it leads to measurement methods and samples to test variables and hypotheses. Data processing using the SPSS program version 27, researchers conducted several tests including validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, t tests, F tests, multiple linear regression analysis and determination coefficient tests. The population in this study amounted to all employees of the Depok City Regional Secretariat, the research sample was 50 people and all permanent employees were used as research samples (saturated samples). The results of this study obtained that work discipline has a partial and significant effect on employee performance. Work facilities have a partial and significant effect on employee performance. Work Discipline and Work Facilities simultaneously affect employee performance

Study aims to determine the effect between the variables perspective of treatment rates (X1) health facilities (X2) and service standards (X3) on patient satisfaction (Y) at Gambiran Hospital, Kediri City. Type of research. This is quantitative research. The data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. Sample selection using purposive sampling method, the number of samples in the study obtained as many as 91 respondents at Gambiran Hospital, Kediri City. This research data was obtained through questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies. The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test, Multiple linear regression analysis, t test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple linear regression analysis, Classical Assumption Test Classical Assumption Test, Multiple linear regression analysis, Test t, Test F and Test the coefficient of determination. Determination. From the results conducted in the study, it shows that the variables perspective of treatment rates, health facilities and service standards on patient satisfaction. patient satisfaction at Gambiran Hospital, Kediri City. The results of the study obtained a multiple linear regression equation Y = 11.078 + 0.233X1 + 0.426X2 + 0.718X3 and the results of the t test of the perspective variable of treatment rates partially significant effect on patient satisfaction. Health facilities partially significant effect on patient satisfaction. Service Standards partially significant effect on patient satisfaction. F test results obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the perspective of treatment rates, health facilities and service standards simultaneously and significantly affect patient satisfaction at Gambiran Hospital, Kediri City.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tourist facilities and service quality partially on customer satisfaction for travel services C.V Gass Adventure, Sidoarjo.  As well as to find out between the Tourism Facilities and Service Quality significantly influence Customer Satisfaction of C.V Gass Adventure Travel Services, Sidoarjo.  This research was conducted using a questionnaire method using a sampling technique on 100 customers who are or have used C.V Gass Adventure travel services, Sidoarjo.  The results of this study indicate that tourist facilities (X1) have a positive effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.02 which is smaller than the significance value of α of 0.05.  Service Quality (X2) has a positive effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.04 which is smaller than the significance value of α of 0.05.

Indonesia merupakan daerah yang sering mengalami gempa bumi karena itu, konstruksi bangunan harus didesain sesuai dengan standar peraturan yang berlaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku struktur dan skema terjadinya plastifikasi pada elemen struktur, serta menentukan level kinerja struktur gedung agar tetap kokoh saat terjadi gempa. Analisis pushover dengan displacement coefficient methode FEMA 440 (2005) yang berbasis statik nonlinier digunakan untuk mengetahui level kinerja struktur bangunan. Studi kasus dilakukan pada gedung beton bertulang RND PT Bernofarm Sidoarjo yang berfungsi sebagai kantor dan laboratorium di bidang farmasi. Gedung tersebut dibangun pada tahun 2015 dengan 6 lantai dan tinggi 28 meter. Sendi plastis baru dapat diketahui dengan melakukan analisis pushover. Digunakan program ETABS v.19 dan SAP2000 v.22 untuk analisis pushover sehingga diperoleh nilai perpindahan untuk arah X dan Y sebesar 0,311 m sehingga level kinerja struktur gedung ialah Damage Control. Pada kategori ini, bila terjadi gempa, elemen struktural gedung mengalami kerusakan minimal sehingga gedung masih dapat digunakan setelah terjadi gempa, namun fasilitas atau kelengkapan operasional gedung mungkin ada yang tidak dapat digunakan sehingga diperlukan perbaikan sebelum digunakan kembali. Ancaman terhadap korban jiwa sangat kecil.

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk mengetahui apakah lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan unit Ground Handling PT. Kokapura cabang bandara Internasional Ahmad Yani Semarang. (2) Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan unit Ground Handling PT. Kokapura cabang bandara Internasional Ahmad Yani Semarang. (3) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana lingkungan kerja dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan unit Ground Handling PT. Kokapura cabang bandara Internasional Ahmad Yani Semarang.Untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh fasilitas ruang tunggu  terminal terhadap kepuasan penumpang Bandar Udara Internasional Lombok Nusa Tenggara Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana, uji T, dan Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Adapun populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan, leader, supervisor, dan manager unit Ground Handling PT.Kokapura Cabang Internasional Ahmad Yani Semarang yang jumlahnya pengambilan sebanyak 23 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai t hitung sebesar 26.130 dengan taraf signifikasi sebesar 0,01 < 0,05. Yang memiliki arti bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sehingga disimpulkan Ha diterima dan Ho diterima maka terdapat pengaruh diperoleh koefisien determinal R Square yaitu sebesar 0,194 atau sebesar 19,4%  dan sisanya 81% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar variabel dalam penelitian ini. Dan hasil penelitian ini memberikan pengertian bahwa lingkungan kerja merupakan factor penting yang harus dijaga dan diatur dengan baik karena dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap tercapainya kinerja karyawan pada unit ground handling PT.Kokapura cabang Internasional Ahmad Yani Semarang.

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of service quality, facilities and timeliness on customer satisfaction at PT. Global Jet Express (J&T) in Pandaan. This study used a quantitative research approach with data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 100 consumers. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis by calculating the SPSS 23 software in which the data will be described, analyzed, and discussed in order to answer and prove the proposed hypothesis. Based on the research results, the Service Quality variable has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, the Facilities variable has a significant effect on Customer Satisfactioni and Timeliness has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Global Jet Express (J&T) in Pandaan. While simultaneously the Quality of Service, Facilities and Timeliness have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction.
